Communication, cleanliness, and furnishings were great. Brian and the Healing Homes team were very quick to respond to messages, and the apartment itself was quite spacious and clean. That being said, safety was a major concern during our stay to the point where we checked out early. There were many homeless people loitering near the entrance to the unit, though they did not bother us during check-in. Around 2 AM, the doorbell rang, and in the morning, the hallway leading to the unit's door smelled of urine. Our main concern, though, was regarding the backdoor connecting to the bedroom. On our first morning, a woman unlocked the backdoor and directly entered the bedroom before leaving. We contacted Brian, and he was quick to respond that it possibly could have been a member of the cleaning staff who entered mistakenly. But that, coupled with the doorbell in the middle of the night, caused us to feel incredibly unsafe and check out early.
Ok place…someone had mistakenly delivered a package, goods next to our door. A bit taken that someone else had the key to enter our private entry. Peculiar. Hmmm?
Great spot with all the essentials. The walls are a little thin but it’s right in the middle of the action and a great option for staying in the middle of Boston.

Cannot beat the location. From airport to everywhere in town, few minutes walkable to public transportation. It's a big and modern apartment for 2 people. Very clean and easy access. So convenient only few steps from street through two private doors to apartment. Hope I can stay here again next time.

The apartment was super clean and location very convenient, although the other reviews about the bed were not exaggerated. It is apparently very old with a definite sagging in the middle and squeaked every time you moved. The check-in instructions were a little confusing at first, but once we figured it out it worked well. Overall the apartment was very comfortable with the exception of the mattress.
Bed is worn out and squeaky when you sit down and roll over. Mattress very uncomfortable. Also recommend putting a tv in bedroom. You get get one for $100.00 on up. Other than that it was great.

All in all this was a great stay. The apartment is very private with its own entrance at street level with and entryway. I hadn’t expected the private entrance which was great for us and our pup. The linens were really nice and clean. The towels were standard but they only provided one hand towel. Otherwise just bath towels and washcloths This wasn’t a problem just a little quirky. You may be interested that there is a second entrance to the apartment through the bedroom closet. It’s locked and we had no issues with it. Just something to be aware of. The apartment was great and centrally located. Just steps from the T. I would totally come back.

Great size and location. Was clean and had heaps of storage space for cases. The only thing was the bed which was very squeaky & soft. Would stay again!
Great location. The apartment was surprisingly larger than we expected. Very clean, and had everything needed, although we ate out mostly. There is plenty of hot water in the spacious shower. Everything was great, but the bed could be better. It was comfortable but creaky and a bit saggy. I'd still stay here again, and I definitely recommend it.

This place is at the best location. Walking distance to subway station, shops, groceries, coffee shops, Boston common, and the sea. The place is very nice as well. We used the kitchen to cook many meals. You do need to bring extra sauces and ingredients if you want to cook anything fancy because they only have salt and pepper. Overall superb! Would recommend.

This property has a great location downtown! It was easy to take the bus from the airport and get off at south station and then just a short walk to property. They had plenty of coffee shops, shopping, and restaurants. The place was spacious with a comfortable bed. The only thing I didn’t remember reading about was a door in the closet that opened to a lobby for healing hands and a dentist. I locked the door but wasn’t sure if anyone could come in but nothing happened. Host was quick to respond when we couldn’t get the master lock to open and get the keys. That was tricky and there looks like two 103 arch locations. You need to go to the one by the rotating doors. We went to the wrong doors originally. A great stay overall!
Great location and overall pretty nice place to say. That being said, there were a few things to note: 1. The bed was extremely squeaky. Every time we moved on the bed it would make so much noise so didn’t feel like we got much sleep. 2. Not many towels. Only got 2 normal sized towels which I thought wasn’t enough. 3. Walls are very thin. You can hear the people in the office very clearly, it felt like they were in the other room. Not sure that these are deal breakers, but worth knowing before booking. Location was great though, I felt safe and the place was clean!
Furniture was extremely uncomfortable, both bed and couch. 4 towels and 2 wash cloths for 2 people during a 5 day stay is ridiculous. Homeless always right outside unit day and night.

