Place is exactly as described. Very centrally located and close to everything you need. The downside to this place is that 3-8 homeless people gather around the entrance to the building which can be very scary if traveling alone. During the day there is a lot of people in the area so it’s safe but in the evening/ night it’s pretty desolate except for the homeless people.
Convenient location for downtown exploring and easy enough to walk to North End. Limited kitchen essentials if you plan to cook. Getting to apartment is a bit unusual as you take stairs to second floor, then walk through the building to reach the elevator, then back track to the apartment. We were able to see many things in a 3 day stay, including several Irish pubs in the area.
Great place to stay. There are homeless but its not big deal.
The place it’s good if you stay a couple of days, the space is ideal for 2 persons. It is well located because everything is close by. The building lacks maintenance and you have to go up one floor to take the elevator, if you bring heavy suitcases that could be an issue. The only complaint I have about the place is that right on that street there are many homeless and people under the influence of drugs and they occupy the space next to it as a public restroom, the smell I so bad. When we entered we had to wait for them to move from the main entrance to get in. An feel insecure at night.
This apartment was very clean with a comfortable bed and lots of pillows. The location was good and the host was very responsive and helpful. The only thing that threw me off a bit was that the details and decor were very different than what the photos showed on the Airbnb app. They could definitely use some more decor to make the place feel a bit more welcoming.
Great place for a short stay in central Boston. Easy access to city.
Great location—we walked everywhere. Super close to mass transit as well. Trader Joe’s and 7-11 close by for groceries. Hosts were very responsive. It was handy to have a washer and dryer in the building, along with detergent. Only surprise was no coffee in the unit (there’s a coffeemaker and filters, though, so we just bought some ground coffee at 7-11). Very comfortable bed and nice seating area for downtime. Would recommend, and would stay here again.
The place was nice and comfortable and clean however a little more run-down than the photos would suggest and while the location is good, the price is just so high for a single night it is hard to justify. But no real complaints! Lovely spot!
I stayed here for 3 nights and it was a great base for my time in Boston. The apartment is centrally located, easily walkable from South Station (airport and several local / regional train & bus lines). The apartment is efficiently laid out, making great use of the small space. The unit I stayed in looked directly into a little airway between buildings, so I left the blinds shut most of the time, but that was fine, as this was a place to rest. There were a handful of kitchen cooking utensils, cutlery, and dishes- plenty for a few days. I was pleasantly surprised to find two trays filled with ice in the freezer, as I stayed on a particularly hot period in July (AC worked great!) My only one negative comment about this place is that it's located next to a mission so there were a few folks hanging around the street outside & frequently a smell of urine outside the building door. Not something the company can prevent and present in any city. I would certainly stay here again!
Fantastic space. Walkable to all the major destinations in Boston. Really enjoyed our stay!
The place was small and has potential of being cozy. The pictures did not match expectations. The building itself, the hall ceilings were stained from water leakage. Getting to the elevator was confusing and could be an inconvenience for anyone who isn’t able to climb stairs to the 2nd floor. Entrance into the building and apt was easy and well instructed. Location wasn’t the best. The 7-11 on the corner had drug dealers dealing, homeless, and discomfort. Simply, unsafe. Disappointments for me were, not having enough towels. For two people staying 2.5 days we were given 2 bath towels and 2 washcloths. I would have liked to have a couple extra. Also, a long mirror. I know for females at least, we like to be sure everything is on point without having to question. One could easily be placed on the wall in the bathroom behind the door. The couch is uncomfortable to relax on, it’s hard and rough. Howerver, to make up for it, the bed, linen, and pillows were soft, warm, and comfortable.
Clean and comfortable deep in the heart of downtown. Most things, including the freedom trail are quite walkable from this location. How’s was very responsive and even accommodating allowing me to drop off luggage earlier than expected last minute. 10/10 would recommend.
Fantastic location. Very close to the T, a grocery store, restaurants, even a gym. It would be amazing if a small dresser or even a luggage rack was in the closet so you didn’t have to live out of your suitcase on the floor, but this should not be something that stops you from staying here. It’s a great deal considering how overpriced the hotels are in this city.
Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while visiting Boston! Price per night aligned with the micro hotel prices, so we jump on this listing when it became available. The city was quiet at night and it's on the top floor so there was no noise from above. Centrally located so an easy walk to most places in Boston including amazing restaurants and historical sites. We took the subway to and from the airport and dropped off our luggage at Underground Express so we could explore the city before check-in. Grocery store nearby. Highly recommend staying here!
I found the bed and excessive pillows to be extremely comfortable. Walkable to parking garage. Really nothing spectacular about the space or view, just that it's in a good location with a good bed and hot water. (: good for a couple traveling who's focus is on being out and about.
Great central location. Plenty of things to do in short walking distances. I wish the apartment had more windows to allow natural light. Only a tiny high window in bathroom and a regular window facing a wall in livingroom. Some knobs missing on closet and no interior handles inside sliding shower door. Other than that, it was a good experience with hosts who communicate well and quickly.
A comfortable, convenient place downtown. Very walkable and near public transit!
great place to crash for a meeting, very close to the train, peaceful and convenient
Close to the Boston Commons which is nice. The bed was slightly uncomfortable and the walls a little dirty. Other than that it was a nice small apartment.
The cleanest and most comfortable Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Check-in process was straightforward. There are clear labels in the kitchen and bathroom. I would stay here again.
Nice place to stay in a great location! Clean and cozy.
Many stays later I continue to enjoy the peaceful, clean and comfortable units!
Everything that was advertised was completely accurate. The is extremely to respond to concerns.
Really liked the commodities and location
Nice place, safe, good location. I would stay there again.
Beautiful room in the best location! Very walkable. Perfect for what I needed. Close to the metro. I would 100% book again.
Great little place! Basic but cozy, and in an extremely convenient location for all of downtown Boston.
Great location and a cure apartment! Thank you!
Everything amazing! Near many locations and accessible for all.
Good place to stay in Boston. Great location.
Very much worth the price. It has good central location but it can be a little sus at night. Plan accordingly!
Our stay here was comfortable and clean. We were able to walk to many of the places we wanted to go and found good restaurants nearby. If you have a car, be prepared to pay a decent amount for parking. Host was helpful and communicative.
The place was fantastic! Pans and a coffee maker supplied us with everything we needed! The only down side was that the area didn’t really have many things open late in terms of bars and such. The place itself was beautiful!
Firstly, I have never written a review on an Airbnb as I’ve always had a great experience. However this one did not live up to the same. The apartment was dirty and rundown. It looked like the walls had not been painted or cleaned in well over a year. There was tile missing in the bathroom, all the doors were damaged, random holes/cords hanging out of the wall in the bedroom. The trash cans were dented and broken, as was the coffee table and TV stand. The unit in the pictures is not what you will get in reality. We also walked outside multiple times to people peeing on the entrance and the ammonia/urine smell was present constantly. The bed was very comfortable and the location other than the urine was good. The host replied promptly.
This was a great location and met our needs wonderfully. The host was always responsive and prompt. The cost is not different from the going rate in Boston, it is just a lot for a southern girl to swallow. The entry is a bit confusing at first as there are two doors. You enter in the door closest to the 7-Eleven, take the stairs up to the 2nd floor and walk down the halls to the elevator. We felt very safe here and I would definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed the location very much. The apartment was small but comfortable.
Great place to say! Would recommend
Fantastic place to stay. A lot of stuff to do
The place was located in a great location and with all necessary amenities. everything was clean with a responsive host. worth the price
Nice little apartment, not too noisy and A/C worked well, which was good given the heat and humidity in Boston! Great communication from healing homes team.
Great stay! Very convenient location. Thanks, Albert!
Nice play to stay in Boston!
Great location and communication, would stay again!
Great location! Was able to walk to almost everything. Photos are a little deceiving with the upkeep of the place. You can tell it’s been used a lot. Clean other than that.
Adequate for a quick overnight but it felt very small and missing natural light.
