Excellent location, right next to the T and a Dunkin! Some homeless individuals in the area but did not have any problems. Host responds very quickly!
The apartment was in a very central location which was a walkable distance to all the main attractions. We enjoyed our stay however, the homelessness outside made it feel unsafe during the night and the ac unit in the room was extremely loud. Furthermore, everything else apart from that was perfect.
This place was good! It was pretty small, noisy, and a lot of homeless by the entrance but that is what you get for living in the city. Air conditioning stopped working, so it got pretty hot in there. The host response time was great though, answered questions any hour of the day. Super close to everything!

It was a very nice place to stay and was in great walking distance to everything. The only downside was the homeless hanging out on the street.
I stayed for two weeks. I noticed pretty quickly that there were some damage to the walls and the shower temperature handle had a broken piece on it. It worked but just felt like it matched the exterior surroundings vibes: dirty with homeless people everywhere. I lost an earring down the sink because its without a cover. Again nothing wrong just seems like a new paint job on a crappy place. I really appreciate the code to get into the building so that made me feel safe.

What was great to find out about Boston after getting there is that parking on the street is free with a handicap placard or handicap license plate, which I have. This is an expensive place to stay, considering the location and quality of the living space itself. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the basement of the building, but the noise at night was pretty annoying. It's a small studio apartment, so if you're ok with that then it's fine, but even so the kitchen and bathroom were lacking some basics (missing cooking supplies, no shower door, toilet that barely worked). Not much to do in the neighborhood either.

My boyfriend and I were in Boston for one evening to catch a flight out of the airport the next day. we loved Alberts place! The apartment is located in the middle of the North End. We could get anything we wanted with a short walk. We loved walking through the beautiful Public Garden and Park. Bakey was such an amazing Bakery we stopped at twice it was so good. It was a few flights of stairs to get to the apartment but besides that if you just read his instructions you won't have any trouble finding it or getting inside. Cannot wait to stay there again whenever we are in Boston.

We loved everything about this property. Location was ideal to walk to sites and restaurants and bars! It was clean and check-in and communications were efficient and prompt. If we had any complaint - and this can’t be controlled by the management company - is the noise at night. Boston has a homeless situation and at night they hang out in the vicinity and are rather noisy. Either way - I’d stay here again. I’d just bring melatonin.
Great little studio for a couple of nights to explore Boston and be able to walk to most places.
it was a good location and the space was nice. the only issue is that outside throughout the whole stay there were sketchy people making drug deals and screaming throughout the night. if that wasn't an issue, this would be a great place, but I was constantly worried about safety

A nice room , great bedsheets. Really close to great area. Has some water damages in areas. The check in process was great but its a late check in at 5pm and really early check out at 10am. The area at night gets unsafe as there were people sleeping on the streets up front and sometimes screaming.

Alberts spot was exactly was is shown in pictures for the booking. It’s in a convenient spot with everything you might need around it and when I mean around it a 7/11 connected to the place and a cvs across the street. Everything you might want to do is only a walk or a bike ride away and with a “Blue bikes” rack right outside the place biking everywhere was made easy. Was a great stay and definitely will rebook if we ever visit again.

Albert was very responsive. The place was very nice, right in the middle of the city center and the host was very responsive and understanding. He allowed us extend our check out time at no fees which was helpful as we were visiting Boston.

