It was a great stay. Closely located next to the train station. Host provided clear instructions and access was easy. Parking is a pain but that is just Boston.
My friends and I loved staying here. The size of the place plus the location especially in Boston was so convenient. It was perfect for our weekend away. Just make sure you plan ahead of time where you’ll park because that was difficult but it’s the city so what can you do!
This is a lovely spot in a very busy and central location! It’s just a few steps from Boston Common and easy walking distance from most neighborhoods in the city. The apartment is very clean, but the furniture is slightly run-down. There are three queen beds and two twin beds, which didn’t match the photos or description. Healing homes was very responsive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!

We had an appointment to see a specialist at Mass General and wanted to spend a little time in Boston before the appointment. The place was comfortable and affordable for all of us to be together. The location made getting around easy. If we have to return to Boston for future appointments we will want to stay here again.

My buddies and I went to a sporting event within the city. We stayed at Healing Homes and it was in a perfect location close to bars, restaurants and parks. I highly recommend staying with them.
The apartment was just as advertised. Great location and clean inside. Park St station and Boston Common a one minute walk away. Everything was in working order and host was quick with responses. Directions they gave us were very clear. Highly recommend.
Overall the place was as described. Its in a good location and the host was quick to respond. My only complaint being that the host cancelled another unit with us two days before arrival. I was then surprised to find out they had this unit available, for the same number of people, and roughly the same price and didnt recommend a change to us. This was a big miss on the customer service side, otherwise it would have been a 5 star experience.
Booked for several nights while in town. Overall the place was ok, several things made it less enjoyable. There were guests next door that were extremely loud after midnight. The beds were not the most comfortable. The complex was under some construction in the lobby. The TV batteries were dead so we couldn’t watch anything and seating was minimal for as many rooms were in the complex. Also there was not any soap in bathrooms just small shampoos.

Great location! Right in the heart of town and a block from the Common. For the price though, some of the basics were missing--like no tissues or coffee. Very little to work with in the kitchen if you aren't eating out. I think there were 4 glasses. And not a single shelf in the showers to hold soap or shampoo, so you had to put it on the ground. The big issue was Bedroom #2. There are not 2 double beds in there. There are 2 very uncomfortable single beds. This is different than the listing describes.

We had a great time! Our only complaint was that the room with 2 double beds had 2 beds that were barely larger than a twin and didn’t allow for the number of people we had. Thankfully they had a blow up mattress & and a couch, but we didn’t have enough bed space. It says the place sleeps 10, but in reality it only sleeps 8 people in the beds alone. Otherwise, it was a great space for our group and was so close to walk or take the subway to everything we needed.

Could not get the TV to work, notified the host who was willing to send out maintenance to fix it, but we opted out because we felt like we did not need the TV anyway. The place was great. Location is very desirable. Right by Boston Common and Beacon Hill. It was quiet, clean and very roomy. The lobby is under construction when you first come in with a lot of workmen walking around. When they finish I think it will be very attractive. Building being renovated. Unit are OK. Amenities need to improve (quality). Surroundings are terrible by night. We had a good stay overall however entering and leaving the building was a bit sketchy.
The lobby and elevator area is currently under construction (as in completely gutted) with uneven floors. Someone with a wheelchair or problem with uneven flooring may have issues and I wish we had been warned of this ahead of time. Otherwise we didn't have any issues with the location and the instructions were clear. Place was clean and fit as pictured. Good location in the city if you're looking for a stay with a larger number of people.
It was the Boston Marathon so prices were extremely high, but the location was excellent.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The weather outside was cold but but the home was warm, cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect. We enjoyed many strolls through Boston Common City Park and loved the fresh pastries from Roche Bros. Grocery store which is no more than a two minute walk from the unit. The first floor of the house is dirty and smelly. The house is located in the downtown and near to the Boston common which is the first step of the literary trail. However, the house surrounding is not very safe for visitors in the evening after 8:00pm. Anyway the price-quality ratio of the apartment is very high.
Excellent location within walking distance to theaters, restaurants/bars, 1 block to the grocery store and 2 different T lines. Great value - just as described, roomy enough for our group of 7 adults. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Of note, the listing had 1 king and 3 queen beds listed but the largest was a queen, there were 2 full beds and 2 twin beds.
This was a perfect spot for our staff. We were all able to get work done and yet have our own "space". in addition, it was easy for us to get around town.

