Neat place right in the middle of downtown, good for a short stay. Not the nicest building, but they keep the apartment nice & clean and was actually pretty quiet for being in the middle of downtown crossing.
Place was in the perfect downtown location! It was very clean and the host was responsive.
Overall, the place was adequate (better than camping), but certainly not worth what they charge. I would not recommend this particular location to anyone looking for a nice stay. The pictures of the building omit the fact that their is a homeless encampment right next door, and that besides being yelled at and asked for money every time we left, we were always welcomed home with the smell of urine at the front door. The staff was fairly responsive, even if I disagreed with their policies. Overall, the biggest draw this place has is the working AC.
The place is nice, has what you need, clean and functioning! We grabbed some food for quick bfast, and also warmed up leftovers for the days we had work from The Airbnb. This place is around financial center so very quiet on the weekend (lots nearby closed Sat/sun). About. 10-15 min walk to most sightseeing and super convenient that way! When entering after business hours you do need to climb stairs w your bags(one story)- the elevator is in the back of the building and accessible to the first floor only when you can enter from a different location when outside doors are open to adjacent building. Not a huge issue- Just notable. Boston is pricey! I travel a lot- Boston is pricey for hotels and Airbnb(and everything else too)! This was more reasonably priced than other places!
Awesome and very walkable location - super close to Boston Common and Quincy Market. The apartment was smaller than I expected but was great, provided all the essentials even a free pack n’ play as we traveling with our toddler. There was hair and dirt in the sheets of the bed but everything else was clean! Noise was not an issue.

First, the good things. Very conveniently located, very responsive hosts who communicated almost instantly. Clean, cosy and nice. A couple of things that could be better - the elevator is only available for one floor which meant I had to drag my heavy suitcase up the stairs. Also, the heating in the room was acting up and while the hosts were communicating continuously, it took them 2 days to fix it. So a couple of nights were very hot and I had to sleep with the windows open!
The unit itself was pretty nice. Perfect little simple apartment. Only real gripe was its on the 4th floor with no elevator. The staircase inside was a little narrow but otherwise everything else was pretty nice! The location is in a great spot. Very walkable.
this was a fine place to stay. the apartment and amenities inside were great. The two things that were problematic: the place was listed as having an elevator, which it did, but it was only accessible once you walked up a long flight of stairs to the second floor; the neighborhood outside the place was a little sketchy, and I felt a little unsafe. I'm general the location of the place wrt being downtown, near the Commons and Chinatown, was great

This place is exactly as described. Located in the heart of Boston downtown it is the perfect location if you want to see the city. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, Freedom trail and another sightseeing in a walkable distance. Overall we enjoyed staying here!

Everything was perfect, I had a great time in Boston at one of Healing Homes' apartments. The location is excellent, a comfortable walk from many public transport stations. The apartment was very cosy, I had everything I needed. Getting in and out is automated so I didn't have to wait for anybody. Instructions were crystal clear and the general communication of the staff was also extremely fast and professional. All in all, excellent hosts and apartment.

Had a great time at Albert’s! Location is perfect for getting to anything within downtown Boston. Public transit was a 5 minute walk and so we’re good places to eat, Boston Common, and shopping!

This apartment was perfect for our one night stay in Boston as part of a longer road trip! The entrance instructions were very clear and we found the building quickly and were able to enter the unit easily. The team managing the units in this building were so responsive and welcoming and immediately replied to the questions we had. The area is very walkable and we were able to walk to the north end in 10ish minutes. Definitely recommend!

Pros- comfortable stay, convenient location, warm shower, usable kitchen and enjoyed the TV. Cons - located right next to a shelter and the homeless frequently surround the entrance to the door. Overall enjoyed our stay and the host was great to work with!

Had an amazing stay. The host was very responsive and helpful. In terms of location you’re getting a great deal! We were 15 minutes walking from the New England Aquarium and even closer to some great restaurants. The apartment was very clean and it had everything we needed for our stay.
Incredible stay! Super clean and quiet, very close to multiple subway/train lines, and easy access to the Boston downtown area walking. Highly recommend! Check-in and check-out are quite late and early respectively, but there’s a luggage storage space about 2 blocks away that can help make planning your stay easier. Super communicative too!
The Newly Designed Loft Apartment hosted by Albert was quite nice and close to everything. The bed was firm and comfortable, the water pressure and temperature control in the shower was just the way we like it. We particularly appreciated the availability of the laundry in the basement, which we used!
It was perfect. The place is clean & comfortable. Please note; go to the second floor to find the elevator. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, and please make sure to go into 103 NOT 103B.