What a perfect stay! We were right in the heart of Boston with easy walks to all T stations (green, red, blue, AND orange), shopping (grocery store nearby is Roche Bros), sites, history, and safe bars for drinking/getting home (we highly recommend Versus). As for the apartment, it was beautiful and the perfect size for our stay. The bathroom is lovely, kitchen is the perfect size (though a bit tight for two plus size people at once lol), and the bed was so comfortable and spacious. I recommend that if you are someone who likes the cold/airflow for sleeping, bring a fan if one can’t be provided. There’s AC but less airflow in the bedroom. The elevator is good, perfect two people and luggage. Thanks for a great stay! We hope to use this listing/Albert again for future trips. 😊♥️
Very comfortable bed. Great location. Clean space. Quiet
This place is very walkable and centrally located; just a few blocks from a Tatte, a grocery store, High Street Place, and many other places of interest. It really was a great place to stay while we were in town for the Boston Marathon. If we didn't walk, we could get to most areas of town within a 15 minute Lyft ride.
Great location, clean, tidy and well equipped apartment. We had everything we needed.
If you’re looking for a simple stay but walkable everywhere, this is it. The building is older, but this place was perfect for two of us. We were out every day for bars, breweries and restaurants, and we were able to find a TON within 10-15 walk. There’s a huge park less than 10 mins walk away. Easy to get on the train nearby. Would highly recommend.
Thank you for a great stay. It was great getting back to Boston. Great location very close to everything, the T “Downtown Station” was just around the corner so if you wanted to take public transportation from airport you could quite easily. Looking forward to returning. Thank you.
The place was amazing! It’s close to everything, so we were able to do almost everything we wanted.
Great location, perfect distance to walk downtown. Would definitely recommend to other Airbnb users!
It was a great stay, slightly disappointed with the cleanliness of the sheets but overall an amazing place!
Fantastic location. The host was responsive, we stayed the room on 5th floor. The room was smaller than we expected, but very cozy. The room was clean in general, but there were some hair on the pillow and quilt. One thing we like a lot it they have a full kitchen, stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The building is old, so the floor is a bit uneven and creak sometimes. Overall is a good stay.
Fantastic stay, so much around in the heart of downtown. The place was perfect! I look forward to booking this place again on my next trip to Boston!
The host was very accommodating and the space was full of natural light. I definitely enjoyed my stay!
Albert provided us with clear instructions and he answered our questions. The check-in was easy, the apartment was very clean and the location is perfect. We had a lovely stay in Boston and all we needed was closed by.
Very nice apartment and very responsive host. It was super clean and if we ever had a request, the host addressed it immediately. Located downtown with T-line access practically through the building.
Beautiful home. Be prepared to climb stairs (at least one flight) but once you get in, the space is clean and you have everything you need. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. For parking, I suggest using SpotHero to reserve a spot. The process was easy and convenient.
The attentiveness from Albert to ensure we had a smooth check in and check out was great.
Great location to explore Boston, everything important is within walking distance. Loved that they have a laundry in the basement, every run is $2.50, and can be paid by credit card.
We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The location and value was really amazing! The apartment was very clean and the check in / out process was very easy to follow. We would absolutely stay here again!!
Great little oasis in a downtown location. Well appointed kitchen and a very comfortable king size bed. Everything was straightforward. Would definitely return.
we had a fantastic stay, great location and perfect sized for two people. everything you could ever need was provided with great communication from the hosts. happy to stay with a company that does amazing things for families in need!
Great location/space for a historic Boston stay. It was convenient for the Freedom Trail, Boston Commons or China Town and has around the corner access to "Downtown Crossing" subway stop. It is an apartment with a separate bedroom from the connected Living room, table, kitchen area with plenty of space for 2 folks. Plenty of plates/utensils and a couple of ice cube trays but you are own your own for any cooking ingredients/coffee (there is a 7-11 next door). Note the 5pm check in. Also, there is access to 2nd floor of this building from a connected office building next door (fire exit from apartment building is inside of that office building's atrium). Try to understand that access before tackling the flight of stairs inside of the building to the 2nd floor elevator. No concerns with the normal amount of city noise outside. It was minimal from this 5th floor apartment.
