This beautiful apartment has exposed brick and an industrial feel, but also the warmth and comfiness of an inviting home. What makes this space unique is it's history. The building hallways all show historic photos of the neighborhood dating back to the 1800s! Just steps from the Boston Common, this building has had many tenants over the decades, from retail shops to manufacturing companies!
The building has an ADA compliant entrance, two elevators, two staircases, plenty of storage for trash, and even an Amazon Locker where you can send packages. (at the time of writing this description we are currently setting up the locker, please confirm if it is operational when you book!)
Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed, from the linens pillows and mattress to storage and lighting. Most bedrooms face inwards into a lightwell, or outwards into a city street, so you may not have "Amazing" views of a city skyline, but you will likely have a nice dark night sleep.
Each apartment is equipped with a smart lock and the building has an intercom system which allows a full, self-check-in experience.
The building is also monitored live by a third party security firm, 24/7 and we have an on-site security guard, nightly, from 8pm-2pm for your safety.

Just steps from the Boston Common, this neighborhood has had many personalities over the decades! Since the early 1900s, the area along Washington and Tremont Streets, roughly from School Street to Beach Street, has also been referred to as the Ladder District. Now it is most commonly named Downtown Crossing as most of the city's Subway's or (T-lines) intersect at Park Street station. The MBTA's Downtown Crossing subway station directly serves Downtown Crossing. The State Street and Park Street stations are within close walking distance. Silver Line service is also available. You can get literally anywhere in the city for a few dollars and a Tpass.
The apartment building is located on a dead end street which means it's super quiet for automobile traffic, but still has the lively city feel as foot traffic is sure to be noticeable any time of day, even in the winter. The Boston Common is only a few hundred feet from the entrance to the building.
Important to note is that lately there has been a gathering of homeless people during the day and night, right outside the 7/11 around the corner. The high foot-traffic provides them opportunities to pan-handle. Please use your caution, and common sense. We've never had an issue, but for folks visiting from towns and rural settings may find this surprising, even concerning.
We've taken measures to make sure our guests are very safe and comfortable during their stays. The building is monitored 24/7 live by a third party security firm. The Boston Improvement Department does nightly walks of the property and nearby streets. We also have an on-site security guard, nightly from 8pm-2am for your safety.
Downtown Boston is easy to navigate. It’s compact, walkable, has an abundance of taxis, yes they still exist! And Uber's are always a tap away. What makes Boston so accessible is it's public transportation system. Driving downtown can be a challenge with its dated road layout and limited parking options but, it’s the most convenient option for travel outside of Boston Proper.
The MBTA is Boston’s public transportation system, and it’s a great way to get around quickly and cheaply. The “T” refers to the subway, which runs throughout Boston, into Cambridge, and into nearby suburbs, providing access to all the attractions located in Boston. Just look for the big "T" in a circle to find a stop.
You can also take buses to get all over the city, and the Commuter Rail is an easy way to get to points outside of Boston. You can buy paper “Charlie Tickets” for single or multiple subway rides at vending machines located in most stations. When your ticket runs low, visit a fare vending machine to add value. A single basic fare for the T is $2.75 with a Charlie Ticket, although if you pick up a Charlie Card (a plastic card like a credit card), the fare is lower at $2.25 for one way. You can load the Charlie Card with an amount of your choosing, so it's smart way to explore the city. They're available at almost every T stop, and are free to get. Once on board, hang on! Being one of the oldest public transportation systems in the country, the T is not always the smoothest ride.
Parking. or "Paahking" is hard to find, expensive (by most tourists accounts) and is best done in lots or garages for peace of mind. Please check out a website called "Spot Hero" to find the most updated options and prices!

really nice place; comfy, super well equipped and in a good location
Great host. Great cause. Construction wasn’t terrible but def ongoing. Super convenient location right next to the T Park St. stop. Hard to beat.
Had a great stay at this location! Due to availability of dates for booking, I stayed one night at different Healing Homes unit and the remaining four nights at this unit. Hosts were super responsive and communicative, and accommodated an early-check in when I was switching from one unit to another, which was really great. I preferred this unit over the other - the layout of the bedrooms/bathrooms was nice, and the common area/kitchen was very nice. I came here for a conference and it was a great space to have colleagues over for lunches and to give practice presentations on the TV (I brought my own HDMI cord). Had all the amenities, and it was nice to have pots/pans to cook with. One of the toilets has a wonky handle and one of the showers was missing half of the glass door (with a shower curtain in its place), but nothing that greatly affected our stay. Very walkable location, close to the T and Boston Commons. Would stay here again!
Nice to be walking distance from so much of Boston.
Ideal spot for central Boston. Great responsive hosts and a lovely venue
Nice apartment. Close to Beantown pub which does excellent food and has a great atmosphere. Will book again for next visit.
Wonderful stay, zero complaints and would honestly stay here again. I will say the only issue (which is no fault to the airbnb) is the Church Bell across the street. It was a girls trip so were fine with it, but we all said it would've disrupted our kids sleep. All that to stay, great, clean place. Safe and the hosts were really incredible with communicating.
Beds were super comfortable!! Everything was really clean and as seen in the pictures. Location was great and walkable to other sites. Only bummer was the construction going on in the area, but not much you do about that. Overall a great place to stay!
This is a great place to stay from the clean apartment, comfortable beds, and incredible location. We were able to walk everywhere. The runners in the group enjoyed being across the street from Boston Commons park which was a great place to run and a playground for kids. The hosts were quick to respond to any question.
Our latest Airbnb experience in the downtown commons area was a wonderful one. The location was fantastic, surrounded by historical landmarks and local pubs that added so much charm to our stay. The apartment itself was spacious enough for our group of 8, which was a huge plus. While the early morning construction was a bit disruptive, it didn't take away from the overall experience. The bathrooms could use some updates - one had some water damage and the other toilet had a minor issue with running water. These small inconveniences aside, we appreciated the history and character that surrounded us during our stay. Considering the price we paid, we felt that the accommodations were fair and we would definitely consider staying at this Airbnb again in the future. The host were always commutative and were super quick on their responses. Thank you!
Great place in a great location. Spotless when we checked in and the AC was awesome. Highly recommend this place!
