This beautiful apartment has exposed brick and an industrial feel, but also the warmth and comfiness of an inviting home. What makes this space unique is it's history. The building hallways all show historic photos of the neighborhood dating back to the 1800s! Just steps from the Boston Common, this building has had many tenants over the decades, from retail shops to manufacturing companies!
The building has an ADA compliant entrance, two elevators, two staircases, plenty of storage for trash, and even an Amazon Locker where you can send packages. (at the time of writing this description we are currently setting up the locker, please confirm if it is operational when you book!)
Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed, from the linens pillows and mattress to storage and lighting. Most bedrooms face inwards into a lightwell, or outwards into a city street, so you may not have "Amazing" views of a city skyline, but you will likely have a nice dark night sleep.
Each apartment is equipped with a smart lock and the building has an intercom system which allows a full, self-check-in experience.
The building is also monitored live by a third party security firm, 24/7 and we have an on-site security guard, nightly, from 8pm-2pm for your safety.
We will give our guests the privacy they require with the support they need. We have coverage for virtual help from 7am-11pm and can help with any guest needs from 11am-7pm.
ust steps from the Boston Common, this neighborhood has had many personalities over the decades! Since the early 1900s, the area along Washington and Tremont Streets, roughly from School Street to Beach Street, has also been referred to as the Ladder District. Now it is most commonly named Downtown Crossing as most of the city's Subway's or (T-lines) intersect at Park Street station. The MBTA's Downtown Crossing subway station directly serves Downtown Crossing. The State Street and Park Street stations are within close walking distance. Silver Line service is also available. You can get literally anywhere in the city for a few dollars and a Tpass.
The apartment building is located on a dead end street which means it's super quiet for automobile traffic, but still has the lively city feel as foot traffic is sure to be noticeable any time of day, even in the winter. The Boston Common is only a few hundred feet from the entrance to the building.
Important to note is that lately there has been a gathering of homeless people during the day and night, right outside the 7/11 around the corner. The high foot-traffic provides them opportunities to pan-handle. Please use your caution, and common sense. We've never had an issue, but for folks visiting from towns and rural settings may find this surprising, even concerning.
We've taken measures to make sure our guests are very safe and comfortable during their stays. The building is monitored 24/7 live by a third party security firm. The Boston Improvement Department does nightly walks of the property and nearby streets. We also have an on-site security guard, nightly from 8pm-2am for your safety.

Shipping up to Boston? We put together a great guide filled with information for getting around the city and beyond!
Downtown Boston is easy to navigate. It’s compact, walkable, has an abundance of taxis, yes they still exist! And Uber's are always a tap away. What makes Boston so accessible is it's public transportation system. Driving downtown can be a challenge with its dated road layout and limited parking options but, it’s the most convenient option for travel outside of Boston Proper.
The MBTA is Boston’s public transportation system, and it’s a great way to get around quickly and cheaply. The “T” refers to the subway, which runs throughout Boston, into Cambridge, and into nearby suburbs, providing access to all the attractions located in Boston. Just look for the big "T" in a circle to find a stop.
You can also take buses to get all over the city, and the Commuter Rail is an easy way to get to points outside of Boston. You can buy paper “Charlie Tickets” for single or multiple subway rides at vending machines located in most stations. When your ticket runs low, visit a fare vending machine to add value. A single basic fare for the T is $2.75 with a Charlie Ticket, although if you pick up a Charlie Card (a plastic card like a credit card), the fare is lower at $2.25 for one way. You can load the Charlie Card with an amount of your choosing, so it's smart way to explore the city. They're available at almost every T stop, and are free to get. Once on board, hang on! Being one of the oldest public transportation systems in the country, the T is not always the smoothest ride.
Parking. or "Paahking" is hard to find, expensive (by most tourists accounts) and is best done in lots or garages for peace of mind. Please check out a website called "Spot Hero" to find the most updated options and prices!
Unit is on the 5th floor.
For easier reporting purposes our pet fees are not included in pricing settings. This means that you will need to inform us if you'll bring your pet and a $200/pet pet fee will be collected via resolution center. This is also noted in our House Rules
There is construction on the first floor, commercial space of the building. This should not interfere with your stay, but we are making sure it's known ahead of your booking.
There will be no parking until further notice due to city construction.

We had a wonderful stay here with our family of adults for a 50th birthday celebration. Right in the heart in the heart of Boston we could walk to anything we needed!
Had a great stay. Would recommend.
This Airbnb exceeded our expectations! The space was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The host provided clear instructions. The neighborhood was quiet and charming, yet close to great restaurants and shops. Would absolutely book again!
Great spot , amazing location - lots to do within walking distance
Nice place and had great communication during our stay
Excellent stay. Clear check-in instructions, exceptionally clean and quiet unit. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were well stocked. We would 100% stay again.
All good. Great location. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in Boston next year.
The Healing House team was very responsive and easy to deal with, however construction on the building next door was a meaningful issue during our stay. Each morning at 630am construction equipment would fire up and a jackhammer would go to work; which made sleeping impossible. When I raised the issue Healing House offered our group ear plugs or a noise machine, which was not exactly a fix. Otherwise, great location and good apartment, unreported noise was clearly the biggest downfall of this rental.
The healing homes team was awesome, super responsive and provided a wonderful space for our weekend. It is right off of the commons, which is a very convenient area, but it is the city. The clock towers start chiming early and often but we mostly slept right through it
Great place to stay and convenient to plenty of restaurants, subway, historical sites, shopping, etc. Host was very quick to respond and even allowed us to move up our check-in time after I requested to do so on the morning of our arrival.
I had family in town and wanted to put them up in a location to allow them to see Boston. It was the perfect location, right by the Boston Common and close to public transportation, including all the events in the city. 4 bedrooms and 2 baths was perfect for a great family. We will come back!
extremely clean and confortable. perfect location. couldn't have ask for a better place. Will rent again in our next visit to Boston. recommend that host provide a better coffee maker
Great location. Spacious place. Very clean. Excellent communication.
Beautiful flat in a great location central to the Commons, Beacon hill, and more. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and good condition of everything that we found. Definitely noticeable being near the park street church bells, but that’s part of the experience!
Great stay for several co workers on business.
We had two people with a few physical limitations so it really helped to have a place that was easy to access and to get around. Accessibility was important and expectations were met. The kitchen and common area isn’t very sound proof, but the bedrooms were quiet (the old church bells go off every hour with music chimes every quarter hour - it’s a half block away so you hear it really well, but we all loved that since we were here for Boston’s history). The space was clean and had everything we needed to cook and hang out. We had a total of people so it was perfect since there was a couple who shared a room. The building has 5 floors with probably 6 or so rooms on each floor. We were on the top floor and had no issues getting around. It’s very close to The Commons, The T and to Macys for shopping - Downtown area. We liked The location since it was close by to most everything we wanted to do. Very easy to communicate with the host!