Great location! Perfect for my weekend trip.
Pros: Location was great for a weekend stay, communication was timely can concise, and the unit was clean upon arrival. Cons: Late check-in / early check-out and the unit is worn (listing pictures do not reflect current state)
Over priced for small place. Little details to fix things would be better. Pictures off center; place seemed bigger in picture.
Excellent communication, a great location, and quick internet. I highly recommend this location.
Perfect location for a short or long stay!! The apartment was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our one week stay. Check in was smooth, easy and we always felt safe. We loved the comfortable king size bed and always had hot water in the shower. Plenty of closet space. The response time from the host to any of our questions was outstanding. Great location for exploring Boston and there are 2 T stops within a few blocks. Seven eleven at the corner, CVS and Macy’s as well and we utilized all 3. Caffé Nero around the corner was a frequent stop for us before heading out to explore. Have lunch/dinner in Chinatown, (15 min walk from apt) we recommend Taiwan Cafe, small place, food is great. This apartment is in the perfect location in Boston, nicely centralized with the 2 T stops so close you can venture out to any neighborhood in Boston. It’s a walkable city and there’s so much to see along your walks. Do the Freedom Trail, I promise you won’t be disappointed. The trail ends at the North End and then you can dine at the many wonderful Italian restaurants. Vinoteca di Monica was our choice, delicious with fresh made pasta. This was our first visit to Boston and we will definitely be back!!
It was good. Great location and very clean.
Nice place for a quick stay! If you need to park your car near by, we recommend Pi Alley Garage and walking. We only payed 24$ for overnight parking!
Nice and quiet cozy location. The place was clean and welcoming. And the convenience of having necessities in walking distance.
Accurate description. Easy to get in and out of.
Great place for two people. Very clean. Nice location. Hopefully they will adjust the check in and check out times. 5 pm was check in and check out was 10am. Beautiful coffee pot, but no coffee. First Airbnb place that I've stayed that did not offer complimentary coffee.
Place is not as cosy as it looks in the pictures. Overall it looks a little rundown. At the price level one would expect kitchen basics to be available (salt, pepper, oil and coffee). Personally we would not choose an Airbnb with a 5pm (!) check in again. However, the location is perfect for exploring Boston, it was clean and the hosting company was very responsive.
Perfect location, secure building, and great space. It was very clean, had a fast internet connection (streaming, work VPN, Zoom were all no problem), and had all the essential items I needed, including an iron and ironing board. Phenomenal host provided clear directions, easy to memorize and follow.
Wonderful location, very clean, and incredibly clear directions. Overall great spot to experience Boston.
As listed a good location, cozy unit with the key basic amenities.
Great value for the location. Full kitchen, including pots, pans and utensils in case you want to save money and cook at home. The AC is great. The only thing is that it blows in your face when you’re sleeping, so better not to leave it on all night. For price/location, I can’t imagine finding much better. Street noise was minimal (from 5th floor) considering it’s in the heart of downtown. Also, if you have heavy luggage, you can take the elevator to the ground floor and exit left out of the elevator to leave through 101 Arch. We took the stairs to the second level of 103 Arch every other time, but not having to carry luggage down those steps is a big help.
The apartment was great and very central. Although it said that the area can be pretty loud, we had time to relax and weren't disturbed by noise. Totally recommend it!
This was a great central option for us that was clean and comfortable. The check-in was particularly easy and our hosts were very accommodating to our requests with a toddler. The shower could use an extra scrub and it could be better stocked with kitchen items including coffee and tea makings but these are very small requests. We loved our stay and experience. Thank you!
Location! Location! Location! We enjoyed our stay in Boston, mostly because of our centrally located housing. It was not high end by any regards, but the bed was comfortable, and we felt secure in our surroundings. The apartment is in a great location to walk to shops, restaurants/bars, and do sightseeing. We never needed a car, or cab service, even the bus to and from the airport was a short walk.(Less than 10 minutes.) The furniture is not the most comfortable, but the bed made up for that. The apartment was clean, and the water for showers was hot, and there were nice soft towels to dry off. We would definitely stay again.