The condo was in a perfect location for everything in the downtown area including Freedom Trail, Little Italy and Fenway Park. Healing Homes was very responsive to my questions and provided detailed instructions for us. I would not hesitate to stay in this unit again!
great location, great facility and not at all surrounded by any issues like what other people described. I have lived in Boston for a few years, what you get in that area is what any downtown area in the world has. A mix of people, hustle bustle, some homeless (but to be expected, and nothing that made me feel uncomfortable). The place was clean, functional, and as pictured. Would definitely stay here for the location, price, amenities, and more. Wish the parking situation was better as well, but that is not in the hands of the host.
Location was great!! Perfect for a trip to Boston. Traveled with 8 friends and it was the perfect amount of space. Very clean and easy to get in and out of the building. Interior and exterior noise can be inconvenient depending on your neighbors since noise travels easily. We would stay here again!
The apartment is part of a Luxury Apartment complex and is located on the 4th floor. The main entrance/lobby is undergoing a remodel and was very hot and dusty when accessing the elevators. The drop ceiling in the main entrance/lobby is part of the remodel process and electrical work is underway as some of the ceiling tiles are removed. The Starways are dusty from sheetrock work. Judging by the amount of work and the work that was already completed it will be very nice when finished. The unit was clean and well kept with all the amenities needed. Being in an apartment the neighbors above were noisy at times but it just sounded like kids playing. Overall, we had a great time in Boston and the apartment provided us with a well kept, clean, semi-private place to stay that is within a short walking distance to many restaurants and area attractions at a reasonable rate.
3 Positives Location Bed and furniture Spacious 3 Opportunities Ceiling fans Bathroom repairs (shower, ceiling and toilet) Thin walls - can hear neighbors I would recommend it to a friend to stay here as the positives outweigh the negatives.
Great location. Outside has some maintenance being done. But overall very good.
Exceptional location for family summer vacation week in Boston! Easy access to subway. Walkable to freedom trail. Great private building. Clean apartment, above and beyond expectations.
We had a wonderful stay! The unit was as-advertised, beautifully decorated, very clean, and incredibly spacious! The location couldn't have been easier to get around the city from. Very convenient, very walkable, and incredibly close to the MBTA.
Quick day trip in the city with my family and it was prefect
This was a wonderful place to stay! Great location. Right across from The Commons with multiple T stations nearby. It is within a 10 to 15 min walk from several popular areas. Unit was just as described and accommodated our party of 6 fantastically. Will stay here again if we are in the area!
Great location close to Freedom Trail. Super clean and had everything we needed!
Great service and great location
Pristine and spacious and good location. Description is perfectly accurate
They were very accommodating to our needs.
Love the mission of this place (provide housing for people who need local area medical care) - so they have that going for them in spades. Place was spotless, beds were comfortable and everything in the place was good. But the neighbors upstairs must have had kids wearing concrete shoes. They were running around until 11:30pm. We didn't say anything bc they might have been there for some sort of medical procedures. But it was loud. And the front door lock on one side of the bldg wouldn't work. But it wouldn't work for anyone (including residents). A bit inconvenient to go to the other side - but not that big of a deal. Overall, a good spot - and I'm not sure there's much they could do about the neighbors upstairs - just move of an FYI if you're a light sleeper
Upon arrival, there were numerous individuals in very close proximity to the entrance who were using hard drugs which made us feel VERY uncomfortable. There were countless homeless/drug users near both the front and back entrances during all hours of the day and nights (many were literally acting like zombies and clearly under heavy influence of hard drugs). There was human feces on the sidewalk near the entrance. The building lacked security as mentioned in the description which greatly added to our unease. We found men's underwear in the closet. We killed dozens of flies in the apartment which was nasty. The listing mentioned a king bed but there wasn't one, which affected our sleeping arrangements. The bathroom outlets didn’t work and the toilet handle was stuck. There were loud noises from the water system, elevator, neighbors above, and other sources. For the cost of this stay, our recommendation would be to stay at the 4 star hotel down the street for comfort and safety.
Great place for our family! Much cheaper than trying to find three hotel rooms! Host was very flexible--was able to get in a few hours early (early check-in). Liked that we were able to purchase a parking pass in downtown Boston! Host was a great communicator--very quick and responsive! Ignore the complaints from other visitors about the noise--the unit is on the fourth floor and we didn't hear anything. Also, it is in a great neighborhood. We were about 100 feet from the Freedom Trail, and basically next to the Parker House Omni. We felt safe day and night walking around. About 15 minutes to Little Italy. We were around the corner from two different T-stations. We would definitely stay there again!
Would NOT recommend. General location is good but terrible sub-location, aggressive homeless folks near both entrances after dark, probably the roughest block we saw while we were in Boston. Would not stay here with my wife or family. Entire first floor was being gutted with wet cement, exposed wiring, and materials about. We thought the building was abandoned initially. Unit quality was shoddy, main room lights didn’t work and hosts said they’d fix it but didn’t, so we got to hang out in a dim room. Bathrooms seemed half-finished, one was missing a towel rack and had a temporary curtain. Sound insulation was poor - windows, walls, floors. Could clearly here neighbors and activity on the street related to above. There’s a bell tower across the street that starts at 6am daily. 5pm checkout / 10am checkin is a ripoff, we booked hotel for our first day to hold luggage. Save yourself the trouble and book a suite or 4 rooms at one of the 4-star hotels nearby for the same price.
The space was outstanding! Excellent location and VERY easy to walk. The T (subway) was right out front, and using UBER was very easy. The house is comfortable. They were accommodating with a late checkout, which I know they cannot allow for everyone, so we were thankful for that. I was disappointed that they could not accommodate hosting our bags for a few hours while we waited for our flight. Also, there were NO kids cups/plates/utensils at all. The hosts were VERY quick to respond whenever we needed anything however and we loved our stay in Boston!
We had a one night stay, and it was fabulous! Clean, secure building! We would definitely stay again!
Very nice stay! Great location!!
Lobby was under construction which made entering with luggage difficult on a pedestrian only street. Elevator was not always working properly and stairs were closed. Bathrooms definitely needed some work - clear signs of in progress and not completed tasks underway, one bathroom was missing a glass door, missing towel racks.
The apartment was very clean, spacious and well maintained and had all the amenities required. Great location for walking around the city of Boston. The hosts were very responsive and would recommend this spot for sure.
Great location, comfortable beds!
The stay was great. Conveniently located near a ton of shops and restaurants and the parks. Two decent size bathroom, four bedrooms with space to move around and a good size living room with a huge dining table for the space. They were very responsive to questions.
