lower your exposure! Security on-site, and 2 Elevators. Units are professionally cleaned and disinfected between every stay.
This beautiful apartment has exposed brick and an industrial feel, but also the warmth and comfiness of an inviting home. What makes this space unique is it's history. The building hallways all show historic photos of the neighborhood dating back to the 1800s! Just steps from the Boston Common, this building has had many tenants over the decades, from retail shops to manufacturing companies!
The building has an ADA compliant entrance, two elevators, two staircases, plenty of storage for trash, and even an Amazon Locker where you can send packages. (at the time of writing this description we are currently setting up the locker, please confirm if it is operational when you book!)
Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed, from the linens pillows and mattress to storage and lighting. Most bedrooms face inwards into a lightwell, or outwards into a city street, so you may not have "Amazing" views of a city skyline, but you will likely have a nice dark night sleep.
Each apartment is equipped with a smart lock and the building has an intercom system which allows a full, self-check-in experience.
The building is also monitored live by a third party security firm, 24/7 and we have an on-site security guard, nightly, from 8pm-2pm for your safety.
We will give our guests the privacy they require with the support they need. We have coverage for virtual help from 7am-11pm and can help with any guest needs from 11am-7pm.
Just steps from the Boston Common, this neighborhood has had many personalities over the decades! Since the early 1900s, the area along Washington and Tremont Streets, roughly from School Street to Beach Street, has also been referred to as the Ladder District. Now it is most commonly named Downtown Crossing as most of the city's Subway's or (T-lines) intersect at Park Street station. The MBTA's Downtown Crossing subway station directly serves Downtown Crossing. The State Street and Park Street stations are within close walking distance. Silver Line service is also available. You can get literally anywhere in the city for a few dollars and a Tpass.
The apartment building is located on a dead end street which means it's super quiet for automobile traffic, but still has the lively city feel as foot traffic is sure to be noticeable any time of day, even in the winter. The Boston Common is only a few hundred feet from the entrance to the building.
Important to note is that lately there has been a gathering of homeless people during the day and night, right outside the 7/11 around the corner. The high foot-traffic provides them opportunities to pan-handle. Please use your caution, and common sense. We've never had an issue, but for folks visiting from towns and rural settings may find this surprising, even concerning.
We've taken measures to make sure our guests are very safe and comfortable during their stays. The building is monitored 24/7 live by a third party security firm. The Boston Improvement Department does nightly walks of the property and nearby streets. We also have an on-site security guard, nightly from 8pm-2am for your safety.
Shipping up to Boston? We put together a great guide filled with information for getting around the city and beyond!
Downtown Boston is easy to navigate. It’s compact, walkable, has an abundance of taxis, yes they still exist! And Uber's are always a tap away. What makes Boston so accessible is it's public transportation system. Driving downtown can be a challenge with its dated road layout and limited parking options but, it’s the most convenient option for travel outside of Boston Proper.
The MBTA is Boston’s public transportation system, and it’s a great way to get around quickly and cheaply. The “T” refers to the subway, which runs throughout Boston, into Cambridge, and into nearby suburbs, providing access to all the attractions located in Boston. Just look for the big "T" in a circle to find a stop.
You can also take buses to get all over the city, and the Commuter Rail is an easy way to get to points outside of Boston. You can buy paper “Charlie Tickets” for single or multiple subway rides at vending machines located in most stations. When your ticket runs low, visit a fare vending machine to add value. A single basic fare for the T is $2.75 with a Charlie Ticket, although if you pick up a Charlie Card (a plastic card like a credit card), the fare is lower at $2.25 for one way. You can load the Charlie Card with an amount of your choosing, so it's smart way to explore the city. They're available at almost every T stop, and are free to get. Once on board, hang on! Being one of the oldest public transportation systems in the country, the T is not always the smoothest ride.
Parking. or "Paahking" is hard to find, expensive (by most tourists accounts) and is best done in lots or garages for peace of mind. Please check out a website called "Spot Hero" to find the most updated options and prices!

Excellent location. Well appointed especially with washer and dryer. A bit noisy at time but no worse than other accomodations in Boston. Host was very responsive.
This place is ideally located down town. This is our second business trip in Boston and second time in this place. We recommend !
Communication was fantastic and the location was centrally located. Although the seating area could be more cosy, the place was super clean and the sheets incredibly soft for great sleep!
We had a great stay here! Centrally located, clean, reasonable in price, quiet, met all of our needs!
Great place to stay for a work trip - apartment was big and had everything we needed. Host was very helpful.
We loved the location of this place, and it was nice and clean. It is missing the extra care that is given to Airbnb stays that are hosted by their individual owners. Also, be aware that they have a late check in, and will charge $50 for early arrival, and no early accommodations to drop off bags. After all charges we paid $2,090 for 3 nights (without early check-in) and besides the $50 early check in fee they ask to be notified if you are able to get out earlier than the 10:00 check out so they can accommodate early check ins.
Very convenient. Loved our stay.
This place is down a dead end street. both buildings next to it are being renovated and the noise is loud during the day. at night, the noise is also loud from the street. The place was very clean, but there were visible ant traps all over the place and damage to walls that just wasn’t repaired, which made it feel like the place wasn’t well cared for. There were also a lot of stains on the velvet couch that looked like human fluid- it was kinda gross and i did not sit on it.
Great location Very clean
We had a great stay at Healing Homes! The staff was extremely communicative and responsive, the apartment was clean and spacious, the location was only a block off Boston Common which was incredibly convenient. Highly recommend!
Great hosts, fantastic location right next to Boston Commons. Easy access to subway if needed but within walking distance of a ton of great restaurants and sights. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!
Was a great stay with a philanthropic purpose built right in! BYO coffee, filters and tea, and sugar. Easy to get groceries. The apartment was suitable for adults, and gets a passing grade for children. The furniture was good for visiting but not for fully resting after a very long day of touring, but we made it work well! Had to google a video on how to adjust the thermostat but not anything major! Our host was able to answer all questions very promptly. We would stay here again.
Just what we expected. Location is great. Only issue is that it is an old building. When all the work will be finished, it will be unbeatable
Beautiful home! Very responsive and we felt safe. Instructions/house rules were very easy to follow and team was very nice. Thank you again so much for letting us stay in your home! We look forward to coming back soon!🤩
Very nice amenities. Parking was available for an additional fee. Well worth extra fee for parking. Perfect for walking to the theater. Will definitely use again.
Perfect place for our quick trip to Boston. It had everything we needed and was very clean. It also was close to everything. Great location.
