Great location. Easy access. Clear communication. The hosts also support a great cause.
Apartment was clean, it felt like home! Great location, close to everything. 10 minutes walking distances to convention center. Would definitely stay here again!
Good apartment and central location for visiting Boston. Helping Homes and past guests are honest and accurate about the vagrant issue around 7-11 and the front door. We never had any problems but it was very uncomfortable to weave around people and ask them to move so we could get to the door, put in the code safely, and enter the building. It was all enough for us to not want to return too late at night or go back out after dark. Once inside we felt safe and the place was clean.
The entrance is right next to 7/11 where a large group of homeless people hang out and clearly doing drugs To enter the apartment you literally have to walk over them as they are setting in the entrance. The windows provide no insulation everytime an ambulance drives by it will disrupt your sleep Bed is also uncomfortable I was in town for a meeting and barely got any sleep the whole time I was in Boston
The home was in a great area and was clean.
Great location! I would stay at this spot again! Host was very responsive & we were able to check in earlier which was a huge plus!
Cozy room and close to office locations for those in town to visit for work trips
Great apartment in the middle of the city. It was spacious for two people, and everything was neat and as described. Others mentioned the homeless people, and I thought “well of course, Boston is a major city,” but they loitered constantly right in front of the entrance. No one ever bothered me or tried to follow me inside, but I’m glad I wasn’t coming home alone at night. Frequently, people had to get up or move their bikes out of the way for me to enter and exit. Otherwise, a 10/10 place. Fully stocked and functional apartment. Great value for the price - nothing fancy but convenient place to stay in Boston. So many things to see and places to eat within walking distance.
We enjoyed our stay, was in a great location and close to public transit. The team was very responsive and always got back to us within 10 minutes of a message. Would recommend staying here.
Based on the mission statement I was expecting it to be immaculate but I was unimpressed. Dust here and there, “clean” dishes were questionable, and found a couple stray hairs inside the sheets. I’m not picky but if you’re going to boast about how clean it is you should walk the walk. The building- which is owned by the host- was dingy and the carpet was gross. The lack of windows and cheap decor made me dread going back at the end of every night. The entrance to the building is pretty much always surrounded by people smoking and hanging out. Did not feel safe going in and out at nighttime. Everywhere else we went in the city was great. Seemed we picked the one bad corner. Smelled like urine to the point we were gagging walking down the sidewalk and had to hold our breath till we turned the corner. The first message the hosts send you is a list of potential charges and disclaimer that they have the right to remove your review from air b&b. I wasn’t charged extra- just seems tacky.
To start, this place is in a great location downtown. Easy instructions on how to get there and enter the property as well. The downside to this stay is the amounts of homeless outside the entrance to this property. When I arrived, I had to ask 4 people to please move out of the way so I could enter while they were doing who knows what. If you come alone, and like to stay out late night, expect there to be some people hanging out in front of the entrance. would not feel so comfortable coming back here so late if I were alone. Overall 3 stars for location and cleanliness of the place.
great location, walk everywhere.. would use again
My stay at Healing Home’s space in Boston was perfect. The apartment is exactly as described and it’s right in the heart of the Financial District in Boston, which I loved — a perfect location in the city. The space was really easy to access, super clean, very comfortable, and so quiet. The hosts were proactive with their communication, warm, and very kind and helpful. It made me feel so good to know that Healing Homes is an organization who supports families visiting Boston for medical treatment, and that choosing their Airbnb meant my money was helping those in need. I will definitely stay here again on future trips!
The home looks just like the photos and was clean. As mentioned in other reviews there are homeless outside but we didn’t run into them that much. It’s very common anywhere in downtown Boston. One thing to note is this is on the third floor and you have to go up a long flight of stairs before you can use the elevator. It was a hassle to bring our luggage up and down and wish we knew that before booking.
Located in the heart of Boston. Easy access to various downtown hot spots.
They were very helpful and welcoming. Instructions were accurate and easy to follow. Apartment was spacious, functional and in a great location to the city. It was close to subway stations and to busy streets that have everything. It was a relaxing and enjoyable stay and I’d happily go back.
Convenient transportation but neighborhood is a bit sketchy
This is walking distance to the Harbor Festival. (Food and entertainment.) The place is clean and quiet. The only caveat are the homeless people outside. There is a grocery store and a subway stop around the corner.