The place and location were fantastic, and worked really well for our purposes. We loved being close to the park, and walking distance to many cafes, stores, and streets. The only thing that was difficult was parking, but that's Boston everywhere! So perhaps making some suggesting for parking would be great, specially since the parking around the area is a loading zone. But overall, we all felt right at home, the place was spotless, the bathrooms were clean, and the beds were amazing! It was a very comfortable stay and worth the money! Thank you!

The main issues we had were adjusting the thermostat (there were no instructions), the main lights in the two main bedrooms worked sporadically (most likely bulbs just need replacing) and the two small beds in the one bedroom seemed more for kids than adults. Shelves in the shower would be nice too. On the positive side, the location is great at the end of a dead-end street and there are a number of things to do within walking distance. No trouble with the cleanliness of the apartment and easy access in and out of the building and apartment. The hosts were great; they answered questions I posted on the Airbnb app very very quickly and were very accommodating.

This is a very clean, modern apartment steps from Boston Common and the Park Street subway stop. While all the sights in downtown Boston are walkable, you can always take the subway to downtown attractions as well as outlying areas. If you land at Logan, take the silver line bus (pick up right at the terminal door) to South Station. At South station, take the redline subway north toward Alewife and exit 2 stops later at Park Street Station. The apartment is steps from Park Street station. The hosts were very responsive and solved any small issues we had. The apartment is large with a generous common area and 4 good sized bedrooms. The bathrooms are a good size as well. This is a great place for a family or a group of people. I highly recommend.

It was a short 1 night stay but everything was perfect.
Incredible place on a building that is currently going through renovations. Sounds unnecessary but the large commercial elevators make checking in and out super easy. The back entrance is perfect for Uber drop-offs and pickups. Bathrooms were immaculate, had a washer and a dryer, large showers etc. Perfect for a large group of people. This is the third time we've used one of their properties on Airbnb, in multiple locations around Boston and we are always happy with the outcome.
Great place to stay for kicking around Boston. Loved it's location! Close to Boston commons, historical spots and the Charles River bike path. The apartment was very comfortable with space for 6-8 people to get together. Beds were comfortable with very nice bedding. Kitchen was functional and allowed us to cook, eat in during our stay. The host has a late check-in and early check-out policy with zero tolerance on even dropping your bags off. At the same time, they hound you to check out early and let them know so they can assist other guests in early or late departures… which they clearly don’t offer. Entire building was under construction. There is no parking. It is not well stocked. The television is virtually unusable. Rooms are small. Furniture is cheap and uncomfortable. The place is not well stocked, and what is there is also cheap. The only reason it isn’t a one star is because the location is good.
The location of the accommodation was very good and the facilities were very state-of-the-art, so it was clean. The furniture was beautiful.
Great location, you are literally a 30 second walk to the Common. No on-site parking, but there are 2 nice garages within a 5 minute walking distance. Amenities were great, was really nice to do laundry and have separate bathrooms. Had an issue with the cleanliness done by the hired housekeepers, but that was quickly resolved by management.
Great location - easy to get everywhere around the city. The building was a bit noisy at night with people walking below/above the unit but it didn’t bother most of the group. Hosts were very responsive and the rental was absolutely perfect for our group!

Not a huge deal as there are lots of coffee shops nearby. We had an issue with the electricity/overhead lights in one bedroom, but the owners were very responsive.