Virtues: * very convenient and walkable location * good amenities (dishwasher, clothes washer, clothes dryer) * very well appointed (dishes, silverware, dishwasher soap, detergent, towels, wash clothes, etc) * very cool loft aesthetic Areas of concern: * walls and ceiling are VERY thin. You WILL hear neighbors and cleaning crews, and as early as 7am. * the lobby is still under renovation. No AC and bare conduit hanging from the ceiling as you walk in. * the entry keypad is flaky, and we had a genuine concern at one point we wouldn't be able to get in. No contact information to call in the event of a lock-out situation. * check-in is 5:00 pm, and check-out is 10:00 am, which we feel is way too early.
Our flights got canceled and I was able to book a night here last minute. It was exactly what we needed with the two kids tired of roaming around. More than enough space and the washer dryer was clutch.
This place was the perfect location near a number of sites of Downtown and Chinatown and not too bad of a walk to Quincy Market or the North End. Steps away from a green line T Station, the Boston Common and Public Garden. Would recommend this location for anyone visiting that likes to walk and wants a central location to a lot of Boston’s historical sites.
Very responsive host with well laid out instructions, I spent one of the days working remotely and the apartment had a great workspace + backdrop for my work calls.
This place was comfortable and convenient for my family when visiting Boston. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We found that several outlets weren’t working in the kitchen and bathroom, but we were out and about so we made do without them. Otherwise the place was great! The area is a bit sketchy at night, with drunk and/or homeless folks around at all hours. But we had no issues otherwise.
This flat is perfectly located with plenty to do surrounding the area. The apartment is beautiful and Healing Homes is a great cause to support which we did unknowingly, but are happy to have contributed. Will definitely consider staying in the future, hopefully when the construction is finished in the lobby.
Great location and very nice accommodations for our family vacation!
Great location, we were in the centre of everything with multiple options for food just a stones throw away. Subway was also a 3 minute walk, definitely recommend.
Very clean and comfortable apartment located a block off Boston Common. No frills, but perfectly adequate while in Boston on business. Very walkable to great restaurants and other attractions.
Great location- building still under construction so a little awkward coming and going and work started pretty early in the morning. Unit was perfect for our group of 4. Well stocked, very clean. Would stay again
We had a great time over the Holiday weekend. Good central Boston location and perfect size for your family. And the hosts were very helpful.
Owners were super responsive with any questions I had and accommodating for a late checkout which helped us a lot. I think we most likely spent less on the stay than we would have for 2 hotel rooms. And also were able to bring our dog, for an extra fee of $200. When all was said and done, it’s possible that what we spent on parking and the dog, plus a late checkout fee it might have been a bit wash. We had some noise from the neighbors because the walls were super thin, but not next to the bedrooms so that helped. Everything was clean and that is a priority so we appreciated that. The church bells in the morning were really nice. Help with parking would be great. Like some specific garage maybe with a voucher or something. Building downstairs is under construction so a heads up on that would be helpful- we thought we were walking into the building the wrong way or something.
Seamless. Clean. Centrally located. Safe. Prompt response. Everything worked out perfectly for us. This is my go-to place for all my Boston group stays in the future. Highly Recommend. Thank you.
Perfect location and perfect space. Will definitely stay here again!
Had a good stay here - please note that the apartment is much darker and looks smaller than photos suggest. Other than that, it was spotless, good location, and the hosts were very nice and proactive in their communication!
Nice, centrally located apartment. Check in and communication was great.
We stayed for the Marathon weekend, so the location was perfect. Everything was walkable including a grocery store. Overall, the space was comfortable for two couples, but it had only two dining chairs. Compared to other places we've stayed, this apartment was minimally stocked though essentials were provided (except coffee).
Great location, wonderful apartment and equipment!
Great location and easy access, beauitiful space to stay the weekend (the building is under construction during the week, which we were not there for) Worth mentioning that its very new and no amenities (filtered coffee machine available, but you need to supply everything including sugar) but I'm sure over time and with more guests this will grow into a wonderful spot!
Good location! Good and responsive communication.
Overall a great stay — good location and was very clean. Only note is the street outside gets a little bit sketchy at night (understandable since it’s a very touristy area)
This was a fabulous location in a very cute apartment. It was clean and was a nice amount of space for two bedrooms. There is construction going on downstairs, that does start at 7 o'clock in the morning. But go out and have a fun time in Boston With this great location !
This apartment was the perfect base location for our family of 4 to explore Boston on foot and by public transit. The apartment is within very close proximity to Boston Commons and the Granary Burying Ground as well as the Freedom Trail. Plenty of food and conveniences within walking distance. The apartment was spacious and clean and exactly as pictured, the host was always helpful and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again!
What a lovely space we stayed in. Hosts were very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. Even allowed us to check in early without paying extra. The area directly surrounding where we stayed wasn’t somewhere to be walking around alone at night but that is nothing anyone can control. It’s in the heart of boston so everything was close. My only suggestion would be to install a full length mirror somewhere! With 4 grown women wanting to go out and look cute, we struggled to share the one mirror in the bathroom. Other than those I would give this place a perfect rating. We got a great deal for the stay we received!
Avoid. Unfinished space w/ active construction. Extremely loud, dusty, exposed wires, insulation, lumbar dust. Stand alone shower flooded, laundry machine infiltrated with mold.
GREAT location close to multiple train stations (the first in America). Boston Common is literally at your doorstep. Only $50 for early check-in made it easy to drop off bags early. Comfortable accommodations. Only feedback is that the shower drainage backs up leaving guest to shower in a pool of soapy water with every shower.
Due to the close proximity to Orpheum theatre and the Boston Common, the location is amazing; however, navigating the area in a car (and parking) is challenging on a weekend day (*there are garages within walking distance though). The space was well-furnished and it was quiet at quiet at night.
needs fresh paint beds are great, if you're a toddler - barely off the ground minimalist decor and amenities are low budget no shower caddy or shelf in shower
We had a really wonderful time staying here. The smart lock made it very easy to get in and out and the instructions from Brian and the team were easy to follow. They were always available for questions and responded very quickly. The apartment is located right across from Boston Common and makes it easy to reach anywhere in Boston quickly. The apartment was clean and well taken care of and the beds were really comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and really useful for traveling with family and small children. This apartment offers all you need for a stay in the middle of downtown Boston! But there definitely is construction going on downstairs during the week (7AM-early afternoon, as of Feb. 2024) and we didn't have much of a view - otherwise really great!
Great location in the heart of Boston. Plenty to walk to and enjoy the great parts of the city. Rooms were well equipped and everything was clean and well maintained
Comfortable, clean accommodations in an excellent location, delivered with professional service. Great experience.
