your exposure! Security on-site, and 2 Elevators. Units are professionally cleaned and disinfected between every stay.
This beautiful apartment has exposed brick and an industrial feel, but also the warmth and comfiness of an inviting home. What makes this space unique is it's history. The building hallways all show historic photos of the neighborhood dating back to the 1800s! Just steps from the Boston Common, this building has had many tenants over the decades, from retail shops to manufacturing companies!
The building has an ADA compliant entrance, two elevators, two staircases, plenty of storage for trash, and even an Amazon Locker where you can send packages. (at the time of writing this description we are currently setting up the locker, please confirm if it is operational when you book!)
Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed, from the linens pillows and mattress to storage and lighting. Most bedrooms face inwards into a lightwell, or outwards into a city street, so you may not have "Amazing" views of a city skyline, but you will likely have a nice dark night sleep.
Each apartment is equipped with a smart lock and the building has an intercom system which allows a full, self-check-in experience.
The building is also monitored live by a third party security firm, 24/7 and we have an on-site security guard, nightly, from 8pm-2pm for your safety.
We will give our guests the privacy they require with the support they need. We have coverage for virtual help from 7am-11pm and can help with any guest needs from 11am-7pm.
Just steps from the Boston Common, this neighborhood has had many personalities over the decades! Since the early 1900s, the area along Washington and Tremont Streets, roughly from School Street to Beach Street, has also been referred to as the Ladder District. Now it is most commonly named Downtown Crossing as most of the city's Subway's or (T-lines) intersect at Park Street station. The MBTA's Downtown Crossing subway station directly serves Downtown Crossing. The State Street and Park Street stations are within close walking distance. Silver Line service is also available. You can get literally anywhere in the city for a few dollars and a Tpass.
The apartment building is located on a dead end street which means it's super quiet for automobile traffic, but still has the lively city feel as foot traffic is sure to be noticeable any time of day, even in the winter. The Boston Common is only a few hundred feet from the entrance to the building.
Important to note is that lately there has been a gathering of homeless people during the day and night, right outside the 7/11 around the corner. The high foot-traffic provides them opportunities to pan-handle. Please use your caution, and common sense. We've never had an issue, but for folks visiting from towns and rural settings may find this surprising, even concerning.
We've taken measures to make sure our guests are very safe and comfortable during their stays. The building is monitored 24/7 live by a third party security firm. The Boston Improvement Department does nightly walks of the property and nearby streets. We also have an on-site security guard, nightly from 8pm-2am for your safety.
Shipping up to Boston? We put together a great guide filled with information for getting around the city and beyond!
Downtown Boston is easy to navigate. It’s compact, walkable, has an abundance of taxis, yes they still exist! And Uber's are always a tap away. What makes Boston so accessible is it's public transportation system. Driving downtown can be a challenge with its dated road layout and limited parking options but, it’s the most convenient option for travel outside of Boston Proper.
The MBTA is Boston’s public transportation system, and it’s a great way to get around quickly and cheaply. The “T” refers to the subway, which runs throughout Boston, into Cambridge, and into nearby suburbs, providing access to all the attractions located in Boston. Just look for the big "T" in a circle to find a stop.
You can also take buses to get all over the city, and the Commuter Rail is an easy way to get to points outside of Boston. You can buy paper “Charlie Tickets” for single or multiple subway rides at vending machines located in most stations. When your ticket runs low, visit a fare vending machine to add value. A single basic fare for the T is $2.75 with a Charlie Ticket, although if you pick up a Charlie Card (a plastic card like a credit card), the fare is lower at $2.25 for one way. You can load the Charlie Card with an amount of your choosing, so it's smart way to explore the city. They're available at almost every T stop, and are free to get. Once on board, hang on! Being one of the oldest public transportation systems in the country, the T is not always the smoothest ride.
Parking. or "Paahking" is hard to find, expensive (by most tourists accounts) and is best done in lots or garages for peace of mind. Please check out a website called "Spot Hero" to find the most updated options and prices!

Clean. Amazing location right in the heart of everything
What an awesome location - we wish our trip for a wedding could have included more time to truly explore from this great spot. Our corner unit was quiet and so comfortable and sleeps 8 perfectly! Communication was excellent and the early check in very worth the $50.00. I will say as a regular with Airbnb, especially considering 5:00 check in and 10:00 check out as normal, maybe at least one coffee packet to get the day started might be a nice touch to welcome guests to your amazing town. You have restored a fabulous building really well and we appreciate our stay with you! Thank you!