We traveled for a medical appointment. We did not have any issues. The bed was comfortable. The unit is efficient. We had access to 7-Eleven, marketplace, many coffee shops, shopping within walking distance. Mass General is a 20 minutes walk. We did it 6 times without problems. Yes, there are homeless people in the area but nobody bothered us. If anything they were polite to us. We also use the subway within a short walking distance. We heard city noises but they did not disturb our sleep at all. Our host was AWESOME. All our flights were changed last minute, we arrived earlier than expected and had to leave later than expected. Our host accommodated our needs in a very timely manner. Overall it was an excellent stay and all our needs were fulfilled and then some. Thank you Brian and healing homes!
Overall a great place to stay in the heart of the city with all the comforts I needed for a restful stay. The only amenity I think was missing was a bowl in the apartment but everything else was available as needed. Extremely easy commute from the Amtrak station, near several train lines to get out to further parts of the city and within a mile walking of several tourist sites. If you're looking for a quick bite food options were abundant in the neighborhood as well a plenty of bars to meet the locals. The bed was super comfortable to the point I spent more time in it that I probably ought have. If you are looking for an experience more on the line of having your own apartment for a few days versus staying at a hotel this is definitely it.
The apartment itself felt clean, hospitable, and safe. It is close by the Boston Common, and was easy to walk and follow the Liberty trail from the apartment. It was easy to navigate to local restaurants , the harbor, and churches. While street parking is difficult, I was prepared for this challenge because of the great communication by the host. He replied frequently to my questions leading up to my trip. This apartment is close to the post office square where I safely left my car overnight. The apartment had great AC, much needed for the Hot day I visited. The halls were quiet. My only frustration with my stay was due to my own neglect in reading the house rules. I was surprised by an additional Pet cleaning fee. Upon reflection if I had stayed a whole week this would not have felt out of place, but traveling on a budget and staying one night I was caught off guard. If I visit Boston in the future I would be happy to stay here again.
It was a great place to stay in a great area. It would have been nice if they were not so late on check in time and not so early on check out time. Felt like my time there was squeezed.
Excellent stay!
Great location with immediate and easy access to buses and T lines. I was in town for a conference at the Boston Convention Center which was easily accessible by bus (10-15 mins) or on foot (about 25-30). The silver line to Logan is accessible from South Station which is only about an 8 min walk. The apartment was quiet and easy to access. There were some challenges with homeless people in and around the front entrance; I had to move one guy sleeping in front of the door. The vibe was not threatening at all because the area is so well trafficked but it did present a bit of a challenge coming and going from the apartment.

Great stay, right in downtown Boston and very close to everything. Clean space with good amount of room. Could use more silver and plate ware though.
Nice place - exactly as described and very clear instructions. Perfect for 2 day stay for business and a bit of sightseeing.
This was a good spot to stay for a work trip. Conveniently located and the hosts were extremely responsive! I would stay here again. I’d recommend memorizing the code to get in the building as sometimes there were some people hanging around the outside.
Great communication, clean place, bed was a bit hard
The Airbnb was great for my friend and I! The central location was so nice.
It was a great place, modern and clean as the pictures present. Just be aware, the bed is a platform/slat bed and not soft at all, I am not sure if I liked it or not and it was quite lumpy and lopsided, seems like they should invest in a more typical box spring/matress. If they did that 5/5. The location was great with excellent cafes and Chinatown within blocks.
great little place in downtown boston. super clean and cared for.
From booking all the way to checking out, this airbnb is worth it. Everything was clean, streamlined, and comfortable. Everything needed was available, including soaps, towels, extra blankets, extra pillows, and kitchen needs. Though there are a lot of homeless people on the streets, as long as you ignore them, they won't bother you. Everything is in walking distance and is overall a safe area. I will definitely be coming back again!
great place to stay. conveniently located between south station and downtown crossing.
Great place to stay. And a great location. Perfect for a solo traveller.