Enjoyed a one night stay for a business trip. Unit was very cozy and conveniently located.
This was perfect for our family of seven located right in the middle of Boston along the Freedom Trail. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Great AC and very comfortable apartment. Highly recommend.
The apartment was wonderful. My kids were really happy to have their own rooms. The inconvenient is the building itself, the elevator and halls are badly maintained and smell. The building is under renovation and the street is not nice. The location is really good, very close to everything.
The place was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great Location!
Very clean, great location, responsive hosts. l
The location is very central and the apartment was very clean. It was a comfortable stay for our family of 5 adults. I would stay here again
The location is very central and the apartment was very clean. It was a comfortable stay for our family of 5 adults. I would stay here again
The location is great and walkable to Quincy or Boston Commons. The apartment was spacious, two bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen. Communication was very quick when we had questions. The entry into the building and apartment is all “computerized” which was nice. However, some of us visiting had issues getting into the one side … it seems to take 3 times for it to work, but I guess that can happen with technology. There were two ways to get into the building and the other entrance we did not have any technical difficulties. It is in a quiet dead end street, but that did attract homeless people at times, but I fully understand this is not uncommon in cities. The person Brian I was corresponding with said security does sweeps to keep this side street quiet and safe. My family and I would stay here again.
Healing homes we had a great time in your unit. We traveled from California to Boston for our daughter's wedding. We had 3 generations stay in the unit and get to know each other for the first time. Our visit was special and having this great unit. My Mother has mobility issues and we rented a scooter for her. She was able to enter, exit the unit, and use the elevator. I am not sure how we would have managed this trip without this wonderful rental. The washer/Dryer was a great help We look forward to coming again! Thank you.
Great place. Excellent location. Spacious enough for family of 6. We would return again.
Great easy check in check out, good for business travel
This was an excellent choice for our extended family’s stay as we celebrated our son’s graduation. It comfortably slept seven adults, and was extremely clean with helpful amenities. We particularly appreciated having laundry available in the unit. Healing Homes was very responsive to any questions/requests.
We had an overall good stay for 2 nights. Pros: * The location is fantastic, very central and definitely worth the money. * The modern decoration adds a nice touch to the space. Overall it’s clean. Cons: * While known in advance, the 5pm check-out time is quite late. * We also know it during booking so it’s expected: the bell rings every 15 minutes from 5 am to midnight, which might be challenging for light sleepers. * The L floor (and some other parts of the building) is still under construction, making it feel strange and confusing when we first arrived. We initially thought we were in the wrong place. * Some aspects of the decoration feel rushed and lack proper maintenance. For example, one bathroom shower head drips all night, and the bathroom door almost touches the wash basin. Overall, despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the great location and modern decor.
Great place to stay, location is amazing.
Stayed at this apartment for a recent work trip. Great location. Very nice building and apartment. Check in was easy and the apartment was clean. Would highly recommend if you are on a short trip and looking for a great location with friends or co-workers but may not be best for families with children. Some comments from other reviews: The construction in the building wasn't a big issue but we weren't spending enough time in the unit to notice. Not the hosts fault at all but the quality of the construction or rehab of the old building is not the best; the walls are extremely thin in the kitchen and the neighbors or guests were very, very loud when they arrived during day and later at night; two of the windows did not seal properly so a lot of outside noise and air coming through. And just as other reviews, the street is on a dead end so while we were there was a significant presence of homelessness and noticeable drug and alcohol use during right in front of the entrance.
Nice place. Host was generally awesome. Couple of things that I wish we knew before booking. 1) we were not told until immediately beforehand that there was construction in the lobby. We were not told at all that the elevators would be out of service to the fifth floor. That was disappointing. 2) the clock tower right outside the bedrooms rings super loud every fifteen minutes starting at 5am. Unless you are a crazy early riser, this will disrupt sleep.
Thank you so much for this lovely get-away. It was perfect for a group of 4 middle-aged classmates from high school plus one high school student son looking at colleges. Everything we needed was there. A cozy, interestingly renovated space.
pros: great location, very near subway and easily access to other places. the home is big and clean. Convenient for family with kids since it has dishwasher, dryer and washer. cons: the instruction said to go backdoor to use the elevator, but it was horrible since the backdoor street is closed for specific day time. The bell rings every 15 minutes ( but not too loud to affect our sleep, but be mindful is you are sound sensitive). The check in is 5pm and check out is 10 am, which is late for check in and early for check out as compared to other places. Pay attention to the air conditioner, it is weird to use and automatically change back to preset temperature
My 7 buddies and I just stayed here for my Bachelor party & March Madness. We all raved about how comfortable the beds were, and the location was awesome downtown. Everything was walkable it felt like. Our one small complaint was that some of the outlets were not working, but this wasn't a big deal.
Very nice place to stay overall
Perfect for our stay
I came for a girls weekend. The space was continently located to all of our outings. The apartment was clean, spacious and had good amenities. I would love to come back again.
Nice place, nice location and nice communication
Amazing stay and great place. I just wish there was a bit more transparency on the pricing aspect. There was lots of fees in my opinion. Other than that it was an amazing stay and for sure will be back. The hosts were incredibly responsive
This is a great apartment. The street is a dead end so easy to move kids in and out of the car. Host was very responsive and informative. Thank you so much!!
Great communication with the host, great location and worked well to host a mini team offsite for work. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again but bring the family next time.
Great location! Walking distance to everything. Very comfortable space for 8 people. Host was super responsive and helpful.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb. The host was incredibly communicative and accommodating, allowing for an early check-in with a fee. The space matched the description on the website perfectly. Overall, a great experience.
Clean and spacious perfect location!!! Some lighting/plugs not useable also found a vape rolled in a clean towel that was clearly dirty. Dishwasher would not turn on as well.
Pros: Great location, close to many Boston attractions, close to park, close to the T, Starbucks nearby, lots of good restaurants deliver, clean, spacious, stylish. Cons: can’t check in until 5pm unless pay extra for earlier, hot in bedrooms but cold in living/dining area, no coffee, limited kitchen supplies, no extra blankets, lights flicker, walls thin and noise travels easily from common area into bedrooms, annoying clock bell-tower across street sounds every 15 minutes 24 hours a day, no safe place to temporarily unload car without tow truck trying to get your car. Overall: was a good home base for two families with kids to meet up and explore Boston. Worked well logistically to allow us to do and see a lot nearby. Recommend bringing noise machines for bedrooms to block out noise from neighbors, clock tower, other guests in outside hallway, and other members of your own group in the kitchen/living room.