This apartment building is well located and the host communicated very well but is in need of many upgrades. Bathroom doors do not have working locks, some amenities and in need of repair (towel hangers etc have been partially removed from the walls and closet doors were standing in the hallway needing to be re hung). The building overall is under construction and windows are not soundproof. We were surprised by the 5pm check in and 10 am check out opted to pay an additional $100 to check in at a more standard time and check out at 1pm. Overall for what we paid we would not stay here again.
I struggled to rate this stay, because the place itself was great, and I think under normal circumstances it would have been a lovely experience. The rooms and location were great, and I appreciate that there were very limited check out requirements. The particular issue that I had was that I booked three rooms with the same host for colleagues to stay in for work. The host refused to send any check in instructions in advance, and then they sent the information all on the same room reservation with no indication of which room was which. One of the rooms was booked a day longer than the others, and it turned out my colleagues were in the wrong one. The property manager forced me to pay an additional $750 not to kick my colleagues out of that room, even though it was available, and I had already paid for that night on the room next door. So it was a bad experience, but I was trying to do something unusual. I think for a normal stay there would be no issue.
Great location with plenty of room. Private and comfortable bedrooms. Easy to get into an easy to communicate with host. The lobby is undergoing major construction, so don’t be alarmed.
Nice place to stay and centrally located. Easy walk to shopping, eating, entertainment, etc. Would stay there again!
Beautiful place in the perfect location. Very clean and easy to access! We would definitely stay here again.
Very good area between north and commons. Very comfortable, and loved the design. Definetly would come back
The place is beautiful and the location unbeatable. The team is extremely responsible and accommodating.
awesome spot to explore all of downtown Boston and the north end without breaking the bank.
I have stayed at this place once before and it's a great spot although it looks like the quality is slipping a bit. One of the shower doors was missing and there was a shower curtain and the other bathroom ceiling looked like there had been some sort of massive leak that hadn't been repaired. Just felt a little chintzy when you're spending $500+ per night.
Our team of four thoroughly enjoyed our time here! Everyone had their own space and it felt right at home!
We had a wonderful time at the apartment. The apartment was perfectly described, in a great location, and the host was very helpful. Would definitely recommend the apartment and hosts to anyone traveling to Boston
Had a great stay in the heart of Boston. Walkable to coffee, restaurants and nightlife. Host was easy to communicate with and check-in/out was easy!
Great place, stayed for a week, it was as advertised. Clean, comfy beds and it was perfect having two bathrooms between four women. The church bells do go off every 15 minutes, but we didn’t find it bothersome. As for noise from upstairs we could hear footsteps but nothing else. Very convenient location, would recommend staying here.
The location was good and easy to get to other parts of the city.
Fabulous place to spend a long weekend for the Army Navy game with 8 adults and pet.
The place was easy to locate and perfect for our group of 6. Great location and easy to walk to many of the sites along the Freedom Trail. We booked a walking tour and the meeting point was just across the road from the apartment. Shopping is just behind winter street. A few nice bakeries nearby for good breakfast.
Awesome place! Only issue was church bells, but if you will not be staying in unit during day they don’t come into play.
Stayed here for a work trip and it was wonderful! Beautiful place, clean and great location
Our stay was great. Listing was described very well and Host was very responsive. Checkin and out was easy. Parking was available and location was right next to the T for getting around. Would stay again
Awesome place to stay in Boston- a bit expensive, but worth it. Orange line directly across the street as is the Boston Commons and Freedom Trail. Only small complaint- washing machine needs a cleaning.
This is a great location and the owners are very professional!
First off...I'd stay here again in a second! Super clean apartment. Hosts were responsive and nice to work with. The proximity to areas in downtown Boston was great. I really have nothing negative to say. Stay here if you need to be downtown and need a place for more than 3 people.
All as described
Great place to stay! Lots of room for our entire group and the loft is conveniently placed. There’s a subway entrance right down the street, the side entrance to the building takes you directly to shops and restaurants, and the main entrance is just down the street from the beautiful Boston Common.
Great location but as noted in the listing; it’s noisy. No parking. The entire building is under renovation. It was also hard to regulate the heat/cooling in the apartment because the thermostat was locked.
Great location. Clean place. Also love the cause ❤️. Great stay. We plan to come back!
Our group enjoyed staying at this place. The apartment has a great layout and it was very clean. The location is fantastic!
Location is perfect. Close to subway station, freedom trail, and places to eat including breakfast. We had six people and we all had plenty of room. Check in was easy and we had no issues finding the place. However there were a few things that weren’t ideal, most importantly it was very noisy. We notified the hosts and they reminded the upstairs tenant of quiet time policy but it did not help. We came to realize it was probably not our upstairs neighbors being inconsiderate, but more of an issue with the remodel of the apartment and not enough insulation. We could hear everything! Hairdryer, alarm, tv, footsteps etc. One of the bathrooms was in need of repairs but still was clean and functional. We also would have liked to have had coffee for the coffee pot. We didn’t arrive until after 11 pm the first night and it would’ve been nice to not have to find our way around for first time just to get our morning coffee.
Great, convenient location for an overnight stay in Boston
In town for a wedding. Was perfect for our large group! Great location!
Great location!! Literally at the start of the Freedom Trail and tons of restaurants and shopping. The place is really cute, very open and plenty of room for couples traveling together. Beds were comfy and living room furniture was too. I would recommend staying here and would stay here again! A few things to mention: the insulation is very thin, so you can hear everything above you. We had some very noisy people above us and heard everything. Seems to be a few electrical issues. The outlet in the bathroom closest to the kitchen was not working, nor was the microwave due to a breaker box issue. I let the host know and they were willing to send someone out. There are no condiments whatsoever so come prepared if you plan to cook. It was easy to find free street parking at night beside Boston commons park. There was still construction on going, but we never heard any noise from it during our stay. The elevators were also working for us. One was a bit slow, but it did work. Thanks!!
Our stay was wonderful. The location was great and our hosts were very responsive to any questions we had!
Great location, incredibly convenient. Clear and easy communication
Great location. Literally right along the Freedom Trail.
I nice stay for holliday time with family or working Trip great location close from T line and common park to discover Boston i really love it i went with a colleague for few days , and i will definitely get back with family
Great location right in dt Boston, easy to get to all neighborhoods and attractions. Train system is very close too.
Stayed here for a conference and it was clean, in the perfect location and easy to walk around Boston from!
We travelled with 3 couples and 2 kids. Was plenty of space for all of us in the common area and each bedroom had plenty of space. Perfect if you want to explore downtown Boston.
Beautiful space, perfect location, great communication. My family and I loved staying here and would again! Definitely recommend.