All was as listed and the hosts were lovely and responsive. Thanks for the great stay!
Very cute apartment & perfect location. The extensive rules did have us worry but everything went smoothly. The lobby is under construction and we stayed during the week and were woken up at 7 am with noise. So keep that in mind when booking.
Easy check in and out. Great location with lots of restaurants and theaters. Would stay again.
Great location with shops, restaurants, fitness studios and near to train stations
Absolutely central to everything that we wanted to do. Close to fantastic food, Cafe Bonjour (we went twice for breakfast), Sal's for pizza/greek salad/whoopie pies and many many other gems.
Perfectly located in the heart of Boston, great place to stay at while discovering a nice city. Very clean and spacious, can’t complain!
The good: excellent location with easy access to the metro system. Tons of places to eat, drink, and close to theaters too. Check in was easy and the hosts were flexible about check out. The bad: we stayed in November 2023. There was construction within the building that began at 7 AM M-F which was a literally rude awakening. We expected noise from outside because it’s in a downtown district, but we didn’t expect the noise to come from within the walls of our unit. The beds weren’t terribly comfortable and the air conditioning was controlled. If we opened windows, we’d be drowned in noise from neighboring air conditioning units.
Pros-Host was responsive. The apartment location was perfect. Close to everything. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Cons-received a message at midnight on a Saturday stating loud noise was coming supposedly from our unit. We had no music playing and television was not on. Just a few people having conversation. So if you dont know how to whisper after 11pm then i would not recommend staying here in the heart of the city on a weekend. Other than that the stay was pleasant.
This Airbnb was exactly as described. The photos are very accurate & it was a lovely space. Brian & Heather are extremely responsive hosts. The location of the apartment was perfect for our trip due to the proximity to Suffolk University & we would definitely recommend staying here if you need to be near this or something else in the area. T stop directly across the road. Outside of Brian & Heather’s control is the vicinity at night, which is a bit off-putting. Also the construction in the lower levels of the building, while not noisy, isn’t the most welcoming sight in the foyer. Overall, we had a lovely stay & would recommend to others.
The apartment complex is under construction so looks sketchy when you first enter but the apartment itself if cute and well kept. Fruit flies and pain chipping were only issues with cleanliness. There was a $150 cleaning fee for ONLY 1 night stay which was already insane, on top of that they ask you to take the trash out even though you pay that amount for “cleaning”. The area was very walkable and overall the stay was enjoyable!
Brian and Heather were very easy to communicate with and the accommodation location is great for spending days in the city. We had an issue with a window that wouldn’t close and it was fixed extremely quickly. Unfortunately we found the accommodation cold and while we had limited use of the thermostat (which is fine) the unit failed to get above 67 during our stay despite being set mid 70s. This made it uncomfortable.
The location was perfect and walking distance to literally everything. The location could not have been a more central and convenient spot. Close to so many attractions, food options, shopping, everything. The apartment was easy to find, check into, and spacious enough for two couples. The lobby is undergoing a major renovation, but everything else was just as expected and as shown in all the photos. Brian and Heather were very responsive and helpful in questions we had during our stay. Cannot recommend the location enough, would definitely stay again.
Great location, very walkable and lovely
The location was convenient to transportation, restaurants, and historical sites. We enjoyed breakfast at Cafe Bonjour. Host was very helpful with extra requests. There continues to be construction on first floor but this did not interfere with our stay.
The location of the apartment was ideal. Walkable to many of the places we wanted to explore in Boston.
We would have needed more chairs but basic requirements covered. All in all good . Ps batteries needed for tv
Lovely place, perfect location. Would recommend !
Location is great but we were initially taken back by human feces near the entrance. The place overall seems tired and we discovered it had mice on our 3rd day there. Bathroom tiles were gross and need cleaned. Linens on bed were acceptable. Expected much more based on the description and price.
Great location. Next to Boston common. Roomy place with good beds and large kitchen area. No issues at all - but could’ve used a supply of batteries for the remotes! Shame not to meet the hosts but they respond quickly to messages. Recommended. Would suit 2 couples sharing
Pros: -Responsive communication from owners -Walkable location Cons: -Shower didn’t drain leading it to almost overflow for a 5 min shower -Hair on the shower walls, shower floor, bathroom walls, and bed -Poorly maintained (patched wall holes not repainted, stains on couch, dirty feeling throughout) -Construction starting at 7am which was not disclosed
pretty good
The condo was in a perfect location. The subway was just outside the door as well as the freedom trail with lots of history. The only thing that was missing was tv’s in the bedroom. There is one t.v. In the entire condo and it was in the living room. Otherwise, everything was great.
excellent location, lovely clean apartment & very responsive hosts. Enjoyed Boston a lot
Good location! It’s safe at night and easy to walk to attractions. The unit is comfortable too! Large space, good decoration, and in-unit laundry.
Great place right downtown. The beds we’re comfortable and the lighting of the food court made fabulous night time ambiance. It was quiet for being in the heart of downtown! Would stay again.
Great place and easy to use.
Short stay but accommodations and location was perfect. Thank you!
Everything was exactly like the pictures. Very well decorated, everything in working order and close to everything. Highly recommend.
This location is great. Washer dryer and dishwasher woth provided deturgent and soap. I hope they finish the construction on the lower levels soon.
Brian and Heather were great. and very responsive to questions. The location is incredible. Across the street from the Commons, on the Freedon Trail and the Fine Arts. We were able to see everything we wanted to, just walking. Very little need for a car or Uber. We will definitely book this again when we return to Boston.
I’m an honest and detailed reviewer, so, 3 things : 1. The location was definitely the highlight of this AirBNB! Prime location / walkable to tons of touristy things. 2. In the listed amenities, it says pots, pans, cooking oil, etc…. Y’all. Maybe folks in Boston don’t use them, but, there wasn’t a single baking sheet or casserole dish to bake anything. There was a mini muffin tin, but we were not able to cook our bacon & biscuits because there wasn’t anything to cook them on! So frustrating. 3. At 7 AM on our first morning in the unit, SUPER LOUD construction started happening from what sounded like right under our beds. We had a late night the previous night due to flights, etc, and we had a dog and a 2 year old with us sooooo that was a rough morning and day to say the least. There was still construction the following days but not AS loud. Would’ve been fine had we been given a heads up and been about the construction, it was just a pretty crummy surprise. Otherwise, great stay 🙃
We enjoyed our stay here. It was close to everything including the airport, Fenway Park, the Freedom Trail and good restaurants. We would stay here again.
