The apartment is located in the very heart of Boston downtown and literally everything is in walkable distance. Despite the central location it was not loud at all and we enjoyed the stay very much. There were some technical issues but the hosts very super responsive and helped quickly. I would recommend this place.
Perfect location, close to both parking and TF Gardens where I was attending a hockey game. Felt safe walking to and from the Airbnb. The apartment was so cute, I wished I had been staying longer!
Fantastic location, great clear communication from company, and easy to access. However, there were some downsides. The apartment was cleaned definitely surface wise, but not deep cleaned. There were fruit flies pretty bad throughout the apt upon arrival, the rug in the entry way was jostled a bit and revealed excessive dirt and dust, and the wash machine had a broken piece and the scent of mildew was so strong within it. These are not deal breakers or any reason to be upset but areas for improvement, definitely. The only other suggestion I would make is a bigger couch in the living room, but TBH that is just a personal preference and know that living area square footage was not large. So I totally understand the choice. All in all a decent stay!

Centrally located to lots of stuff. So lovely to be near the park, and walkable to shops and restaurants. The construction on the street made it very difficult to access the building by car, and I had to be dropped off at the end of the block. Parking around there is a bit of a challenge as with most metro centers are, but there are parking garages around there to store your car during your stay. The place itself was very clean, and had all of the basic amenities. Great shower, and very comfortable beds. I would totally stay there again.

I loved how quiet it was. It was the most quiet place I have stayed in a large city. The central AC was great as it was very hot while we were there. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. The entrance is on a small dead end side street that made loading and unloading easier. There were a few minor issues, but nothing in comparison to the value received for price paid. Excellent stay, excellent communication. Very responsive. I was a bit worried about finding parking to unload/load the car, there are marked spots with 30 minute parking which helped. Very close to the T, walking distance to what you need.

The Airbnb delivered as advertised. I was pleased. It was in a great location close to so many great Boston spots. Very walkable which is why we chose it. The only drawback is it can be a bit dangerous with people hanging out on the street and at the nearby T stop. However that comes with a city location.
Overall this place was awesome. The entrance in mid-2024 has some construction, but the suite floors are fine and the suites are excellent. Great value for the location. Right on the freedom trail and Boston Commons.
The apartment was exactly as pictured -- a fresh new two bedroom, one bath apartment with a full kitchen and living area. It was very clean. The building's lobby is, for the moment, unfinished, but we found the elevator and apartment easily. If your visit to Boston allows for sightseeing, the location absolutely cannot be better. You are in the midst of the Freedom Trail. For parking, I took the host's advice and used SpotHero, and it worked out fine. Highly recommended.

Good location for the theater district and the apartment was easy to access and the hosts were very responsive. The neighborhood is colorful, so be prepared. The apartment is located in a historic district, full of characters and beautiful architecture. I enjoyed hearing the bells from the Congregational church down the street. We had a lot of fun walking around. The beds were comfortable and the space perfect for our group of three. Be aware that there is literally nothing provided in the kitchen, not even coffee. I found salt and pepper, but that was it. The entrance to the building is a little rough because of construction, and the hallway outside our apartment was often filled with bags of laundry and cleaning supply, but overall, this was a pleasant experience.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay. This location worked great for venturing out in all directions. We did not have a car and were glad, as parking (and driving) looked stressful. We took Uber frequently, and never waited more than 2 minutes for a ride. We loved being right on the Commons, especially seeing the holiday lights at night. Our request for an early check in was responded to immediately. We found the apartment clean and compact and appreciated the comfortable beds and extra pillows/blankets. We only heard building/street noise the first night and it was not a problem. As other reviewers have mentioned, the walkway from the building's entrance to the stairs/elevator is under construction and the common areas, stairwells, and elevators are in stark contrast to the fresh and updated units. We loved the exposed brick, the mix of old and new architecture, and the view out our window right above the Orpheum Theatre.