This is an absolutely beautiful condominium. It has been well-maintained and clean. Good luck on trying to find parking. I drove around close to 45 minutes before I could find overnight parking. I have always pride myself on being a minimal impact guest. For a host to charge $250 cleaning fee when we left it almost as pristine as we found it to me is egregious This policy of a host’ charging a cleaning fee of $250 for one night stay where all they had to do was clean sheets and a few towels is poor business management. That fee would be warranted if a person threw a party and left the place is a mess. My guess is it would take somebody approximately one hour to clean the sheets and the towels in a light tidying up. No, this cleaning fee is simply a mask to gouge, unfairly their guests
This apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs. It's been recently renovated so everything is new and very clean. The space was used incredibly well for any group coming to mostly sleep. The beds were so comfortable! And, the location is truly remarkable - right in the heart of Boston. I'd highly recommend!

Staying in the apartment was so nice for my family. We all had our own rooms but also felt like we were still together and not separated like in a hotel. The location was amazing. We were able to walk all around the city easily. There is a subway stop very close and this was also easy to navigate. The first floor is undergoing renovations but the construction was not bothersome at all. I would stay here again and look forward to seeing the new entryway.
The location is great! Close to the Boston Commons and you can get anywhere in Boston easily. One room the beds didn't match the listing. (Wasn't a huge deal). The building is under construction on many of the floors. Also, the check in isn't until 5 and checkout is 10. Just keep that in mind when you arrive into Boston early and are leaving later in the day.

I was worried about the neighborhood once I booked this VRBO. I tried to connect with the host to confirm there was security on site , as advertised, since I’d be arriving near midnight with my children. The response that I received was that check in info would be sent on the day of check in. Not helpful Thankfully there were some other guests of the building who helped us in. It took them three tries to work the doors, so I was so grateful they were there. There were NO security guards on site. Ever. There was construction in the lobby which was filthy. The host also said we could only use the ground floor elevator which was about 20 steps down from where we entered. I brought all bags down steep steps at midnight when I realized that there were two working elevators on the main floor. Very disappointing. However, the apartment was very cute and charming with original windows and exposed brick. All beds were comfortable and offered plenty of room for a family. Linens were great, and kitchen was ok for offering some dishes and utensils. Many things were not working in the apartment. A whole socket came out of the wall when I unplugged my phone. The lights would randomly turn off in a bedroom and not go back on, nothing major. The hot water was great. However, the location was absolutely amazing. Totally worth it! You are so centrally located, steps to Boston Common and great breakfasts places and activities. You can’t beat the location.
The apartment is located right in the heart of historic Boston Commons Area where we may cross the road to walk on the historic freedom trail! Other historic landmarks like the domed assembly house are also within walking distance. Restaurants and coffee shops are plenty and so is a T station. Parking is indeed a challenge in this neighborhood like the hosts rightly mention. Accessibility is not an issue as there is an elevator for the building.
This is a very good place if you have a large group. There were 7 of us celebrating a graduation with ages ranging from 24 to 80. It was very helpful to have an elevator. The bedrooms were comfortable for all. The common area is a little small but we didn't spend a lot of time in the place during the day so it worked out. It is centrally located, and pretty quiet. Heather and Brian are very responsive!

Wonderful location right in the heart of Boston but on a quiet, peaceful street. The apartment was a 10 minute walk from the train station and near the subway. The 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were comfortably laid out so that each guest could enjoy some privacy. The kitchen/living room was well suited for 3-4 people. It appears the hosts have responded to some previous comments about the seating arrangements in the living room - a comfortable chair has been added and it appears the older sofa has been replaced. Still, don't expect to cook extravagant meals here. Kitchen seating is limited to a few metal stools around a small island. There are ample dishes and cookware but no condiments or other homey touches such as coffee/tea, aluminum foil, etc. that are often provided in a bnb. Hosts were responsive and provided clear instructions. All in all, a great choice for a short downtown Boston stay!
Our family had a wonderful few days in Boston and this apartment was really perfect. The location is fabulous, anything you could need is within walking distance. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed to cook our own meals. If we come to Boston again I would stay in this building again.