Very nice place, exactly like the picture. Well located just a couple of minutes from a metro station. Plenty of stores close.
Unit was mostly fine but lots of renovations going on in the lobby and other areas. Surprised like other tenants there wasn't at least a Keurig coffee maker they are so cheap to buy.
A bit over priced. The location was great along with the tidiness of the place. It was very close to Boston common and a couple good restaurants we ate at. On the other hand, there wasn’t much effort put into making us feel welcome. Many places will have coffee or a welcome gift. The microwave didn’t work. One of the showers didn’t have any place to put soap or shampoo so you had to put it in the floor. We wish there was more effort to make it special. Other than that it was alright.
Beautiful & spacious apartment and an unbelievable location for walking the Freedom Trail. The apartment was easy to get to and entry instructions were perfectly clear. I had a few questions upon arrival and Brian answered them incredibly quickly. We could hear church bells and some sirens, etc, but overall it’s a very quiet building for so central a location. Very highly recommend!
Convenient location so close to all the best bits of Boston! Clean and spacious, awesome spot for a family or group of friends! Hope I can book it next time in Boston
We stayed here with our 2 young boys and another family member. This is an okay spot for the price you pay. It’s close to many attractions, which is the best part of this place. The apartment has very thin walls and you can easily hear forks clanking from our neighbors eating dinner or people walking from above. The church bell also rings until at least 10:30pm. I would suggest this for larger groups who can tune out the noise, but I wouldn’t stay here again. The construction throughout the lobby was undesirable. The alley leading to the entrance is sketchy as well.
We were here for a business meeting and this accommodation felt like home. Right in the heart of Downtown Boston, 15 min walk to Quincy Market and walking distance to all the tourist attractions! We absolutely fell in love with everything about this place! We highly recommend this listing. Brian and Heather provide the best service and is quick to respond . Thank you so much!
Hi Overall we enjoyed apartment but we had some issues and for the cost, it really was not worth the price. Issues: water pressure in kitchen, Glass shower door not there and a plastic curtain was in place leaving 2 holes in glass door still in place. Potential injury for children. We had issues with door lock,. Microwave did not work, we do not need but wanted to use light. Trashcan broken, All elevators down and we had 9 pieces of luggage (family was leaving back to UK from there.) No p[parking at location because of crane which was not there during stay. Bathroom ceiling in 2nd bathroom could use some TLC, major blemish. Positives: Very clean Responsiveness of property manager was quick. Location was good, felt safer going out to Winter than we did Hamilton though.
Outstanding location for a visit to Boston including Harvard graduation ceremonies. Convenient to many metro and walking options. Place is very clean and basic amenities are provided. Beds are comfortable. The apartment is surprisingly quiet and peaceful given the location right near the busy Park central t station. Construction in the building did not impact our stay in any way. The pricing was premium luxury during Boston graduation season and the accommodations provided a nice and sufficient stay.
We booked this place on extremely short notice (the morning of) due to a change in work plans. Brian and Heather were super accommodative and helpful as we were coming into town. The place was extremely convenient to our location and needs, including them working with our arrival and departure time. There was even a dedicated parking spot that we could pay for right next to our building. What could have been a stressful day was made much better by their hospitality. Kudos!
Amazing location walking distance to pretty much everything in Boston! Hosts are super responsive and apartment itself is immaculate.
What a gem. The only bad thing was we could only stay one night as we were just in the city for the ballgame. We didn’t want to leave this beautifully decorated AirBnB. This is in a perfect location for walking, subway and driving. Great parking option right outside of the building. We will definitely plan to stay here when we can stay longer and truly enjoy the space. The beds were super comfy too! Brian and Heather were so responsive and helpful which was nice. We are not as swift at navigating big cities and having them responding to questions so quickly made it feel like they were right there beside us. Thank you for sharing your space Brian and Heather!
Super cool place in top location. The proximity to Boston Common and a ton of the sights that Boston has to offer as well as TD Garden and a plethora of good restaurants is unbeatable. The apartment was very clean, the bedrooms had plenty of space and were comfy, and the common areas were also top notch. The host was easy to talk to, gave clear instructions for check-in, answered all of our questions quickly and went out of their way to help us with some extras. We’re very happy with our experience and highly recommend the apartment. 10/10.
I stayed at Brian + Heather’s place with family while attending a conference in Boston. It was very walkable, close to several restaurants, and nicely sized for our group. As listed, and would definitely stay again!
This condo is perfect if you and your friends or family want to be close to the best restaurants and sights to see in Boston without the noise of the city.
Fantastic location. Very comfortable. We had a wonderful time.
Awesome location! Adorable interior, clean and comfortable. Had a great stay. Close to plenty of places to eat and things to do.
Very unprofessional management who still have not refunded me after they failed to deliver on early check-ins paid for in advance (caused many of my friends to miss scheduled activities)
It was a great experience stay in Brian and Heather’s place. They’re very kind and fast response. The apartment is great, even better then the photos. I definitely recommend it.
Great location and fabulous place! Worked out great for four executives to stay while attending meetings in Boston. We could walk everywhere we needed, and the place was clean, and comfortable for four of us.
Honestly Brian & Heather where amazing host always super quick to response i dont ever think i ever waited more than 10 minutes for a reply! Only headache is parking but understandable since its a city but the apartment deserves a 10/10 and the host a 10/10
Really enjoyed our stay! It was a great launching point for our weekend activities and it is incredibly walkable (if it wasn’t so cold!). The check in process was incredibly smooth and easy. The parking pass was so worth it! My only feedback is that the chrome cast device was missing a plug and needs to be replaced. We were not around enough for it to be an issue, but tv was not an option without it.
We met several old college friend couples in Boston to see a show in the Theater District, and this was a perfect spot (probably less than a 5 minute walk, and pretty much right on Boston Common). The unit entrance is down a short dead end road that ends with the Orpheum Theater, and is literally right next to the Suffolk Law School building. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated, and was just what we needed for our single night visit. Only criticism is that they have later than typical check-in (5 pm) and earlier than usual check-out (10 am), but allow you to change those times for a $50 fee.
Beautiful place with lots to do around the area. Nice to be close to the Boston Common. The area of the city was a bit difficult for parking, but not impossible. We parked overnight at two nearby garages and it was about 60-70 a night. This area of the city was more touristy than I had anticipated, but it wasn't a far walk to some other neighborhoods. Beds and space were comfortable - I would probably stay here again if I needed to be in this part of town!