Location is great. The pictures are as described. There is a coffee maker and tea kettle but no coffee or tea supplies except for. a few coffee filters left behind. Both beds were absolutely uncomfortable and neither nights did we get a good rest. The living room has a Chromecast option to cast from your phone which was a great modern feature. the couch itself is uncomfortable and hard to lounge on. wouldn't stay here again yet also very convenient to pur favorite bar and arcade: Versus.
My stay was very short (in at night out the next morning). The space was big and clean; the windows of the unit I was in didn't have a view of anything but that didn't matter. The building itself has construction going on in the lower levels which created a little noise in the morning and may contribute to the common areas not being as nice as the apartment itself. Still, good space, right in the middle of downtown. I received instructions on time. They were clear and so I had no other reasons to communicate with the hosts which seems like a good thing. And for my stay this ended up being substantially less expensive than available nearby hotels. Solid overall.
The unit was really clean and we really enjoyed our stay. The host has been fast to answer our questions. The only thing that wasn't that great was access. I don't know if this happens often but the access to the unit lies in a dead-end street in which a theater is located. At the time of arrival, the access road was closed as there was some trucks unloading stuff at the theater so we weren't able to drop our thing at the appartment before going to parking. So we had to park and carry our luggages all the way to the appartment. We'd still rent this unit next time we visit Boston as everything else was great and this issue was kinda not the host's fault. Next time I'll make sure that it's possible to access the road to drop luggage whenever we plan to check-in.
Loved the location of this Airbnb. The freedom trial was directly across the street. 17 min walk to the North end. So many great coffee shops/restaurants, entertainment within walking distance. Apartment was comfortable. Main entrance is still under construction but once you get upstairs, it’s lovely. Definitely city noise, right next to a theater where they have concerts. But as long as you understand that, it’s not a problem at all.

This place is very-well located, with beautiful Boston Common right across the street. Nice breakfast places within walking distance. Maybe restaurants were close by too but we didn't look for them. Small, but comfortable sitting area and clean, well-equipped kitchen. (No ice when we got there but we flipped the rod on the ice maker and had some quite soon.) Nice older brick building with contemporary decor. Some updating is going on in the building as evidenced by the hallways not being quite finished with the updated decor but it didn't bother us as there was no renovation noise. We would certainly stay here again.
Place was immaculate. The downstairs entrance area was under construction but then you step foot into the unit and you forget completely about it. Great location. We were walking distance from a cool park that had food trucks and music. Chinatown and a bunch of other restaurants are all within walking distance as well. Very fast and easy ride to the airport from the unit. Wish I had stayed here my whole trip instead of the last day of my trip. 10/10

Great space in Downtown Crossing! The apartment looks just like the photos and met all of our needs. The building was quiet but the entrances (there are 2, which is nice) felt a bit shady. That said, we found the location to be very convenient - right across the street from Boston Common and generally a 15 minute (or less) walk to most places we wanted to go! The host was very responsive and I would stay here again!
Location was exceptional and the place was very cute and clean. Only negative point was that it was extremely noisy (paper thin walls) and we could hear little kids running and crying above us all day long... Healing homes were quick to answer when we mentioned it They said they would communicate with the people above us but it did not change anything. I understand that its not the healing homes groups fault

Great location, easy to get into, clean. Construction on the main floor made for a tricky entry the first day. In general, we found the Winter St entrance to be more accessible and safer at night. Walking down the Hamilton Place alley at night is not for the faint of heart.

This is an awesome place for tourists as so much is within walking distance. Great location with subway stops within a block of the apartment. The apartment was quiet, which was nice in a big city! This building is currently under renovation, so the way you moved through the lobby area and elevators changed daily.

Comfortable 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with elevator. Full kitchen, small sofa. Great location next to Boston Common and short walk to tons of historical sites. T stop is right across the street. Grocery store, Macys and Starbucks minutes away.
My nephew and I stay at Brian and Heather’s place this past week and it was just great. First off, the place looked like the pictures so that is always important to mention. The apartment was super clean and the location was absolutely perfect. We only took an Uber one time, and that was to go take a tour of Harvard. Everything else was within about a 15-20 minute walk. We actually didn’t take the subway anywhere because we enjoyed walking around but if we had, there is a T station basically across the street. Brian and Heather were super fast to respond when I had a few random questions, but there were no issues at all with the apartment. I had noticed that they had mentioned that the building is downtown and, like any city, there might be road noise, and they offered a white noise machine. I went ahead and took them up in the offer but we honestly didn’t need it. The building is on a dead end street and I didn’t hear any noise at all. It was great, we had an awesome visit to Boston!