We had a lovely family break in Boston. The apartment was very spacious and the location was perfect for getting around Boston. We could walk to most places (despite the cold weather!) but the subway stations were very close. Brian was very quick to respond to any messages. The apartment had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Boston!
The air bnb was very nice! Two bathrooms and plenty of bedrooms for everyone. Somewhat spacious living area as well for a city. However the area didn’t feel very safe— we got notifications of an armed robbery happened right outdoors as well as some other safety messages. Just something to be aware of, but it is a city center so just be alert as you would be in all cities. Their security system did beep a lot as well which got annoying. But overall really nice and very clean.
Outstanding location, we felt like we were in the heart of the city with easy access to everything we wanted to do. beautiful apartment and very quiet and peaceful except for church bells which can easily be blocked out with earplugs. I will definitely book this place again!
Beautiful unit. Awesome location. Missing some basic amenities so I would check things out as soon as you get there in case you need to go buy anything or improvise.
This place is a gem. It's location is just on the corner of Boston Common and walkable to a lot of Boston attractions and right on top of a metro stop. There is a fancy grocery store in the same block and lots of fast food options very close. 4 spacious bedrooms, 6 seater dining table though only a couch and armchair in the smallish lounge area. Hosts were responsive and easy to deal with. We heard the church clock chime during the day but it didn't wake us up at night. Only thing lacking were a can opener and some of the bedrooms could do with block out curtains as well as the existing blinds.
A family with adult children, we needed a place to stay for the night after an outing. Plenty of bedrooms, 4, and 2 bathrooms. Air conditioning worked well, plenty of clean towels, and dishes. Downside , the beautiful historic church across the street has bells go off , every half hour. Around the clock. The first floor is a construction site. For the price you can go away for several nights. 10am check out makes it tough for everyone to shower and make breakfast, and the regular check in time leaves such a short time , we paid a extra $50 to check in at 2pm. Right across from the commons and the train station, can walk to all the historic sites. At night you can see plenty of rats running around outside , par for the course I guess.
Construction in the lobby and located down an alley but once inside the unit it was very nice.
The condition and cleanliness of the accommodation were the best. The location was great, so it was very convenient to use the subway, and there was a public parking lot nearby, so parking was also very convenient. All rooms were in good condition and I was very satisfied. Choosing this accommodation for our trip to Boston was a very good choice.
Super location. Very clean. Brian responded to questions almost immediately.
Fantastic stay in a great location! Would absolutely recommend and stay here again.
Great location, clean and cozy, responsive hosts - highly recommend!
Fantastic place for our group. Building has some construction but was still quiet and comfortable. Awesome location. Plenty of utensils and things, but very sparse when it comes to food-related items. No coffee or any condiments. Plan on eating out, which we were anyway. It’s Boston. There’s a Dunkin on every corner.
This place is great for a group of people visiting Boston. Seven of us (three couples and a single) fit comfortably and enjoyed the space. The location makes this apartment walkable to many tourist attractions in the city, which was extremely helpful. The lobby of the building was under construction and the elevator was a little glitchy while we were there, which we didn’t expect, but the apartment itself was exactly as described in the photos. I would definitely stay here again!
GREAT location & nice accommodations. Super responsive host. The biggest knock on this place the church bells that ring throughout the night combined with very thin windows in the bedrooms, making the bells very loud in the apartment bedrooms. I'm actually shocked the city allows the church bells to ring through the night, but it is very disruptive to sleep. The building was also under heavy renovation when we stayed there.
Fantastic location - walkable to everything you need for a stay in Boston
Very nice place in the perfect location. Location was amazing! The place was nice. A few minor issues getting in and finding the place but Brian was very helpful in getting us in. Shower door was completely gone in one bathroom with a make shift curtain. It worked fine but for the amount of money I paid, I expected better. I do not recommend bringing a car to this location. Parking is terrible and Brian and Heather do not have options or even act like they want to help with options. There was a coffee pot but NO coffee. Bring your own if you want to have coffee at the location. Otherwise, there is a very nice Stumptown coffee shop close. Overall good place and again the location is perfect!
Great place in a fantastic location. Super easy check in process. Brian + Heather were very responsive if we had any issues.
Great stay in this four bedroom apartment! It was a fantastic location and walkable to everything- parks, shopping, restaurants. All of the popular attractions are within walking distance. If you need anything during your stay there are all kinds of drugstores, markets and coffee shops very close. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed in kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. The bedrooms are very spacious which was a nice touch for four childhood friends getting together for a girls weekend! Brian and Heather were quick to respond to a couple of questions we had but we really didn’t need a lot because apt. was ready and fabulous with nice decor. There was construction on main floor but other than seeing it when going in and out you would never know and we didn’t hear anything. Yes, we heard the church bell ringing but it didn’t bother us as much as we thought. Boston is a great city and would highly recommend this apartment!
Great location! A few little disappointments, and I know mention as I see they were mentioned from an earlier review and have not been fixed. Microwave didn’t work, after reaching out, it was not repaired. Disappointing as we had food to microwave. The shower door is still not repaired. Lobby is under construction, but the apartment was lovely and we enjoyed it.
Great location and square footage for the price! Responsive hosts dealt with a minor appliance issue immediately.
A nice apartment in a convenient spot! It's easy to reach from the airport, and easy to go anywhere in the city. I'll put this in caps so it stands out though: BRING EARPLUGS. The biggest - and only real - downside to this place is the close proximity to the Park Street Church, which has bells that begin chiming at 6am and toll loudly every 15 minutes until 11pm. Unless you're a deep sleeper, have earplugs, or are a huge fan of bell music, they will be a tremendous nuisance. Disregarding Quasimodo next door, the apartment itself is great. Comfy mattresses, though a bit on the firm side, nice bathrooms, and a good kitchen in a neat exposed brick building, with everything you could want nearby. Brian and Heather responded almost instantly when I had an issue getting in the first day, let us check out late, and were all-around easy hosts. I'd stay here again, but would come better prepared for the noise next time.
Great communication from the hosts. They let us check-in a little early to store our bags. Unit was clean and roomy. Building had a lot of construction but we didn’t notice any noise. Great spot for four business travelers!