Overall, the host and cleaning crew were nice enough to allow us to leave our luggage early to allow us to enjoy the day. The overall unit was not worth what we paid for and was a little disappointing based on the pictures provided. The 404 unit required a lot of repairs and updates, the TV was not working, and the kitchen had stains and loose ends. One of the bathrooms seemed that was recently upgraded but there was missing plasterwork and mold stains on the bathroom. The worst part of it all was there is a local church where the bells begin sounding at 7:30 AM every fifteen minutes for the remainder of the day. Don't recommend this location if you are not a morning person.
Cannot say enough how great this location was! Super walkable. Hosts were incredibly responsive. Would highly recommend!!!
Great stay for a week at Christmas. The property managers were excellent - responsive to all of my questions within minutes. The location is great - walkable to everything downtown and multiple T stops right there if you need to go further. So great being able to walk to our daughter’s show at the Opera House and to stroll through the Commons. The unit felt very safe and secure and is extremely spacious- especially for being right in the city. The decor is unique and nice. There were a few maintenance issues (low water flow in kitchen, window that wouldn’t close all the way) which the management responded to immediately. The kitchen lacked a few basic equipment items like a baking tray and a medium or large saute pan, so if you are counting on doing your own cooking for family meals I’d suggest confirming what’s currently stocked in the kitchen. We would definitely rent again in the future.
Perfect for our large family. Everyone was comfortable in their own space, and could gather in the large kitchen and common room. The kids loved walking downstairs and being in the center of everything.
We had a fantastic stay at Brian and Heather’s place! The unit was super clean, the beds were truly comfy, and the location was ideal as it is centrally located to all of Boston’s downtown attractions. The only issues we had were very minor and the responsiveness of the hosts to address them was so appreciated! A definite thumbs up and recommendation for this great spot in Boston!
Beautiful apartment in the perfect location. Brian and Heather are extremely sweet, accommodating, and always available to communicate. Would definitely stay again!
Hosts were incredibly responsive and had plenty of recommendations and suggestions. Very nicely decorated, clean, and convenient location to the T, grocery store, shopping, coffee, you name it. Highly recommend.
This airbnb is perfect for a stay in downtown Boston! We parked at a nearby parking garage and left the car there as we were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go!! The house is super clean and comfortable for sleeping arrangements. I highly recommend staying here. Heather and Brian are also super responsive!
The room was just as lovely as pictured with all needs just a short walks away. The hosts are very helpful, kind, and responsive. They went above and beyond with accommodations!
Amazing apartment next to Boston Common. We received clear instructions before arrival. Thanks for the great stay and we will definitely book it again
Awesome place! Super clean and owner is responsive. We had a great girls weekend here!
Location: Great location right next to the Orpheum downtown. Convenient access to the greenline, a Roche grocery store, coffee shops, and plenty of shopping areas. Be sure to check the concert schedule for the Orpheum because it can be challenging with drop off and pick up, especially with luggage. Space: large enough for family visiting. Have 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each room has a nice character. We had an issue with both the microwave and the fridge. We had to trip the circuit breaker. Although it fixed the microwave problem, it did not solve the issue with the fridge. We were partially compensated for the spoiled food. Someone was supposed to be sent the next day to check. However, no one arrived hence remainder of the food was wasted. Check-In and Check out were seamless. You may request an earlier check-in and later check-out for a fee. Access is via smart locks, making accessing the unit/building convenient and hassle-free. Would recommend the space especially if you want to be at the heart of Boston.
Had a great stay in Boston. The apartment felt larger than depicted in the photos, which was a nice surprise. Everything was in place and the unit was very clean. Ended up parking under the Hyatt a few blocks away for $40~. Had a very comfortable stay overall. The only thing to note is that the building walls are super thin and the neighbors were heard moving around. Maybe bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper!
Great location near Boston Commons, subway station, famous graves, good food and drink.
Great stay in the heart of Boston
AMAZING location and spacious, comfortable place!
Great location, very comfortable beds, and clean.
They are wonderful. The condo is in an excellent location a block from the T, walkable to Quincy Market- the furnishings lovely. suited my 2 teens, spouse and I very well. only wished an awesome concert was playing next door!
We had a great time on cousins weekend. The house was clean & in a great location easy to walk every where. Eddie the security guard was very friendly & helpful. The hosts Brian & Heather were very easy to communicate with. Always got back to you very quickly. Would stay again!!!
Excellent hosts and helping people! All in 5 star experience.
Just what was needed! After a long day or travel, this place was perfect to unwind and all the attractions are right on the doorstep. And the beds…perfect! Slept like a baby. There were just two of us so value wise not perfect but with a bigger group, you’ll be super happy. Parking might be a challenge, you can ask for a parking pass but we were so tired we just found a nearby garage and saved 20 bucks. It was a five min walk to the car…either way this was a great experience and the place was clean and welcoming. Would stay again. You will not be disappointed.
Will definitely consider coming again. The unit is so spacious and well decorated. It made for a great home base while touring Boston. The bedrooms are very large and the living room and kitchen area was extremely comfortable. The location is very convenient, and right to Boston Commons for a pleasant walk in the park
A wonderful location and beautiful spot
Thanks Brian & Heather for a great stay!
Having an issue is always unfortunate, how you handle it is often more telling than the issue itself. (Our garage got flooded earlier in the week, made haste, show went on.) When you message a property manager about a broken glass shower door mount left with jagged pieces sticking out and also loose pieces on the ledge, you don't expect to be met with defensiveness. There was a vinyl shower curtain hung to obstruct you from seeing the broken glass, and we didn't see it until the second morning, when someone found a piece with their foot. How can a property manager rent a property without personally inspecting it after an incident like this takes place? If you knew a glass shower door was broken, then you have a duty, (probably under contract with the owner) to ensure all repairs are completed prior to returning that property to rent. It’s not like I also messaged them to complain about the water damage in the far bathroom above the mirror and ceiling and what looks like something was ripped off or thrown through the wall and speckled over the wall there too.(have photos), or the people stomping above all night both nights. Or the incessant sound of Daniel Tosh’s tour bus generator running 24 hours a day outside the windows from Friday 1am to Sunday 3am. (Saturday night show at Orpheum) We chose this place because it’s presented and marketed as a clean, safe, hip, space. Reality wasn’t quite as shiny as the pictures, wish we stayed at The Godfrey. Never staying in AirBnB in Boston after this experience, very soured for the thousands spent and feel deceived into renting a place that was not as described at all. Nor even safe to inhabit, even worse when Brian and Heather knew we were bringing our baby. What if she ate a piece of glass sitting on the shower floor with me?(luckily we were in the bathroom with the moldy/poorly repaired ceiling instead of the one with broken glass)
Such a great Airbnb! Very spacious and comfortable. The apartment was also very central too, so we had no problem finding restaurants and shops. Absolutely will stay here again!
