This is great place in a perfect location in the city center. It is accurately described. The only drawback is that there is some noise from the outside street or construction (I had to use earplugs while sleeping), but this is in no way a fault of the landlords.
Place was as described, price is steep but to be expected for downtown Boston. Occasional homeless person near the door but only twice in a weeks long stay. Hosts were communicative and helpful

This Airbnb is nice on the inside, all the amenities is exactly what we expected. All the pictures are very accurate on what you'd expect. Along with other comments, there are groups of folks that hang out outside the entrance that you go into to get up to the unit. We we were from big cities so that wasn't unusual for us, but could be a challenging thing to navigate if you don't come form a bigger city. Overall, would stay here again, it is in a central location to get anywhere in the city! We also love the mission of Healing Home's - supporting individuals / families that need treatments at near by hospitals! We will be back!

Neat place right in the middle of downtown, good for a short stay. Not the nicest building, but they keep the apartment nice & clean and was actually pretty quiet for being in the middle of downtown crossing.
Place was in the perfect downtown location! It was very clean and the host was responsive.
Overall, the place was adequate (better than camping), but certainly not worth what they charge. I would not recommend this particular location to anyone looking for a nice stay. The pictures of the building omit the fact that their is a homeless encampment right next door, and that besides being yelled at and asked for money every time we left, we were always welcomed home with the smell of urine at the front door. The staff was fairly responsive, even if I disagreed with their policies. Overall, the biggest draw this place has is the working AC.
The place is nice, has what you need, clean and functioning! We grabbed some food for quick bfast, and also warmed up leftovers for the days we had work from The Airbnb. This place is around financial center so very quiet on the weekend (lots nearby closed Sat/sun). About. 10-15 min walk to most sightseeing and super convenient that way! When entering after business hours you do need to climb stairs w your bags(one story)- the elevator is in the back of the building and accessible to the first floor only when you can enter from a different location when outside doors are open to adjacent building. Not a huge issue- Just notable. Boston is pricey! I travel a lot- Boston is pricey for hotels and Airbnb(and everything else too)! This was more reasonably priced than other places!
Awesome and very walkable location - super close to Boston Common and Quincy Market. The apartment was smaller than I expected but was great, provided all the essentials even a free pack n’ play as we traveling with our toddler. There was hair and dirt in the sheets of the bed but everything else was clean! Noise was not an issue.
The place has a great location. The host responded very quickly when needed. I would stay again.
First, the good things. Very conveniently located, very responsive hosts who communicated almost instantly. Clean, cosy and nice. A couple of things that could be better - the elevator is only available for one floor which meant I had to drag my heavy suitcase up the stairs. Also, the heating in the room was acting up and while the hosts were communicating continuously, it took them 2 days to fix it. So a couple of nights were very hot and I had to sleep with the windows open!
The unit itself was pretty nice. Perfect little simple apartment. Only real gripe was its on the 4th floor with no elevator. The staircase inside was a little narrow but otherwise everything else was pretty nice! The location is in a great spot. Very walkable.
this was a fine place to stay. the apartment and amenities inside were great. The two things that were problematic: the place was listed as having an elevator, which it did, but it was only accessible once you walked up a long flight of stairs to the second floor; the neighborhood outside the place was a little sketchy, and I felt a little unsafe. I'm general the location of the place wrt being downtown, near the Commons and Chinatown, was great

This place is exactly as described. Located in the heart of Boston downtown it is the perfect location if you want to see the city. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, Freedom trail and another sightseeing in a walkable distance. Overall we enjoyed staying here!

Everything was perfect, I had a great time in Boston at one of Healing Homes' apartments. The location is excellent, a comfortable walk from many public transport stations. The apartment was very cosy, I had everything I needed. Getting in and out is automated so I didn't have to wait for anybody. Instructions were crystal clear and the general communication of the staff was also extremely fast and professional. All in all, excellent hosts and apartment.

Had a great time at Albert’s! Location is perfect for getting to anything within downtown Boston. Public transit was a 5 minute walk and so we’re good places to eat, Boston Common, and shopping!