My friends and I enjoyed our stay! The place was very spacious and right next to the park. There were several restaurants and attractions easily walkable from the place. Great for a larger group wanting to stay in the heart of Boston!
Great place with 4 good-sized bedrooms. Location is very convenient for a lot of things.
The apartment was SO nice and comfortable. No smells, very clean, didn't see one bug of any kind, clean linens, very comfortable bed, excellent pillows, plenty of towels, and clear instructions from the host. The location is excellent. The park is a block away. The subway is a block away. Restaurants and fast food were within easy walking distance. There's a Walgreens 2 blocks away. We were able to come back after a busy day and rest in the afternoon, and go out again for dinner. We enjoyed being in the middle of the busy city life. This apartment made our trip to Boston so wonderful! We were able to be all together in a space that felt like home. Worth every penny!! We are super thankful to Brian and Heather for their hospitality!
This is the second time my colleagues and I stayed at Brian + Heather's place, and it was just as awesome as the first time! B+H's spot has four bedrooms that all have comfy beds and are spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped, so great for cooking meals together. When the coffee maker stopped working, the hosts had a new coffee maker delivered soon after we messaged them - top stars for that hospitality! This AirBnb is steps from the North-East side of the Common making it an excellent location for exploring. We look forward to our next stay, Thanks
Great communication before checkin and very responsive to questions. Would stay her again.
The apartment was wonderful; very clean, spacious, and suited our needs perfectly. Brian + Heather’s instructions were crystal clear and we had no problems finding/entering the apartment. The location is very central and within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. Overall we had a great stay and will certainly consider staying again!
We had a fantastic time at this Airbnb. The place was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The host's hospitality was outstanding, and the location was convenient for exploring. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!
It was perfect for our group because everyone had a room! Very comfortable and the location is unbeatable! Responsive and helpful!
Beautiful house in a great area of Boston. Close to public transportation and Boston commons. House was immaculate with a lot of room for our family. Hosts responded quickly and were flexible with checking in. Highly recommend staying here.
The location is great and overall, the unit was new, clean and overall what we expected. Our concerns were two fold: 1) The TV with Chromecast and the Microwave never worked (even after 2-3 messages to the Host and their commitment to get it fixed during our stay...they said they'd fix it but never did). One of the sliding glass doors in a bathroom had been shattered and a temporary curtain was in place. 2) Due to storms, the BOS Logan airport was shut down for an entire day & all inbound flights were cancelled a full day (which was our arrival date). After many requests, the Host refused to provide any kind of concession on the nightly rate and we were out 100% for a full night's rent ($850+). We never expected a full refund due to the weather, but we and the AirBnB support team expected the Host would have made some kind of partial credit. They refused to make any concession (even a refund on our early check-in fee) which was very frustrating.
Place was very good and I can say I only have a few things to note improvement on. One if you are coming with a lot of people the living room does not have a lot of seating and there is only a love seat and a small chair. Also the bathroom sinks don’t have a lot of space to put your toiletry items. But I will say the location was very good and there is a food court outside the building that has a lot of good fast food places and there are many other resteraunts near it. The beds are good and they are all queens and the rooms are nice. There’s a good size tv with Netflix Hulu etc and the kitchen is good with a good many appliances.
We had a great stay in Boston! Clear instructions made it easy to get in the door. The space was perfect for 2 sets of parents and their 3 teens; the location was excellent for strolling to the Common, Quincy Market and the North End, and it was easy to hop on the T when we were tired of walking. The apartment was comfortable, tastefully decorated, and we appreciated the cool A/C after wading through Boston’s summer humidity. Thanks so much!
This place was just what we we were looking for. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating.
Brian and Heather were both extremely communicative during our stay when we had any questions.
The place was just as described. The location was great and so were the recommendations from Brian and Heather.
Our family of 6 rented Brian & Heather's 4 bedroom apartment essentially across the street from Boston Common for a few days of exploring Boston. The apartment was spotless and roomy enough for all of us. The location couldn't have been better for our purpose: early morning walks around the Common, close to all tours and parts of the Freedom Trail sites, close to public transit, great coffee shops and restaurants. This is a very walkable location. The apartment felt safe going into and out of. This is an urban location so be aware that there will be noise: sirens, construction and the nearby church starts tolling at 6:00 AM so take ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. The apartment is well stocked with dishes/cutlery/cooking essentials however finding a grocery store nearby is somewhat difficult. Brian was very responsive when I needed to make contact with him. I wouldn't hesitate staying here again.
We had a great time, will recommend to any family looking to be in heart of Boston, very good place great restaurants around, Boston life very vibrant, we had awesome time
Heather and Brian’s place was perfect! Lots of room, very clean, easy access and a great location! Brian and Heather responded very quickly and were very helpful. Would love to stay here again, thanks Brian and Heather!!
Nice location and space. Easily walkable and close to Boston Commons and other cool places.
We stayed at Brian + Heather’s place while in town for work. It was just what we needed with 4 separate bedrooms, clean spaces and plenty of room for all of us. Great location.
An excellent, central location in Boston. A great place to stay and for a great cause with Healing Homes! Thanks for making our visit to Boston so great!
Brian and Heather were lovely, attentive guests. The apartment was exactly as described, extremely clean and centrally located. The beds were very comfortable, the closets were nicely sized, and more importantly, the property was in a great location! I would absolutely stay there again when I'm in town for work or with my family! Recommend 100%
We came for a family trip and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Everything was clear for Checkin and out and owners were always responsive
Great clean space in Downtown Boston!
We loved the exposed brick and comfortable beds. The location near the park and shopping was great for us. We really enjoyed our stay.
Brian and Heather’s place was in a perfect location. There were many restaurant and stores nearby. We were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to go to. Only downside was the walls are very thin, however, they were very responsive when the neighbors were being loud all night. They provided us with sound machines and ear plugs and contacted the building manager for us. Would stay here again!
This location was absolutely amazing. It was so close to the common and to two subway stops. It absolutely made the trip. The rental was comfortable.
Amazing place to stay while in the city. Pro tip: put your hand over the keypad to lock it when you are leaving. We will definitely stay here again!
We had a wonderful stay, perfect for our large family and close to everything. Thank you!
Wonderful! Location was great. Brian and Heather were very responsive and happy to accommodate any needs. Would recommend and stay again.
Great place with great location. Easy 15-20 minutes max to walk anywhere in Boston
Great location - the apartment was great, as described in the pictures!
The apartment was immaculate and perfect location to walk around Boston. Brian and Heather are very responsive and very flexible with check in/out times. I would highly recommend this apartment.