Location is superb! Walkable to just about everything we wanted to do- Faneuil Hall, Boston Commons, Freedom Trail, harbor, great restaurants, shopping. And for everything else, we just walked across the street to hop on a train at the Park St station. Apartment is clean, lots of linens, cozy, full kitchen, nice shower. A little noisy at times but exactly what we expected given the excellent location. Would absolutely book again!
We really enjoyed our stay. This place has a perfect location, it is clean and well appointed.
Very nice stay!
Absolutely terrific place, and very helpful hosts. I will return next time I'm in town.
This apartment is a great base for exploring Boston. It's in the middle of everything but quiet and private. I would stay here again.
It was an amazing stay! I was with my mother, who is very difficult to please, and yet, she loved it so much she wished she could live there forever! Awesome place!!
Great location. Very clean. The beds seemed more like doubles than queens. We would definitely stay here again the next time we return to Boston.
Perfect location, nice and clean and comfortable! We had our four year old and three year old with us, and it was super kid friendly and comfortable. Thank you for a great week in Boston!
Great place! Great location! Great parking spot! Thank you for having us.
The location of this apartment can’t be beat, with easy access to Emerson or Suffolk, the Common and Public Garden and great shopping and restaurants on Newbury and Charles. The apartment was comfortable and clean, exactly as pictured (if rather dark). For the area the value was quite good, yet I must note what seem to me excessive fees for cleaning, additional visitors and early or late checkout (the 5:00 pm check in time the latest I’ve encountered). I’ve come to expect more consideration for Airbnb guests than all these extra fees and rules reflect. The charges also include a donation, which while surely deserved should be disclosed in the main listing, not the fine print. All in all a good value, and for the location I’d stay here again. But the fees and assumptions about guests’ responsibility (or lack of same) just didn’t sit well with me. Thanks.
Great location in Boston, within walking distance to a lot of attractions and very close to the subway. The apartment was clean and we felt comfortable during our stay. The hosts were very responsive and the self check in process was easy. The keypads also saved us worrying about physical keys during our stay which is a plus. I would def recommend staying here.
Great location that is super walkable to lots of Boston attractions. Right across from Boston Common, close to the theatres, and surrounded by restaurants and shops. It was super baby friendly for our 16 month old and the hosts were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!
This place is clean and perfect for a getaway with a set friends or small family! It was easy to find and the directions to access the room were clear in a very secure building. Convenient location. Hosts were very responsive to questions as well.
Nice clean spot in a great location! Brian and Heather were extremely responsive and accommodated a late check out last minute that made all the difference. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Boston.
Brian and Heather were really great hosts to work with!! They were super responsive and had many answers. Their place was great for us and our kids. Very minimalistic, in a good way! Modern decor, kitchen was really squeaky clean, and oddly LOVED that they left a new sponge and brand new Palmolive soap - not using that of previous visitors . A couch blanket or pillow would have been nice , but used one from the bedroom. Also, if you're looking for a really open bright apt, this has almost no real windows, the only ones were at the level of the Orpheum theater wiht red lights from the sign coming into the apt. That was my only holdup. I didn't realize this dead end was also a theater. Otherwise , for a quick stay would stay again! Weekend parking really wasn't so bad- we found street parking and spot-heroed for an entire 24 hour period for $40! Walkable eveywhere! Great value, great stay, great hosts !
Great location, great place, walkable area, responsive hosts.
Brian and Heather were amazing hosts! We loved the property and the location. Made our trip to Boston even more amazing. Definitely recommend 👍🏻
Great location for my husbands surgery at Mass Gen. The neighborhood is definitely going through a transition as well as the unit. Enjoyed all the space and with the right few added touches, this place could be a real gem!
Apartment is clean. Easy and clear communication.
I enjoyed staying at this apartment. Everything was clean, and up to good standards. If you are looking for not expensive housing in the middle of everything (we never had to use public transportation, everything was in within reach) - this is a place for you. Some might find it hard to sleep, as one of the rooms is facing A/C units, but I guess it’s something that you would expect in a big city. Overall, we loved our place. Thank you🙂🙂🙂
Great location in the heart of Boston! Very walkable to all of the best spots for a visit to the city. The hosts were very responsive and the home was very clean! Also, they had parking available which is a godsend in the area.
First time in Boston and it is one of my favorite places to visit now. Brian & Heather went above and beyond with their customer services. Would of gave them 10 stars if I could. Fastest hosts to respond back when I had a questions from all my previous airbnbs that I have stayed at. The apartment was very clean, located in the best area in Boston. You step out and everything is in walking distance; bars/restaurants/site seeing. Would highly recommend booking this place and/or using Brian & Heather for other properties that they may own. As always, Go Bills!
We had a great stay at Brian & Heather's place! It was in an ideal location, had all the comforts of home, and was perfect for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was clean, private and quiet. We'll definitely come back to stay. Brian and Heather were always quick to respond, helpful to accommodate us whenever possible, and even gave us extra locks to store our suitcases in the storage unit until it was time for us to head out.
Luminosity has a bit to be desired, and some HVAC background noise was too loud for our taste. Other than that, solid choice, walkable distance to many tourist attractions. Brian and Heather were very responsive and agreeable.
Great place and great location. Very happy to find this lovely apartment! Congratulations Brian and Heather. Muchas gracias!
Great location; roomy and modern
Hosts were helpful when needed but unfortunately wouldn’t stay for future travels. Disappointed in how misleading photos were, not as clean or nice as we hoped for.
The apartment was great and very comfortable. The location is great, right next to Boston Common and the downtown area with multiple T subway stops nearby. Communication with Brian and Heather (The Healing Homes team) was quick and easy -- they were very helpful with excellent communication around check-in, check-out, and when we had a question. My family (three adults, one infant) was able to stay for three days comfortably. Heating was good, and the place was well equipped. Would definitely recommend to others!
Had a great stay for a work trip. Amazing location, comfortable beds. The unit is in mostly good shape besides some scuffs on the walls, but felt a bit bare bones. Having blankets in the living room or a few more cozy touches would have been nice! Easy check in/out process, super responsive hosts. Thin walls in the living room - can hear others’ conversations on the street and nearby units. Kitchen could have been a bit more outfitted with basics (including recycling) and recommend bringing your own toiletries.
They were so helpful. The apartment located in a perfect place near to subway and Boston commons. It has everything you need. Thanks for all the help, Heather
Fantastic property very centrally located in downtown. Next to Boston Common. Very easy access to the T making traversing the entire city very easy. Plus there is much shopping and food within walking distance.