You couldn’t hope for a better location! Easy parking if needed (on the pricey side but probably consistent with market), and the whole city is within a 30 minute walk or train ride. We covered a lot of ground in 3 days and it was really nice to be able to have a convenient location as home base. All amenities were in good working order, and there is a grocery store nearby for any staples you might want on hand.
This small unit is as centrally located to DTX (Boston's Downtown Crossing) as anyone could hope for! It's convenient to Green/Red/Orange lines and South Station train and bus stations, as well as the Silver Line/Logan Airport public transportation (free for arrivals). The bedroom was immaculate and the obviously new mattress, bright white sheets and many pillows were super comfortable. Although the building is older (it IS Boston, after all), the bathroom and kitchen were renovated and the unit is perfect for an individual or couple for a weekend or longer. I especially appreciated Albert's proactive communications to help locate the building and let myself in -- it was very convenient and easily accommodated my late-night check-in. It is steps away from great restaurants and coffee shops and convenient to all of Boston's great local hospitals as well as Boston Common and historical sites.
Everything went fine but for the steep staircase to reach the elevator. Apartment ideally mocated for visits. Quiet building.
Centrally located in Boston. Solid place to stay.
Adequate and great location just off the Commons. The stairs mention in a previous comment were an issue for initial check in since we had a fair amount of luggage. We had to carry it up to the 2nd floor to get to the elevator. Coming down was easier if you get off on the first floor and go out the 101 Arch St. front door. Very walkable location to South Station.
Great location and super comfortable bed! Albert is very prompt in responding to questions as well!
This apartment perfectly located-basically across the street from the T redline. The apartment is very quiet and benefits from new flooring.
The location is excellent (near the subway, bus station, Macy’s, CVS, Starbucks…). The instructions to open the door were very clear and I felt quite safe stations there. The apartment was clean and tidy and the bed and pillows were comfortable. We didn't cook or did laundry, so I can’t comment on that. My only suggestion would be to put a full length mirror in the bedroom.
The location was great! There were small things that showed age but otherwise everything was nice and clean. When I contacted them, the reply time was also very quick. I do wish there was more counter space in the bathroom and a full body mirror. However, the apartment definitely had the necessary things.
Great place to stay in Boston!
Great cozy place, perfect for crashing while exploring Boston! Amazing location, being walking distance from just about anywhere!
This was a great location for walking to downtown Boston sites or taking the subway in any direction for going further afield. The apartment felt very private and I was comfortable during my stay. Nothing fancy, but a perfect place to crash at night. I would recommend this stay to individuals who are able to use stairs and are comfortable staying in urban centers.
I would definitely recommend these units to stay in Boston. Location is great! Very clean and organized. All you need is there. Communication was super!
Great place. Walking distance to stores and food. Would recommend for your stay in Boston!
Great area, close to the common and right in amongst the action if that’s what you’re looking for. Stayed here for the marathon and it was a convenient walk for the buses out to Hopkinton. Albert and the team were extremely attentive to any questions asked.
Perfect location, near tons of shops and food. Very clean and everything needed was provided.
Great downtown area , close to everything . Only hiccup there was no Tv in the room
All as dedscribed, quick and nice communication!
Great place! Would love to stay again!
Great stay! Host was very quick to respond to any questions.
Great visit! Loved the location and the apartment was awesome. Would love to stay again
Great airbnb and perfect location in Boston!
just what we needed for a weekend in boston. other than a few basics missing from the apartment (soap) and only being informed of the 5pm check-in time the day of, everything was in top shape!
This place was great ! The area especially is so accessible . Although you are downtown Boston—you can barley hear what’s going on outside on Bostons busy streets ! Also the building itself is very quiet and it’s not a lot of traffic … I will be staying here again !!!Brian was also very attentive !!!
Centrally located and cozy apartment. Would definitely recommend.