Space was clean and as advertised. I would stay with healing homes again when in Boston for work.
Very clean and accessible to the T and other restaurants! Would recommend.
A great option. Very funcional with 4 room s and 2 bathrooms. We loved it.
Good stay - check in was quite late (5) and there was being work done starting early morning. Price was high for 1 night given the late check in and the work starting in AM. Otherwise it was clean and easy to find.
We had an overall great stay at this apartment. Nice location with plenty of space and comfortable accommodations. A couple things to note, the building is under construction, all elevators were working but their info said only one so not sure if their signage is off or if their description needs updating. The building fire alarm went off once throughout our stay (I think due to construction) and the outlet in one of the bathrooms was not working. A couple small inconveniences are easily overlooked with the value of what you get. Check in and out times must be improved - 10am check out and 5pm check in are so not the norm at any other Airbnb or hotel.
We loved our overnight in Boston. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing. The host was always very responsive to my questions. We easily got into the building and the apartment. Within walking distance of shopping, park, bars. Would definitely stay here again. There was construction going on in the building, but that did not impact our stay at all.
Great place, we appreciate the availability!
Nice place which can accommodate a number of people. The actual street is somewhat of an eyesore and a work in progress as is the construction in the building. However the apartment itself is lovely. There were some issues with noise from outside and other floors. Otherwise, convenient to everything to see and do in Boston. Grocery store steps away. Overall good value for money if you have a larger group.
Another great stay with Healing Homes, perfect location in Boston. Will definitely stay again!
Was great for a 1 night stay in Boston, would recommend and stay again!
Great place! Apartment is great, lobby and stairs under remodeling and construction
Great place to stay when you want to travel Boston downtown. Owner was great in response gave fine instructions. Beautiful home from inside. Best kind of home when you travelling with family.
Great Airbnb in a wonderful location. A little noisy with upstairs neighbors, but typical of an apartment building. Clean and updated with great space for our group! The host was responsive and communicated so well.
Great place! Location amazing! At night the only thing is that both entrances have a lot of homeless people around and it is kind of scary. The building was under remodeling sp the elevators failed a lot and took forever if upu have kids and stroller it can be an issue. The plase is super nice. Great great great location!
The AirBnB is beautiful. The location is fantastic. Extra towels and pillows. Incredibly spacious. Great for a work or personal trip. Would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful Rental , Super Spacious, Clean and Well Furnished… We felt right at home and can’t wait to return !!!!
Great stay and matched the listing. Owners were very responsive with any questions. Listing does say free street parking, however owners didn’t mention you have to reserve them and my friends car got towed at 1 am. Owners didn’t tell us until after it happened that you had to reserve it. Other than that great place and location. Be careful of homeless people the next two blocks next to the street.
Healing homes listing was great! It was extremely clean and spacious. Overall, had a great stay! My only critic is that the location is in an extremely busy area .
The hosts are very responsive, but there were a couple of issues that I didn’t expect in an AirBNB at this rate. The electrical work is shoddy. For example, the bathroom outlets tripped every time you tried to dry your hair (with NOTHING else plugged in). None of the outlets in the kitchen or bathroom were GFI. The outlets in the hall did not work at all. There was a light in the main space the kept turning off and on without rhyme or reason. There was a light in one of the bedrooms that would not turn off without unscrewing the bulb. The linens and basic necessities are BARE minimum. Cheap soap, shampoo and conditioner and super thin towels. I guess we’ve been spoiled by our last few experiences. It’s not a bad place, just not what I expected. I was also disappointed that the management company chose not to make any attempt to provide a discount or refund for the inconvenience. You shouldn’t have to spend your time away sending messages for help with basic items.
Great space, perfect location and very clean.
Very clean, modern space. We loved our stay there.
Great place to stay! Affordable and great location!
Great stay, and good communication
Great apartment, extremely spacious and just what we needed. More room than we needed, in fact, which made everyone extremely comfortable. Overall a great weekend, would book with them again!
The accommodations were very nice and located in a good area. Place was attractive and clean. Well equipped. Floor plan was excellent. Suggested upgrade was replacement of sofa which was in need of repair. Unfortunate problem with gas stove and delayed assessment so we didn't have use for a day of our stay. Owner's were responsive, however they could not access repair team overnight. Construction was going on in the building with taped off stairway. This was a problem when elevator began working irregularly, with people trapped inside at one point. Only option was to use stairway and go through a construction zone.Hopefully this will be remedied soon.