This was by far one of the nicest BNBs I have stayed at, right in the middle of the city and the apartment felt like home. We had a minor issue outside the apartment but Heather and Brain were very quick to help fix out situation and give us the support that was needed.

The location was fantastic if you want to be right in town. Literally right next to the Orpheum entrance. Easy access to theaters, chinatown, most of the Freedom Trail, T, etc. So what kept my rating from being a 5? Two things. It was pretty bare bones. One not very comfortable couch and metal stools were the only seating. Nothing in the kitchen (not even bad coffee--but at least there are a lot of coffee shops around). Second, the fridge kept tripping a breaker, so we didn't have a fridge for the most part. It wasn't a huge deal for us, but had some restaurant leftovers go bad. The hosts were very responsive, though. We left an item behind and the cleaning crew found it and we are in process of getting it back. So kudos to them for that. All in all I would stay here again.
This place was great! Just want to let you know the fridge was not working. We tried to put an energy drink in it and noticed it was not on. Was not a big deal as we really only slept there as we had meetings all day. Just wanted you to know. Thanks again!

The apartment was very clean, spacious and in a great location. I stayed here for 1 night with some friends from college and it was perfect to pregame and come back after an eventful night. Quick walks to practically all of Boston. Would come here again.
I had 7 people in my group for Thanksgiving week. It accommodated my 81-year-old mother, sisters, and nieces very well! Location: Absolutely perfect. Close to all public transport, walkable to restaurants, shopping, CVS, etc. It is downtown so just be aware when you walk around. Accommodations: The number of bedrooms was fantastic. All rooms came with plenty of closet storage space and drawers. Two full baths were nice and having a washer/dryer was super convenient. I'd bring my own shampoo/cond. next time. Kitchen: Beautiful kitchen. Cupboards could use some more ingredients if you plan on cooking. I saw salt and pepper. Pots and pans are available in addition to 1 cutting board and lots of dishware. Living room: Chromecast on the TV is convenient. Log on to your Netflix, Hulu, etc. Living room could use more furniture. Small couch doesn't accommodate enough for such a large space. An L-shaped couch or more sitting chairs would have been great. Highly recommend!

The location was great! Everything was so convenient. The loft was clean spacious and comfortable. However, the loft is for groups that need a place to stay for the night, but it is not a place to hang out. There’s not enough seating on the sofa for relaxing. There are not enough chairs around the island for meals. It’s not a comfortable place to cook. This is the perfect spot if you plan to spend all your time exploring!

Amazing location in the heart of downtown Boston, perfect for large groups. It appears that many of the units in the building are short term rentals. The beds were very comfortable, but the living room was a bit awkward and not very comfortable to sit in for a long time since there was not ample seating and the couch was pretty worn and uncomfortable. The walls are pretty thin so we could hear neighbors but at night it was pretty quiet. Amenities were a bit sparse - no coffee to be found despite having a coffee machine. Check in was super easy and we appreciated the option for having an early check in or late check out by paying a small fee. Overall a great option if you need a large space in downtown Boston.
The loft is a great kick off point for your Boston stay! Great location next to the common and comfortably sleeps multiple couples. We would have loved a bit more common space seating for our larger group, but otherwise had a great stay!

We were extremely pleased with Heather & Brian’s apartment - it was clean, cool, comfortable and had everything we needed (ie paper towels, dish washing liquid, travel-size shampoo, etc) for a pleasant & comfortable stay. Everyone in our 8-member party was very happy with the apartment - and the location simply can’t be beat. It truly is steps to Boston Common and the Freedom Trail. In addition, Brian was very quick to respond when we had questions or issues. For those coming in by car, we parked at the Pi Alley Parking Garage on Washington Street - about an 8-minute walk from the apt. This is a wonderful place for those with 5 or more people in their group looking for a place to stay in the heart of Boston!
Great location for sight seeing, colleges and also easy food choices - restaurants and a supermarket! Loft means high ceilings not an actual loft space with stairs.
This place is beautiful and in an absolutely perfect location. The beds and pillows were comfortable and towels were left folded for use. We had no complaints.
Perfect location - close to shops, subway, freedom trail, grocery store, pubs, etc. Slept 8 comfortable. Clean. Easy check in.