The apartment is good, equipped, clean and above all so well located. For me it was the best area to stay in Boston. We have everything at our disposal. My only negative point is the check in times. I arrived in Boston at 12pm, I spent my first day carrying my travel bag for 5 hours. I would have liked to have been able to arrive earlier to put my things down. It was not pleasant. Otherwise I recommend the apartment
Nice condo in a great location central to various activities/attractions. The major downfall to this apartment is the broken elevator, which required us to lug a large amount of luggage up 5 flights of steep stairs. Not for ADA/older individuals! Additionally, they utilized a flat sheet rather than a fitted sheet on the bed (???) and I woke up lying on the stained, dirty mattress rather than clean linens.
Great location, super clean and beautiful spot :)
The place was in a great location next to a plethora of bars and restaurants. Very much enjoyed our 2-week stay. The only thing to note is that although the check-in instructions mentioned an elevator in the building, it's apparently been undergoing construction for some time now. It could be good to confirm this so you don't end up on a 5th floor walk-up with no elevator!
The location of the apartment is in a great spot! The bed was very comfy. We had a great weekend exploring Boston, and our pups enjoyed it as well.
Good price for what you get. Excellent location!
We enjoyed the stay at Albert's place. The communication was very good and the location is great! The apartment has everything you need for a stay in Boston. Further, we did not have any issues with noice as it was very quiet even though it is located at a busy area. Overall, the apartment was clean, with the exception of the floor, that could've been cleaned more sorrowfully.
Space was convenient to the aquarium and the wang theater. Small but plenty enough space for a two night stay. Parking garage not even a 3 minute walk away, although expensive, as it is Boston. One thing I would say is that the sheets were not fitted and the mattress exposed a little easy. Also, if you want a blanket for hanging I’d bring a little one. Tv has a chrome cast already.
Great place and very clean. Albert is very responsive.
Don’t have any feedback
Great location. Clean sheets. Be ready to walk some stairs
We had a great time at this air bnb. Clean and in a great location. We were on the 5th floor so be ready to climb some stairs. The walls were thick, we didn't hear anything throughout the night. We loved the location and proximity to the T! Was as the pictures showed!
Overall great place. The entrance is on the main street, not down an alley like I thought from other descriptions. You do have to follow the instructions, but once you do it once it's no problem. Great location for easy access to the T, a grocery store, and great food. Check out One Diner just down the street for cheap, hometown breakfast! Lots of cafes, bistros, Chinatown is any easy walk as well as Cheers and a street full of boutiques and great food options. The place is small, with no dresser. Pack accordingly. But the bed is a king size, comfortable with lots of good pillows. Had no problems sleeping. Outside sound was not bad at all, and had no issues with neighbor noise.
Great location, excellent communication and smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
Great stay, exceeded my expectations. Some of the previous reviews left me a little uncertain about the area, but everything about the unit and experience was great. The room is in a great location with quick access to blue bikes if you’re wanting an easy way to get around town. There was some homeless people on the corner at the end of the block, but never anything that made me feel uncomfortable. The streets/neighborhood around the building felt safe. There was some city noise in the morning (after 8-9am), but we were already starting our day so it wasn’t an issue. No noise issues at night. The room came exactly as advertised, was clean, and had everything you’d need for a short stay. The management is very thorough and quick to reply.
Great location, easy check in, and good communication with the host.
Everything was as described and location was great. Communication with host was very good, mostly. Duvet on bed seemed a little dirty, but the rest of the sheets appeared to be clean.
Perfectly located comfortable apartment in downtown Boston. Easily access public transportation or walk to gem neighborhoods. SUPER comfortable bed. You do have to walk up two flights to access the elevator, but we are from NYC so we didn’t mind. Recommend.
Location was great with a simple walk, but the immediate corner of the building near a 7 Eleven had some transients. Somewhat expected in any city. The space was super clean and for the price compared to very expensive alternates, this worked for us. We were there for a week and the communication with needs was very prompt when we had a few concerns that popped up and they were resolved with direction from the management. The space has bare amenities and we weren't planning on cooking, but things were well kept.
