Exactly as advertised - including all the noise from the bar and other apartments. If you are a sensitive sleeper this is not for you. Otherwise, it was great - clean, comfortable, everything you need. I would stay again.
While some people have complained about noise, we did not notice anything extreme. There was normal city noises (sirens, cars honking) but we were definitely able to fall asleep and didn’t wake up throughout the night. Over all, the place is great, and close to nearly everything! Would absolutely re-book!
We loved staying at Steven's place! It was clean, and in a great location close to other attractions. I would recommend it to anyone in the Boston area. The apartment is close to some bars or clubs to be aware of some street noise. Other than that, would recommend this to anyone.
Great location, nice place, but be aware of the issues others have reported. This is a good spot if you're looking for an easy crash pad after the bars. There's no elevator, so it's not ideal for anyone with heavy luggage or medical issues. I was visiting with my 80year old mother and this would have been nice to know beforehand. It's also not an ideal spot if you are trying to sleep--club music and lots of late night noise outside. You're on the 2nd floor so you hear everything.
Great place to stay in the theater district! North station and the harbor were only about a mile away. Lots of closer subways too for easy travel!

Responsive host, great home base for our latest visit to Boston. Very walkable and centrally located! Just be aware that it gets a bit loud/rowdy on weekend evenings, with two local clubs very close by.
We stayed there only for one night and it was ok. Clean small apartment. The bed was uncomfortable. There was a construction on the street near the apartment which started at 6-7 am. Also there weren’t absolutely nothing in the kitchen like coffee, tea, sugar which was quite strange. Not sure if I would stay there again for this price.
while the host himself is polite and responsive, it's the least he can do while forgetting to mention the unit is DIRECTLY ABOVE a nightclub. and when its not party time, The entry doorway is in an infested and disgusting alley. the windows are almost non existent as you hear almost every conversation happening in said alley. And check in isn't until 5pm so if you plan on showing up in the morning/early noon, you'll have to pay for an extra day to check in immediately. I would highly recommend against this bnb unless the prices go down. far more worth it to book a hotel.
We stayed in Boston for a few days and this location was absolutely perfect! So many fun restaurants, coffee shops, and areas to explore! Very close to public transit and steps away from Boston Commons and the public gardens! We requested a late check out and Steven was great about extending it to us!
The apartment was very clean, especially the linens and bathroom (which is very important to me). Steven gave clear instructions for check in and check out which were simple to follow. However, the best thing about the apartment is also the downside of the apartment and that is location. It was great to walk to everything (coffee, restaurants, Freedom Trail, Boston Commons park, etc), but along with that is noise- sirens, honking and people in alleyway yelling. Also there was construction happening in the alley that promptly started at 7am. So any complaints were out of hosts control and A+ for cleanliness!

The place is very expensive for where it's at. You're in a shady alleyway with trash and right next to a bar where people outside are obnoxious and will wake you up at 2 am reving engines and blasting music. The living room has an uncomfortable and small couch, with a TV that's not signed in to ANY streaming service, making any sort of nighttime wind down require you to first go through a lengthy sign in process, and make sure you sign out when you're leaving, this was a bit of a pain to do. The shower sucks, the head has a lot of pressure and a poor distribution, similar to that of a garden hose in all of the worst ways. It's about 15 minutes from the common, but there are places closer, in less shady areas, with much better pricing. The stove and oven are tricky so we couldn't read our leftovers, although the owner did send someone by to fix it an hour or two after we had messaged which was nice. Overall very disappointed with the experience given the price point.
Great walking distance. Photos looked a little larger and nicer and a bit outdated but it was clean. Inconvenient check in time. It was at 5 pm. I’ve never had a check in time that late before on Airbnb. Location is what sells this place.
Good value and very close to the freedom trail. Over all great location if you’re staying during the week. Like reviews below there is a night club in close proximity that shakes the furniture and will keep you up until they close on the weekends. Steve was a great host and very responsive. Just unfortunate not much can be done about the noise.

This place was cute & clean and had many useful amenities! There were very clear instructions on how to check-in & check-out which made the stay an easy process. It was near little Italy and Chinatown and was walkable to transportation and many restaurants! Thanks for the stay and would love to visit Boston again!
Great location and decent value. As others have mentioned the nightclub/neighbor noise is audible throughout weekends (even with earplugs and the AC running). Weeknights were much easier to sleep through. I would recommend this AirBnb for weekday stays.