This place suited our needs and had what we needed for our two night stay. It was clean. The location was great to access the core of the city. As stated, it was on the third floor. Couldn’t locate the elevator though, so we made due. One night the second floor smelled badly of garbage, but it didn’t filter into the apartment and it was resolved after that. Both nights there was shouting outside for a good half hour and we think a takedown took place. We did not feel unsafe inside or while out in the early evening. Expect to pay $40+ a night for parking in a lot nearby as said ‘free street parking’ is 8pm to 8 am if you can even find a spot and feel safe leaving it. Overall recommend this spot if you want to be where the action is in Boston.
My stay here was great. I was here for work and this airbnb was perfect - central, a great price for one person, and comfortable. The host informed me shortly before I checked in that the hot water was not working, which was a let-down, but they were very proactive and responsive with updates - the hot water was fixed the next day. On the street level around the corner (by the 7/11) was often populated by a handful of unhoused folks and there sometimes was a slight smell of urine, but this in all was a non-issue for me - I shopped at the 7/11 a few times to get some essentials without any problems. Thank you, Healing Homes, for an affordable, central, and comfortable place to stay - and for all the work you do to give those seeking treatment a free place to stay.
We had a wonderful time. The apartment was clean and central to almost everything. We barely had to Uber because almost everything was within a mile! Albert was very responsive and have great instructions. Would highly recommend!
Really awesome place, super private and comfortable. Walkable to everything including the T. Amazing restaurants - I highly recommend Yvonne's which is a 2 minute walk. Host was super clear and responsive.
A very lovely place.
Great location within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.
Perfect place to spend a night in Boston. Walking distance to the T and close to stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
As described, clean, plenty of towels. Easy to access as well. Host was very responsive
Space was perfect for a short stay in Boston. Location convenient for walking to several locations. Beware that this is in the heart of downtown and like most big cities, there are vagrants in the area and best to have a companion at night.
Everything was great! It was really comfortable and conveniently located. The host was really friendly and accommodating.
The apartment is great for a short stay! The space is clean and comfortable, bathrooms nice and fit two guests perfectly. Boston is a smaller city and the stations are very close to the airbnb so getting around is easy as well. The only thing that gave us some hesitation was the 7/11 right next to the entrance. The crowd that hangs around there basically 24/7 can be scary and for young girls it can be dangerous coming to and from the airbnb at night or if you are alone. They sometimes get quite close to the door where you enter, but they did not speak to us fortunately. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the space.
We had a great time. The location was perfect. The area had a number of homeless folks but I felt safe with police in the area and they were mostly friend. This is exactly what we were looking for for our visit.
The Good: Property had everything we needed for a 10 day stay. Good security, private and quiet (most of the time). Very comfortable bed with two nightstands. Good air conditioning system. Complete kitchen, good appliances. Great central location to Boston Commons/Garden, North Boston, Boston harbor and Downtown Crossing which provides great access to all subway lines. Made getting around the city very easy. The "Could Be Improved Upon": Instructions - There are two entrances to the building. The entrance described in the "Welcome" email is not very practical for several reasons, including no access to the elevator unless you go up 2 flights of stairs. Answer: Go to entrance about 50 feet to the right at the revolving door. At night, you have to get buzzed into the building by grumpy security folks but using this entrance, then the first door on the left and then a keypad provide very easy access to the elevator and your room. The Bad: None. Would definitely recommend!!
Very convenient location and lots of things to do. We were in town for 3 days and were able to walk to most of the sites. The host was responsive and helped with all our requests. 10/10 would recommend!
We loved our stay in Boston and this location was perfect for getting to all the things we wanted to do. It is near the T, but also close enough to most things for walking. There is a great coffee shop around the corner, along with a grocery store, CVS, and several other stores. The neighborhood is quiet at night. The check-in process was seamless and having a code makes it so easy to access! We enjoyed our time a great deal and the apartment was a big piece of that. Albert and co were responsive to anything we needed. And we liked that they are part of an organization that helps get housing for people needing to access medical treatment in Boston. We are happy to have contributed to making that more affordable for someone.
Matched the description: a simple and sufficient place.
It was a nice place to stay!
Good stay for a night
Albert and team were great. 5pm check in was less than ideal. There were groups of homeless people camping out all around the stay including on the door step. Yelling, screaming, and fighting woke us up every night we stayed. This may be the price you pay for staying on such a central location. Definitely not the fault of the host but was very unpleasant to deal with.