This apartment was perfect for our one night stay in Boston as part of a longer road trip! The entrance instructions were very clear and we found the building quickly and were able to enter the unit easily. The team managing the units in this building were so responsive and welcoming and immediately replied to the questions we had. The area is very walkable and we were able to walk to the north end in 10ish minutes. Definitely recommend!

Pros- comfortable stay, convenient location, warm shower, usable kitchen and enjoyed the TV. Cons - located right next to a shelter and the homeless frequently surround the entrance to the door. Overall enjoyed our stay and the host was great to work with!

Had an amazing stay. The host was very responsive and helpful. In terms of location you’re getting a great deal! We were 15 minutes walking from the New England Aquarium and even closer to some great restaurants. The apartment was very clean and it had everything we needed for our stay.
Incredible stay! Super clean and quiet, very close to multiple subway/train lines, and easy access to the Boston downtown area walking. Highly recommend! Check-in and check-out are quite late and early respectively, but there’s a luggage storage space about 2 blocks away that can help make planning your stay easier. Super communicative too!
The Newly Designed Loft Apartment hosted by Albert was quite nice and close to everything. The bed was firm and comfortable, the water pressure and temperature control in the shower was just the way we like it. We particularly appreciated the availability of the laundry in the basement, which we used!
It was perfect. The place is clean & comfortable. Please note; go to the second floor to find the elevator. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, and please make sure to go into 103 NOT 103B.

The apt was a good location, hard to found the elevator in the 2 floor , also I have to Walmart longs stairs, the bed is super uncomfortable to sleep in.. otherwise the apt have everything u need , is not coffee and the coffee machine is not working good
Nice little apartment conveniently located near the top end of the Boston Common. it was easy to walk from the apartment to the park, restaurants, and things to do. the neighborhood felt safe and lively but also not crowded.
2nd time staying. Never fails to disappoint. It’s my go to place to stay in Boston. The location is everything! Can’t wait to come back in July
I’ve stayed in this building before, also hosted by Albert. Everything is always great. I did forget about the never ending stairs and no elevator. Got lots of exercise thanks to the 4th floor booking!
We came to run the Boston Marathon and this place was perfect. Walking distance to all events and plenty of good food including a grocery store and T stop very close by.
We had a great stay, super location. We were missing a needed item in the kitchen and were very responsive about it. The place was suited to our needs, and was clean.

Part from a few setbacks (We were welcomed by a cockroach in the kitchen, a cracked bathroom tile, and broken door hanger for the mirror), this location is exactly as advertised. Albert and his team were extremely responsive and accommodating! The location is great of you’re planning on walking during your stay instead of driving. The apartment is located by multiple restaurant options, Dunkin’ Donuts, and is only a 10-15 minute walk to multiple great spots to visit.
Albert was always responsive! I loved the place my new place to stay whilst in MA, I was nervous as I was travelling alone but Albert was very accommodating. The location is perfect! Lots to do in downtown Boston
The overall experience is good. Some highlights are: The place location is convenient, center of Boston downtown, close to all places. Some lowlights are: 1. The light in the living room is broken, so it only has lights in the kitchen, it is dark in living room. 2. I am not sure whether it is AC in bedroom is broken or it is because the window doesn't sear properly, but it is cold during night in bedroom, while living room is warm. 2. The hair dryer is so old and cheap and not very efficient.
we had a really nice stay. albert/the healing homes team were accommodating and very easy to communicate with. the apartment is ideally located just steps off the Boston commons and for an additional fee parking nearby is offered, which was an absolute godsend because parking downtown is quite challenging. the space itself is clean and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend and would stay here again

The location was great, but very little natural light and the place could use a little sprucing up. The bed was low to the ground, small, and very firm. The overall value is ok for the price.
The appartment is perfect for a visit in Boston. Everything you want to see is in walking distance and the T is just around the corner, in case you want to go to Cambridge etc. The appartment is very well equipped. We can recommend staying there!

Place was great. We’re able to walk everywhere which was important to my wife and I while on this trip. Room was great and clean. Would recommend to anyone. Only down side is parking. But there are plenty of public garages around for a reasonable price.

The apartment is in a very convenient location, a couple of blocks from Boston Common and close to two subway stations (Downtown Crossing and Park Street). The apartment was a comfortable space for the two of us. We would recommend it as a place to stay.

Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