5* star stay, great location, secure and easy communication - would definitely recommend!
really enjoyed the apt
Great place to stay for a weekend in Boston. Right next to the Boston Common park which is beautiful. A very short walk to the Sam Adams brewery, multiple restaurants, and night life. Good security for the place. Two doors with digital keypads to get to the elevator and another keypad lock to enter the apartment. All very easy to use and convenient not carrying a key around. Host was also very easy to contact. Would recommend: Fans for the bedrooms would be ideal as Boston can get a little loud at night (as expected in a bigger city). Although, you can always travel with a white noise machine. Wife recommends a full length mirror. We were there for a wedding, and well that would have helped out. All in all, we would definitely stay here again for our next trip to Boston.
Great location in the heart of Boston. Close to everything, including the subway. Apartment is secured entry and we felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again!
Apartment is in a great location. Wonderful hosts with great communication.
Well kept, beautiful space in a prime location for everything Boston has to offer. Comfortable beds too!
We love the location !
Very clean and great location. Brian and Heather were super easy to communicate with. Check in and out process was very easy.
We had a great stay at Brian and Heather's. We were looking for a central, quiet location that would make it easy to get around with our 2-year-old. Brian and Heather's couldn't have been more perfect. It's right near the Park Street T station, so we could walk to the Public Gardens, Boston Children's Museum, Aquarium, and North End (as well as a grocery store) rather than having to worry about the subway or Ubers. The rooms were well insulated and surprisingly quiet given the location. There was a church bell that rang regularly nearby, but you could only hear it from the living room, so it wasn't a problem for sleeping. On top of that, the place was clean, they were able to provide a pack n' play for our stay, and they were very responsive. Highly recommend it and would definitely book here again!
I am sad to say the stay was not good. The apartment did not look like the photos and was in pretty poor shape. Entering the building there was urine and terrible smells all around and overnight there was constant mechanical noise. I think it would be helpful to list these qualities with the property on Airbnb, because it is misleading to guests and very disappointing.
The location of this apartment was absolutely incredible. It's in a brick building situated on a dead end road next to the Orpheum Theater. Short walking distance to Boston Commons, the Park Street T stop, Quincy Market, and more. The inside of the building is a bit dated/shabby, but the apartment was very clean/modern. Though the walls were thin and the apartment could be noisy at times (the ice machine startled us several times!), the bedrooms were quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. The apartment was cozy and fit 4 people comfortably. It's furnished with a washer/dryer, coffee pot, stove, and dishwasher. The hosts also included coffee filters, dishwashing liquid, and detergent for the washing machine. (If you need anything else, definitely check out the Roche Bros. Downtown Crossing grocery store!). Brian & Heather were great, helpful hosts, and were extremely responsive. We had to get an early check-in (extra $50 to get in at 2 pm), and they were very easy to work with.
Great location Clean Roomy Quick response time from hosts Would definitely stay again!
Brian was very helpful and responsive. The whole experience was seamless. Highly recommend if you need somewhere convenient to stay in Boston.
We absolutely loved this space! The exposed brick, the location… We had so much fun! Thank you again! 🙏
Clean apartment close to many sites in Boston. What they say about parking is no joke so seriously plan ahead. G maps was no use.
The apartment was perfect for what we needed, and was in a great location. The late 5pm check-in and requirement to pay $50 to check in early (on top of a 10am check-out) is the latest I’ve heard of and is inconvenient when trying to make plans for travel, but everything else was great.
Easy, clean, great location!
It's great that they let us check in before 5pm
Fantastic location, security and facilities.
The location of this unit is great as the former reviews state. Could be loud if there is a show at the Orpheum, so make sure to check if there’s a show before booking! The walls are thin, so you can hear some street activity going on. As for comfort and unit amenities, the unit could use some help. It was clean. But the walls were patched without painting, several plugs didn’t work, stains on the couch, the shower needed plunged to get it to drain, lightbulbs flickered. No coffee, spices, or other kitchen needs- just pots, dishes, and utensils-(there is a coffee pot). For the price you pay, I’d expect more than just location.
Clean, conveniently located apartment. Quick response from hosts when we had questions.
Great location, spacious living room and bedrooms. Very clean and surprisingly quiet!
Great location! Brian and Heather were very communicative, and excellent host’s. Thank you, Zack
Really great spot right in the heart of Boston. Worked well for our family of four, including two small kids.
Incredible location. A short walk to Boston Commons and the Park Street T stop, which is conveniently on both the red and green lines. We were there 2 nights, and the unit was a great home base to explore Boston. The building itself (lobby, hallways, elevators) is strangely worn, but the unit itself was lovely - clean, comfortable. A few minor quirks (e.g., no ledge for soap in the shower), and the walls were thin (we could clearly hear neighbors one evening in the living room - bedrooms were very quiet), but overall a very nice unit. The owners were very responsive and helpful, including providing an option for luggage storage before check-in. Our favorite meal was at Bootleg Special - an unassuming, out of the way, speakeasy-type place with incredible food and a cool vibe.
Great spot in Boston! Love the view of the theatre lights at night.
We had a family trip with kids and the apartment was just perfect for us. It’s in a very good location, walking distance to Quincy Market & Boston Common(love it!!!), or even New Berry Street is not very far if you enjoy walking! It also has MBTA stations/7-11/supermarket/shopping areas very close by. Inside the apartment, the kitchen is very well setup and the beds are very comfortable, having a washer & dryer in a home away from home is just a plus. Brian & Heather are great hosts, they both answered our questions very efficiently and were very helpful to make our staying experience nice & smooth.
Great apartment- clean, well laid out, and in a terrific location. Super close to the T station (subway) and within walking distance to key areas of Boston. We enjoyed our stay. Hosts were super easy to communicate with and responsive (we needed to do an early check-in and late/check-out). Very happy with our decision to stay in this location.
This apartment was exactly as advertised. It is a totally fantastic location, right off Boston commons. The apartment had everything that Brian and Heather promised and they were incredibly responsive when I had questions.
Great location and easy to check-in/out. Parking is tight in the area, but the Boston Common Garage is a short walk away (after unloading the car!) and is an affordable overnight option if you have a car.
Great location. This apartment was clean and Brian and Heather were great with communication. They can provide parking for you (for a fee) and worked with us on finding a place for our bags when we arrived early.
Great location and great communication. Our train from NYC to Boston was delayed for hours. Brian was available at all hours to make sure we got in safely! Really appreciated it.