Great location! Just a walk away from the green and orange lines. Lot of bars and restaurants around the neighborhood. Have to pay $50 for earlier Checkin and later Check out but keyless Checkin/Checkout was super easy. There are homeless people hanging out around there (I'm assuming this is because the 7-11 next door is 24/7) but they don't bother you. The front door step definitely smelled of pee. Also, make sure the front door is shut all the way, it seems like it shuts behind you but often I would come back to the building and it's left ajar. The apartment was clean and surprisingly really quiet. It's rather small but perfect for a single person or couple. Doesn't get a lot of natural light but we slept very well there. Thought the bed was comfy - firm kinda like a tempur pedic. The AC was great for the days that got really hot. Albert and the team was very responsive from beginning to end of trip.
The place was overall decent but with a few issues: 1. When entering the Airbnb, there were people that would hang around right outside and it would make us feel unsafe and uncomfortable to go inside. Not the Airbnb’s fault, but just unfortunate location. 2. The bathroom sink has very low pressure and temperature controls were not usable so the water would go from cold to extremely hot and couldn’t be controlled. Also the amenities like shampoo and body wash were not very high quality so I would suggest bringing your own. 3. The bedroom has a high window which made it hardto fully block out light when sleeping. There were also some outside screams heard late at night. 4. Not really an issue, but note that the check in time is very late (at 5pm) and check out is early (10am) compared to most hotels/other accommodations. Other than those issues, the Airbnb was as expected and had nice features like easy check-in via door codes and was close to a metro (T) stop.
Apartment was nice and well kept. It was bit tricky to get to and the stairs got old after a few days. The bed was super firm making sleep hard to get for me at night. My boyfriend didn't mind it, but also said it could have been softer. Overall we had no issues with the apartment itself that would have kept us from coming back. The location however left a lot to be desired. During the day you felt fairly safe to walk in and out, at night however everything changed. There were homeless on the doorstep sleeping, peeing, and doing meth and/or crack. The last night we were there they were joined by 13-15 year old boys. We walked around quite a bit at night and this was the only place we experienced this. Ended up leaving a day early, we likely will not be visiting Boston again anytime soon.
Super close to the train. Central location, great stay.
The location was great for easy walking to locations around the city, shopping and food. The apartment is very small, but it was equipped and comfortable.
Great place and location
The place was extremely convenient for my stay. Location is surrounded my many stores, restaurants and bars. I'd stay again!
Nice place with tons of nearby stores/restaurants that you can walk to (including china town!), was expecting it to be noisy downtown but I slept through every night like a log.
Great location. There were cheaper apartments, but this one pays off because you’re close to everything, walking distance. Also, if you’re going little outside of downtown Boston, using T (subway) is easy because all the lines are right there. Apartment is cute, perfect for a couple. The only thing I would add is TV in bedroom.
Great stay, clean, easy, right downtown
Super walkable location and surprisingly quiet at night. The apartment was larger than expected and nice. I liked that the property featured keyless entry.
The apartment was clean, the bed is comfortable , it offers enough linen and towels. I appreciate that it had shampoos, conditioner, soap. It would be great to have a water filter pitcher. The place is safe, with a keyless system, for the main entrance door and the apartment door. The only problem was the carpet on the stairs: it was visible soiled and has a strong smell of urine. Other than that, everything was good. Close to coffee shops, stores and subway.
Comfortable stay in a very convenient, central location. Thank you
Had a fantastic stay in Boston and I would definitely return to this apartment when in town again. Perfect downtown location close to everything. I didn't have any difficulty locating the building and the check-in process was flawless. The unit was very quiet and I had no trouble sleeping. It had all the necessary amenities and the kitchen was handy to make my own meals. Everything was clean and for Boston standards I think this place is great value.
Great location. Apartment was great for the stay. Strong communication.
Very nice place, with great and quick responses. Would highly recommend two, especially for the location. Not easy parking or access with lots of luggage.
Highly and strongly recommended because of: Central location, in downtown Near train station Even better than the pictures Responsive and extremely helpful hosts Check in/ check out without hassle We will definitely stay here again!!
Great quiet location. Very nice kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Close to shopping.
Very enjoyable stay! So convenient to everything and yet the apartment was cozy & quiet.
Great location, great space! Cool neighborhood with easy access to the rest of the city as well.