Perfect place! Affordable, kitchen in the unit, easy access, close to everything! It was an 8 min walk from the south station and 5 min walk from the T! Everything was wonderful but I would warn others with young kids that there are a lot of homeless around the area. Otherwise really great place and portions of your payment go to charity :)
Albert’s place was conveniently located in the Boston city limits. The room was well suited for a two day stay when we spent most of our time outside of the room. We loved the mission of the company to help people in Boston for medical reasons stay for free. The room could use some updates (the accommodations looked worn/lived in compared to the pictures on Airbnb). Additionally the amount of people in the homeless community loitering in the entryway, surrounding side walks, and yelling up and down the street at all hours of the night didn’t give off the safest vibe nor did it lend to a night full of rest. If you are looking for something close to some great sites and great food that is inexpensive Albert’s place will work for a night or two!
Excellent location! Close to Boston Commons and easy walk to historic areas. Subway and bus lines were also in short walking distance. Bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a little kitchen area.
Always a good time staying with Healing Homes, great location and smooth check in/out with a nice no-frills spot that has the essentials.
When we arrived, we had to politely ask someone smoking something out of a pipe in the entryway door to move so we could buzz into the building. Aside from this, the unit was good and the location was good as well. There is NO washer and dryer tho as the listing states are “in unit.” Also, after a lot of back and forth trying to get the stay adjusted, the host was not helpful and denied the adjustment be made so we had to pay an addition $100 vs. the price we could have rented the same exact place for had we not needed to adjust the duration. Very frustrating.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent and within easy walking distance of most downtown offices and places of interest. Most of all the accommodation was very reasonably priced.
Location is great but place needs major love and care. Nothing the host can do about noise/safety, but there are a lot of homeless people that hang out around this area at night. The AC didn’t work and it was over 80 degrees outside. The hosts “solution” was to keep the window open. We were kept up all night by these people under our window, yelling and making deals. Air bnb has ignored our support messages, even though we are entitled to a partial refund as this is covered in Air bnb Air. The place itself is dusty and depressing. If you’re only looking for location and nothing more, this is the place for you.
Practical place down town
Pros: Super easy check-in process, they charged for an early check in but it wasn’t an outrageous fee. If you’re visiting Boston and need a kitchen, this is a fairly good option. Cons: The airbnb was clean, but the building itself was pretty run down. There was a LOT of noise overnight. Mostly people hanging out on the corner, fighting, breaking bottles, etc from 3am-6am. For the price you’re paying, it might be more feasible to just get a hotel.

I enjoyed staying at this air bnb. It was very clean and quiet within the building. Though, as many have already stated, it gets very noisy on the outside streets of the apartment. The host was accommodating and willing to help as needed. The only thing that was missing was a flat baking sheet/pan, which I personally needed, but wasn't a deal breaker. The apt had all of the other pots and pans, so that was great! Overall, this was a nice studio that provided what I needed. The studio was in a nice central area and just a short 2 min walk to the grocery store. I have no other complaints and would book with this team of hosts if I ever needed a place to stay in Boston.
Our stay was great, it fit all of our needs. It was also a convenient location as first timers staying in downtown Boston so we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go or take the subway with a stop right up the street. Our stay also goes to a great cause which made it even better!

I stayed here for two days for work and loved my experience. Albert provided very clear instructions for check in, it was in a prime location, and the place itself was clean and just like the photos.
My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this stay. It was in downtown and was close walking distance to most tourist places, usually within 20 minutes. It also had great restaurants nearby and a parking garage for parking!

This place was in a great location surrounded by bars, restaurants and other stores. It’s right in the middle of downtown, which allows you to walk to a lot of places. This place was clean and had easy check in access, there are no complaints. We had a great time here!

Nice clean room for 2 people downtown with a small cuisine. The neighborhood has everything at a walking distance (T subway lines, stores, supermarket). Great location, good communication with the guest 24h/day. Most of the time the noise from the street is acceptable. Cost is not low but in line with local prices. Check-in system is very convenient. The shower is assembled in a way that spills water all over the bathroom floor. The building has available washing and drier machines in the basement. During working hours you can reach the apartment with the elevator using the entrance of the revolving doors, after that you need to use the stairs.
This is place is in THE BEST location, close to so many things, check in was contactless and super easy! I drove so also had to find a place to park which was really easy because there’s a garage right around the corner! Deff would stay here again😊
I would suggest some flexibility with those check-in and checkout times if you don’t have more guests coming - we had to rush to get out, and it was stressful

Overall, this stay was in a great location. It wasn’t far to walk to many attractions and stores nearby. The room felt very cozy and perfect for me and my wife. The only thing I recommended to the host was to improve on some of the kitchen cleaning and floor cleaning. There were plenty of towels provided but I would recommend bringing your own tea or coffee. All in all, this was great for our long-weekend trip.
I stayed at this apartment for week and a half for a work trip. Check in was smooth. The apartment was neat and comfortable. Having a small kitchen was a nice plus to the studio apartment. The Wi Fi and TV set up was easy and worked perfectly. Washers an dryers in the basement allowed me to easily do my laundry while relaxing in the apartment! The apartment is just a 3 min walk from the nearest T station which is super convenient to get to other areas (eg Beacon Hill, Cambridge, Harvard all in under 30 min) . There is a CVS, coffee shops and grocery store all within 1-2 min walk from the building. You can walk to the Quincy Market / Faneuil Hall / Pier and Chinatown in 10 min both with lots of great eating out options. At night, with the building being in the downtown area , expect some noise from the street (eg sirens, people) sometimes. I would recommend getting earplugs if you are a very light sleeper. Overall, I had a great stay at this apartment and would book again if I visit Boston in future. Thanks for a great stay!!