It was so very pleasant to return to this apartment to take breaks from the excitement of walking the Freedom Trail or taking in the ball games at Fenway Park. The location is ideal since we did all our activities on foot or by way of the T, and to be just across the street from beautiful Boston Commons was the icing on the cake. Having enough space to "chill" a couple times a day was a plus: our teen grandson got time with his new phone, our granddaughter watched her favorite kids shows, and grandpa napped while grandma plotted our next adventure.
great central location. close to restaurant and shops. had a blast in boston!
Great location and nice place!
This is by far one of the best air bnb’s that I’ve been in. Both the Airbnb and the location of it is absolutely perfect it’s right by the Orpheum theater right on a dead-end road so traffic noise does not bother much at night. Make sure to get a reservation pass if you want to park right outside the Airbnb otherwise parking lot garages and street parking is easy to find too. Brian and Heather were super accommodating and helpful and were very good at communicating pretty much the minute I reached out to them with any questions. I would definitely stay there again
Hosts were very responsive, and we really enjoyed our stay! The space was clean and the location was AMAZING. The bedrooms were large and we appreciated the closet space in each room. I will note, we paid a premium for our holiday weekend only to realize after booking that the check-in and check-out times were pretty aggressive. The hosts offer a solution - pay $50 for early check-in or late check-out. This felt somewhat deceptive to me as we were already paying a large premium, and they seem to keep quite aggressive times almost to force those to pay the additional $100. Notwithstanding, we really enjoyed our stay and I would absolutely stay again (did I mention the location is amazing?).
The place is in great location with quick communication from the hosts, however it was a bad experience for us. The appartment was infested with either bed bugs or spider beetles. We woke up with bugs on our bed. For the price that we paid we expected no bugs on our bed. It was such an inconvenience! We had to immediately disinfect and wash our clothes after our flight
Very clean ! Nice location next to Boston Commons . Good value and comfortable stay , would stay again !
Beautiful space in the middle of historic district. Do not hesitate to stay here.
Brian & Heather place is very centric, clean, comfy and has everything anyone may need. Awesome hosts - they we’re available to answer all questions/needs at all times!! Highly recommended!!
Nice place, great hosts!
Great apartment in perfect location. Brian and Heather are very helpful and quick to reply. Will book again
Amazing location next to the orpheum theatre, great part of town, very comfy beds! Place feels like a hybrid of apartment and hotel.
We enjoyed a comfortable stay in the unit. We loved the location, which was across the street from Boston Common, and easy walking distance to Newbury Street, the north side and downtown. It is also located right near the T. Brian was great to work with. He promptly responded to our inquiries and ensured a smooth check-in/check-out process. We would highly recommend!
Great place and a great location. Would recommend.
Location is awesome and apartment is nice
We had a great stay and really enjoyed the location(close to the park). The place was clean and inviting. We would definitely stay here again.
Great place to stay while in Boston! Clean and fully furnished. Communication was quick and easy as well.
This location cannot be beat- right on the Freedom Trail and Boston Common. The apartment is cute, and for the same price as the hotel down the street, you get 2 bedrooms and a kitchen, so it is a great alternative. The bedrooms were quiet, and the check in process was detailed and easy to follow. This is attached to the Orpheum, so I can see it being loud if there was a show happening, but there wasn't during our stay so no complaints. Lots of parking garages nearby, and tons of yummy food close (go to Kane's donuts!). Great place!
Brian and Heathers place was amazing. It’s was so clean and so comfortable. The pictures don’t do it justice. On top of that they stand for a good cause. My family and I loved our stay!
Perfect location! Exactly as described! We will be back ;)
This is more like a neat hotel-like apartments then a separate apartment, but the location is great and interiors are homey enough.
Great location for visiting Boston. Right in the heart of the city Very comfortable and good air conditioning
This place is very well located. Walking distance to the subway and main attractions. Check in was very easy, the apartment was very clean, and Brian and Heather always answered my messages on time and were very helpful. I only wish the check in time was at 3 or 4 and check out at 11 just like all the other Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. I would stay here again!
Had a great stay at Brian and Heathers, location was central. However the TV didn’t work easily, we couldn’t find the other remote and wish there had been some coffee. Other than that it was a beautiful unit!
This stay was fantastic, great location, beautiful views and great communication
Clean, clean clean!! Great location, super quick responses from Brian, Heather and the team. Highly suggest asking if the construction project in the building is done prior to booking. Unless you like to hear such noises at 0655 or are blessed to be a sound sleeper. Great space, did I mention clean??!!
Great newley renovated spot in heart of downtown Boston. Easy access to lots places either by subway or ride share. Would stay there again!
When exiting the elevator on the 3rd floor, you are immediately taken back by the smell of pot in the building. The unit was clean. The garbage can and toilet paper dispenser were broken and didn’t work well. The kitchen construction was cheap, you could see exposed plywood at the end of the cabinets. The outlet in the bathroom also didn’t work. The outlet did not have the safety button usually found when they are near water, so that was concerning. So without that outlet working, the only other mirror I could plug in nearby was in one of the bedrooms. Luckily it was our bedroom because the other bedroom didn’t have a mirror at all. The mirror hung about 5 feet at the highest. So… I couldn’t even see my head. This made it very uncomfortable to do my hair. There was also not comfortable seating for four people. There was a small couch, a wire chair and a desk chair. This made things awkward when we were trying to play cards. As far as parking, the host sent a note that said parking was hard to find and suggested some apps to look for parking. We pulled up to the building and saw a sign that said 6 Hamilton Place reserved parking and an available spot. We noticed around the city that there were several signs that said reserved permit parking. We knew not to park there because we didn’t have a permit. But the sign at 6 Hamilton Place was misleading. We were towed. When I contacted the owner about this she said if there was a sign for everything it would be a paragraph long. I thought that she was very condescending and extremely rude. she also pointed out that only three of 7000 renters had issues with parking. I find that very hard to believe. Still confused by the signs meaning, I asked her what it meant. She immediately replied with check out instructions. I was shocked at the rudeness. She also did not reply when I messaged about two hours before checking to see if we were able to get into the unit a early since they sent the code via email. We never got an answer. I would have expected an “I’m sorry, I didn’t see this message until too late”. The locations was good, but I would not book with Brian and Heather again.
This was the perfect stay! Exactly what we needed for the trip to Boston. Brian and Heather were in touch with us regularly to keep us updated on any changes that affected our stay. Would love to come back again!
Brian and Heather's place was great! it is in such a prime location and you can walk to many shops and restaurants. The loft was clean and beautifully designed. Highly recommend!
Great place, and even better location! Really enjoyed my stay. Felt comfy and cozy. The beds were so comfortable!