Location Location Location Excellent location right in the heart of the City and 4 bedrooms with 4 queen size comfy beds. No stairs to climb you are on the third floor but there is an elevator.
Great location - close to T and could walk a lot of places. Condo was just as pictures and details in listing described. Very clean, comfortable beds,
I recommend this apartment very much, location is amazing and everything works perfect. Communication was very fast. I will be happy to return next year.
The good: beautiful bedrooms, living room, geographically nice location. The bad: street felt unsafe (compounded by unlocked entryway doors despite code for entry), an active ceiling leak in one bathroom dripping on outlets, remnants of glass of previously shattered shower door in the other bathroom, among other issues.
Lovely apartment in great location and Heather and Brian were very responsive. It’s not quiet though … you can hear the neighbors in the other unit’s and definitely no rules on noise level on a Sat night.
Fun, eclectic loft space in a convenient location next to Boston Commons. My family of 4 stayed here and we had plenty of room and thoroughly enjoyed the space. The hosts were very nice and always responded within minutes. Would stay here again!
Great place to stay and great communication with hosts! Happy to have found a gem in Boston. We will return :)
Space is exactly how it looks on the photos it is very beautiful.
the place is spacious and has all the features you might need... well located, with transit options and multiple restaurants just a short walk away. the hosts were helpful and responsive!
Beautiful well equipped apartment with plenty of space and nice large bedrooms with comfy beds. The location is terrific and ideal to set out on foot and enjoy the great city that is Boston.
Brian and Heathers place is in an unbeatable location. They are quick to respond and gave clear instructions to enter the loft. We would definitely stay here again.
Brian + Heather's place was amazing. It was central to all things downtown and a short walk or uber to other areas within the city. The place was exceptionally clean and easy to get in and out of. Brian + Heather are very responsive and helpful. Definitely will stay here again when I'm in Boston.
Great Boston location. On a dead end street leading right to the Orpheum theater. Ask for the reserved parking out front, its a must. May seem pricey but its worth it for less hassle. You can even see your car out the window of the apartment. Double keypads for entry and a security guard overnight provided that extra feeling of safety. Train station on the corner along with a 7-11 for quick grabs. A mall steps away with Dunkin for that morning coffee. Tons of bars, restaurants and shops in walking distance. Boston Common across the street for a stroll through history. Speaking of history, its located right on the freedom trail. Ubers and trains minutes, even seconds away to get to other areas of Boston. We were able to do it all in a long weekend. Fenway, breweries, restaurants, bars, tours. The only con would be there is a couple of riff raff hanging around that street. The building next door had a few constantly hanging outside on the steps. But its a big city and you cant avoid that really anywhere. I would still highly recommend it if you're willing to shell out the money for a prime location.
Having never been to Boston before and traveling with 3 children, finding this condo become a highlight to our travels instead of just a place to sleep. The central location made seeing all the sites easy for us as we could walk everywhere within a short amount of time. Subway access just around the corner for longer distances which was a bonus. I appreciated the honesty about the entry street of the building but we never once felt unsafe or noticed anything concerning. If anything, the short dead end street meant reduced traffic and therefore noise which was a treat from the constant chaos of downtown traffic. The unit had so much space, was beautifully decorated (both eclectic and chic) and spotless. Definitly worth the money for the urban loft experience in a beautiful town. Brian and Heather were so helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definity chose this condo (or any of the others available in this building) again when I/we return to Boston in the future.
Pros: Great place to stay, centrally located, felt safe. And some things to consider: As stated in the description, parking is not included. If you pay additional $100 you can have a spot near the apartment. We ended up finding street parking but got a ticket from Street cleaner. :( There is underground parking under the park. If we go back, that is where we would park. Cheers!
Amazing location right by the Commons. Beautiful apartment. Took great care of us.
Great location and amazing hosts.
Fantastic, newly upgraded apartment in an incredible location!
Pretty Airbnb in the downtown area of Boston. We enjoyed the convenience to public transportation as well as a parking garage for our vehicle. Just down the street from Bakey bakery which has delicious breads and babka as well as several other restaurant options. We loved the exposed brick in the unit and enjoyed all the space to come back to after busy days in the city. There is a security guard that sits inside the property during the week as well as a total of three password protected set of doors to get into the unit. We felt very safe because of all the security features in place!
Everything was great! The place was tidy and clean. It was spacious and comfortable. We really liked the location.
Brian & Heather we’re extremely responsive throughout our whole stay. Thanks both!
Awesome location! Clean, comfy, and convenient!
Great apartment in a great part of town.
We had an amazing weekend in Boston at Brian and Heathers spot! Loft was just as described and in an amazing location to really experience Boston. I will be booking this spot again.
This is a wonderful place to stay. Fit our party of 8 perfectly, and the location couldn't be any better. We spent a little more to stay here because of the location and were not disappointed. I highly recommend this place.
We had a lovely stay. The apartment was very close to many attractions on the freedom trail.. and as a bonus the charming church bells greeted us each morning
Great location. Two separate entrances. Very clean and well-kept!
Place was clean well located and great. Look forward to seeing you again!
Great place. Enjoyed our stay!
Brian and Heather's loft was in a great location, very clean, and a perfect set up for a weekend with friends!
Amazing! Would definitely come back to Boston and stay at this wonderful air b n b! Brian and Heather were very communicative and responded quickly to any questions which is very appreciated! :)
the apartment was very clean and the location was amazing, just about right on the freedom trail. check-in was easy, place is secure and safe. great spot.
Lovely stay, and a great location. Parking is expensive, so we recommend Uber instead of rental car.
Genuinely can’t fault this property at all. Lovely space, great location and wonderful communication. Looking forward to returning.
It’s in a great location in a very safe and lovely building. Having 4 bedrooms was fantastic for our family.
Our stay at Brian and Heather’s was awesome! The location is great - so close to lots of coffee shops and restaurants, and steps away from The Commons. The beds were comfortable, the building was quiet, and it had all the amenities we needed for a weekend stay.
Couldn’t ask for a better location. Hosts were available and responsive. Check-in and out was easy. Beds very comfortable. Nothing fancy but unit is immaculate with everything you will need.
