In general, a very good place to stay. Very convenient to the red-line subway that can take you to Cambridge. The home itself is very nice and clean, with all the supplies you need even for a long-term stay.

The space is clean and easy to get to. The 7-11 it’s located next to is an all-night hangout spot for a handful of people, so be prepared for that.
It's located in the heart of Boston. It's close walking distance from everything; Waterfront, Marketplaces, Chinatown, Boston Common / Public Garden, Charles River Esplanade, and more. The apartment is decent and clean. The only problem with it is that there's a gathering of homeless people with heavy substance use outside the entry door. I'd suggest having pepper spray on hand just to be safe. And earplugs so you don't have to hear them all night.
Great location to walk to local transport, Boston Common and parks and many facilities that the City has to offer. Very clean and with good facilities. The only downside for us was the noise at night from construction and what we concluded were homeless people drinking and arguing which was a bit annoying but there were no actual issues with them. To be fair it does give fair warning about noise in the description.
Previous review that said “sketchy but gets the job done” was spot on. You are paying for a convenient location that appears to be well decorated & new. But the apt had extensive wear and tear, and has not been maintained. The worst part was the bathroom, crumbling ceiling, moldy ceiling fan, grimy shower head, zero water pressure, paper thin towels, motel soaps, TP holder broke off wall, door wouldn’t close properly. It is clear a total bathroom overhaul is required. Beyond the bathroom, small issues that you’d otherwise overlook added up to a disappointing experience, dirty & scuffed walls, crooked pictures, cheap & spotted bed linens & pillows, AC could not cool the apt down at all. We’re from Chicago, we get city noise… but did not expect to be kept awake for 3 nights straight from crowds of homeless, horns, garbage trucks, & street sweepers never ending. To make this place worth choosing over a hotel it is in desperate need of clean up, updates, & some added comforts.

Great location for our trip! We loved staying downtown and close to everything. Location was very walkable and conveniently located by plenty of shopping — which came in handy when I needed to purchase a better pair of walking shoes without disrupting our plans too much. Albert was very easy and quick to communicate with. Apartment was comfortable and very clean, perfect for my boyfriend and I on our 3 day trip. Some city noise and people dwelling about around the corner. However, not bothersome at all and the building felt very safe and secure.

The location was ideal. Easy to walk to the Freedom trail., great supermarket close, close to the metro, electric bikes to rent right outside. The host was very responsive. Some homeless around but did not bother us. Very walkable area.

We had a wonderful stay here! The apartment is easily within walking distance of all the places on our list to visit: the Cheers Bar, Tea Party, Paul Revere House, Old North Church, Boston Public Library, Modern Pastry in North End. Great breakfast places to eat are close as well! We really enjoyed staying here!

This is my girlfriend and I’s second stay with healing homes of Boston and I can positively say this stay with Albert was perfect! The unit is beautiful and spacious and never felt cramped. My personal favorite being the tall windows. The location is close to everything! Not even a 15 walk to the Boston Harbor, and only a 5 min walk to the T. I would happily stay here again in the future. Albert was a great host, he provided fast instructions and even allowed us to check in early which was so helpful. It was just a really cozy unit for the both of us, and being in Downtown can’t be beat! So glad I decided to book with them. The pictures don’t even do the unit justice, I actually think the space looks even better in person. Would love to stay in the future.

Super commutable location with lots to do at just a small walk away. Close to all the train lines. The unit was clean and there was lots of room to make yourself at home without clutter. It was nice to be able to use a door code instead of worrying about taking keys. Building felt safe. All around, good place to stay.

I would double check when you can check-in and check out of this Airbnb. I felt the times were pretty unfair. We had this Airbnb booked for 3 days Wednesday-Friday (72 hours) but really only had it available for 41 hours. Unless you don’t need this Airbnb until night time and plan on waking and leaving, it was something we had to plan around. It’s a very strict Airbnb that isn’t willing to help make accommodations based on your travel needs, just a heads up!