Location was perfect. Centrally located and walkable to a lot of Boston history. The place was clean with ample space for each of us to have a room and privacy. Loved the remodel of old and new giving that true historic feel. Only challenge was noise. If you are looking for quiet, this is not the place. Construction all day and night and the upstairs tenants are very noisy walkers/ runners until late into the evening. Overall, despite the noise, great place. Thanks for everything!
Location was great! Beautiful decor and lots of space for our family. As the reviews state, it’s in the city so expect noise, but the location and ease to get around can’t be beat. Only suggestion is the early check out and unable to leave the bags in the room left us a bit stuck to either pay more or sit at the airport for hours. It would be nice to be a bit more flexible in a later check out or space to leave luggage for those that are flying out. Most places have check out at 11.
Dirty and disgusting bathroom. Great location.
A great apartment centrally located with everything a 10-15 min walk. Apartment condition was great, better than the photos. When construction in the entrance is completed everything will be perfect, though despite morning construction we had no problem.
Great location for walking around the city. Our family of 5 had a great time and the apartment was a perfect fit for us
The apartment was great, accommodated my family of 6 perfectly. Very clean, the communication was Brian was awesome, always answered questions super quickly. Location was great for access to the T, close to Starbucks, walking distance to great restaurants. The only downside to the location is it gets a bit sketchy around Boston Commons at night. I wouldn't be concerned traveling with only adults, but with kids I would choose a different neighborhood next time we travel to Boston. All in all a great place to stay, would definitely recommend!
A great location and place!! Super clean and very spacious. Definitely recommend!
Can’t speak more highly about my time here
Excellent communications, Beautiful place ! We will Be back
Cozy apartment, big and confortable. Very good location. Im sure I will repeat in my next visit to Boston
Excellent location in the heart of Boston next to the Common and two subway stops. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was a great fit for our group. As others have noted, the first floor/lobby is still under construction but this didn’t impact our stay and we didn’t hear any construction noise in the unit. Self-checkin was a breeze although 5 PM is pretty late, however the host offered that we could drop our bags off earlier while the unit was cleaned. We’d stay here again!
This place suited us perfectly. Great location, clean, simple self-check-in, very communicative hosts. Everyone in my traveling party was impressed with the property. It was fairly expensive, but that's the world now, especially if you want 4+ bedrooms - I certainly couldn't find a better deal and I looked around quite a bit! Definitely would stay there again if you want to be right downtown.
This spot is fabulous! We loved our stay, walked everywhere. Only problem is the 5pm check-in / 10am check-out - it was communicated in advance but while we were there, it felt too quick!
Had a wonderful girls weekend for a concert in Boston. Space was wonderful and new. Kitchen had everything needed. It was truly a home. If I had to leave a recommendation, I would suggest hooks in the bathrooms and at entryway. Nowhere to hang jackets or towels. Bathrooms should both have caddys and storage somewhere. Bedrooms need mirrors and maybe a dresser. Just a few suggestions to make it more livable. Also, note- the French doors open but there is no terrace or platform to enjoy your coffee on, otherwise it was just perfect.
Great location, the apartment itself was nice. Just like the pictures. All the construction going on when you enter the building was a bit of a turn off… **** We were there for 3 hours and went to leave for dinner reservations, ended up stuck in the elevator for ten minutes. The one button to call the fire department is fake and the emergency phone in there is broken. Thankfully two of us had service to call the police. We ended up pulling the doors open. Opening another latch and all jumped out. The elevator was stuck between floors. Soo so scary. We took the stairs the rest of our stay. Check out at 10am and check in at 5pm is so insane. You do not need 7 hours to clean that apartment. The $50 extra charge is such a rip off. We wouldn’t stay here again, but great location :)
A perfect base to explore and enjoy Boston.
Great location and plenty of space for 2 families!
Great location but the apartment has a lot of hardware that isn't put together properly. It's uneasy being in there because it feels like at any moment you might break things because of incomplete plumbing, finish work etc.
Can’t beat this location! Place was clean, communication was clear and quick, we cooked- kitchen had all you needed, we ate out- easy to get to any kind of restaurant within minutes, across the street from the gardens- go ice skating in winter it’s super easy and fun! Any sights you want to see and place you want to go this place is a great and safe location. Recommend winter street entrance over Hamilton where homeless people seem to hang out.
Beautiful place to stay plenty of things to do around the area and unlike many places on Airbnb we didn’t really need to do anything at check out. we really had an opportunity to just relax and focus on vacation.