1-I can hear all the apartments next to me 2-people when they smoke in the street I can smell it as well 3-very good location to the park 4-everything you need to feel shopping is walking distant 5-not really safe when you go outside
This is a great Boston location--close to the Common, the aquarium and the children's zoo, which were our areas of interest. Everything was exactly as described on airbnb--clean, well equipped, comfortable beds, easy-to-use TV, fast internet, good security. We traveled with a one year old, and Brian and Heather helped make our trip as smooth as it could be with the little one along.
Great stay downtown in the middle of everything. The $100 parking seems like a lot but is worth it compared to parking garage prices nearby.
Clean accommodations and great location, would definitely book again when back in the area.
Clean, safe, central location. We traveled with three older family members and two young children. This apartment met all our various needs for location, comfort and cleanliness. There’s a great playground in Boston Common about 2 minutes from the apartment, and the T (Park street) is just at the end of the small block. Our young children had no problem managing the walks. Would stay again!
Perfect apartment for our family. great locatiom and great communication!
Clean, comfortable, and great location! Perfect for 6 college girlfriends to have a night on the town. The beds were super comfortable, too! We will be back!
This was the most perfect and centrally located loft. We were in walking distance of many destinations and just around the corner from the T. It was clean and well furnished for our family. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!
the location is super good ,and it is so spacious for 6 people
This is the perfect apartment if you are looking to be near all the excitement that Boston offers. The exposed brick was so charming and the large windows provided plenty of light. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay for my whole family!
Brian and Heater made our trip seamless! From easy self check in to check out. The place was very neat and clean.
Very good location and suitable for a group of friends.
Best location in Boston, right where u want to be and with Park Station and the common steps away I are set. The food court in the theater walkway next door to Washington Street is a winner as well. Rooms are well appointed, quiet and clean with the two bathroom/showers easy to keep everyone happy. Kitchen has all u need if u wanted to cook but suggest the food court, No9 or Emmets Irish pub to keep your taste buds happy.
Great location close to lots of great restaurants, bars, shopping. Right next to T very reliable. Drafty in the common area but the heat worked very well elsewhere. Quick and helpful communication
Amazing listing, great location, comfy accommodation
Our stay at Brian and Heather’s place was fantastic. The location is amazing. The apartment was sweet, and while we read some reviewers complaining about the parking, it wasn’t a big deal at all. There are even some spots directly in front of the apartment that you can get, for an extra parking fee, through Brian and Heather. We didn’t go that route, but found easy, inexpensive parking a couple blocks away. We tried to stay there for a return trip but it was booked. We will definitely look there first when coming to Boston. Great Airbnb.
Fantastic value for the size and location.
We spent MLK weekend here. It was very easy to get in and out of the location. We had a rental car, found plenty of parking in nearby garages. The location is walking distance to most sites, easy public transportation access. We saw a concert and Celtics game at TD gardens and used public transportation a block from the apartment. Beds were comfortable. We felt safe. Perfect property for what we wanted, didn’t spend a lot of downtime or cook there. A few things to note: very thin walls, incredibly loud, heard neighbor’s music and talking through the wall. I used earplugs at night and it was fine. The heat takes awhile to adjust…one of the bedrooms has the heat pipe running through it, incredibly warm. We opened windows to help regulate at night with thermostat lowered. The couch is terrible. The cushions cave in and leave you on the edge digging in. Very uncomfortable. We only spent an hour or so a day in the unit, so watched Tv on the iPad in bed. I typically cook in a VRBO, but did not this time. Boston has so much great food. The cookware situation was thin, no wineglasses. That May need to be added. Overall, great place for what we needed.
Holy Spectacular Location!!! Just WOW! We and our pups enjoyed this gorgeous apartment, super clean, host communication was great. We paid for the parking in front of the apartment and it was so worth it. Excellent stay! Thank you so much!
Nice and clean!
A very nice stay!
Great location, very cool space, clean and comfortable beds, great communication.
Both the hosts and the apartment were great. It was a very nice place to relax in after being out all day. The only thing I'd really want to warn people about is that the walls are pretty thin, so if there are loud people in other apartments, you will definitely hear them. There are quiet hours, and the hosts are responsive, so you can report people making too much noise, but it's still something to be aware of.
Hosts were great. Once inside the property is nice and great for what we needed. The beds comfy, rooms spacious and great decor. The location after dark is a bit sketchy and parking was a nightmare. Don’t have a car if you can help parking garage is five or six blocks away by some not so great places.
Perfect, central location. Would definitely stay again.
Excellent location! WALK EVERYWHERE. Simple yet comfortable layout. Had everything we needed. Comfortable beds too! Check in was a breeze and the hosts communication was second to none! Fast. Quick. Helpful. We opted for the parking passes out front and honestly I can’t imagine doing it any other way. Super convenient. Come and go as you please. Well worth it for downtown. Will definitely book again.
Location, location, location! This place is right in the heart of Boston, with the beautiful Boston Commons right across the street. If you are going to a show at the Orpheum, you HAVE to stay here. The place was very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.
5 stars across the board. This airbnb is in the PERFECT location. Super comfortable with 4 spacious bedrooms. Perfect for 8 people. Hosts were extremely accommodating and very responsive to any requests. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Boston.
Thank you! Great place, great location. Would definitely return.
Really nice, clean place. The place is great and the hosts are really friendly! We enjoyed out stay a lot!!
Clean and beautiful, good location enjoyable experience.
Beautiful, modern chic apartment in excellent location downtown. We were able to walk everywhere during our stay. Building was quiet and secure. Easy check-in with access codes. Plenty of towels and nice bedding in each of the spacious bedrooms. Only downside was the broken couch. The living area is spacious and beautiful so a nice sectional would be great.
Brian and Heather’s place was fantastic and I would highly recommend it. The location was excellent and the apartment felt very high class. Hosts were very prompt in all communications and overall they were a pleasure to deal with.
Brian and Heather were amazing to deal with, very quick responses and very accommodating! The place is very close to everything, close enough to walk or ride subway wherever you need. Would definitely stay again!
Heads up - if you’re looking at this booking, book it. Don’t think twice. The location is incredible, the hosts are responsive, and the place does the job :-)
Exactly as shown in the pictures, with sweet little decorative details like cozy throws and coffee table books. Super clean and hosts that responded to any questions within the hour! Highly recommend!!