Amazing location! Being surrounded by theaters and clubs meant that there was a lot of late night/early morning thumping music and loud drunken drama just outside the window. It’s a city, one often goes with the other. I’m good at sleeping through it; my friend noticed more than I did. Be aware the unit is up a flight of stairs. Did I mention it was an amazing location?
First time in Boston, we liked the proximity to Boston Common and plenty of options to eat. Very walkable location and easy to find. The place seemed smaller than in the pictures and it’s quite outdated. There are several things that needed maintenance. Now this is not exclusive to this particular stay, but I’m starting to find AirBnbs in big cities to have lost value. The price that is asked is comparable and in some cases more than other reputable hotels. The whole deal with AirBnb is that it provides value over a hotel stay. In bigger cities this value is practically non existent and in this case I probably should’ve stayed in a hotel. Maybe it’s complacency from the owners that they can just have an apartment in the “big” city and charge premiums and not upkeep the place. In contrast, for part of our visit to the area we stayed in NH and the value there for the money is amazing. Had a whole cabin with multiple amenities for the same price. Just my two cents.

Steven's airbnb was very clean, spacious, and in a relatively great part of town that was walkable to many different areas of Boston! Steven and his crew were all very quick to respond at all times of day and night which I'm also very grateful for. The only inconvenience is the several nightclubs that are located literally right next door. Friday and Saturday nights are particularly loud, all the way until 3 or 4am and it's very difficult to sleep (even with earplugs). Absolutely everything else was great about this location though and I'd stay there again! Thank you Steven!

Loved Steven’s place! Such a great location to the Freedom Trail and great restaurants. It was homey and comfortable. I would note that if you are particular about mattresses, you might want to contact Steven for more info. I slept well but I know some people need firm support in their mattress. I highly recommend this great place!

Great location! You can walk everywhere and close to bus stop and train station. There is construction work nearby but the sound didn’t bother us at all since we’re not lightsleeper. Steve is very responsive and helpful, giving us recommendation for luggage storage rooms and were flexible on the check out time. The room is clean and all amenities are just as described. Only small issues is the squeaking bed and there is also a small sticky part that looks broken below the bed.
Great place. A little noisy in the evening (busy/fun part of Boston). The noise wasn’t too bad though. I stayed for two nights on a business trip. I’d definitely rebook this.
We enjoyed our stay. The place is squeaky clean, and warm and comfortable. This spot is super close to awesome venues and restaurants. We were able to walk to our show in less than 5 minutes which was awesome. It’s not the fault of the host- but the folks outside were LOUD. Like grown men hollering at the top of their lungs as late as 3 AM. It echoed through the rooms. We had to play the tv overnight to drown out the sounds. I think a white noise machine could drastically improve anyone’s stay here. But overall we loved our time here.

Located in the theater disctrict of Boston, this apartment is convenient/central to thr city's attractions. Check in a breze, replies to my queries were prompt. There are a couple of nightclubs on this street but I had no issue getting sleep (as others have implied).
We had a great Time, the adresse is perfect to visit Boston without a car. We did everything by walking. It was clean, as expected and Steven is super welcoming.
The place was terrific. It was located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building. Around it were several great restaurants, a convenience store and a pharmacy. There were some theaters around it too. The place itself was clear and tidy. It was of adequate size for us. There was note of noise on the other reviews and this was true. It occurred around early to late evening. Thank goodness it did not spill to the wee hours of the morning. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

I am usually pretty easy going when it comes to the places I stay. This place was not very forthcoming in the ad about how noisy it is. It is located between a nightclub and a huge construction site. So you have the noise of the club thumping into the very thin walls until 2am and then the sound of the drunk patrons screaming at each other for another hour after that. Then, at 7:30am every morning, the construction begins and all the noise that entails. That was my major issue with this place.

The Apartment had everything I needed, everything was clean, tidy and the location in the theatre district/boston common is great base for visiting the city. Steven was a great communicator and this was a very clean, cozy place. The location was awesome and walkable for my first time in Boston. The only thing I would say is if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs! It's right above a few night clubs so we had quite a bit of noise over the weekend until 2am but luckily we brought earplugs and it was okay! Typical city noise.