The place was super clean. The whole check in process was very convenient and contact-less. The host was very communicative and gives every little detail instructions to make sure you have everything you need. A bit pricey but you get what pay for!
Great location, very clean, super comfortable and with everything needed for a pleasant stay. I do recommend this place!
Excellent location!! Cozy spot right in the middle of everything.
Very clean. Host was very flexible.
We loved staying at Albert’s! The location was great in regards to being close to the T which made it easy to get around Boston. The apartment was lovely, very clean and although it is in a busy area you can’t really hear outside noises besides the ocassional horn honking. The bed was very comfortable and more importantly the sheets were VERY clean; same with the bathroom and towels. We didn’t spend much time in the apartment besides just sleeping, but the sofa was comfortable as well. We didn’t use the TV so not sure how that worked, but the WiFi was good. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again! The building itself looked old and a bit run down, but the apartment itself was perfect.
Clean, easy to get into, great location!
Overall not bad — there’s two doors labeled 103 make sure you use the one on the left (Albert + team helped clear this up fairly quickly checking in). The place itself was nice — bed super comfy and space was cool. I don’t think it got a good clean before I checked it — there was dust/crumbs a lot of places and the floor & couch had lots of other people’s hair on it. There was also only one roll of toilet paper for a 7-day stay, but CVS is right around the corner so wasn’t hard to get more. I also don’t think it was noted that laundry was paid instead of free, so it’s like $2.50 a wash and $2.50 to dry — you can use either your phone via app or a credit card (for whatever reason the card option wasn’t working tho). The bed is super super comfy tho and the TV had Netflix and I think a few other services signed in. Like I said overall not bad but would’ve been solid if it was just a little cleaner.
Great location, very central to everything in Boston. I had a few small hick-ups with the internet/ keypad getting into the unit one day and Albert was SO HELPFUL and RESPONSIVE. Great spot, service and communication! Thank you for making my stay in Boston great!
Great location and clean and nice unit; however, check in directions slightly inaccurate but I figured it out. Also, would have been nice if I could’ve stored my bag in the unit for a few hours after check out.
this was a cute apartment, perfect for a small getaway. we liked the location as it was in the center of many destinations we visited.
Place was clean and nice! Check in and check out was super easy! Everywhere we needed to go was easily accessible from the location! Would definitely recommend!
Fantastic space! Loved the proximity to downtown.
Great place to stay! Very accessible and close to most f=of the tourist locations. Hosts respond quickly and accommodate requests.
Albert’s place is clean, stylish and centrally located to everything. The king bed was really comfortable as were the pillows, not many places splurge on high quality pillows.
Albert was an amazing host, working with us to make sure that everything fit well with our travel schedule. The place was amazing to stay at and couldn't have asked for a better place to wind down our day! I definitely recommend and will be back
Amazing place to stay! Great location ???? very smooth checkin and checkout process and thank you for quick responses ????
Nice place in central location, close to everything you need to see in Boston. Big and comfy bed. Thank you for hosting us!
Albert’s apartment is in a wonderfully central location, and the team is very accommodating and quick to respond to questions. Definitely recommend!
This place was good & comfortable hope to be staying there again someday.
Would highly recommend staying here! My boyfriend and I had a week long staycation and this cute little apartment had everything we needed. The bed was huge and comfortable, there was also a large TV and fast WiFi. The kitchen had any cookware and utensils that you might need. It’s a close walk to the North End/Quincy Market as well as Chinatown. Tons of food options nearby. The apartment was also very quiet except for a few noises outside. It was on the top floor of the building and I don’t think we shared any walls with neighbors. Thanks so much to the hosts for a wonderful stay!
Spent Valentine’s Day weekend with my boyfriend here. Great and quick communication with the hosts. The only con about this place is the entrance to the apartment; it was confusing at first. Took a while to figure out. But overall, we had a great time here. Everything you need is there - WiFi, TV, thermostat, toiletries, etc. We liked that it’s in downtown - 711 around the corner and other shops close by. Paid an additional fee of $50 to check-out late till 1pm. Would definitely come back when we’re in Boston.
Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
