Nice place, good location, relatively quiet ( good for being in the middle of the city). Two demerits, though. (1) check in time is 5 pm, which in my case was inconveniently late (2). Total price was about what everyone else is charging in the area, which is ok. However the price shown at first was much lower (too good to be true?), but there was a $105 cleaning fee, which is very steep for what is basically a hotel room. But overall the place is quite good.
There were a lot of unhoused people around the entrance to the building in the evenings, and the stoop really smelled strongly of urine- right where you stand to enter the code to get in. The volume of the TV cannot be adjusted to be able to hear it, I watched stuff on my iPad. I contacted the manager about the HVAC not working, was instructed to turn the break on and off. It did not work & I didn't have time to keep going back & forth. There are no tissues or tea towels, and nowhere but the floor of the shower to put your shower things. But it was very clean and I felt very secure once inside the building.
The stay was exactly what was required. Easy to access and easy to find and comfortable. The space could do with a lick of paint to freshen it up but that’s truly the only down side and honestly isn’t going to stop me using the space again in the future. Other than that it was comfy and had all the necessary amenities including laundry facilities. Would be happy to stay again.
Home was walkable to everything we wanted to visit. Place was clean and just as described.
The apartment was exactly as described. Checking in and out was so easy. The apartment was close to transportation, but we walked most of the time because everything was so close. I would highly recommend this apartment. It is perfect for 2 people.
Place was amazing but the 711 outside does attract some interesting people some homeless guy threw it back infront of me but it was a cool location
Great location if you want to walk around the city. The space was tidy and it was easy to get inside. Would recommend for couples on a short term stay.

It was a great stay! A lot of good places to dine in. The train is literally a couple of minutes away and it’s an easy commute.

If you are a young couple or solo traveling and just need a bed to sleep on it’s worth it. Convenient location. But be aware… there are A LOT of homeless people, needles on the floor, two people were doing heroin on the front step of the building entrance. It smells so bad of urine you need to hold your breath. Definitely not a place to bring a child and I wouldn’t recommend a female traveling alone there at night. Daytime was fine though as it’s a big financial area so a lot of people just going to work. Otherwise the apartment itself was very clean and to the point. Great little kitchen area as well.
This AirbNb was excellent for the price and central location in downtown…walking distance to many historic sites…Freedom Trail. The kitchenette was very useful to have as well as coffeemaker. The linens, bathrooms, etc were all very clean and furnishing modern. If I had to mention a downside it would be the occasional shouts from the homeless lingering near the 711 late at night or early in the morning and the incontinence odor outside the entry way. However, I appreciated the security system Healing Homes had. Altogether, we had a lovely stay at Healing Homes and would highly recommend them.
Very good stay for a solo trip or even for a couple. The building is in the heart of financial district and you are right next to the train. I was walking to every location and exploring the city. I did not have to take any cabs either as the trains were convenient as well. There are homeless people outside the building, however, one can avoid any disruptions by using their discretion. Brian, one of the co hosts, was very responsive.

Great place to stay with an excellent location. Need a little bit of maintenance but everything was as described.
The hosts were very friendly and responsive. The property was a reasonable walking distance from many attractions. There were many eating options and a grocery store in the immediate area. This was a great home base for a sight seeing visit to Boston.
Overall decent stay, a bit noisy with neighbors only one night, Not a home to yourself so that’s understandable. Street the entrance is on smells like urine. Place was small but super comfy.
Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