My husband and I booked this property for our first trip to Boston. When we arrived at the unit, approximately ten homeless people were standing around. Once inside the unit, we could hear people outside talking. We left the unit for sightseeing and had to excuse ourselves as we walked down the sidewalk. As we passed, we were asked for money. This happened three of the five days we were there. The individuals were load but not violent. The furniture needs to be updated. The futon sofa was not very sturdy and extremely uncomfortable. The bed was comfortable but squeaked loudly at every movement. The bathroom was small but functional. The television does not have cable but is a Roku TV with all the apps available. The kitchen was stocked with plates, glasses, cookware, etc. . . . The air conditioner worked well. There is an exterior door and an interior door. When we returned to the unit Thursday evening, the interior door was open. This was frightening, as we thought someone had broken into the unit. After careful inspection, nothing was missing. It would have been nice to be informed that someone was stopping by for an inspection but to leave the interior door of the unit wide open, was unprofessional. I contacted the company and received an apology stating they would reach out to the building management to confirm they entered the building. It has been three days and I have yet to receive a response. The unit is convenient to everything downtown.
Was a great stay. Very close to everything. Some homeless people right in front of your door. The way to get in the Airbnb is a bit confusing with the two doors to get through to get in. Other than that was a Great stay.

It was my first visit to Boston and the City did not disappoint! Wonderful food, people, Fenway, JFK Library, Beacon Hill, HarborWalk… everything was exceptional.

Clean place in a good location.
The location is convenient to the freedom trail and Boston Common. It is right downtown and there isn’t free or cheap east parking so keep that in mind. Check in was easy and the apartment has plenty of space. Only complaint is that the bed is very squeaky when you even slightly move and the TV doesn’t have local channels nor do the Netflix or other apps work so that was hard to use at all. But if you’re planning to be out exploring that shouldn’t impact you.

Upon entry, the place was beautiful, clean, and nicely decorated. We were very pleased with the location and, if we have an opportunity to travel to Boston again, this will definitely be at the top of our list. The host was responsive and made accommodations to meet our expectations and requests with no problem. We were very happy with our choice.
We stayed here for 3 nights with a 16 months old. They made sure that everything was ready for us. We asked for a pack'n play and they provide it as well. Smooth check-in and check-out. The apartment doesn't get a lot of natural light, but we didn't care as we spent most of our time outside. The apartment is located right in downtown, very easy to walk everywhere and we'll connected with the airport. There are tons of restaurants nearby, as well as a supermarket in case you need to buy anything. If we go back to Boston we will be staying here again.

We had a bad experience and would not recommend it. Because the apartment is on the first floor, we could hear sidewalk noise all night long. The bed is extremely loud and needs to be replaced. Because of this, one of us had to sleep on the futon/couch, which is not designed for sleeping either. We were woken in the middle of the night by 2 people who had gained entry into the locked corridor and planned to spend the night there. We had to ask them to leave. The fridge and dishwasher door were very loud. The overall management seems to be trying to minimize upkeep, repairs and costs. For example, the toilet seat was broken and they provided low quality tp, paper towels, soap, etc. Please note also that the neighborhood is not Beacon Hill, which is on the other side of the park.
Pros: Nice location, good space and well equipped, main subway lines with connections around the corner, stores, groceries and drugstores a side, pretty calmed and peaceful. Cons: The bed needs an improvement because is too noisy at any movement, but comfortable, also wi fi needs an upgrade, maybe the modem is the solution. Overall is a great place to stay with a few areas of improvement, but irrelevant ones that doesn’t let the place to be perfect, but pretty good.
Decent stay everything was fine but the bed was broken right down the middle. You would sink down in the middle. Not the best sleep.

Overall, we had a pleasant experience, thank you! Pay attention that this is the first floor, people pass by your windows, so we closed the curtains almost all the time and it was a bit dark this way.
This place was everything you’ll need for Boston, didn’t spend much time in the place but when we were it was very nice and the location made it easy to go anywhere and everywhere. Only minor qualm would be shower pressure and the fact that the shower didn’t have a door, but both weren’t big deals at all. Highly recommend this place and would 100% choose them when returning to Boston

This was a great value for a central location convenient to Downtown Crossing transit. The bedroom faces a quiet area with no traffic and we had no noise issues, and it's walkable to multiple coffee shops as well as a full supermarket. Nicely appointed with kitchen basics and toiletries. Neighborhood is a little deserted at night, but overall a great stay and highly recommended.