The apt was a good location, hard to found the elevator in the 2 floor , also I have to Walmart longs stairs, the bed is super uncomfortable to sleep in.. otherwise the apt have everything u need , is not coffee and the coffee machine is not working good
Nice little apartment conveniently located near the top end of the Boston Common. it was easy to walk from the apartment to the park, restaurants, and things to do. the neighborhood felt safe and lively but also not crowded.

I’ve stayed in this building before, also hosted by Albert. Everything is always great. I did forget about the never ending stairs and no elevator. Got lots of exercise thanks to the 4th floor booking!
We came to run the Boston Marathon and this place was perfect. Walking distance to all events and plenty of good food including a grocery store and T stop very close by.

Part from a few setbacks (We were welcomed by a cockroach in the kitchen, a cracked bathroom tile, and broken door hanger for the mirror), this location is exactly as advertised. Albert and his team were extremely responsive and accommodating! The location is great of you’re planning on walking during your stay instead of driving. The apartment is located by multiple restaurant options, Dunkin’ Donuts, and is only a 10-15 minute walk to multiple great spots to visit.

The overall experience is good. Some highlights are: The place location is convenient, center of Boston downtown, close to all places. Some lowlights are: 1. The light in the living room is broken, so it only has lights in the kitchen, it is dark in living room. 2. I am not sure whether it is AC in bedroom is broken or it is because the window doesn't sear properly, but it is cold during night in bedroom, while living room is warm. 2. The hair dryer is so old and cheap and not very efficient.
we had a really nice stay. albert/the healing homes team were accommodating and very easy to communicate with. the apartment is ideally located just steps off the Boston commons and for an additional fee parking nearby is offered, which was an absolute godsend because parking downtown is quite challenging. the space itself is clean and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend and would stay here again

The location was great, but very little natural light and the place could use a little sprucing up. The bed was low to the ground, small, and very firm. The overall value is ok for the price.
The appartment is perfect for a visit in Boston. Everything you want to see is in walking distance and the T is just around the corner, in case you want to go to Cambridge etc. The appartment is very well equipped. We can recommend staying there!

Place was great. We’re able to walk everywhere which was important to my wife and I while on this trip. Room was great and clean. Would recommend to anyone. Only down side is parking. But there are plenty of public garages around for a reasonable price.

My husband and I walked everywhere or caught the T, many spots just nearby the loft for our entire five day stay. What an incredible experience! Grateful for the extra towels, full kitchen, and cleanliness of the loft!

The apartment it’s located where there is too much homeless and there where 2 times that we can’t access to the apartment because of these. It’s the first time that in an Airbnb the owner never shows up. Only messages trough the app were available not even a local phone number. I asked for extra towels and bedding supplements that never showed up.
As advertised. Located in Chinatown and great food around. Super close to the subway and really easy to navigate around from there.

Was a very quiet and nice unit located in a great spot!! On the map it seemed like it was kinda far from the water or any other borough but honestly wasn’t a bad walk to anything anywhere! What you see is what you get which is great! The only thing is i do agree with another couple reviews on this listing.. check in instructions can be better. Go up the first set of stairs when you enter the building. Open the door labeled “2” .. go down the hall turn right, left, right and there you will see the elevator that you can then use to get to your floor. You can also exit out to the street by going down to floor 1 from your floor and go through the dentist office entrance doors. There’s no way of getting onto the elevator from that way though because the one door locks. Besides that, it was an awesome place to stay and the host team was very fast at communicating!!
We had a great stay here in Boston! The loft was perfect for two and was in a great location. We could walk to everything and it was right beside the metro if we were traveling further. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance.

Great location, everything was clean, and the hosts were very communicative. The only confusing thing, for me, was locating the elevator from the Arch St. entrance on the first floor. Exiting from the elevator from the unit was a breeze. Would stay here again!
The apartment is located nearby the freedom trail, so to most of the attractions you can walk. Only disadvantage is that you can only enter the elevator in the second floor, so you have to climb up the stairs. The communication was good and the apartment was as described and clean.
We had a nice time staying here. The apartment itself was as advertised—clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was easy to communicate with and gave clear instructions for check in and check out. The building was not super handicapped-accessible: we couldn’t figure out how to get to the elevator without going through a separate entrance that was locked outside of business hours or by going down and up a flight of stairs, and the staircase up to the fourth floor had a broken handrail. All in all we’d be happy to stay here again.
This was a great apartment for one person and it was super close to my work office. The team was very responsive. Apartment was clean. I would consider staying again. TIP for other people’s future stays and also for host: the instructions for the elevator does not seem correct at all. Another 2 Airbnb guests and I arrived same time, 3 people reading the instructions sent to us and all of us did not find it accurate and could not find the elevator on first floor. Ultimately it seems like we had to carry our luggages up to the 2nd floor with floor and door marked as “2” walk to end of hallway to get the elevator. Going down though, you technically can take elevator to floor 1 and then exit through the dental door which leads to the next building’s lobby. After multiple attempts to find elevator on first floor to go up, I still don’t know how to get to it from the main entrance instructions.