Highlights: Location is great in that you are right downtown and able to walk to major locations. Bed was comfortable and self check-in was fairly easy. Hosts were quick to communicate/suggest restaurants which was appreciated. We were disappointed in a few things: check-in time is quite late (5pm) and they charge $50 if you want to get in any earlier. As well, the bathroom does need updating/attention - large water stain on ceiling, very low water pressure in the shower, outdated toilet and very small towels. It would only take a few minor tweaks to make the place great - eg. Have some tea bags/instant coffee available, organize the cable wires (which are visible and just a bit of an eyesore), and have an earlier check in. It’s great that a portion of fee goes towards a charity, but given how expensive it is, a little TLC could have made the experience much nicer.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We wanted to visit someplace near downtown, without it being too expensive, and this was a great option. It felt very safe with the use of multiple codes to get into the Airbnb, and all the directions to do so were very clear. It was in walking distance to many shops, food options, and to get on the T. At night the street was a little noisy, but we expected this and didn’t mind.

this was hands down the best airbnb i’ve ever stayed at! it was our first time visiting boston and it was more than we could’ve asked for. we got an unlimited charlie card and it was so easy to walk to eat station and go pretty much anywhere in town. 10/10 will be booking next time i come to boston!

Nice and very clean apartment and they are okay with pets (we travelled with our mini weenie)! It is close to Boston Common park and all the shopping area with coffee shops and supermarkets nearby which makes the location perfect. The only cons is that at night is very noisy, even tho there is no much movement on the streets, but they provide you with earplugs which was very nice to see! Communication with Albert was perfect. Would recommend with no doubt!

The place was clean and centric and as advertised. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible, close to trains and restaurants. Albert Communicated well, warm and friendly. I will stay here in the future.
The apartment is located at walking distance from all the main attractions in Boston. The place is just like the pictures. We had no problems with noise from the streets or anything like that, and though the windows, which are very tall, don't have blinds, we had no problem with the morning light. Check-in and check-out was super easy, just remember to use the door on the left, as there is another one on the right, but that one does not have the key-pad.
This Airbnb was so awesome! It was less than a 5 minute walk to public transportation and a grocery store, which was a huge plus. It was very clean when we arrived, and it felt safe. We couldn’t hear any other guests down the hall. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with pots/pans/cooking utensils, but unfortunately no cooking spray or anything like that. It was right in the heart of everything.
Pros: In an excellent area, CVS; 7-11; a huge grocery store Roche Bros. with a hot food bar and very nice salad bar. Walk to Boston Commons, Freedom Trail, Black Heritage Trail, Beacon Hill, MA State house. Unit is extremely well lit, lots of room, lots of hot water. Clean Communication is almost instant for any problem you have. Cons: Not enough towels, soap, low water pressure. Entry has *lots* of stairs unless you get back in by 6pm, and go in through the revolving doors. Which is bad if you have to haul large suitcase up them. City noise, so depends on if you are use to it. Bedroom has slight light shining in, no dark out curtains, you wake up and can't tell what time it is, because of the low light. The Unit is not as nice as the picture, but nice. I would stay there again because of where it is in the city. You can bring a sleep mask for the bedroom light. Buy paper towels and your own bar soap for hand washing. I always bring cheap washrags.

The apartment corresponds exactly to the description in the advertisement. The kitchen was a whole living room, with a large table and good possibilities to place also the suitcases. In bed we slept well, bathroom, TV, etc. were all good. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. We would especially like to emphasize that the location is really excellent for Boston.We could explore the city wonderfully on foot. In the immediate vicinity there are cafés, grocery stores, so that one can supply for the daily needs very well. The communication with Albert and his team was very fast and good. We can gladly recommend the apartment.