The booking process and getting access to codes was excellent. Great communication from the organization and very fast responses to my questions. My only suggestion to make our stay better would have been a more comfortable bed. Suggest a foam mattress topper underneath the mattress pad will make a huge improvement for little cost. If I were to re-book I would bring one down. Other than that, typical city noises to be expected, but the location was superb! We were a 3 minute walk from Tufts Medical Center, and of course incredibly close to the Common. We will definitely book here again.

The place was nice. Great location - we were able to walk everywhere. There is a club next door that stayed pretty loud on the weekend nights - people go outside the club and hang out in the alley below the apartment. They were active until 3am+. Otherwise, great place to stay.
1-It is located on the street of night clubs, loud musics from cars and people till midnight 2- Emergency exits are closed with welded fence, in case of fire, no escape plan.

The location of Stevens place can not be beat! It was waking distance from everything and the apartment was such a perfect size for a quick stay. We had a great line of communication the entire time and will definitely be booking with him again!
Condo was perfect for one or two people. It was clean, had plenty of useful kitchen equipment, and other amenities. Location was central for walking to restaurants and shopping. I was lucky to find street parking in front of the condo as well! Steven was very helpful and only communicated the essential information but was available if I needed anything! Highly recommend his place and will reuse it when I return to the Boston area!
Everything was great until Thursday night when the clubs next door kicked in. Otherwise the location is great and the space great.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The only negative reviews I read about this place was the nightclubs close by and street can get really noisy. We arrived on a Saturday and there was some noise for sure that would occasionally wake me up but it really didn’t bother us and it was only that one night that was loud. We kept the AC unit on in the bedroom running all night to block out noise and I wore wax earplugs. The place was great! Very clean and very homey. There was not much stocked in cupboards or fridge but we mostly ate out anyway. Everything was super walkable from the apartment and the T was only a couple blocks away. We would definitely stay here again.

My recent experience here is a nightmare. 1. There is a night club across the street and people are selling drugs outside the apartment around 2am 2. There is street construction starting at 6pm 3. The window is not sealed and you feel like living on the street 4. The police are searching people and cars in the middle of the night with yelling and shouting 5. The host is slow in response and listed inaccurate information on Airbnb 6. When I politely raised all these issues with the host and requested a refund, they astonishingly dismissed them, refusing to take any responsibility for the dreadful conditions I had endured. I strongly advise anyone considering this particular apartment to think twice and opt for a different accommodation.

This is a good spot for 1 person or a couple in terms of size. The place was clean and tidy. Living room space and kitchen area is enough for 1-2 people. Because there are window AC units and the apartment is right next to a night club and just near a busy part of the city in general, it is VERY NOISY. We turned the AC on for white noise and I wore ear plugs and was still awake from about 2:00-3:00am Friday and Saturday because the club is just so loud between the music and the people. The bed is unsupportive because the legs underneath in the center of the bed are broken. There are pots and pans for cooking but no cooking oil for spray, no coffee, nothing extra (which is fine but most airbnbs at least have a few things in the cabinets so you don’t have to waste money on something you’ll only need for a few days). Overall it was a very average stay and probably worth a little less than what is listed. The biggest downfall is the noise and there’s no way of fixing that.

A great experience staying there. Although located in a relatively old apartment, the place has renovated furniture that made it look modern. The place was also clean and accessible to T stations. Only complaint was that there’s a bar close by and it’s music got quite loud last night, but it wasn’t affect our sleep
The place was very simple but had exactly what I needed while my mom was staying in the hospital. Street noise was a bit much on the weekend, but if I left the TV on, it drowned most of it out. Great apartment in an ideal location for taking advantage of all Boston has to offer! So close to Boston Common, Downtown Crossing, SoWa…I could get anywhere (or to multiple T lines) in ten minutes or less of walking, which is my dream. Other reviews note that there is a club down the road that tends to get noisy as it lets out around 2AM, even on weeknights. This wasn’t an issue more evenings, but there was one very loud incident while we were there. This is NOT a reflection on this host or this apartment, but it’s worth mentioning because while my husband and I weren’t overly bothered by it, it’s definitely something that could disturb others, so just wanted to make it clear in case you are someone who lives with sleep-related challenges.