Great spot and excellent communication from the host. I errantly didn’t do a deep dive into the parking situation and only realized upon arrival that I would need to pay $50/day for parking at a garage a half mile away. The host worked with me and was able to arrange a pass in front of the place the night before checkout and didn’t charge me for it which I found gracious and accommodating. The host was very kind and accommodating in spite of my frustrations. This is a very cool spot right near tons of cool stuff to do in Boston. I highly recommend staying here.

We were right next to the start of the freedom trail, which was perfect as we did that first thing in the morning. The place is great with anything you need. But the real appeal is the location! The location is perfect, walking distance from everything. 15 min walk to North End, 15 min walk to Beacon Hill, 2 min walk to Boston Common Park. Very safe area with restaurants and shops everywhere. The apartment was clean and the beds very comfy, although I wouldn't call it a luxury listing, it still worked great for us! The only suggestion I would add is to offer more gel/shampoo in the bathroom.
Great location right next to the park, super easy to find and get into/out of. Right next to the subway as well and some food options (Dunkin’ on the next block). Well worth the price we paid. Just be aware there’s a pet fee!

This location was a 10-15 minute walking distance to MGH. I felt very safe in this area. There are plenty of coffee shops in the area as well as easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. Very close to historic areas as well. The apartment was warm on cold days and easy to regulate the thermostat. I would definitely stay here again.
Early check out late check-in times, feel like i was nickel and dimed with this air b and b. Watch out for their check in times. Aside from that solid place to stay close to everything in Boston.

This is a great apartment in a great location to downtown, Boston Common, Beacon Hill. We had 2 dogs and there is a dog park practically across the street when you walk in to Boston Common. The hosts answered emails rapidly. We will definitely come back.

The apartment is nice, but nothing special. All specialness comes from the great location. It is clear that the building was converted fully to airbnbs somewhat recently and perhaps a bit rushed. For example, two drawers/cabinets in the kitchen are not usable because they open into appliances. Our living room window wouldn't close but they said they would be fixing that. Note that this is a bare bones airbnb kitchen...no salt, no pepper, no oil, no coffee, nothing. But, the local restaurants are great and, did I mention, the location is perfect.

Location, location, location! This property is as advertised on the website. Beautiful interior, clean, good linens, washer/dryer, and comfortable beds. We personally had no problem with homeless people or feeling unsafe. Love being right next to the T stop and also being within walking distance of just about anywhere you would want to go. I went with my 14 year old son and we did everything we wanted to do by walking or riding the T. I read some reviews that complained about the noise, but I disagree. I love the church bells ringing from Park Street Church and I love the city noise. I used a noise maker to sleep but do that anywhere. The building was quiet (enough) and the people we encountered in the building were friendly and family oriented. Absolutely no problems!
Great stay. It was warmer than usual when we visited so it nice to have the extra space to relax. Location was great for Freedom Trail, public transportation, grocery store, food, drinks, etc. Would stay again if we make it back to Boston.
This place is exactly as described. Communication with hosts was great as they responded quickly with my questions and requests. They also left clear instructions to enter and leave location. The apt was around the corner from the Park St station which was perfect as I had meetings at Boston College. It was near restaurants, shopping stores and a grocery store. It is steps from Boston Commons and we could walk to a few historical sites. Would consider it again if I ever need to go back to Boston.

We had a comfortable stay at this apartment. I would not use the word "luxurious" to describe it (the quality of the furnishings would have been higher, for example), but it was comfortable, including the beds. I had overlooked the lack of dining room table when I booked - not a deal-breaker, but kind of weird, especially since there was an area where it could have been located. Brian responded almost immediately when I wrote that the window in the living room was broken in an open position (dangerous to my preschooler), the gas burners on the stove were not igniting, and the two elevators were broken. The window was soldered shut and the gas burners fixed the next day, but the elevators were broken our entire three-day visit. Also not a deal-breaker, but very inconvenient. The service elevator was very slow. The location is pretty good if you want to be downtown by Boston Commons (we did), and there were several parking garages we used a few blocks away. Everything is pretty walkable (and we are walkers), so it's worth considering what you plan to do in the city to decide whether this place's central location is what you want to pay for.