The location of this apartment was great. Brian and Heather were very good a communicating and the apartment was very clean. The check in/ check out process was so easy. The only complaint that we have is the outside the apartment smelled like urine and the elevators didn’t work.
The condo was very clean and the bedrooms were quiet and the beds comfortable. You can't beat the location of this unit, very convenient to several T stops and steps from the Boston Commons and many other highly visited historical sites in Boston. There are also many restaurants and retail shopping just steps from the door. Highly recommend!
Steps away from so many things, Boston Common, the subway, and shopping/groceries. The four bedroom was perfect for our traveling party. Great, quick communication from the hosts. Had a few suggestions to make the place even homier, and the hosts were receptive. thank you!

Everything was wonderful. From location and the place itself. We enjoyed every part of the stay. The place is great for family. The only thing that could be improved was the air condition didnt reach the outer most room so we had to slee with our door open or else it was too warm but wasnt a big problem at all. 10 out of 10!!

My 3 sisters and I stayed for 3 nights and had an amazing visit. The location was perfect! Made for great walks to Boston Common, shopping, and too many to count great restaurants. We discovered after 30 minutes of driving to various parking garages that parking is available under Boston Commons. Other garages were full. Beds very comfortable and kitchen appropriately supplied. It was spotless and very quiet despite being in the middle of the city.
Brian and Heather's place was really great! The rooms and brand new bathrooms were very clean Everything was tastefully decorated. The location is in front of the Boston Commons and at the beginning of the Freedom trail. so it was perfect to get around town. I highly recommend Brian and Heather hospitality

We were very happy with Brian and Heather’s accommodations. We were in Boston for the NCAA Hockey Finals, and their place was in walking distance from “all things Boston!” Would definitely try to stay there again!
My family loved our 3 night stay here. It was close to everything and easy to walk around. My teens all enjoyed having their own rooms. Our favorite breakfast spot was Cafe Bonjour.

Very clean and spacious apartment in an excellent location in Boston, just steps to the Common as described. Somewhat of a splurge for us and would be a better value if you plan on filling all the rooms (but if so, might need more chairs in the living room). The very best part though was actually the communication with the hosts which was so prompt that at one point, I felt slightly bad about not being able to reply right away. Highly recommended!

You can’t beat the location here - super convenient for enjoying Boston, you are within a mile at most for the majority of sights. The apartment complex was very quiet - we rarely ran into others which was nice. Heather and Brian are very responsive and they do a great job of giving clear communication in the check in and out process. Don’t depend on being able to park at the apartment. I thought we would but recent changes has limited that ability due to the apartments proximity to Orpheum theatre. We found parking a half mile away through SpotHero which was much cheaper.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at the apartment over thanksgiving. The booking and checking in process was seamless. Brian replied to all my inquiries within minutes. The location was perfect. Everything we needed in the apartment was there. All the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of nice clean towels. Honestly one of the best locations/spaces/experiences we could have imagined. Brian & Heather were incredibly accommodating and were exceptionally communicative throughout the process. There was more space than we expected and allowed for us to stretch out even amongst our other roommates. The place was absolutely spotless, comfortable, stylish, and everything worked beautifully - was even more impressive than the description or pictures could have portrayed. What a way to see Boston for the first time! Would not hesitate to book with them again! Thank you so much!
Great spot in a central location. It’s a tad noisy from the neighbors, but you should expect that in the heart of a city. Do wish there was one more comfortable chair in the living room area. Otherwise, this was a great spot to stay!
Good and clean. It’s more spacious than I thought from the pictures. Plenty of rooms and good 2 bathrooms. Perfectly well placed in Boston common areas so easy to get everything around. Brian / Heather is very responsive as well. A really good value for money in my opinion. Thanks!