Great place to stay and host was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. As someone that appreciates details in order to plan ahead, these are just the cons from my experience: 1. It would’ve been more helpful if it was disclosed that there’s a flight of stairs prior to reaching apartments and the elevator. (Stairs were semi steep, could be difficult for others with mobility issues) 2. A 5pm check in is a bit later than preferred. 3. Final steps to find/access the apartment weren’t shared until 6hrs before the 5pm check in (building codes, which door, etc).

The room smelled like cigarettes. The building itself was gross. I paid for 2 nights and I didn’t even use it. Couldn’t even watch TV because it was strictly only apps on it.

Really great place to stay. Walking distance to several locations (aquarium, train, park). It does get pretty noisy at night but nothing too major. Access was easy and the place itself was great for my husband and I. There’s a 7/11 around the corner, CVS across the street.
Accommodations were perfectly adequate. A couple items were not ready when I arrived (fridge was off and coffee maker needed new parts) , but the location and ease of access made it well worth the stay.

Pros: good location! Lots of places to eat and shop nearby. It was easy to check in. They also had very quick responses to messaging. We had some difficulty using the TV but they were helpful and patient with helping us figure it out. The bed was also very very comfortable!! Cons: Before we even got there I was frustrated because we wanted to change the dates of our trip (due to Covid rise and changes with my school conference) but they were not helpful. It would’ve costed us another $700 to change the dates to another time and we couldn’t get any money back if we cancelled completely. Then, the shower was extremely irritating every time we used it. It doesn’t have a door. Looks nice, and was clean, but so inconvenient. Water got everywhere and we didn’t have enough towels to deal with it. The walls were extremely dirty throughout the apartment. The neighbors were smoking and it was an overwhelmingly strong smell. We had to sleep with the window open one night (in 10 degree weather). There was some kind of plastic bag covering the fire alarm, I’m guessing to avoid it going off from the smell of smoke. Not safe. Finally, what led me to leaving this review, was that they messaged me asking me to leave a 5-star review because they host families for medical treatments and students. Not going to be guilted into leaving a review that’s not honest. It also rubbed me the wrong way because I told them I was a graduate student but they didn’t have any compassion for the changes to my trip I hoped to make. Practice what you preach.

This was the best stay I’ve ever had! Super comfortable, relaxing and fun! It is right in the middle of downtown, close to everything interesting~~coffee shops, Chinatown and the Freedom Trial is just a short walk away.

Absolutely Great Location! The apartment was lovely. Very clean and has a nice kitchen. The bed is a full size and is very comfy to sleep in. The laundry facilities are located in the basement not in the unit. Easy to find and use. Parking your car was super easy too. Nice big parking garage just one block away.

Incredible location. Clean and orderly. Walking distance to all the top Boston spots. Full kitchen and fully stocked. Grocery store/711/CVS just right downstairs. Carrying my large luggage up the stairs was tricky, but not too bad! Incredible lighting and the ceilings were so so tall. Safe and walkable area. About 5-8 min walk to the commons. I deeply enjoyed my stay at this airbnb! The location was fantastic and the apartment was great for 1-2 ppl. My only suggestions: a large full-sized mirror and more towels in the bathroom. It was a bit tricky getting ready without one but not impossible; since the shower is open concept, water filled the bathroom floor during each use and it made cleaning up/showering a hassle... easy fix is to simply provide more towels for clean up :) Thank you HHT! Will surely book this spot again.

You can expect cleanliness, professionalism, and impressive technology -- from great wi-fi to the coolest door locks I've ever seen. The location next to major stores made it easy for me to fill the fridge, get coffee to recover from jetlag, and cozy up in a very comfortable and warm bed! I highly recommend this location.