The location is excellent, especially for first time visitors to Boston - just off the Freedom Trail, across from Boston Commons, and within walking distance to the red and green lines. The place is spacious with two separate bedrooms with a kitchen and a living room. Our toilet clogged but the maintenance and cleaning staff responded quickly and were very courteous.
We love Boston, and this is an awesome location to see it from! Super easy MBTA access, close to grocery stores and restaurants, easy to get to parks and other wonderful attractions. Some reviews had mentioned it was noisy but we had no problems with sound. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!
Great location if you want to be in the middle of downtown Boston. Made for Airbnb building, so know that going into it. Parking had a hiccup when I arrived but they handled it swiftly and generously. Very quick and efficient property management team.
Amazing location!! Our first visit to Boston and we had no idea we had scored such a fantastic location until we discovered that the Park St metro station is convenient to everything! Steps away from Boston Commons and several Freedom Trail stops, Starbucks, tons of shopping and dining. We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment which ended up costing us less than most local hotels would have. Well supplied and beds were super comfortable.

This place was as good as it gets- location and cleanliness were top notch. Location is AMAZING, seriously can't be beat. We didn't have a car and never used public transportation. We were able to walk everywhere. The 3 tours we went on during our stay, 2 met up within a 4 minute walk and the other within a 15 minute walk. Restaurants within a 2 minute walk, Quincy Market was around 10 minutes away. There is a small 7/11 right on the corner as well. Security was easy, I like that this building has unlocked stairways once inside the bldg as I don't like elevators- the stairs took a minute to figure out, but easy. As other reviewers mentioned, there are homeless around, but it is a citywide issue, just be aware. The only reason we gave 4 instead of 5 stars is the neighbor next to us had a dog that barked a lot during our stay, we informed the hosts and they have been made aware and hopefully this will get corrected, but it was unbelievably loud as the walls are thin in the complex as you can hear the people upstairs walking around as well- thank goodness for bringing sound machines and that the beds were VERY comfortable so we did sleep well.
Amazing location, super clean, comfortable, and renovated
Very nice place and the location is hard to beat. Great coordination and communication from the hosts. Only potential knock is the check in time is later than we’re used to, even after paying the extra fee for checking in early. But really it’s not a big deal as long as you understand it up front. Plus it’s for reasons that are understandable given the overall purpose of the building. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay with Heather and Brian exceeded our expectations greatly! The unit was beautiful, modern, and so clean. The location was also unbeatable - a short walk to the Boston Commons, and surrounded by food and shops. I would most definitely stay here again!
Can’t beat location, central to all our activities but LOUD. I’ve lived in 8 apartments in 2 different cities and never have I ever had the level of building noise experienced. I’m not complaining about the street noise at all. Our unit’s 2 bedrooms faced an air shift with a noise that can only be described as a jet engine. The unit was very clean, nice to have washer/dryer available.
The long and short: don’t hesitate booking this phenomenal place. Worth every cent and Heather + Brian are incredible hosts who go above and beyond in making their guests feel welcomed and cared for. Came into Boston for the marathon weekend and this place was an absolute gem. You could not ask for a better location as it is steps away from Boston commons and the incredibly efficient transit to get around. Your in the middle of the action but absolutely none of the sound from the hustle and bustle of downtown fills the apartment. The apartment itself is beautiful with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is fully equipped without anything missing, and the bedrooms are comfortable and welcoming. The building itself is a phenomenal place tucked down a really quiet side street in the middle of the downtown area. All in all I have nothing but great things to say about our weekend, and staying at this apartment made the weekend so much better. A great place to come home to each day and use a basecamp for exploring the wonderful city of Boston. I asked for flexibility in checking and in and out and Heather and Brian immediately worked with me and their schedule to meet our needs. I’d give it 6 stars but Airbnb only allows for 5. Thanks for sharing your incredible place with us - hopefully next time we visit it is available for us to book!