I stay here every time that I come to Boston!
We had a satisfying stay while we were here in early December. It was easy to check in and out. The apartment was clean and organized as shown in the listing. The apartment complex was located next to a busy street but was tucked away onto a smaller street. There is a nightclub along the smaller street so there was noise in the evenings, especially during the weekends. It was in close walkable proximity to the orange and green line stations to go anywhere in Boston. We primarily used the provided HDMI cable to stream stuff to watch. We did notice that the AC unit in the kitchen was letting in cold air. We had trouble using the gas stovetop as it sometimes did not light despite holding it for around 10 seconds. I tried using the gas oven but decided against it as I did not know how to properly use it. The bed was comfortable but was extremely squeaky due to the metal bed frame at the slightest jostle. The shower took a quick minute to figure out and the water took a while to warm up.
We had a great stay here! The apartment is in a great location. I felt very safe with double keypad entry. The apartment was very clean and well organized. It was small, but the perfect size for two people. A couple of small things. It’s December and the AC units are still in the windows, which let in a cold breeze. The listing said the apartment had chrome cast, but we didn’t see that? It does have a Roku TV, which was nice. The apartment could use some bleach and new caulk in some areas, but even those areas were well cleaned. The last thing, is like most other reviews, there are nightclubs close by and they are loud and it seems they operate every night. Even taking these couple of things into account, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again…but I’m a deep sleeper.

Absolutely wonderful location! So central to everything. Really loved the theater district. As others have mentioned, being over a club is loud and the walls are thin (could hear neighbors easily). Think that a majority of the sound issues were due to the window a/c units (sounded like the windows were open). Pay attention to the check in/ out times! Extra fee to extend either one. Overall good for a short stay!
I had a great stay at Steven's place. Great location and walkable to basically any place worth visiting in Boston. And although the location is so central, the street and apartment itself were super quite. I will certainly stay here again during my next trip to Boston!
This apartment is in such a convenient location; we could get to subway stations and walk where we wanted with ease. Everything was comfortable and clean. The club nearby gets a little loud on weekends, but that’s not unusual in the city, and it didn’t keep us up. I would absolutely stay here again!
The unit isn’t anything fancy but the logistics were easy, bed was comfortable, everything was clean, and the shower had good water pressure. It is a little noisy as other reviews mention, but that was no problem for us. The white noise machines in the bedroom helped too. Laundry is down in the basement and requires coins. The location is super convenient, with short walks to food/coffee/convenience stores.
We really enjoyed our stay here. It was in the most perfect location, within walking distance to several restaurants, attractions and parks. Very close to the train as well, which made going to other places within Boston an easy trip. The place was clean and perfect for what we needed. Would highly recommended this place!

the unit is very nice and cozy, but the description was a bit unclear about how noisy and close the clubs actually were, I could barely think inside my own head at night because of the outside noise. bathroom was also quite dirty and there were some hairs in the bed.

Definitely paying for location - it’s an easy walk from everywhere in the theater district! The place itself was clean and super basic - good for a place to crash after a show nearby. Checkin was later than most places as well, starting at 5pm with a $50 charge for any earlier. Checkin was easy and super communicative.

Great location for a decent price in Boston! I only say decent because everywhere we looked at staying was $$$$ - you should expect to pay 3-4 hundred (or more) a night for a decent spot in Boston. we got this place for 5 nights at around $1500 which was very reasonable compared to other options, even those in the area. It is a clean, fairly spacious apartment with nice decor. Check in was easy, navigating from airport and finding it was easy. They gave us extra towels, as well. Apartment has basic cookware and appliances but I didn’t see cooking oil or like salt and pepper - didn’t look very hard though, but keep that in mind. Overall great experience and would recommend/ stay here again. We had no problems with the host or apartment. 5 min walk from Boston Common and the Bolyson stop on the green line, which will get you basically anywhere you need to go in the city, whether you ride it the full time or easily connect to other lines and the airport. It’s about a 20 min walk to the downtown area, maybe 40 to north end, and 40 min walk from Fenway, so overall the location is walkable as well as easy access to subways. I am also 6 months pregnant so if I found it doable it should be easy for the average able bodied person to get around the city from here. Some things to keep in mind: check in is at 5 pm, so if you have an earlier flight, plan accordingly. we went straight to a harbor cruise from the airport and were done by 4:30 so it worked out perfectly - but we also just had carry on bags, and part of the decision to carry on was knowing we’d have a gap between flight and check in. There is construction going on in the lot next door during the week and it will wake you up around 6-6:30. This was not a huge issue for us as we had early nights and wanted to get up and out each day to maximize our sightseeing, but take it into consideration. There is also a nightclub two doors down. We only heard noise from it Saturday night, which is to be expected and was no problem for us. You are in a city so overall, set expectations for quiet as a whole low. But aside from the construction, which again wasn’t an issue for us, we didn’t experience any disruptive loud noises. I would recommend this to anyone who really wants to see Boston but doesn’t want to spend 2-3k in accommodations alone. For us it was a great value, clean and cozy space, and good location. Thanks to the host!