Wonderful spot near downtown Boston! It’s the perfect distance to a lot of food spots and shopping areas as well as easy access to the T! Just be wary of the specific street it’s located on, there are a few homeless that hang around the corner but the unit was wonderful, clean, and had everything I needed for my stay. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

I found the apartment to be in a great location in the city center. The apartment was very clean with a nice kitchen.
Albert was a great communicator and very responsive. The location was perfect. It was about a 15 minute walk to the North side, South side. Just about everywhere we needed to go. About a 10 minute walk to the start of the Freedom Trail. We felt safe in the area, there were always people around. The check-in process was easy and we parked in the 33 Arch street parking deck (about a 3 minute walk). We strongly encourage you to reserve a spot ahead of time, otherwise it will be more expensive. Lastly, we suggest bringing ear plugs and a sleep mask because it is a bit nosy (we were so fortunate to have a homeless guy blast music every morning starting at 6 am) and it was bright even at night due to the building lights being right outside our window. If you want a great breakfast place, go to Cafe Bonjour!
Our stay at Healing Homes was ok, the communication with the host was pretty good and they were very responsive. They also allowed to check-in earlier, that was much appreciated. The apartment thou was not the one from the pictures (they own several in the building and assign you on arrival) and it was pretty worn out, it's pricey for what you get I think. It was clean thou and had all you might need for a long stay. The one they assigned to us was facing the street and was a bit noisy at times, but not much they can do on that regard. The location it's ok, well connected, but pretty boring area, you need to walk or get the subway to get to the good parts of the city. I really appreciate their hospitality, it was not great for us, but maybe others will find it perfect.
The bed in 2C is a full bed, not a queen as listed. Other than that the place is as listed. It's fine but I will stay somewhere else next time I'm in Boston.

This studio is in a great location. Close walking distance to the seaport area, Chinatown, theater district, and the Faneuil Hall area. I also thought the bed was comfortable with good linens on the bed. The bathroom is super small with an older vanity, the vanity doors don’t stay shut easily. The kitchen is fine but the dishwasher was “shimmied” in and some of the drawers don’t stay shut easily. I think because the building is older, walls just aren’t square and so the cabinetry is a little wonky. As the building is older, the common areas (hallways/stairwells) and carpeted halls were dirty, can’t really blame the rental unit for that, just something to be aware of.

Overall very good living condition. The location is right in the city center. Two minor issues - 1) a bit noisy at night; 2) the washing machine and dryer work well, the payment system needs to investigated by the building management.
Mixed feelings about this stay. The location is premium, the appartement rather large and accordingly the price is high but OK considering that it is in the heart of Boston. BUT: we were long hesitant whether we should go for a hotel room or an Airbnb... And we should have gone for the hotel here: the communication with the appartment owners is rapid and gentle, but not customer friendly. They try to make some extra money for each and every little extra. Early check-in, late check-out costs extra (too much). Baby bed costs extra (too much : we could have bought a new one for that price). No possibility to leave luggagues in the building for later pick-up. They point out at several (outdated) luggage storage providers. Basically, one does not feel as a guest, but rather as an orange that will be squeezed out for money. Finally, the mattress is a memory foam mattress... No perspiration at all, expect a wet back when you wake up, despite the AC. Not sure I would come again...

I’ve been very pleased staying at 103 Arch Street, twice now. Self check in was very easy, and amenities are as advertised—practical, tastefully simple. Water pressure, kitchen supplies coffee maker and though no coffee, diagonally across the street is a deli with very decent coffee! Talk windows were elevating, sounds were minimal, and overall it was a lovely place to get rest and restoration—special mention: the firm and soft mattress and plush pillows were very comfortable.