Location - excellent, central to everything. Walk to bars, restaurants, commons, gardens, subway The apt - in a secured building, keyless entry. Convenient and safe. Great heater. Clean. Beautiful space. Beddings - VERY comfortable, high end feel, those comfortables are to die for. Towels were premium as well. Fast Wi-Fi , tv worked great By far, one of the most comfortable abnb stay. I will definitely book again.

This was an incredible place to stay! The location is right in the middle of downtown Boston and within walking distance to many sites and restaurants. The Airbnb itself was immaculate. It was actually bigger than it seemed in the pictures and super comfortable for 5 of us to stay. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive to all of our requests. 110% recommend staying here!

The apartment was perfect! It was super clean, you can't beat the location, and the beds are very comfortable. Seriously, look no further for your stay in Boston. I stayed there with my two sons (ages 12 & 17), and where we couldn't go on foot, we took the subway at the conveniently located Park Street Station. The Roche Bros. grocery store is around the corner which was a bonus to stock up on breakfast food and snacks. Otherwise, so many delicious restaurants to choose from. I would definitely stay there again!
The location is perfect, right in the heart of Boston and across the street from Boston Common. Your steps from the metro stations but all major neighborhoods are within a 15 min walk. We were in town for a concert at the Orpheum which was just outside of our window. This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Boston.
Super nice place - met all of our expectations and more. To be in the Heart of the City right next to the T was perfect. An earlier standard checkin would be nice. Briar and Heather response was quick. Will definitely come back again.

We loved staying at this beautiful airbnb in Boston in February. The location is perfect. You are right across the street from Boston Commons & the Park Subway. I felt so safe and secure. Everything is in walking distance and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. This 2 bedroom had everything you need and is decorated so beautifully. TV with Netflix was great. I do wish it had an antenna hooked so you can get local news since we were there when the weather was snowy. This reminds me, it would be nice to have a coat rack or hooks by front door to hang up coats when we enter so we don't get water inside. We were excited to see that they were going to be filming a show there with Paul Giamati but sad that it was shooting the day after we were leaving. We did get to meet production staff. It was in no way a hinderance, in fact we felt more secure. We so enjoyed our time there and will be staying there again in the summer (I want to see it again when its all green so I can ride the Swan Boats). Again, great place to stay and we highly recommend it! We will be back and I'll be sharing it with others that visit Boston. Thanks - Connie & Barry

I stayed here with my boyfriend and another couple for New Year’s Eve. This is an amazing location. So close to amazing food, the park, and the T to get anywhere else we wanted to go. Very cool to see John Hancock, Sam Adams, and other famous guys across the street. Also very appreciative that this place is dog friendly! Pots, pans, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishes, cups, coffee, and all those basics were included, which was great. I also enjoyed using newer appliances. The hosts were super helpful and the instructions were easy to follow. The place was very clean. There were a few quirks about the place, like a drawer not opening correctly, the somewhat late check in and early check out hours, a few flickering lights, and some odd seating. But the quirks really won’t change my rating because of how awesome everything else was. Thanks again!!

My stay here with my friends was nothing but perfect. The check-in process was easy and contactless. The apartment was sparkling clean and Brian was always available to answer our questions. I forgot to mention that the location was amazing: only 10 mins to Chinatown, and 5 mins to the shopping center. Highly recommended!

Brian & Heather’s place is a perfect location within walking distance of so many great parts of Boston! The apartment is spacious for Boston, modern, well-furnished with comfy beds and good security. The absence of kitchen essentials (coffee, basic spices, cooking oil, foil or plastic wrap, etc.) made it feel a little less homely and a little more hotel-ish but all in all we were very happy with our stay.

Perfect downtown location, 2 min walk to T location. dead end street so no traffic or people. quiet, especially considering location. 3 minutes to start of the freedom trail. Right next to this corner mall with lots of quick food restaurants for carryout. hosts were very prompt to respond with any questions we had.
It was not very clean & while we didn’t care, it’s a little more than city noise with a concert hall right next door.