Good location and this could be a great little Airbnb but really needs a good deep clean. Walls are dirty and some details were missed during remodel. A good coat of paint and cleaning could go a long way. Bed was comfy and easy check in though.
We stayed in apartment 4D for 6 nights. This room needs to be maintained. The bedroom door could not close because is not attached to the frame. The garbage disposal was jammed and did not work. The shower was great however and the heater worked great. The TV has many streamed channels and the wi-fi worked as advertised. As another reviewer mentioned, the elevator is on the 2nd floor. Once up the 1st floor stairs, open the door to the left and follow the hallway. There is nothing marked. The noise level was acceptable. But be aware the 7-11 on the corner seemed to have music playing 24 hrs. Being a light sleeper the noise eventually had me using ear plugs. The location is great. Wallking distance or short Lyft rides to the tourist locations. Overall we had a good experience and any communication with the host was fast and efficient. We arrived after midnight and followed the instructions to comment on any damage which we did. You can attach pictures using Airbnb messaging.

Great place in a great location, near to everything - restaurants, cafes, grocery store - and walking distance to sightseeing places: long wharf, Boston Commons, freedom trail, etc. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you may need. I would definitely stay in this place again. There is an elevator, but if you go through the indicated entrance, to find the elevator you need to walk to the second floor and walk through the hallway door to the other end of that hallway. During business hours you can take the elevator from the bottom floor, but you have to go in through the building main door (revolving door) and through the first door on the left - using the same code.
The apartment was great! It had everything we needed for our weekend in Boston. The place was clean, quiet, in an absolutely amazing location, and check in and out was easy as could be. I will definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in Boston!

This loft is the perfect place to stay. It’s right near Boston common and there are several stores, restaurants and attractions nearby. The host are super communicative about how to access the loft and make your stay stress free by providing coffee fixings and some toiletries in case you forgot any. It was really easy to access the building and apartment as well. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Boston!!

This place is a great spot for travelers that want to spend most of their days exploring the city. The apartment was a great size with all the essentials and a great kitchen with every basic appliance if you feel like having a night in and cooking. Location is great being just above the Downtown Crossing station and the Common/Park St. station, just a block away. Being close to the Common and Public Gardens was great for us and our dogs. Even with the location, the nights were fairly quiet. The Healing Homes team is very easy and accessible to communicate with. My only criticisms are 1. there were visible stains on the comforter/bed sheets and 2. the bed is a full size bed. It's not specified in the listing but I was surprised that for a listing that accommodates 2 guests, a full size bed was what was provided.
This listing is in an excellent location, and offers exactly what the photos say. That being said, the cleaning was absolutely abysmal when we arrived; there was a leftover moldy pizza in our microwave, a shard of glass on the floor, and a hole in the wall to name a few things. However, the hosts were extremely quick to refund my cleaning fee and were very communicative.
This apartment is perfect! It’s a great size and in such a great location! It’s about a 7 min walk to the seaport and there are great restaurants and bars around. I would definitely book again.

Great location in the financial district of Boston. Very clean. I was happy to know they allowed me to bring my little dog. Accommodations were very comfortable.
Let me start by saying we had a very unique experience at this place, so you may have a better one or a worse one. The hosts were very kind and very communicative people. if anything goes wrong you can text them and they will respond quickly. They work for a larger company which maintains many units so they are very organized. The place itself is in a nice location downtown, it's a small room but it has everything you need. the bed is very comfortable made from memory foam, there's a nice sized tv with chromcast so you can stream, wifi is very fast. The room was a little dusty and it felt like no one had been in there for weeks, but that wasn't a huge deal, probably just a slow time. Some of the stuff felt kind of old and not totally maintained, but again not a huge deal. We had an issue when staying where the glass shower door wasn't totally maintained correctly and it exploded while using it. That wasn't great. Caused a huge mess, cut my hand up, and kind of ruined our experience since we had to move to another unit (which ironically the shower door also exploded in and had glass everywhere). And the second unit was in worse shape. So yeah, our experience was definitely unique, again the hosts were very helpful. if it wasn't for the shower door and moving to a dirty unit afterwards I would give this place a 4/5 star review, but alas, a shower door did explode on me
Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