This apartment is great and I would definitely stay there again if I needed a place in Boston in the future. It is extremely clean, quiet and I felt perfectly safe staying there. The apartment is in good condition and is nicely furnished. It is a good fit for 1 or 2 people - more than that would be tight. Another highlight is the location. It is convenient to the places and activities along Boston Harbor, Fanuill Hall and the North End. If you want or need groceries, there is a well-stocked store around the corner. The only two things I want to mention just to prepare potential renters - the entrance they instruct you to use upon arrival is a back stairway and there are two flights of stairs about 10-20 steps each. The other thing is the bed is 'full' size - not queen or king - fine for a single person or for two people who don't mind sleeping very closely. Otherwise, a great place to stay in Boston!!
This space is as pictured and as promised. Great 1BR apartment in the heart of downtown, across the street from a T station, and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and key sights. The bed was comfortable (firm foam, I think). The kitchen was well equipped. The whole apartment was spotless. It’s true, it’s noisy. But it’s downtown, what do you expect? I’m a light sleeper, and I did just fine with my ear plugs. There are keypad entry systems to the building and to the apartment. It was tricky to memorize the two codes at first, so I stored the numbers in my phone the first couple of days. I felt safe and secure in the building. I think being greeted by a Franciscan Friar when I first arrived set the tone! (They have a hospital across the street and greet patients and guests at the curb.) Note! The check-in instructions are thorough and accurate. However, there are TWO doors on the street marked with the building number. One has a keypad. The other has a coded lockbox. I found the latter first and had a moment of concern until I found the other door.

Great apartment in a very central location. Walking distance to many local spots and easy access to public transport for places a little further out. Although if you are a light sleeper, pack a sleep mask and some ear plugs. Lots of street noise, as expected from such a central location. The blinds and curtains in the apartment do little to block the light in the early mornings so bring a sleep mask if you want to sleep past 5am. Overall a good choice for exploring Boston 👍🏻
Excellent location for using the T and walking around downtown Boston. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The bed is only "full" sized, so it is tight for two people. The bedroom is bright at night because of some street lights right outside of the windows, so bring some eye shades if you have them.

This was the perfect location to stay for the Boston Marathon. We were so close to the Boston Commons area where the bus picked me up to go to Hopkinton. It was a great first trip to Boston!
The place is clean and in a great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and entertainment. However, there’s no extras (coffee/tea, hand soap, Kleenex, drinking water, etc). As others have mentioned, it could get pretty noisy. The last night was the worst for us, people were screaming outside and sounded like they were fighting for hours.
This place is in a great location, right next to public transportation stations and a quick walk to the Boston Commons. The space was very clean and perfect for two people. As others have said, it can be a little loud at night especially on the weekends, but noise is to be expected being so close to downtown. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

This apartment is in a great location. Super easy to walk everywhere! We didn't use the kitchen as we were in for a wedding and related festivities, but it looked to be fairly well stocked. The cost was half of what we would have paid for a hotel in downtown.

This place was on a great location in Boston. The place was clean and the bed was soft and comfortable. The one problem is that is that the curtains where not dark enough to keep the light out of the city at night and it felt bright in the room even with all the lights off. Also the toilet was REALLY close the the bathroom sink the the pont that you barely had any room to sit on there. If you are on the larger side as a person this may be a problem. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
This place is great and instead of looking I'll try to stay here again for my Boston trips. The management makes you feel well taken care of and responds quickly. I'd encourage you to look into the space. It's very well laid-out for the location and I never felt cramped.

A ridiculous 5:00pm check in time. Obviously they offer an early check in but that’s seriously insane to be the regular check in time when it’s a check out at 10am. Location was good. Don’t drive there insane parking fees.
This place was in a great location, clean and comfortable. My only complaints is that the elevators were not working on the dates of our stay and with a baby in tow it was a bit difficult for us to go up and down the stairs. The only other would be check in was very late in the day and check out was very early in the morning. We only stayed one night and it was the day we drove into town so having to leave our things in the car until our check-in was just a little inconvenient. other than that, everything was great.

Definitely a great location for walking around Boston. The apartment was very loud at night due to street/construction noise outside and it was hard to sleep although the bed was very comfortable. The 5pm check in and 10am checkout time was an inconvenient limitation for our stay and because bag drop off was not an option it would detour me from staying here again. The apartment itself was nice and clean however as said in previous reviews common areas of the building were a little dirty. Albert was awesome at communicating and answered any questions I had!