The apartment was everything we wanted and expected it to be. Close to the T and convenient to downtown attractions and restaurants. The space was cozy, clean and it had everything we needed. Albert and his team were super responsive to any inquiries we had. All in all a great experience.

This is a great location. Close to the T, less than 5 minutes from a grocery store and a CVS, lots of food options, and we walked pretty much everywhere. Spacious apartment and full kitchen. Not too loud, though you will hear folks walking by even in the dead of night. The bed was quite noisy and uncomfortable, but not terrible for 3 nights. I was prepared to give this a 5 star review with everything I mentioned, but two things dropped it to a 3 star: The back door was unlocked when we arrived. It made us feel unsafe and wondered if someone could have come in if we hadn't noticed, or been in before we checked in. The second thing is that on our final night at 2:30 am, the ceiling started leaking water in the bedroom and woke us up, making us scramble for pots and towels and keeping us up throughout the night with noise of water drops. The ceiling is yellow and black with mold in this spot with the leak. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place until they fix this issue.

This was a great apartment for being right downtown and in walking distance to so many sights. It’s right by the downtown crossing stop and there are lots of coffee shops and lunch spots nearby, plus a grocery store around the corner. Easy walk to south station for airport transportation and about a mile walk to Boston Convention Center. Also has a really comfy bed and soft towels. My only complaint is that the walls were a bit thin and the bedroom is located right by the entryway so I heard lots of people coming and going on Saturday night. Otherwise a great spot for 1-2 people!

Location was fantastic. Walking distance to everything we needed, and one quick Lyft in the rain so as not to get our bags soaked. Sparsely furnished but still had everything we needed and more for our short stay. Could have used an extra blanket on the sofa so I could have slept separately from my husband when I started hot flashing at night, but I can see the difficulty of having more linens to wash. Nevertheless, we will definitely be returning and hoping for a longer stay next time!

GREAT LOCATION!! Very clean, comfortable, private space. We did not have a car during our visit to the city, and this location was perfect for our walking adventure. The subway easily took us to & from the airport.
AWESOME place .. you can not get anywhere more central in Boston, we were able to walk everywhere. It’s a 2 min walk to Macys and a good supermarket. 10 mins to the main central gardens. 6 mins to China town, all of the historic areas where within 20 mins to a half hour walk. Albert was great to deal with, extremely prompt comma’s when we had questions. The apartment is very clean and tidy. You do get a bit of street noise but you are in central Boston, so to be expected. The area is very safe and we were able to walk at night without any issues. Highly recommended, and would stay again.

Location was really great for most anything you’d want to do in Boston. We actually walked most places - didn’t need the subway much at all. It is in a pretty busy area, though, so be aware that you will hear street noise.
This was a very spacious unit in an incredible downtown location -- convenient to the Common, and a short walk to a couple T stops and South Station, for easy and cheap access to the airport. Very walkable to North End and Back Bay, among other neighborhoods. (Of course, like in any city, you do pay a premium for the convenient location!) The unit was exactly as advertised and made for a good night's rest.

It is basic. It’s cheap enough that it’s fine, the bed isn’t the best, it is incredibly squeaky getting in and out, but didn’t wake me up. Kitchen is minimally stocked, 2 pots and a strainer are all that’s provided for meaningful cooking. No bakeware. Super convenient location, felt safe enough for my wife and I to be comfortable walking any time of night. City noise wasn’t too bad at in the bedroom since it faces an alley.

Great location for easily exploring the city by foot! Right in the heart of downtown Boston with close restaurants and bars and easily accessible T-station. I used spot-hero to find the closest garage at the 40 Beach Street Garage which was cheap and easy to walk to. The apartment was clean, easy to access, and exactly what we needed for our 3 day trip. For any future trips to Boston I am looking forward to booking this location.