Several friends and I stayed at Brian and Heather's place for an overnight this past weekend. I was so pleased with the location, the ease of unloading and parking (at a garage nearby) and the modern, clean finishes inside. It was absolutely perfect for our needs and walkable to the North End where we caught a show. Dunkin' and a cute brunch spot were walkable in the morning. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Wonderful spot to stay to explore Boston!
Fantastic location for a weekend away with family or friends. Great, walkable location to anywhere in town. Truly an amazing spot to stay.
Clean and spacious apartment in a convenient Boston location. We were in town for a short stay and it was a perfect place to use as a base for our explorations.
Great location and views for sure.
Super clean and comfortable place with multiple rooms, good for privacy among a large group. Comfortable common areas. Extremely walkable. This is a great option for staying in downtown Boston. Second year staying here for a team meeting and we're very happy the option is there.
Bare bones, but convenient and clean apt. Great for two families meeting in the city for the weekend. A little tough with small kids - we had to be on them all the time to walk and talk quietly as the bldg doesn’t have great sound proofing, and we were aware that we were above other apts. Ultimately, great location for exploring lots of areas of the city.
Perfect location to enjoy Boston. Wonderful for two families and walkable to all. Great style, great decor. Super responsive and helpful hosts. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again. Book tix to an Orpheum show … directly outside the doorstep!
Extremely convenient location yet also quiet, spacious and bright. This space would be a good respite for those supporting people through health issue, but was also a fantastic space to use as a home base for a week of work. Hosts were immediately responsive.
The place was an excellent weekend stay for 5 friends who wanted to catch up and have a shared space, rather than multiple hotel rooms. It was clean, kitchen had all the appliances, ironing board etc., and the beds were comfortable. It was close to everything and in spite of a concert both nights at the Orpheum next door, it was quiet at night. Happy to recommend to others.
Great location and a very nice loft space. Amazing view from bedroom window.
Beautiful home with a fantastic location. Wonderful hosts.
This 4 bedroom place was a great stay for 2 couples. The internet was challenged with 3 people taking videos calls. The kitchen is extremely bare bones. Perfect location to explore Boston by foot. As it’s on a dead end street there were many rats running across the street.
Great location. Spacious and clean apartment.
Great location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent communication. I'd highly recommend.
Great location. Building is pretty old and rundown. Parking was really expensive.
Brian & heather were great communicators and easy to work with but I was definitely a little disappointed by the state of the bathrooms and the general wear and tear in the place. To pay over a thousand dollars is a lot of money. $250 for a cleaning fee for one night feels like being taken advantage of. There weren’t many design accents at all either, which surprised me because the place looks more well adorned in the listing. It was a comfortable stay but a little disappointing.
Nice clean apartment. Luggage check in facility is a bit dodgy (door doesn’t lock). Otherwise a nice apartment, and hosts are super responsive to queries. Thanks!
This was the perfect place to host my family members during our stay. The penthouse was spacious and sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. After a long day away, the common area gave us a place to gather and unwind until we eventually went to our individual rooms. When the other reviews say it’s close to everything, it is exactly that!
Apartment was beautiful and clean. Location was perfect with immediate and easy access to the city.
Great location, easy check in, prompt communication, well appointed and decorated apartment blending modern and historic elements. Would stay here again.
This is an excellent location and a beautiful apartment. What a memorable experience to look at the window and see the clock tower and hear the gentle chiming. We loved the 4 bedrooms. Each decorated so well and different from one another. We appreciated the privacy they offered with the generous size and we also enjoyed the gathering space available for our growing family. As we become grandparents for the 1st time we cherish family time and this lovely location in Boston offered our adult children plenty of fun and a wonderful place to return to when the time came. One warning is the parking. It is pricy and you need to follow the directions very carefully or the tow truck will come. We experienced it first hand!
Great location, very clean, definitely worth it to add on the parking pass to make things easy if you are bringing a vehicle.
Myself and two colleagues stayed at Brian and Heather’s place in Boston for a conference. The apartment made a perfect home base for us. The Wi-Fi worked great when all three of us where on calls. The kitchen was ideal for us to share meals and morning coffees. Everyone said their bed was comfortable and they felt they had all the privacy they needed. We will hopefully get the chance to stay here next year for Boston Fintech week!
Great location. In walking distance to so many different things
Great location and very comfortable bedding. Brian was quick to respond to questions and very helpful. Would recommend for large family or groups of friends
We enjoyed our stay at Brian and Heather’s Airbnb so much. Central location but very quite. Beautifully decorated too. We would absolutely stay here again!
Great spot right near the Common!
Beautiful place right in the hear of Boston Commons. We were able to walk everywhere and park our car right out front of the building with the parking passes that we paid for from Brian. Well worth the expense. The apartment itself was spotless and quite large and had a washer + dryer with detergent included. The one thing is just to make sure you are aware of the check out & check in times. Check out was normal (10AM), but check in was one of the later ones I've seen (5PM). That being said, the place was worth it.
Great place with prime location. Overall, accurate listing and descriptions. Would recommend staying here for anyone coming to Boston.
Great location , especially for a quick Uber to Fenway park . Super clean , 4 BR and 2 bathrooms. The linens were very nice , and yes I know I’m snobby but I like them:) overall - pretty awesome !!
Great location right on the Common and the Freedom Trail. We had family of 5 and a dog and we all fit comfortably. Apartment was very clean and owners were quick to respond to emails
Perfect place for a group who’s going to be out and about in downtown Boston.
great place. easy to communicate with. parking is tough, but as expected for big city.
Great location, great unit. Very clean!
Nice accommodations. Very large rooms for a city apartment. Very convenient to everything. It is literally one block from the Boston Commons and the start of the Freedom trail. I would definitely stay there again.
Fantastic apartment, lovely and comfortable bedding, amazing location, great and communicative hosts. Highly recommend for larger family/friend groups!
Great location, nice bedrooms and space, very clean!
Great location and spot for our family of four to explore Boston for a day. The parking (with the parking pass) made it super convenient as well.
I hate to write a negative review and do appreciate your willingness to help.
We had a wonderful stay. Overall super clean, bright, nicely designed space, in an absolute perfect location in Boston. The surrounding streets have so much- a market just around corner that has all the grocery needs, and across street from the T, State house, and green space. As others have mentioned kitchen tools minimal, and a few details lacking but the location and space still make up for it. Exceeded my expectations for our stay in Boston. Also Brian and Heather very responsive and nice to work with. I would highly recommend staying here.
Great and tidy appartment in convenient location
Cute spot and amazing location! Loved our stay!