Perfect location. I’ve been to Boston five times and this is by far the best, most convenient place. Accommodations are just as described. Security on premises. Always felt safe. Within walking distance to restaurants, pubs, tours, and directly across the street from the Common. We were able to cook in the kitchen, wash clothes, and relax all at the same time! Beds are extremely comfortable. No noise (except for church bells!).
Space was clean and space felt spacious and comfortable at the same time. The location can't be beat. It's located just a couple blocks from the start of the freedom trail near the Boston Commons. We spent the day out and decided to walk the entire city; shockingly we were able to do the whole thing and that's probably in large part to the centrality of the location. We brought a car with us and were able to use an app suggested by the hosts to park our car; we found a location that was only $20 for the night and was in a secure garage about 2 blocks away. Would definitely recommend this spot to those checking out the city

The building is very clean and secure, the street is shockingly quiet for where it is located. The unit was very clean and updated and the owners are very easy to reach and respond very quickly. Great location 👌👏🏼👍🏻 We loved staying here mainly because of its location. Everything was close and the subway station was literally a minute away by walking. We were able to walk to everywhere. The place itself was clean and cute. Pee smell on Hamilton Ln was pretty bad and many homeless people are hanging out. There were times that I didn't feel safe with my two boys. The host was easy to reach out via Airb&b message and they were responding fairly quickly.
We enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and had plenty of room for our party of three. The location near the beginning of the Freedom Trail made touring Boston easy and walkable. We had a rental car with us so having the option to purchase a parking pass for right outside the entrance was also a nice perk.

We had a great stay at Brian and Heather’s! Perfect location next to the common and the Park St T station and right at the start of the Freedom Trail. Very clean, and Brian and Heather provided a pack n play for our infant traveling with us. We felt very safe in the middle of downtown, and had no issues with noise on the end of a dead end street. Communication was easy with quick responses to any questions we had! Would definitely recommend

The location is fantastic! Right by the commons, where the Freedom Trail starts and steps from the train line for quick access to Harvard and MIT. Also, there were a bunch of great restaurants near by.

Brian and Heather have a wonderful place. Very clean and stylish and I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Right in the heart of downtown Boston so everything is at your fingertips. Check in was easy and painless. Only recommendation I have for future guests is parking is pretty hard to find so research that beforehand. There are a few lots fairly close by.

We were thrilled to stay in the heart of Boston in a beautiful luxurious apartment but was suddenly surprised after checking in and getting settled to learn there was no heat throughout the unit. Our initial response was to reach out to the owners of the apartment and try to resolve the heating situation which I was greeted pretty quickly that they would remotely program the heat within the unit. Soon after I received the response stating that unfortunately this unit did not have the heat set up ans that they would have somebody come by to get that rectified as soon as possible the following day. That wasn’t the response we were expecting but we looked forward to a nice and cosy night following. While we were out during the day and eventually returned back to the apartment we realise that nothing was fixed and we had to spend our last night in the freezing cold with no follow-up response from the owners Brian and Heather. That was just one of the issues that caused the vacation to not go so well. The other was communication about parking which was not very fun because I could not get a straight response in regards to if parking in front of the unit was allowed and it took about 24 hours to get a response on how much it would cost if we did require parking in front of the unit. Overall I wouldn’t use this apartment again only because the communication was not up to par and the parking situation is a little iffy. Granted the unit is beautiful and if those problems that I mentioned were resolved in some way and communication was better then I would have immediately given this five stars but I couldn’t see myself doing that now based off our stay there last week.

We loved the loft and the location. Check in was a breeze with the keypads. While it was advertised as having Wi-Fi, it did not at the time. I had do a bit of work while traveling there but had multiple issues connecting. The host(s) said there were additional hotspots available in the building but they also failed. I ended up using a very large amount of own my mobile data to manage. I understand some of the issues were out of their hands but I was only offered a credit for another stay at one of their locations in Boston. We usually only travel to places we've never been before, so that wouldn't be of any use to us. Other than the lack of internet the accommodations were good.
This is a beautiful, updated, modern space in a great location–walking distance or a short ride away from all the must-see sights in Boston. The decor is just lovely and the apartment was sparkling clean. I would stay here again!
Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