Clean and convenient stay. Close to everything. Perfect place to stay while in Boston and check the sites out.
Great location - easy check in. Clean, great for two people!
The location is good, close to many attractions. But when we stayed, the common area of the building (hallway, staircase) was not very clean. Also, they do not store luggage after check out. If you have a late flight out of Boston, it’s another thing to consider.

This property was well-laid out in design to maximize use of the space. The furniture was comfortable and the decor was very modern. We ended up booking this property as a backup due to a mistake I had made in booking the first rental for too short of a duration. The property managers were very helpful and responsive in providing alternative accommodations. Excellent communication and customer service. The property was in a good location that was a quick walk to downtown crossing. It’s conveniently located next door to a 7/11 and CVS. The Chilean sandwich shop next door was also a nice discovery. It is situated on a busy street, so something to consider about ambient street noise. Would book through Healing Homes again. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place!
The suite was very clean, and communication was fast. All the amenities worked as promised, including the washer/dryer. The team also dropped by with an extra fan when I asked for one, which was awesome. There's a ton of great activities and food just a short walk away, and the subway is very close for everything else. Note that the area does get kind of noisy around the area even at night, and the mattress is definitely on the firmer side for those with back issues. Overall, though, it was an enjoyable stay.
Perfect location, everything was in walking distance - max 15 minutes for everywhere we wandered. Communication with Albert made getting there, in and out super easy :)
The apartment has an ideal location if you are interested in the history of Boston--you are within walking distance of Little Italy and many excellent restaurants, a block from Macy's, a few blocks to the Boston Commons and many stops on the history trail. Also MTA's Downtown Crossing is one block away and Park St. is 3 blocks -- so quick access to all of Boston's fine MTA system. Great kitchen, great appliances, and very quick response to requests sent by texts.
Perfect location! Was exactly what we needed for one night's stay in Boston, clean towels and a hot shower after a day of hiking around the city, and clean sheets to crawl into for a comfortable night's rest. Location was so convenient and close to everything we needed, building is quiet and comfortable. Check in was a breeze. Would definitely come back.

This apartment was perfect for a long weekend in Boston. We had 3 people in the apartment and used the air mattress provided by the host. I’d recommend moving the kitchen table and placing the air mattress in the front room so that you’re still able to comfortably navigate the bedroom/bathroom area. The apartment is extremely convenient if you’re going to be using public transportation with easy access to the red, orange, and green lines. We were pleasantly surprised by how roomy the kitchen was and how nice the apartment was in general.

Stayed here during a quick weekend trip. The place looks just like the pictures. Good location if you plan on doing a lot of tourist attractions. Uber’s were less than $10 to most restaurants downtown!

Great place!!! I noticed more particular rules here than in any other Airbnb I've experienced, so I would suggest reading everything carefully. Conveniently located (we used the blu bike rentals right on there on Arch Street to get around every day). Easy access to the apartment and the team's communication was timely and helpful. Very stylish space with all of the basic essentials covered!!

Decent place. There was a homeless man sleeping outside when I got there. Inside, place was nice but could have used a thorough cleaning. All in all it was perfectly acceptable, but for the price I paid I could have gotten a decent hotel room.
We spontaneously booked that apartment because our other apartment was cancelled due to covid on the same day. Albert and his manager were really friendly and told us all of the house rules really clearly. We arrived in the middle of the night. When we entered the apartment, it was really clean and nice. There was a big bed for 2 people and a couch for 1 small person. The apartment was meant to be for 4 people but since we could not find a place to sleep for the fourth person, we texted Albert. We really appreciated him offering us a second apartment in the same house for free at 12.30am and also responding really quickly at that time. The beds were really comfortable. The kitchen was great and had a lot of dishes. There was everything we needed. Sometimes in the morning or late in the evening we heard some people yelling a little but we already expected that since it was written in the additional information. All in all we were really happy to stay there for our weekend and would recommend it to everyone!

Location was perfect, we had a parking garage that was very close by and we took the subway for everything or walked. Like restaurants and shopping was close by! Honestly when we got into the apartment it felt really secure AND CLEAN!!!!
Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