Very clean and spacious! The two bathrooms were a must for our group of 8 girls. Beautifully renovated space with exposed brick accents. The beds are soooo comfortable! Easy to find and easy to access, great location next to the freedom trail, Boston commons, short walk to cheers bar and historic cemeteries, not far to the harbor, and can hop on green, orange, or red subway just outside. Brian and Heather were very helpful and accommodating! Great price for Boston if you book in advance. Thanks!
We loved the location of this apartment! Everything was as advertised and communication was great with the host.
Great location, communication, comfortable stay. My friends and I would definitely book again, and supports a great cause.
Loved this property! Super convenient and awesome for group travel. Communication from the hosts were very timely and detailed. Highly recommend.
This is a very nice place. Very comfortable beds, pretty good kitchen and an amazing location. Hosts are very responsive
Process was smooth and communication was always prompt. Apartment was clean and the pictures here are accurate. Location was great and you can walk to basically anything, keep in mind tho that it is right next to a concert hall.
Great location! Cool apartment with plenty of comfy beds, but not too much seating as the living area is smaller. It was perfect for our group of six adults and 2 kids since we spent most of our time out in the city. Clean, comfortable, great location, would definitely stay again!
Location location location….this is a beautiful 4 bedroom, two bath place with all the amenities and walking distance to everything. The security systems were great and we felt very safe. It is stocked with everything you will need. We did have a small hiccup of a problem but the management team handled it and we greatly appreciated that. We would rent one of their properties again.
Awesome location! As advertised. Bedrooms are totally suitable for 2 people each. We weren’t there for a show at the orpheum, but that would be amazing. Will book again!
This was a great unit that fit our group of 8 adults nicely. We could see Park Street Church and it was a very short walk to the start of the freedom trail. Lots of great food options nearby. Please note, limited comfortable seating for a large group.
Our stay was great!! I love the location
Brian and Heather's place is pretty aesthetically pleasing, and the photos are accurate. However, during my stay, the couch was completely broken and when I had attempted to fix it, I found out that the couch's fold-out portion was being propped up by wood blocks. While my group didn't need the couch for sleeping purposes, we did need it for sitting purposes and that was almost impossible given that the blocks really didn't stay put. I notified Brian and Heather and they said they'd have management look at it. The beds were fine, but the bath towels provided were not what I'd have expected. They were closer to hand towel size and thickness than bath towel size; same for the lack of some basic kitchen amenities (no salt and pepper?). On our last night, the people renting the space above us were so loud at 2am that the sound spilled over into the hallway and woke all of us up after we'd already asked them to quiet it down. While I know this isn't Brian and Heather's fault, and they did rectify the issue pretty promptly, it left a slightly bitter taste in my mouth considering all the other smaller issues. Frankly, aside from the couch and other renters, I'll be honest in saying that the place is for all intents and purposes, a nice place to stay; however, the amenities simply aren't commensurate with the pricing. At the time of booking, I paid almost $600/night. I have no issue whatsoever paying higher prices and understand the Boston market very well; I just expected more considering the price.
Stunning. Not a single thing was out of place or not in order. Highly recommend to Anyone visiting Boston.
This loft is so convenient, centrally located, clean, and spacious. it was perfect for our family, including our dog. We were able to walk to Boston Commons for walks and everywhere given it's literally steps from the FreedomTrail. Very comfortable and the kitchen, washer dryer and 2 bathrooms perfect. The dedicated parking on this quiet dead end street was another plus. Will be back when we visit again!
This place was great for my family's weekend stay in Boston! Spacious, well furnished rooms for the 7 of us to spread out in. There's Netflix and YouTube available on the smart T.V. which was a nice addition. The location is cool as it's located right where a ton of shops and restaurants are. Parking can be tough but we used the app Brian & Heather suggested which was helpful. We ended up parking in structures nearby overnight for around $40 per night (pricey, but we felt it was safest to do this). We enjoyed being able to cook a couple family dinners at the apartment and wished that there were a bit more basic ingredients for us like salt/pepper, oil so we had to buy it ourselves but it's not a deal breaker. The apartment definitely has thin walls but the noise wasn't distracting. There were people staying above us that were being incredibly rowdy and loud but we messaged Brian in the middle of the night and he responded right away, and got them to quiet down. We appreciated the prompt response! This place is a solid option for 7-8 people. Thanks for a great stay!
Convenient Location, host responded quickly and were efficient.
Very hood host respond very quickly
Great location with very clean and comfortable rooms. The proximity to so many things to do while being situated on a dead end street was amazing. Brian and Heather were great to work with. Highly recommended.
Beautiful loft and an outstanding location! We were walking distance from so much! We would definitely return!
You simply cannot get a better location in Boston. You are just steps from Boston Common and the T. Loved the exposed brick walls and the beds were very comfortable. As noted on a previous review, the couch is broken. It's a pull out bed and it seemed that the sofa bed was broken, making the cushions sink in and thus, the couch very uncomfortable. But for us, we spent most of our time exploring Boston, so we weren't there that much. But it was clean, safe and wonderful in all other ways.
Hosts are very responsive! We had some difficulty getting in to the apartment as the codes didn’t work properly, but the hosts helped immediately. Climate control was set to 83 degrees inside when we arrived, so we were relieved when the air conditioning started working! The location is amazing! But if you have young children, be prepared to childproof the area and know that they require notice to provide a pack and play for a baby/toddler. Overall, we enjoyed our time at this place and it suited our purpose just fine for the night before we left for a Maine family reunion!
A great AirBnB for a family or group looking to explore Boston! Central location, just across from the Boston Common and a short walkable distance to Beacon Hill and Back Bay. Check in was super easy w smart technology - 4 bedrooms give plenty of space for sleeping and the living area/kitchenette, while compact is perfect for breakfast and or take-out.
Great location and clean place. Good communication from the hosts. I was disappointed that the couch in the main room was significantly broken making seating uncomfortable. There were also some basic amenities like trash bags and dish washer detergent not immediately available.
First, we want to thank Heather and Brian and their team for being SO helpful to us. They are amazing hosts and very responsive. We had our original Airbnb cancelled on us just days before we were due to fly into Boston. I saw their listing and reached out to them in a panic. Although they didn’t have all four nights I needed available, they worked with me to find a place for the one night they didn’t have available. They went above and beyond. Their apartment is great! The location can’t be beat… right across from Boston Common, the Boston visitor center and multiple restaurants and historic sites. You can walk all around the city from here. We also felt safe staying in this area. The apartment was clean, quiet and the beds were comfy! We had everything we needed here and had a great stay. A++
The location and the apartment it’s great.
It's a good place to live with a group of friends.
A great place to stay !
Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