Location is really unbeatable with access to all the major public transport lines and many things within walking distance. - I wish I knew that this apartment was ground level with windows that look out directly onto the street. In downtown boston this gives you very little privacy. - Although the apartment was still nice, everything felt kind of cheap. The couch cushions were pretty flat, the rug was raggedy, a lot of the walls were scuffed up. But my biggest issue was with the entirely foam bed that provided no support at all which made sleeping a little uncomfortable. - Regardless of these drawbacks, the size and location of this apartment make it a really good deal.
The unit was very clean and had all amenities necessary to make our stay very comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable. The location was perfect as well - close proximity to many stores, restaurants, and bars/clubs. The host/team had a very quick response time and was easy to communicate with to address questions. We will definitely be coming back in the future.
This AirBnB is super-sized and super-convenient to so many T lines. Everything was clean and exactly as described or photographed and stylishly decorated. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the Roche Bros grocery store is very close. Communication was exceptionally responsive and swift. We had a wonderful time and hope to revisit.

The place worked out well for my boyfriend and I for the price, but we both agreed that the unit was pretty cheap. The toilet paper, towels, paper towels, etc. were all thin. The living room rug is in need of some cleaning. The baseboard on the kitchen cabinet is missing. There’s a few chips in the wall. The shower only has glass on one side so water gets all over the floor. Upon arrival, the bathroom sink was stopped up. When booking, we were charged a $100 cleaning fee, but received a message before check out that we needed to “tidy up”. Load dish washer, collect trash, pile up used towels, etc. what’s the point of a cleaning fee if you’re instructing me to clean up before hand!? Overall, good stay. Just needs a few improvements.

We stayed for one night after a Bruin’s game. It was very close to the Garden (3 stops away on the T). The place was immaculately clean and spacious. Comfortable bed too. Wish we stayed longer!

Apartment was huge and very well located with some quirks. The front entrance is via a fire door and there is a door in the bedroom closet that leads out to a corridor in an office building. Have never seen a place with such a layout! It was all quiet and safe though. We did get a bit of cooking exhaust smells a few times, might be from the apartment upstairs? Bed was not the most comfortable as it was more sunken in the middle and couch could have been better cleaned (some crumbs). But otherwise the shower, kitchen and living areas were good. Washers and dryers are in the basement (exit from the bedroom closet door) and cost $2.50 per use, it was handy to have.
Convenient location to downtown and public transport with many eateries and shopping nearby. Clean and attractive but don't expect views as this is on a first floor. Hosts had helpful, precise and timely communication.

The location is great! We walked all over and it was easy to get around. The space was clean and as two females traveling together we never felt unsafe here. Linens were provided for the bed but there were no extra blankets or throws to add the “coziness” that felt like it was missing - and would have been nice to have in the evenings on the couch. The management company was very responsive to messages, but when we asked about extra blankets they said they’d have some delivered the next day and we never ended up receiving them. All in all, this was a wonderful trip and we would stay here again.

This apartment was very clean and in a great location. We were able to walk to a lot of the sites in Boston, including the harbor, multiple restaurants, most of the Freedom Trail, and the Back Bay neighborhood. My only complaint is the mattress seems a bit old and there is a dip in the middle. Also, if you plan on cooking bring all your own food related supplies. There are no oils or spices there (other than salt and pepper).

Clean and as described. In a great location. Walked everywhere we wanted to go. Only had to Uber to Fenway park. A little difficult to find at first, but they provide detailed instructions to help out. Laundry facility (pay per load) is next door and you need a separate code to get in the building. No big deal as they were super quick to reply with the code. I would highly recommend this apt to anyone traveling to Boston.
Awesome location in the financial district. Quick walk to the North End and Quincy Market. The place was very clean and check in is easy and discreet. The bed is a full size so be prepared for that if traveling with a partner. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