A perfect spot! Small but with everything you need (but no coffee filters, oil, salt/pepper etc). It was clean and loved the keyless entry. And the location can’t be beat. Close to everything and we spent most of our mornings with coffee on the common. It was great!

This property is in a very akward location. There are clubs on the street that you can hear all night. A bit of a "party" building as well, with drunk people in the halls beyond just walking to their apartments. Many of these units seem to be short term rentals. A short term issue is them erecting a building literally outside the window of the unit, very loud all day, no warning was given about this. Then the clubs going strong all night. Least favorite Air BnB experience ever. Would've rated them lower if this wasn't a charity.
Great location! Lots of stuff to walk to; theaters, bars, restaurants, groceries, historical sights, parks, subway, buses etc. The apt. is a little small, but sufficient since we didn’t spend a lot of time there. You can hear the people above you and major noisy construction next door. The hallway was really musty, but not in the apartment. There was a nail sticking up from the wood floor in the apartment and I cut my foot on it. Management said they would take care of it.
We were so happy to be so close to the public gardens while everything was blooming. The location was perfect! The apartment was a very comfortable respite in a weekend full of walking and exploring. Despite a series of locks and door ways for safety, checking in and out couldn't have been easier. Can't wait to come back to Boston next year during spring time!
Stayed here for the Boston marathon and the location could not have been better! Within walking distance of the finish and to the bus for the start line. As shared in other reviews, the surroundings are a bit noisy but we were fine with a white noise maker. Would def stay again.
Nice apartment, very clean. The hosts gave clear instructions and we had no issues. As mentioned in the description, the location is right above a night club. I am usually a heavy sleeper but the noise did keep me up a bit. Mostly it was the people in the street who were the loudest. Regardless, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this location. Just bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper!
We had a very comfortable stay at Steven's place. It was exactly as advertised, very clean, and in a great location within walking distance of Boston's major sights. Other reviewers talked about noise from a nearby nightclub. Noise is hard to avoid in a busy city like Boston. I recommend ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. We were on the second floor, and although we could vaguely hear the thumping from the club on Thursday (we heard nothing earlier in the week), it didn't interfere with our sleeping. However there is a new building under construction next door. Currently they're working outdoors on the foundation. Fascinating to watch, but the noise starts at 6:45 in the morning. Late sleepers beware, and use plugs. But overall, this place is a great value. Would definitely stay again.
My husband and I stayed here on the last 4 days of our New England trip. The location could not have been better! So close to everything. We walked the freedom trail, got food each day, saw a movie, went to a comedy show and not once did we need to order an Uber which was very convenient. The place was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a place to stay in Boston.

Great location. Unlike most other reviews, I did not find the nightly noise from the bar next to the apartment to be disturbing at all. Also coming from NYC and used to the noise, but this was very minimal. However, construction on the backside of the building was a bit annoying, especially if you want to sleep in at all. Started before 8am on the weekdays. The heat works great, however I would bring your own blanket (or maybe they can provide one in the future) for when you’re in the living room watching tv, getting cozy. One perk was having a full kitchen. I would suggest if you plan on putting anything in the oven, grab some disposable, oven safe pans or tin foil from the CVS down the street. There are pots and pans, but nothing that can go inside the oven. Great lighting (natural,overhead,lamps) throughout the apartment. Also be conscious that this is an active, older building, so you will be hearing the upstairs neighbors throughout the day and night, along with people in the stairwell/hall. Didn’t bother us too much, until around 1am. Again, not a big deal, but something to be aware of if you are looking for complete silence. Overall, it was a cute, charming place to stay and super close to the T train stations, Boston Commons, a lot of food (including China Town/Back Bay), and theatres. Felt like a very safe neighborhood to be in as well and we would definitely come back to this place.