Clean and well appointed. Heather was easy to communicate with. The location can not be beat for access to all of the downtown, Freedom Trail district.
Staying with Brian and Heather was a pleasure. It is a very centrally located, clean and fully equipped apartment. They’re also very responsive and quick to help if there’s a need. Great stay.
Thanks for an excellent place to stay for our vsisit! What a great location. For anyone reading reviews, I suggest the parking pass, it was so convenient.
Amazing location!
The perfect place ! It located center of Boston down town close to every where restaurants, bar,Park..,The place is super nice and clean. The host is responding quickly what I ask. Overall it’s great stay !
We had a great quick visit to Boston and Brian & Heather’s place was awesome! It’s in a great location, very clean, and is beautifully furnished. Communication was great as well!
Had a wonderful weekend in Boston. Centrally located and east yo navigate around the city. The apartment was beautiful.
Great location in the heart of a thriving Boston. Incredibly there are four private bedrooms with 5star bedding, lighting and privacy matched with two roomy full baths and a full kitchen/dinning/living room space. The bedrooms and living space have some large windows with great lighting. The high ceilings add to the spaciousness. Make your Boston visit special and stay in these wonderful apartments
Overall, a very nice place - here are our positives and negatives. POSITIVES: Location - very centrally located - a one minute walk and you're at Boston Common, Park Street Church, the T, the Freedom Trail and so much more. The four bedrooms are nice sized, have super comfy mattresses and nice linens. Nicely decorated. Spotlessly clean. Washer/dryer. NEGATIVES: If you're planning on sleeping past 7am, bring earplugs! I LOVE church bells, but they are loud and clear starting at 7:00am and ring every half hour. NO windows or ventilation fan in either bathroom (no en suite so they are right in the hallway). We had an issue with the tv remote during the playoff game - it was the only time we wanted to watch tv and were only able to watch the game because someone in our party had a laptop and happened to have a cord that allowed us to cast it to the tv. The batteries were dead in one of the remotes - but even if that weren't the case, we all have iphones and they only have a Chromecast - no cable of any kind (to set up a google "Chromecast Home" account, you have to jump through several hoops if you're an iphone person). Given what guests pay per night, they should be able to just turn on the television if they want to. *Note: I reached out to the owners who responded very quickly but there wasn't anything they could do at that point except have the team deliver some batteries the next day (they also offered to bring us towels or anything else we needed). The batteries and towels were delivered the next day, but the batteries were the wrong size). The kitchen has the basic cooking utensils and a few pans, so if you plan on cooking a lot you'll need to lay in all your supplies. From a basics standpoint, there was one bedroom that had a dresser to put clothes or packing cubes in, but in the others you need to hang your things, put them on the high shelf, in the closet or keep them in your suitcase. Overall, it was a great place to stay.
This apartment is wonderful with lots of space! The location is perfect. The hosts are so helpful and quick to respond to questions. This is an amazing place to stay in Boston!
Convenient location. Right next to metro and restaurants. Clean. Spacious. Just be reminded that there’s very few cookware in the kitchen.
Beautiful apartment, clean and great location. We’ll definitely be back when in Boston!
My family had a great experience here - plenty of room to be together and have our own space. The location was amazing- Steps from The Common, the Statehouse, and Boston Public Gardens. There’s a grocery store within five minutes walking distance in Downtown Crossing. Hosts were super helpful and very quick to respond. Overall A+++ I would book again in a heartbeat.
What a great apartment this is - 4 spacious bedrooms, well decorated, clean and comfy! You won’t be dissatisfied - great for a corporate stay!
Amazing location and wonderful stay
Beautiful decorating. Exceptionally clean. Perfect walkable location close to everything. Very big!
Place is at an amazing location and has a great vibe. The service were impeccable - Brian + Heather were highly responsive, transparent, and accommodating. Highly recommended!
The apt was perfect- absolutely beautiful, clean, provided everything you would need, incredible location. We took our family of 6 and it was sprawling even for us. Incredible find!
Excellent location! We had plenty of space, beds were great, and they even refunded us for coffee since there was none included. They were also speedy with responses. We would definitely stay there again.
Clean, comfortable beds and great location. Great place to stay with the whole family.
Great apartment in a great location! Really lovely, safe building, and a perfect spot for two or more couples or a family. The only complaint we had is that we could not get the TV to stream any live games or programs. And the chrome cast system did not allow us to enter our own log in information for YouTube TV, etc. Hosts tried to help, but nothing worked. Otherwise, a great place to stay in Boston!
This was a lovely and perfect stay for a birthday trip, there were 8 of us and having a place to all come back to at night to rest and hang out was great! The location was exactly what we were looking for, so close to everything we needed. Brian and Heather were extremely responsive to messaging. The loft was clean, we did not cook or use the kitchen besides some glasses and plates. Having the washer and dryer in unit was great for refreshing the towels. We did go out and buy liquid hand soap and a box of Kleenex for the bathrooms, I suspect that with the COVID/pandemic cleanliness protocols those are things that aren’t able to be sanitized between rentals. 10/10 would recommend, checking was easy, location was perfect, our hosts were responsive, beds comfortable, loft was clean
Location is amazing — just steps away from the park (Boston Commons). I don’t understand why one of the reviewers mentioned rough sheets… The beds and linens were very comfortable and cozy. The four bedrooms are all along one hallway with the two bathrooms right next to one another. No en suite bathrooms. Kitchen is spacious and has only the bare basics, with salt & pepper shaker, one frying pan, one roll of paper towels. But there is no whisk, zero spices or oil, no coffee or filters, no spatula… plan to purchase everything you need if you do plan to cook (the closest market we found is Whole Foods which is only accessible by car). Everything but the supermarket is accessible by foot.
Really nice spot in a secure and central location. Not many amenities in the kitchen, but perfect if you have a large group looking for a nice spot to stay.
Our stay at 6 Hamilton was great. Attractive, clean and perfect location. If there were any issues, Brian and Heather answered and fixed them immediately. Only issue was the TV that would switch off often and didn't have "live" news (anyway any "live" news that we could figure out).
Lots of room, very clean, great area close to the train and great restaurants, lots to do in the area as well
Great spot, clean, easy hosts to communicate with.
The space and location were perfect for our needs. Brian and Heather were very responsive, and super helpful both before and during our stay. I am local to Boston and was hosting guests for the weekend and it was the perfect spot for us to get around and see all the necessary sites in the city. The unit was also much larger than I was anticipating! Will definitely keep on my list for future use!