The unit is conveniently located near the Boston Common and a number of shops and restaurants. We arrived late in the evening so the self check-in was helpful and the process was quick and easy. This was a fantastic stay! The apartment has tons of space, a very comfortable bed, and a huge shower (which is a rarity for my 6'4 fiance!). It's on the first floor as well, which made getting our suitcases in and out very easy. The location was perfect as well. We only had one full day in Boston and we were able to walk across Boston Common into Beacon Hill, then walk to the beginning of the Freedom Trail and follow it all the day down to the river, then back to the apartment to change for dinner. We then took the subway over to the Back Bay area, and realized that there was so much to see on the walk that we didn't even need to take the subway back (the subway stop is very close, however, if you don't want to do as much walking as we did).
This was a great place to stay for our quick trip to Boston this weekend. The apartment was clean and in a great location. Would definitely recommend.
Albert's place is in a great location of Downtown Boston, close to the main attractions. the place was very clean and communication easy. I will recommend it.
This location was incredible! Apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. Host was incredibly responsive. It was a very short walk to the beginning of the freedom trail. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to visit! Public transportation is very easily accessible also.
My husband and I stayed at Alberts place for 7 nights. We loved everything about the apartment. We gave it 4 out of 5 stars because the bed is a foam mattress and a little uncomfortable. The apartment is in a great location and we always felt safe.
Albert was a great communicator with anything we needed.My favorite thing was the location.It was a 15-20 minute walk to everything.Enjoy Boston.My favorite city in America.

Clean, good location.
Bed wasn’t made on arrival. After cleaning staff made the bed there was black hair all over the bed. Throw pillow also had stains and there was hair on it. Could have at least gave cleaning fee back.

Location, location, location! Had an excellent week-long stay in early Aug. The listing description was accurate Centrally located, right next to the T stations, and within minutes of shops, restaurants, and historic locations. Seemed like a safe area. We walked everywhere, often coming home midnight every night. Others mentioned there was street noise. But you are downtown, so to be expected. Definitely true, but did not bother us. The 1 bedroom place is well furnished with all basics provided, decent WiFi. Spacious family room and bedroom, tons of electric outlets, 2 tables (including dining) where my the 2 of us could work. Full kitchen with basic supplies. Didn’t meet hosts, but the team was responsive and self checkin was easy. Great stay, highly recommended, would definitely return. Thank you! TIP: street parking is tough. We parked at the Federal St Garage, 3-4 mins walk, using SpotHero app. Affordable, but no in-out privileges.

Location is absolutely fantastic - perfect launch pad to get out to all the places! Half mile to mile walk in any which direction gets you everywhere from the Seaport District to Beacon Hill and Back Bay to the North End and Charlestown. Loads of access to public transportation as well. Check-in was super easy and communication was very responsive. The unit had everything I needed to cook meals and the AC was a bonus given the high temps and humidity! I didn't get a chance to kick back and watch anything but there is Netflix among other things. Absolutely recommend and would definitely book again!
Great place and location!
This space is in a prime location!! Just a few minute walk to the subway. There are tons of spots to eat that are within walking distance. The apartment itself was superb, it's very spacious. It was exceptionally clean when we arrived. The only complaint I have is the bed....I didn't find it comfortable but my husband did.
Great spot in the heart of the city. Close walk to anything you could possibly need. Parking wasn't difficult to find - actually got the spot directly in front of the door 2 nights in a row (for free). The apartment had all of the essentials. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was great, but just had a few surprises- The fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling unhooked, most pictures on the wall were crooked, a used deodorant was left in the bedroom upon our arrival, bathroom sink had very low pressure and clogged constantly. This might be a Boston thing but there was a lot of homeless around us on the streets and outside the door. Other than those small things, the place was great and very close to all attractions and downtown. Highly recommend.

This location is absolutely ideal. It is right in the center of many shopping areas and right near public transportation (3 min walk). There was some noise from other people in the building but this is something hard to avoid in this type of setting. It almost sounded like someone was in our air bnb at one point because that is how close you can hear other people in the building. This is obviously something hard to avoid in a city type of setting so it just depends on what you are looking for. I would still highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again otherwise.

The space is incredibly large and nice. Garbage disposal and dishwasher make cooking and cleaning very easy. Location is right in the heart of downtown which is really fun, and the many tables and separation of the bedroom from the common area make it great for working remotely.

Very walkable area in Boston and the apartment is extremely clean. The host responded immediately to any questions or concerns. I appreciated the larger closet!

This is a great place to stay. 3 blocks from subways and easy to get around.
The place was great for me and my girlfriend. It was easy to get to, parking wasn’t too bad since it was the weekend (there are exceptions during the weekend for certain parking spaces), and it was centrally placed near everything you would need (shopping plaza, convenience store, and public transportation). Everything was clean, there wasn’t any issue with noise, and check-in was seamless. There’s not a complaint I can think of! Definitely booking again in the future!
Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