The place is well situated to explore all of Boston north end by walk. Bars, pubs, shops within 0.5 miles. Definitely recommend if you want to enjoy the night life of Boston.
Nice place clean, good check In process and fast response time for questions. Only 2 things I can say is the apartment is next door to a club and on Saturday night it’s hard to sleep and the couch is very uncomfortable, other than that it was a good stay.
A great place for tons of food and supper convenient (near 711, cvs& green line). Although it is a little bit noisy due to the club and construction in midnight and morning, it’s a great choice for your trip.
Decent location but nickel and dimed for everything, was not very accommodating and overcharged us for staying a few extra hours due to a later flight. He then asked us to pre-clean before leaving despite a over $100 cleaning fee. too expensive not great communication
Good location, close to Washington St for food, shopping, as well as Chinatown and the North End. We walked everywhere and only used the train to bring our luggage to and from the parking garage. Place was perfect for 1-2 people and very clean. There are two new clubs that opened next door to the building, but the noise was barely noticeable and didn’t reach the bedroom at all.
I stayed here for four nights and it was comfy, in a great location near many food options, and clean.
The house is just like the description. The location was very convenient and check in was easy and smooth! My husband and I walked to The Red Iguana for dinner and to the Vivint Area and walked home. Comfy bed!!!

Great great location!!! Other reviews on the sound-you hear the Ac running and I didn't find it as a distraction at all (when usually sounds bother me, especially repetitive). We were pleasantly surprised at how many great places were nearby! PLEASE do yourself a favor and visit The Halal Guys. Best mediterranean food ever! You wont regret! But every place we went to was awesome. Everything was walkable and if not, the Uber rides were around $10 which i felt was great! Bed was very comfortable, which was my deciding factor ultimately. Would def stay here again, without a doubt.

I picked this property because of the location. It was in between Back Bay and downtown Boston so I was able to walk everywhere. There’s a CVS and a 7 Eleven across the street. Chinatown is 3 mins away. There’s like 2 night clubs on the next building, so expect loud noises on the weekends. It didn’t bother me much but just a heads up if you’re a light sleeper.
Just a heads up if you’re planning on staying here on the weekend… the apartment is right next to 2 large nightclubs that create a lot of noise (2-3 am) on Friday and Saturday nights. Otherwise, it’s a nice place in a central location.

Good clean Airbnb! Location is wonderful and is near public transit. One warning, this location is next to a busy night club, it was pretty loud on Saturday night! Otherwise overall a great experience nonetheless.

Stevens place was the perfect location for our Boston trip. It is right in the theatre district and you are able to walk anywhere! The check in process was super easy. The only issue was parking, but this is already explained prior to booking. There is 2 hour only parking on the street, and plenty of garages in the area so finding a place to park wasn’t an issue. I would definitely be interested in staying here again! (:

This location was everything! Super convenient to the Boylston stop on the green line (and the common) and the Tufts stop on the Orange line. Super cute and cozy apartment, easy check in process, with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The AC window units were much appreciated as well! Overall would stay here again.

Nice, comfortable apartment with kitchen basics. In the heart of the city, so easy walking to most things if you are in good shape. T station very close by. It's the city, so it is loud and I suggest ear plugs.
Great place to stay! Echoing what everyone else has said, the location is right next to a couple bars/clubs which makes it pretty loud late into the night, but otherwise a great place. A good location to public transportation, a good price and good size place. We will be back!
The location is super convenient! Just a quick walk away from Chinatown and other nearby train stops. There are a lot of restaurant and bar options! It does get a little noisy at night but it usually doesn’t go on for very long (and the AC covers up the sound). The apartment looks new, comfy and well maintained. Steven is a great host and always responded to my messages very quickly. Overall, a great stay!

Great place, clean, comfortable, exactly as advertised, host was very prompt and responsive, check in and check out was very easy to follow and easy to do. Would stay here again. One very slight downside is location. While it was a great spot, close to many bars and restaurants, it was close to a club which can be a bit noisy during the late nights in the weekends from guests attending the club. Was not a bug issue for me but if you are a light sleeper, bring some earplugs with you but overall, would highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
This unit is at an amazing location! It is only a few minute walk to Boston Common. It is right next to a late night venue so it gets loud around 1am-2am on the weekend. Noise level is slightly better in the bedroom. Everything inside the unit is just as pictured. The only slightly negative comment is that the building itself is on the older and dingier side. Steven and his team are very professional and responded to our needs immediately. Overall, it has been a great stay!

Nice unit, good location, a bit expensive for what it was in my opinion, but overall not bad for booking last minute.
Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