In the heart of Boston, you can’t find a more comfortable or convenient location. Plenty of space and beautiful
This Airbnb was in a great location and was able to comfortably able to fit our large group! Would def rent it again
Very clean and great location!
We loved our stay! The location couldn’t be beat. It was absolutely perfect for our group and Brian and Heather were so fast to respond to questions. Will definitely plan to stay there next time we are in town.
Brian & Heather are amazing host! They made our stay easy and comfortable. They clearly communicated all the necessary information. Their home is perfectly located for any and all activities in the city.
Had a great stay at the property. Comfortable, spacious, clean, and everything was as described. Would stay here again.
Location is close to everything! The apartment is very clean and all the beds are very comfortable! We love it!
Our group had a great time staying here. Great location for almost anything in town and would definitely be on our list if we came back.
Cool industrial building. Hosts responded promptly to messages.
Great, stay and exactly what I was expecting.
Awesome location! Great hosts! Our group loved the four bedroom setup!
Excellent location and clean and spacious! We had a great trip!!
This apartment ticked all the boxes. Very central, just across from the common (by frog pond), clean, really well equipped spacious, brilliant communication. I really can't fault it. We travelled with 3 kids and all really enjoyed it. We will be visiting Boston again in Feb and will rebook if available
Repeat Customer! Super accommodating. Can’t wait to book again. Perfect for groups of 4 or more. Location is amazing. Can’t say enough good things. Thank You!!!!!
Great spot in great location. This is our second time here and we will be back Spacious for a big group. Easy train ride from airport!!! clean. and tastefully done. Stores close by to walk and grab all your needs too. !
We've just returned to Ireland following our trip to the US. We had a fantastic few days in Boston. The apartment was so clean, cozy, comfortable and right in the heart of the city. We couldn't have asked for anything better. We will definitely be calling on Brian & Heather when we visit Boston in the future, it was perfect for us. Kind regards, Trevor & Olivia
Great place to stay! Plenty of room. Very clean! Comfy beds. An unbeatable location. Easy to find. Would definitely recommend.
Very communicative and professional. Would recommend!
Brian + Heather were very accommodating and provided us with exactly what we needed for our stay.
Location can't be beat, but pack your own sheets and blankets... and earplugs...if you want to sleep. Expect folding chairs in the dining room and no proper cooking pans. plenty of plates, utensils, etc....I guess one is expected to order out every meal. Pack an extra Chromecast power cord, if you want to watch anything. The sheets are 100% polyester, like sleeping in a plastic bag.
Great place with a great location! This was a great place for 3 couples to enjoy Boston, especially if your stay in Boston centers around the Common.
Very nice location and great communication.
All around great stay. Totally loved the exposed brick, although those rooms were slightly colder than the inner facing rooms- easily remedied by turning up the heat at nighttime. Beds super comfortable, everything updated and in good working order. Really had everything for an extremely comfortable stay. Location also great. We had 5 adults and it never felt crowded. Would stay again!
Awesome location, very clean, easy check in. Extremely happy with our stay! Would love to stay again. Highly recommend to anyone.
The space was huge, super clean, and in a prime location for our needs. If you have a group of 4 or more, this Airbnb is perfect!
Absolutely perfect location. Steps away from Boston Commons and walking distance to so many great restaurants and sites. Brian and Heather were prompt to respond and very flexible. Would highly recommend!
Great stay! Super comfortable beds, really clean, excellent location. Highly recommend!
This space was beautiful and the hosts were excellent!
Absolutely beautiful location in the heart of Historic Boston. A must stay place!!
This place was great! I had a bachelorette gathering in the city and this lodging was conveniently within walking distance to Yvonne's for dinner. I read the property description about the homeless population but this was not an issue and my group of ladies felt very safe. I got many compliments about the adorable location which was impeccably decorated, clean an updated. I would definitely stay here agin.
Great location in the city. The apartment is appointed nicely & very nice to come home to after a big day of walking. Brian was very responsive & overall our stay was great.
Thanks to Brian and Heather for their space! Best location and size of apartment. You’ll love it.
Location was awesome! Brian and Heather were very helpful and responsive. The beds were super comfortable as well, got a good nights sleep. :)
Brian + Heather's apartment in Beacon Hill is fantastic, on a side street slightly off of the main road it's the perfect apartment for a larger group wanting to be in a central location in Boston. Not only is the apartment gorgeous, but it's walking distance to almost anywhere in Boston!
This apartment is located in a great location. Everything was clean and well laid out. Check in was easy with the door codes and the security after hours was an good added feature of stay. There is subway access right down the street. There were some sketchy characters around the park, but that was expected in a large city like Boston. One piece of advice is to use the small food court outside the door for breakfast and coffee. The only thing I would suggest is another couch or more comfortable seating in the living area.
Communication from Brian and Heather was great. No concerns at all.
Great location. Very clean. Spacious bedrooms. Small living space. Very thin walls.
Super clean and centrally located in Boston! The beds were extremely comfortable and all of the amenities were updated and modern.
Great location and fantastic loft.
Perfect apartment for a group - large, plenty of space to spread out, and nicely decorated. Great view and good location!
Great location, space and design! Brian and Heather were perfect hosts!
Our small business team enjoyed their stay in the facility and appreciated the level of communication we had with the hosts.
The place was perfect! The communication around check in was clear and timely, the place was clean and exactly as stated and actually seemed bigger in person. I would absolutely stay here again on another trip.
Awesome location, quiet and super comfortable beds! Would definitely come back!
A solid place to stay in b Town
Had a great stay with its Brian and Heather! The place was nice and clean, we were about a 10 minute walk to Fanieul Hall and about a 20 minute walk to North End where we had a great Italian dinner. Communication was quick and easy. Wonderful experience!
Beautiful and centrally located Airbnb with more than enough space. We loved the stylish touches of the apartment and how close it was to everything. You can control the thermostat, and check in was seamless. Would stay here again
The apartment was just as described! Perfect location to walk to sites or catch the T. Apartment was clean, water was so hot, beds were so comfortable, and Brian and Heather were so easy to communicate with. If you will be spending a lot of time in the apartment just know that there is only one small sofa for seating. Also, the kitchen had very limited items for cooking if you plan on making large meals. We loved every minute of our stay!
Beautiful apartment with lots of space. The apartment was refreshingly quiet given its central location. Would stay again!
Great unit and location. Easy contact-less check-in / check-out made the process painless. Highly recommend!