I had an excellent stay! Albert and his team were very helpful and great at communicating. Great location and very walkable - just be careful when it gets dark (as with any place). Would stay here again!
We really enjoyed this location! It was within minutes of everything we wanted to do, it was very clean & Albert was very communicative with us, helping us have a smooth check in and out process. He even recommended parking which made that easier for us. It was a very cute apartment and was perfect for what we needed.
Great location within 10-20 minutes of walking distance to most tourist attractions. Lost of food options to choose from close by. Very clean!
Was in town for a medical conference at the Boston Convention Center and absolutely LOVED my stay here. Easy walk to the Convention Center (15 mins), tucked away and very quiet and clean. 7-11 and Dunkin downstairs for your morning coffee and PM snacks. Even the neighbor who lives across the street was kind and helped me find the door in my jetlagged search. Can't recommend this place enough - great find!
Super convenient location, clean place that is perfect for two people. While it sucked to pay an extra $50 to check-in 3 hours early (2 PM), it was still cheaper than most other options downtown Boston.
The host made everything very easy from check in to check out, and it was so fun to stay in the downtown area! The space is very private and cozy, and is in a very walkable spot!
Great stay for the area. Close to many things. Everything was comfortable. We had a couple issues with the signal for the tv dropping but nothing major. We chose to park at the Lafayette garage. It seemed the closest and easiest to get in and out of and around $40/24 hour period. Yes you can park in front of the apt, but its metered only for 2 hours. Free parking after 8pm but you have to move by 8am the next morning, so the garage was a no brainer. The bed was comfortable, noise was minimal. We didnt even really hear any neighbors. We did not use the laundry facilities in the basement but it was convenient. As others have stated, you have to walk up the first floor to get to the elevator on the 2nd floor but that wasnt much of an issue either. We had plenty of places to eat around us. Sidebar was a great little dive bar to just relax. Definitely recommend Silvertone as a good restaurant that was open later when we needed to find a place to eat. Tradesman or Caffe Nero for breakfast pastries and coffee. I felt very safe in the area and it was nice having a 7-11 right at the corner for any quick needs. Would definitely stay here again!
Great location. Clean and convenient with good communication.
Great spot for what you need while traveling/visiting Boston. Bed and sheets are super comfy.
If I could give a 4.5 star rating, I would. Albert and the team are very responsive. We had an excellent check-in experience and the unit is located in such a great location. It was clean as well. The kitchen has basic essentials. The only downside is that by the 3rd night, our backs were hurting from the bed. The couch wasn’t very comfortable either (it’s like a low futon). There is an elevator, but you have to take a flight of stairs to get to the 2nd floor to access the elevator.
Everything is with in walking distance. The apartment was great and communication was fast and helpful
Great location and the apartment was just as advertised. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Perfect for a short trip!
Clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment in a perfect central location. Ideal for our 4 days in Boston!
Very convenient and centrally located. Easy access and good communication with host.
Alberts unit turned out to be in a great location. The A/C worked perfectly. It was very quiet, close to a 7/11, one block to full size grocery store , and subway station. 10 minute walk to Boston Common, the Freedom Trail and many restaurants.
Great location. Everything was clean. AC is a nice bonus. Check in is easy and host is very responsive.
This is a sweet little gem! In a great location, the space is cozy and clean, and the host is super responsive in case of any issues. I highly recommend staying here!
This apartment was just as advertised. Clean and comfortable with easy access to so many sites. I liked the proximity to Macys, Cafe Tatte and good restaurants. It was very quiet, the bed was comfortable and the host directions were easy to follow. My only wish was it had a better view.
The perfect location in Boston. It’s a quick walk to downtown, the convention center, the commons, and wonderful coffee shops and restaurants. Apartment was just enough space and had everything I needed.
this is such a cute and cozy airbnb located right by downtown crossing. it is easily accessible, and is a quick walk to other destinations such as south station, boston commons, public garden, quincy market, boston tea party museum, and the long wharf! a cvs and 711 is also conveniently located at the end of the block for anything you might have possibly forgotten to bring. there is also a restaurant next door known for their Chilean sandwiches, they are delicious. check in and check out was easy, Albert and his team are very quick to respond and made the entire process very smooth. the airbnb was very clean, most importantly the sheets and towels. the decor is very cute and aesthetically pleasing and calming. for my first time here in boston, i would definitely say i found a gem. i would definitely stay here again in the future
Very convenient location for our weekend in Boston with a seamless check in and check out process! Thank you so much!!