The location was absolutely perfect - so easy to find and close to everything. The unit itself was very well kept, we felt very safe, and the owners were incredibly responsive. Would definitely stay there again.
Brian and Heather communicated so well with me. They’re place is lovely and a great location.
Our stay was A++!! Great location, very comfortable beds, and Brain & Heather were responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!
That's an awesome home with a great location. Everything is clean and comfortable. Choose this house if you want to stay in Boston for a while.
had a lovely night here! easy to get to, comfortable, stylish, and serviceable. neighbors were a bit noisy but seemed to calm down by the time it was time for bed. loved the ease and the comfort, would revisit!
A small-ish apartment with comfy furniture in an amazing location. 10/10.
Great place, cozy, nice kitchen, plenty of space. Very professional hosts. Would recommend.
The place was perfect for us and our daughter. Clean and comfortable. Location couldn’t be more perfect, totally central to all of the sites, bars, and great restaurant’s . Would definitely stay here again.
Great location downtown! Clean, quiet, and fast and helpful responses! :)
Great place, well appointed and great location!
Great location! Super clean and comfortable! Easy access to public transit and the freedom trail.
Great apartment in the centre of Boston, perfect for trips for business or pleasure.
It’s a great time living in here. Highly recommend!
Parking was the only problem I had. Was holding a surprise party for my girlfriend, didn’t spend the night there but the bedroom and the shower room looks amazing
This place is clean and comfortable. There is some wear and tear that could easily be fixed. The location is excellent if you are attending a show at The Orpheum, enjoying the Boston Common and Public Garden or shopping in the area. Bring all items if you choose to cook! The appliances are all there but there are no basics (no oil, s&p, spices, etc)
We enjoyed staying in this apartment unit! It was cozy and fit 4 people comfortably. There are many things to do and places to go just by walking distance from the place, like going to little Italy for amazing food. It is also right down the street from the subway, so we could easily go to Salem and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum.
We loved staying here! The location is amazing, apartment felt very safe and the aesthetic/cleanliness was great. Brian and Heather were quick to respond as well.
I definitely recommend this place to anyone! It’s busy and everything is in walking distance. It was perfect for us first timers!
Great location! Awesome spot, it was extremely easy to get to the start of the freedom trail from the apartment. The apartment was clean. Brian and Heather were great! We were even able to purchase a parking pass the night that we got there. Parking spots were right in front of the building, very convenient.
Very convenient location. We way overpaid for this property given its condition. The one bedroom is next to a very loud machine outside, and there were many scuffs and unfinished touch ups around the apartment. Also, parking was really tough in the area (nothing related to the property but something to be prepared for). The apartment was basically empty and lacked basic amenities. Location is the key here.
We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb, and would absolutely recommend it to others! The location really can’t be beat, and was a perfect home base for explorations of everything Boston has to offer! Great historical sites, points of interest, bars, and restaurants were all within walking distance. The apartment itself was also clean, felt very safe, and was comfortable and cozy. The hosts were also very communicative, and were quick to answer any questions we had. Overall - a wonderful experience!
Very nice place. Conveniently located around historical sites. Very easy to grab an Uber or walk around. Keep in mind early checkin is at 2pm so need to find a bag drop to store bags nearby until then. Felt safe at all times walking around outside and inside the building. Had to buy paper towels for the place otherwise it was stocked with necessities. Theatre crowd next door can be loud as well as neighbors children running around. Thin walls. Overall good stay.
This place is perfect!! It is very clean, cute and in an absolutely perfect location! The one complaint I do have is that we were told that the check out is at 11am. When we came back to our room at 10am, the cleaning people were right in the doorway about to go in. They didn’t leave outside the door until we checked out at 10:50am. So we heard them outside the entire time, which made it awkward for us and felt rushed. Lastly, unfortunately our parking reservation had to be cancelled due to a show (which is fine), but we’re now over 24hrs past check out and I have t received a refund when I was told my refund would be given at the START of the Airbnb reservation.
My travel companions and I truly enjoyed our trip to Boston. Brian and Heather's apartment location was fantastic. The location being at the Park Street was ideal. We were able to walk and navigate throughout the city. Communication with them was timely and thorough. I had a couple of small issues and Brian promptly responded and addressed the concern. Having security was an important piece of our decision to rent the apartment. The entry door security functioned. Initially the inner security door security door was not operational until Brian immediately addressed the issue. The beds were very comfortable. The linens were clean and nice. I would have preferred the bottom sheets to be fitted. There is a compressor on the roof outside the second bedroom which kicked off and on throughout the night. It was helpful to have a full size washer and dryer and nice size kitchen. The lighting was excellent and the furniture was modern. This third floor apartment help make my Boston visit quite nice. Catherine
Great location if you plan to explore the Freedom Trail. Know that you could share a wall with a large theater and your stay could be noisy. If this is a concern, check the events calendar of the Orpheum. Otherwise clean, but noticeable wear and tear in the apartment.
The location could not have been better and the place was just as described!
Had a great stay here. Fantastic location, simple digs with everything you'll need.
This was a great place! It’s location to the Commons was perfect for us. We did have to park our car at a garage a few blocks over, since the street parking was being used by buses. Our living room windows looked out on to Hamilton and the Orpheum Theater‘s neon lights and front entrance. In the mornings all was calm, but it was a busy, noisy place after the two concerts. We were so tired from our full days, that we slept fine all the same. Overall we are super happy with our stay!
Great location! Super central to everything! Only very basics offered in the kitchen and in the unit. Host are super responsive. Overall okay, but definetly a rental that has bumps and bruises throughout.
Amazing location, clean, easy checkin and checkout and very communicative and friendly hosts. Would gladly stay here again for mg next Boston visit!
Great spot that is within walking distance to almost every single hot spot in Boston. The renters provide clear communication and the apartment itself was very clean. Highly recommend.
Very nice place and the location is great and convenient.
Clean, modern, comfortable and well located!
Brian and Heather were great hosts. The apartment was clean, cozy and comfortable. Very close to everything and right next to a T station for access to the rest of the city. Would definitely stay here again
Great location off Tremont St; apartment was well appointed and would definitely stay here again.
This place is nice and big, lots of room and super comfortable. Location by the Common and all the stores and restaurants is a big plus. Also not too far of a walk to the North End and all the places over there. Also, it’s right at a T-Stop so it’s easy to use public transport to get around.
Loved the location as food, shopping and sites were all within walking distance. Communication was clear for checking in and out. Would definitely recommend.
The appartment was exceptionally central, right in front of the well connected Park St T station. This helped us discover almost all Boston in less than 4 days. Very recommended if you want to make the most of your stay at Boston.