We found the place easily. When we entered the apartment it smelled like cigarette and sweat socks. Not pleasant. The kitchen table and island had food on it so I’m assuming the cleaning staff rushed through it. Outside there were people doing drugs which obviously you can’t control and on our way out the police were there. It just made it hard to feel safe. Space wise, it was great. Each of kids had their own room. The living room didn’t have enough seating for all of us but we didn’t spend much time in the apartment. Bathrooms were clean. The description says there was a king size bed and three queens. I think all the beds were queens.
The apartment is very spacious and conveniently located. Communication was great. Brian and Heather were very responsive and accommodating to last minute requests. A few items to note: 1. Apartment was decently clean, however the cleaning could have been more thorough. 2. Ideal apartment if you are planning to be out and about. Comfortable seating is limited. The apartment came with folding chairs which we used almost exclusively. 3. Noise. We were able to hear conversations for the adjacent unit. Aside from these few minor downsides, my family enjoyed our visit to Boston with this apartment as our home base.
Very nice place, very clean, close to everything nice location we love it 😊
Best ABNB I have ever stayed in. I highly recommend it to anyone, but especially a large family to Boston or someone looking for an extended stay. The beds are extremely comfortable, would buy the mattress for home. Great location, quiet, safe and clean.
As other guests have mentioned, the location of this unit is amazing and the space was sparkling clean. Also, we felt the hosts were incredibly responsive when we contacted them - responding within minutes even at 3am. That said, we cannot leave more than 3 stars as we ultimately were disappointed with our stay, and we will not come back. The unit next door to us (also hosted by Brian and Heather) had a party that went on until 4am on our second night and we heard every word, songs, shout to take more shots...when we finally had enough and messaged the hosts, they responded that they would contact their security/management team, but nothing happened and the party continued for another hour. Our children got no sleep and we had to cancel our plans the next day (one of only 2 days we had in Boston). We understand that there was little the hosts could do about this issue, but we feel that it is important for us to be honest about our experience. Though we really do appreciate how quick they were to reply when we complained about the noise from the middle of the night party, we do not believe that their security team did anything to stop the noise coming from the unit. We also believe that noise generally from the neighboring units in the complex is quite high - we believe future guests should be aware of this. Especially when paying a premium.
Unusually Big place for Boston. Elevator an unusual bonus. Nice size rooms and bathrooms. Very clean. Only downside was our bedroom on the buildings interior was noisy with some kind of mechanical noise 24/7 that made sleep tough. Not all the outlets worked. Expensive but perfectly located for seeing Boston and the 4th.
This is a beautiful space in an excellent location — walkable to so many places in the city and extremely easy to access. It was also awesome that we were able to purchase the parking pass for extremely convenient parking right out front of the apartment.
PERFECT Location. We were able to walk to everything. Large apartment with ample rooms. I would definitely stay again. There were a few things that needed to be addressed. 1. The seating in the living room was minimal and the couch was sagging and we later realized it was because the pull out bed stand was broken. For a 4 bedroom place they need more seating. 2. Speaking of couch, the pullout bed had crumbs and dirt when we pulled it out. Glad we didn’t need to use it but something that has to be looked closely for the cleaning fees we are paying. 3. The rug in the hallway was an accident waiting to happen. They duct taped it at the bottom. We removed it during our stay to avoid anyone tripping and falling. 4. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everyone talking in the adjacent apartment. Other than these minor setbacks, we enjoyed the place.
We enjoyed our stay and found Brian and Heather very responsive to our queries.
Beautiful place, great location! Exactly as pictured and described and we had great communication with the owners. Also, lots of great little places to eat and get cocktails within a few blocks!
Very communicative and supportive throughout our stay.
The apartment is in a great location and the beds were super comfortable. There was not much space to hang around in though so this is an ideal place if you are planning on spending almost all of your time outside. The couch was not that comfortable so as a family we could not really hang out anywhere. There were some broken things when we got there which we notified the hosts about. Hosts are very responsive and very clear in their communication. Very clean and I would stay here again in the future with more than 4 people to split the cost
Very spacious and clean. Awesome location, especially if part of your itinerary is the freedom trail.
We enjoyed the stay. The entry to the building felt a little sketchy at times, but the apartment and general area were nice.
Lovely apartment right in the heart of downtown - within walking distance of many attractions and food.
Super clean and stylish. All the bedrooms have a lot of room and the beds are super comfy. The living room is the best part! A lot of options for apps on the tv and it’s nice and big and can be adjusted. The place looks nice in pictures and even better in person. It’s the perfect space. Communication was easy and fast. Also I want to give a shout out to the security guard who was there that night. We doordashed food to the building and he kindly brought it inside the lobby for us instead of leaving it outside. We had the best time, definitely would stay here again!
The apartment was very spacious, clean and extremely well kept. It’s location was awesome and in walking distance to so many attractions. Brian & Heather were wonderful hosts and very responsive before, during and after our stay. I highly recommend staying here!
Perfect location! Was within walking distance of many things. Nice apartment. Communication from owners was great and quick!
Very nice place in the heart of Boston. Highly recommend!
Brian and Heather were very helpful and quick to respond to all our questions. Apartment was very clean. We had a great visit in Boston. Thank you!
I loved the beautiful exposed brick, the place has so much character I would stay again anytime!
We had a great stay in this spacious apartment. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location is steps from tourist hot spots. Owners/managers are very quick to respond to any questions.
Perfect location and the space was very clean. Brian and Heather were very accommodating and quick to answer questions.
WOW! Place is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Great for family or friends. Optional private parking upfront for an additional $40 per car. Super clean and location couldn’t be better.
This apartment is in a great location. A fifteen minute walk from anywhere you could want to go within the downtown area. The space was well put together, had all the items we needed and was the right amount of bedrooms and bathrooms for a small group. Would highly recommend.
Very clean and comfortable space. Can’t beat the location.
This stay exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, well furnished and was in a great location in Boston. Would recommend it to anyone!
This apartment is in an amazing location for all the tourist attractions you want to see while in Boston. The place is beautiful and very secure. I would definitely stay there again.
This loft is perfect for those needing a few extra beds. The apartment is very well located in Boston and is within walking distance to almost everything worth seeing in the area (and it’s right across from a train line if you want to venture out further). We thoroughly enjoyed it and would stay again!
Location, location, location. Everything is within 10 minutes either walking, Uber or subway. Fell like we were at home. Haven't slept so well in a long time. Place is super clean, plenty of privacy for a family with teenagers.
This was a great spot for a weekend. We had some trouble with the lock and the TV didn’t work but that’s okay. We weren’t there to watch tv. Great location! I’d recommend to others.
Beautiful, spacious place with amazing location!! I would absolutely recommend choosing this place.
Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