Great Apartment and Location to e Freedom Trail. Loved little bar around the corner..the Elephant and Castle
The place was perfect! Exactly as pictured, very cozy with great AC, and central to everything! Also blue bikes right outside which I used to get around most of my stay. Also best communication I’ve ever had with a host. Would highly recommend!
Great stay in a very clean apartment. The location is awesome.
Had a wonderful time staying at this location! Perfectly located to walk to historic sites or take a short subway ride! Highly recommend!
Great place situated in the heart of Boston. The apartment is close to everything including a 24h 7/11. All the good spots are close by walking distance. The apartment was very clean, with central AC. The hosts were great and very fast in replying to messages.
Perfect location & affordable in financial district with shops and restaurants. Directions were easy for check-in and albert was always prompt with assistance 24/7. Amazing place, its a home away from home. Will definitely stay again
This location cannot be beat. So close to so many things, yet feels so safe and cozy- stocked with all of the essentials and then some we were here for a week and a half and it felt like home.
Great place! Clean, perfect location for downtown Boston. Exactly as described. Great communication
Walking distance from South Station and close to Downtown Crossing T station. Roche Bros (small Whole Foods type of market) and Boston Common very nearby.
Great communication from the host, and perfect central location.
Very central location, good for a few nights stay in Boston. Very easy instructions and key-free entry which makes check-in all the easier.
Positives: - Great location near SouthStation. Easy walking distance for people arriving by train. - Very little noise audible (from outside and the other apartments). - Very comfortable bed and good sofa. - Large, good shower. - Wardrobe with hangers. - Very ucomplicated checkin with automatic door lock. - Very fast communication. - Cutting board and extra dish towels were put in the apartment 1 day after our request. We traveled to other larger cities like New York or Vancouver in the price range of the apartment. However, some things were negative for us here: - Dirty and unkempt hallway. - No fully equipped kitchen (there were missing e.g. oil, coffee, salad bowl, no cutting board, only 1 dish towel). - Chairs (bar stools) that already have broken places and turn on one side. - Rather older equipment, worn in many places, it could not clean at all because older and used. - The advertisement said "workplace", but there was only the very small round bar table, which should be enough for eating and working. Despite the positive points, I find the price-performance ratio not really ideal.
Awesome location and apartment has everything you need. Highly recommend!
This was one of the greatest Airbnb experiences I've had! The unit is spacious and clean and the couch and bed were very comfortable. The location is also amazing with many restaurants and pharmacies nearby (and the red line right there). Albert was also very accommodating, attentive, and responsive to my questions and needs/preferences. Would highly recommend!
Location to downtown was amazing! Bed was comfortable and great after a long day of exploring the city. I didn't give a 5 star review due to stains on the carpet made the place feel unclean. The elevator we couldn't find until the day before we left. The decor and furniture was really cheap. We couldn't utilize the small dining table in the living room due to how wobbly the table was. Shower seemed to work fine. It was fairly quite, I don't remember hearing any of the neighbors. Laundry was in the basement(lowest level) and only accepted an app for payment, which I was not expecting.
Great location, if you would like to stay close to downtown. Loved the digital check-in and check-out process!
The apartment is very nice and comfortable! Location is very convenient, near shops and public transport.
Well-stocked kitchen. Central location. Fast response to questions. Bedroom gets nice and dark for sleeping. Note you have stairs to walk up to get into the flat.
I really loved staying here. The communication with the host was easy, and they were always solicitous. The apartment is exactly as you see in the pictures. And the bed is amazing! Extremely comfortable. We didn't like the location as much, because it can feel a little sketchy at night, but besides that we really enjoyed our stay.
Great location. Clean and comfortable bed. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay.
Nice play to stay!
The location exceeded the price, clean and tidy
This place is a 3 story walk up in the heart of downtown Boston, it’s a walkable neighborhood but if you have a car you’ll have to find parking. The apartment is great and super clean and updated. My only complaint is the late check in (5pm) and early check out of (10am)
Clean nice space in a great location! Could walk everywhere !