This apartment was spacious and clean and in a great location, walkable to many major Boston sites and great restaurants. Comfortable beds, good AC. Looks to be in a building with similar Airbnb units, so lot's of coming and going. Self check-in was very easy.
Right in the heart of Boston. Slept great. Parking right outside of building worth the extra cost.
Clean nice place! Business shut down early. And that there is a large homeless population just like the description. But great access to public transportation, and plenty of historical sites in the area. And a food court with Chinese, Mexican, subs, and barbecue right outside your front door in a food court. Also Beantown Pub down the street is 🔥! Enjoy
Brian and Heather were very accommodating and the place was very clean. Great location in Boston! Would definitely stay there again.
The location is perfect for the Boston touristy stuff! The freedom trail is a stone’s throw from the apartment and we walked pretty much everywhere we went. The apartment itself is very cute. Loved the decor, the exposed brick. A view out of the bedroom window of a nearby roof and the occasional pigeon completed the city vibe. When you go: no hand soap nor body wash was provided, so plan to bring some or buy when you arrive. Towels are small and on the scratchy side. While the communication was thorough for the most part, we notified them that the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag when we arrived on Friday. Was told maintenance would be notified, but it was not fixed while we were there. I read a review from 8 months ago with the same issue about a bag over smoke detector, so that was concerning. After we left owner said a previous guest must have just done that but ceilings are 12 ft so I am dubious about that story unless guest was traveling with a ladder.
Space was excellent. Well laid out and modern. Not really for four people (for ex. no space for 4 people to eat) but would stay again. Location is fantastic. A little noisy at moments but this is a city and for a city I found it excellent! Hosts are very responsive although we didn’t need anything they always responded quickly to emails. I recommend this place 100%.
Great spot in a wonderful location to explore all Boston has to offer.
Great location around the corner from Boston Commons within walking distance of subway, restaurants, and harbor.
Great location - steps from Boston Common and the Freedom Trail!
Great place to stay in for young friends or family hoping to explore all that Boston has to offer. The apartments are right at the start/end of the Freedom Trail, in the heart of Boston Common and Public Garden, a short walk across the park to Beacon Hill and Cheers bar. We could not have picked a better location for all of our needs!
Great location and appt highly recommend
Brian and Heather’s place was perfect! It was in a great location and very clean! Highly recommend!
Apartment was nice, clean, and in a great location, with easy access to public transit. Brian and Heather were very thorough and prompt in their communication and we had a great stay!
Great location, easy walk down Tremont to cool restaurants in South Boston. We stayed on a Monday night and it was nice and quiet. I only rated the value lower because we stayed just one night and the cleaning fee almost doubled the room cost, but that's probably true for all airbnb
Great place! As described and seen on the pictures! May see a few people smoking outside but it’s still a safe and great location and walking distance to everything!
Beautiful space in a great location in the center of Boston. Steps to Boston Commons and Downtown Crossing. Easy check-in/check-out with codes to enter the building and apartment. Brian and Heather were very communicative and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again.
Great location, great space. Really great experience to have an apt right in the heart of the city.
The home was very comfortable, and the location off the Commons cannot be beat!
This unit was clean, spacious and exactly as described. Very convenient for access to downtown Boston, Fanueil Hall, aquarium. Building was quiet and well kept. We will be back!
Great location. Clean and cute apartment with a lot of space. Beds were very comfortable and the apartment had most of the essentials. The only issue was that the shower did not drain well. We addressed it with the hosts and I imagine they will get it fixed. I recommend to look up parking prior to arrival because it can get busy and the garages can be expensive. Overall I would recommend this apartment and definitely stay again.
Centrally located. The Subway entrance is a couple hundred feet from the door. Seamless checkin
Great place to stay, really clean and stylish apartment too.
Great place to stay
Great place just wish they had some extra towels, sheets , blankets. And cleaning supplies because of COVID
Brian and Heather’s place was awesome! Great location and the place was so clean! Would definitely recommend and book again!
It was nice! I think for the price it’s okay, I wouldn’t stay there again but I also would recommend to tourists since it’s a fantastic location!
The house was not as clean / sanitary as expected considering COVID-19. I’m also positive the sheets were not washed prior to our stay ( we found multiple black hairs on pillows and mattress cover....), also the unit was being cleaned while we arrived even after check-in time.. but again I didn’t even smell cleaning products.
Great boston appartement for a city get away. Great location and design.
A great place. Clean as well.
The whole place stunk like weed. The fire alarm was covered by a plastic bag which is an incredible safety hazard, especially when allowing people to rent it out. There was old cereal on the ground in the living room. Other than the gross smell throughout the apartment, hair on the bathroom floor, old cereal on the ground, the covered up fire alarm & the sketchy alley you need to walk through to get to the place...it was pretty clean. So that’s a plus.
This place was amazing! To be honest, I thought this was place looked too good, and had my suspicions that it might be a scam. But it isn't – this is in fact a very nice, modern apartment. Great decorations. Stylish exposed brick. Super clean. The hosts were extremely responsive, and helped us with everything we needed. Parking was annoying – I parked my car at the Boston Common Garage, which cost $40/day. I think that's the price of having an apartment in such a central location, though.
Perfect space and great location! We really enjoyed our space!
Beautiful apartment & great hosts!
Excellent little 2 bed apartment, really convenient location, excellent communication with hosts, the building was secure so we felt really safe. The apartment was clean and updated, and had some really high-end/high tech upgrades which we appreciated. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!
The space is exactly what you expect and more. Brian and Heather are both taking extra precautions during covid-19. I appreciated how thorough they were on what to expect when you arrive. Highly recommend.
We really enjoyed our stay in Brian+Heather's place. Great location - close to park, cafes and restaurants, grocery store. Apartment is remodel and clean. Easy check in/check out. Brian + Heather works with a few local non-profits to provide their space to patients and families in need, so by booking with them you're helping a family who might not otherwise be able to afford the cost of the stay!
Great location! We were able to walk to all of thr bars amd restaurants we wanted! It was nice to stay in such a secure building as well. The hosts were very responsive! Highly recommend staying here!
The perfect location for any part of the boston experience. You’re steps away from the park, all the major station lines, shopping, hospitals, and universities. The space itself is a relaxing break away from the stale hotel rooms that populate the urban cities of the NorthEast. These trendy rooms come built in an old building without sacrificing quality in the slightest. The hosts were attentive and provided excellent support and prompt replies. The space is perfect for those seeking a fresh work from home space too! 10/10 would recommend to a friend.
Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