This is a great place really close to everything in downtown Boston - it's a literal half-block from the Downtown Crossing T station. While there are many restaurants very close by, it also has a full kitchen, including some pots and pans. Like the ad says, there is definitely some city noise from the street, but not too bad, and we could barely even tell that there were people in the other apartments on the floor.
This stay was great! All we needed was a no frills place in the city. Great to walk to shops and close to take a drive to something new! Really great quick response when we didn't have towels and had them on site in 30 min. I also read the section on it potentially being loud in the city center and honestly it wasn't loud at all! Coming from Vermont sure there's things here and there but overall had no problem sleeping and found it to be quiet and relaxing.
A very nice stay in an excellent location, downtown and less than a block from a subway stop. Albert & team were very responsive to messages. It was a nice private, cool place (it was HOT out when we were there) to relax and sleep. Note that it's not "in unit" laundry like the title says, it's card-pay laundry in the basement two flights down.

Beautiful, well-stocked, perfectly located apartment. It’s a small studio but very comfortable with little seating and dining areas, and a great shower in the bathroom. You have full control over AC and heating. The apartment is well stocked with pots and pans and dishes, and even has an oven and microwave should you want to cook. Everything was pristine and the communication excellent. You can’t beat the location — barely a few blocks from Boston Common and right around the corner from a grocery store, T stop, and shops. It’s just a few minutes walk from South Station. Apparently guests may have complained about the noise in the past but I had no issues or complaints whatsoever (and regardless, that would be a small price to pay to be so centrally located!). Highly recommend if you’re looking for an easy, secure, high-quality stay!

This is a pleasant little studio, right in the heart of the financial district, with walking distance from the North End, city hall, and Boston harbor. I would totally book this place again when exploring the city with friends.
Do not be fooled by the affordable pricing of this place. This was the worst Airbnb and hotel experience of my life. They make a subtle disclaimer of noise as though it's a rare occurrence. Actually, the street this is located on (Arch St.) is quieter during the day when cars are parked. At night time, it becomes a major street for large freight trucks roaring through and stopping with noises through the night. Then starting at 5 am major traffic rushes through. This rental was on the 2nd floor and you can hear everything. You will not get any sleep. I even had a white noise machine cranked up to the max and ear plugs. The host did not care when I asked to be transferred to a different part of the building that may be quieter or to cancel the reservation (I don't even think that exists). Then, a water leak began in the bathroom dripping through the ceiling. I let the owner know right away and they said they would be contacting their team about this and would get right back with me. Then 2 hours later a person shows up and unlocks my door without notifying me! This owner knew I was staying with my pet, said they would get back in touch with me (to let me know a maintenance person was on their way) which they failed to do, and then someone just shows up and enters immediately. Luckily I was fully dressed and home, otherwise I truly wonder what would have happened if I was gone and my pet was home alone! Then after this all, I had to rebook a new listing immediately, pay a nightly premium due to short booking notice, I had just went grocery shopping the day prior so had to pack up all my groceries, and all my bags from my cross country move. Then arrange a Lyft ride, carry all the bags, groceries, and my pet to the car making multiple trips. Lost a full day of work. Then working with Airbnb support to waive new pet fee, new cleaning fee, higher nightly rates. After all this, the owner acted like he was doing me a favor by refunding the remaining unused nights of the stay. That is a bare required minimum! No apologies to make it right and refund my other nights I stayed to offset my major losses from all this. Absolutely atrocious and Airbnb should remove this owner due to their total lack of sincerity and compassion. Do not stay here.
Great place in downtown Boston, really close to the T so it’s super easy to get around. The place was clean and a bit small, but it had everything we needed for our stay!
This place was conveniently located everything was great, the shower gave me a little trouble due to no door for the shower area, but we managed. Everything else was as expected and felt secure.

Great location and felt very safe with the double lock technology! Perfect spot to work remotely for a few days. Albert and his team were super communicative and got back to me in minutes when I couldn’t figure out the lock. Good stay, and would stay again if I needed!
It was so nice being able to call this place home for the week! The space is on the second floor and there are two locks the get in. For being in the middle of the city, we felt very safe. Everything was meticulously cleaned. Would absolutely recommend the stay!
Place was cute, clean, and accessible. Post was very very responsive. Staying here helps support free stays for the families of those undergoing medical treatment. The location is better than most hotels.
Awsome location- Close to almost everything you’d want to do in Boston. Great supermarket just one block away for your daily needs, pharmacy too. Nice shops around. Studio is perfect for two and has everything you need! We found the studio very clean, stylish, and with all the amenities you need for a short stay. We also really enjoyed using the kitchen, again, it has everything you need.

Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