AMAZING. Deserves 1,000 stars. Very clean, efficient and comfortable. Location is amazing and surrounded by stores. The unit is spotless and has everything you could need. (If you forget anything there’s a CVS right down the block and a grocery store. All in walking distance) Will be recommending this to all friends and family in Boston. The team that manages the unit is incredibly communicative and responds in minutes. Amazing!
Great spot for a quick weekend visit! Location couldn’t be better. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped.
It’s a very nice and tidy little apartment . The location is amazing and very convenient. However, the sofa will surprise you when sit on it, be careful.
Location is great. Right in downtown. Albert was accommodating. Place is smaller than expected (feels like a studio more than a one bedroom).
Great place. Perfect location. Clean, easy to find and check-in and out couldn't have been simpler. Would definitely stay again.
This apt. Is a good place for a single person or a couple, it was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The bed was absolutely amazing, felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The communication to access the place was great. If you’re a driver the parking a lot is literally around the corner and is secure. The location of this place to local bars and restaurants was very convenient. The elevator was inoperable when we arrived which was the only negative.
Super location and good apartment at a great value. Would absolutely stay there again. Albert is incredibly quick with replying to any questions you email. No direct contact though, which was fine, since he was so responsive with his messaging. I was snowed in and needed to extend my stay by one night, which was quickly accommodated.
Overall a great stay; the location was super convenient, especially with it being located so close to downtown Boston, convenient stores, Quincy Market, and other historical sites. Check-in was great too—no need for a lockbox or walking far just to get access into the building.
The location is great, and the place was very clean. The kitchen and bath area are obviously recently remodeled. However, the furniture might kindly be called shabby. Communication and service left something to be desired -- the coffee carafe was broken -- I took a picture and sent it as requested, and I was told that someone would bring us a replacement, and no one did.
Albert’s place is cozy and is the center of everything- it was perfect for a short stay in the city! We had a great stay and the bed was super comfortable! We had a minor problem with the garbage disposal when we arrived, but his team was quick to resolve it. Will recommend!
Great location and clean apartment
Had a great stay! Location is super convenient, just a 2 minute walk to the subway station and within walking distance to many places. With that being said, parking is not efficient at all. Metered parking is $2/hr and only 2 hours max. If driving, parking garage is your best bet, $40/day was the best we could find. The space is small, but perfect for 2 people. The kitchen was well equipped and the place was very clean. The couch isn’t super comfy thinking one of the springs must be messed up, but the bed definitely is! Overall, would definitely stay again :)
Location is fantastic, you can walk to almost anything you need, and there's a subway station very close by for access to everything else. The keyless entry is easy and convenient. The couch is pretty messed up, with a spring sticking up in the middle, but the bed is extremely comfortable. Overall great stay, would definitely stay here again.
Lovely place great location Will definitely return!
Great location, all the necessary services and appliances available.
Wonderful, cozy place in the heart of Boston! We loved how clean the place was. The bed was super comfy and enjoyed the full kitchen. Easy walk to the subway and many great restaurants/shopping nearby. Would definitely book again!
Great place to stay especially if you want to explore all of Boston. Great location and great host. Communication was instant and Airbnb was awesome! Would highly recommend
Good place to stay. Close by to train stops and other tourist areas.
You get what you pay for. Location - If you wanna stay in downtown, this location is amazing and close to all transit. Homelessness is a challenge in downtown area I general. One night we had a homeless couple blocking the main entrance with their bags. Living+Bedroom: Very clean and has the basics. Bed was comfy with clean sheets. Couch has a broken spring poking out, one of the dining chairs wobbles a lot. They didn't have salt/oil that the listing claims to have. Not much sunlight comes in, in case that's important to you. Bathroom: Clean when we arrived. 2 sets of towels. Fan doesn't work that well so humidity and smell remain for a longer period of time than usual. Poo-pourri can help lol! Wifi and TV work great!
Albert’s place was a great stay. Super easy to get in and out of, very clean, and very conveniently located to many attractions within Boston, lots of them within walking distance. Would definitely book again!
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!! I love the location we were so close to everything literally steps from the subway! It was a little confusion to check-in also it was very late we arrived like 2am, they are great with communication!! Thank you Albert and your team! I loved boston was a great experience!!