The location of this property is right near Boston Common which is convenient, and it is tucked away on a quieter street so it was not at all busy or noisy. We were in town for a conference, and the convention center is relatively walkable if the weather cooperates (~20-25 min) or a quick 10 min Lyft/Uber ride away. We also were able to walk to the North End for great seafood and able to easily hop on the T to go explore Cambridge. The loft itself has 4 separate bedrooms, so it was nice that everyone had their own private room. The shared space has a full kitchen and nice lighting from the windows. The place was clean, the kitchen was equipped with plates/cups/utensils, and the beds were comfortable with soft sheets. The only minor issue we noted was in the bedroom furthest from the living room area the WiFi did not work well, so we would need to move to the living area if we wanted better internet access. Our hosts were very responsive via the Airbnb app and accommodated our request for early check-in quickly. When we had an issue come up they replied promptly which was greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Great location and very clean property. Bed sizes were not what was listed on website. Had issues with getting communications when trying to get code to get into unit. They did give us a discount for our troubles.
Great location and size. We only stayed one night but being able to have an early check in and late checkout helped us with transportation in and out of the city. We were able to walk to all major sites. Great trip.

Very nice 4 bedroom apartment. Great location!! The beds are comfortable and there are two nice bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and a good size. My only issue is with the amount of seating and comfort of the living area. More chairs and a new couch would be helpful. Four of us stayed 3 nights seeing the Boston sights and it was perfectly located. Basically across the street from Boston Common and Freedom Trail sights. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We have really enjoyed staying at this property. The apartment was clean and cozy. The check in and check out processes were effortless. The building is conveniently located near stores and restaurants, Boston Commons are steps away. Our kids also appreciated access to smart TV options.
Clean, modern, good location. Parking is a bit challenging but that's to be expected in any major city.
We had a fun weekend in the condo with 6 girls. The two beds in one room ensured everyone had their own bed, which was amazing! Super cozy place for 6+ people. And the location is unbeatable.
Location was great. When we arrived an hour after check in time the entire unit was filthy, dirty linens on floor and completely unclean. Having reserved this many months ago for our family including a toddler it was an understatement to say the least. There was no way we could enter the unit and missed long planned dinner reservations. We are frequent Airbnb customers and have had success in feeling safe during these times. This was not one of them. Of course we were refunded the cleaning fee....yet why was there one in the first place. Not really common to ad a cleaning fee when you are spending 3k for 3 nights with no daily cleaning, don't you think? There were 6 of us and a toddler, thankfully there were beds for all of us yet ONE COUCH THAT SAT 3 PEOPLE COMFORTABLY AND 3 BARSTOOLS AND A ROLLING DESK CHAIR!!!!! SHAME ON YOU. The military style cots that made up the twin bedroom perhaps also should be reexamined. I requested blankets multiple times for 3 days.....maybe the next tenant got them, we did not. Would not return, there are other options that offer same great location. Dark and uninviting unit.

Location is on a dead end so no immediate traffic. Close to many things! Unit itself is great, elevator makes some fun noises going up and down, but nothing to worry about! Would come back!
Great location! Great place! Very clean and very cute!! Easy access as well. The hosts are super responsive and helpful. My only suggestion would be to bring your own toiletries (soap/shampoo/body wash) and also extra paper towels.
Excellent location by Boston Commons! Clean and well decorated. Good communication and check in instructions. Definitely worth it to buy the parking pass. Only negative was no cleaner for counter tops or laundry detergent provided. Otherwise, everything needed was there.

Brian and Heather”s condo is an amazing place to stay when visiting Boston. It is conveniently located near all major tourist attractions or within walking distance to the train. Our family was able to walk or take the train everywhere we visited. The apartment itself is great, clean, and spacious. All amenities were accurate as advertised. The one issue we had was resolved quickly and exceeded our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. And I highly encourage anyone visiting to stay there!

Nice place, great location next to Boston common
Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