Great location and clean place.
Room was just as described in the listing, and the location made it very easy to get around.
Great spot for a short stay for a friend’s wedding. Awesome location in downtown crossing near the T and nearby tons of shops and restaurants. It’s on the third floor so if you have a ton of luggage it can be a bit of a hassle to move them up—elevators are accessible by going downstairs first. Other than that, clean space, not too much sunlight, a bit small but was great for a short stay.
We had a great weekend stay at this apartment. It's small, but worked out fine for the two of us and the location was great! Check-in and out were very easy and we would stay there again if back in Boston.
The apartment was clean and comfortable and the location was superior for our needs. We were only there one night. It was a five-minute walk from South Station to the unit and a 20 minute walk to MGH where we had a doctor’s appointment. It was an easy walk also to the waterfront for our dinner reservation. The host quickly responded to questions.
Great location - it was walking distance from so much and access to subway was extremely easy! The building is secure and quiet. Everything in the apartment was great - shower, kitchen, etc. Would definitely stay here again!
As with all places in the financial district parking is very very limited. There’s virtually no street parking on Arch so be prepared. Instructions to get into building are inaccurate albeit it being lengthy so have the Airbnb app handy. Otherwise it’s a good place for exploring Boston.
Perfect location in the city. Walkable to most things in Boston! Parking was limited, but you could definitely find a spot on a nearby street or parking garage. Check-in/out was easy. Albert was on time and accurate with all descriptors. My only suggestions would be to have more bath towels in the room. There were only 3 towels, one hand towel and no wash clothes. Other than that everything about our experience with this apartment was great! Will recommend and book again next time in Boston.
Great location and the perfect Airbnb for a quick getaway with your significant other. The host was quick in all his responses. Highly recommend for all those looking for an affordable place to stay in Boston.
This is a great place for a couple or solo traveler - easy to check in and out, clean, quiet, and very convenient location. It was just what we needed!
Clean, easy to access, and in a great location.
Simple (as listed)! Not much natural light, but if you just need a clean place to shower/sleep and potentially work, this is it! We enjoyed our stay and being in the Downtown Crossing area. It was easy to get Uber/Lyft and to walk to stores and even a brewery. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
Nice space, easy to get to, walking distance from everything.
Albert place was incredible, it included everything you needed and it is a prime location right in the middle of Boston. When I travel to Boston next time I will definitely stay there again!
Great location!!! In the center of everything! Train station, bike rental, grocery store, eateries, information stations all within a minute or two of walking! Room was clean and just enough space! Great place to stay all the way around!!!
Great place to stay. The team was really responsive and great with our needs.
location is great and apartment is quiet at night. overall decent staying, but the apartment is very small and with very little natural light making it a bit uncomfortable.
Great location with easy access to public transportation or Blue Bikes for exploring. The location is a bit smaller than the images would lead you to but great for long work stays otherwise
The location was super convenient - near the T, a grocery store, and downtown. However, note that the unit is in downtown crossing, not the financial district as advertised. It's a 2 min walk from the DTX station. Boston's a major city and so it's unfortunate but expected that there are many struggling people experiencing homelessness, but there tended to be more near the unit than in more touristy areas like the Waterfront, downtown, or Back Bay. The area also gets really quiet and a little sketchy late at night so be wary if you are traveling alone. Keyless entry is seamless. The unit itself was pretty clean. Nice, glass shower, and the unit has great AC! There is laundry in the building for $2.50 each cycle. Overall, the place is solid and has all the basics, but don't expect anything extra - you'll have to go out and buy all cooking supplies (including salt/pepper and oil) and even hand soap.
Great location (central to everything, 1 min walk from public transportation) and good-sized stay for a solo traveler or couple
Location was amazing, and the apartment was very clean and comfortable!
This place was awesome. Stylish quaint walk up in the middle of the big city. not too far away from everything you need. Love the place; it's small and personable with a nice homely touch.
Highly recommend for those visiting Boston. It's a great location. The room was clean on arrival and well maintained.
Very nice and comfy place. Also clean and private.
Nice, clean place in the heart of Boston.
Definitely a great place to book, highly recommend.
Great area. Close to the aquarium, museums, and great dining! Host responds quickly.
Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