Superb location. Very clean. Very large space. Perfect.
Very nice airbnb with lots of room, it was spotless and very well organized, no unnecessary clutter. the host send perfect descriptive messages about where to find everything and what was going on with the building. we loved our stay!
This has been a fantastic stay in Boston. Great location, lovely apartment which be even nicer when the construction work is finished. There a few small things that could be done to improve the stay in the apartment. However the healing homes team could not have been more helpful in the process. Will definitely stay again! Thank you!
Great location, very central and within walking distance of everything. Extremely clean accommodation and perfect for our party of 6 people. Would stay again.
We enjoyed our stay, thanks for hosting us
The apartment was super cute, very clean, and the location was super central and convenient! The only downside is that the building is being renovated so getting into the building is a little strange and it’s very industrial, however, the instructions were very clear so it was easy to figure it out!
The building is clearly being renovated; the bottom floor windows are boarded up and the entire interior is in evident construction. That said, once you make it into the unit, you feel like you are in a different place. The unit was as described, clean, and welcoming. The linens were clean, the beds comfortable, the bathrooms impeccable. Overall good stay.
great location, easy access. clean.
Amazing place- great location. Comfortable beds.
Excellent hosts and amazing location!
Great location! You don't need a car if you stay here. Can walk to almost everything. If you do have a car, it is really helpful to purchase one of their parking spots when you book. Parking is otherwise a real hassle.
This place is wonderful; very quiet, safe, and accessible. The apartment is very well equipped and clean. There is some construction work being done in the building, but it didn’t bother us. Brian and Heather were very responsive and the instructions were clear. I will definitely return to this place if needed. Grateful for our stay!
Really nice place, lots of space and a super central location! As other reviews mention, there was construction downstairs and you can hear sounds from the street in the apartment, but this didn't bother our group a lot. Beds were really comfy and the living area was nice. Would recommend a stay here.
It was a pleasure to stay here again, great location and lovely spot.
Spacious, stylish and spotlessly clean apartment in a great location for exploring Boston. Hosts were really good at communicating. Thanks for a great stay.
4 bedroom 2 baths. Very clean. Great for family of 8. In the middle of building remodel though and whole Place is under construction. Music playing in the alley all day. Completely redone so the place was nice but it was done very cheaply so many things were not in great condition, broken or did not operate easily. However location location location literally next to the Commons. Very clean. Extra linen. Washer and dryer in unit. Nice bedrooms. Lots of extras like noise canceling devices in each room. I would definitely stay there again
This was my first time using Vrbo. Definitely more complicated than a normal hotel stay, but that said, communication with the team for this property was excellent, and I always received a timely reply to my questions. The location was amazing (really close to Boston Common), with a very European feel. The beds were extremely comfortable, the unit was clean, and overall we had a more-than-satisfactory stay. There were a few items that needed attention, and they offered to come in to fix them, but not everyone in our party was willing to have workers inside when we weren’t there, so we opted to live without the fixes. Limited-availability parking was offered as an option in the listing, but was not a reality due to construction in the building, which was pretty rough outside of the unit itself. I’m sure it will be lovely when the work is completed, but it didn’t look great going in and out. I was informed about the parking situation early in the booking process, so it was not a surprise, but I had to park in a lot about five blocks away, which wasn’t ideal for unloading and reloading, which had to be done in a hurry. Inside the unit, there were several electrical outlets that would have been convenient but didn’t work, a shower towel bar that kept coming loose from the shower door, and a handle on one of the french doors in the living area that fell off in our hands. Bathroom fans worked only intermittently. These are all easily repaired, so hopefully they’ll be fixed.
Brian and Heather were wonderful hosts and very responsive. I messaged about where to park and they got back to me within 10 mins. Also they were flexible about check in and check out. The space was comfortable, roomy, and our kids loved it. High recommend. Can’t wait to go back!
Great location, very clean unit, Heather and Brian communicated very well with us. Couple minor things- street noise was loud, construction (we knew) was noisy, but overall loved the location and we felt secure.
Outstanding location and great property. The check in instructions are a bit outdated given recent construction and the property had a few small hiccups, but it’s a great property and we had an outstanding stay.
Beautiful, big unit. Perfect for my family as we celebrated two birthdays. Hosts were responsive and checking in was easy. Great location in Boston. Just a few things to note. The building itself is under construction. Lots of work being done. There were a few homeless folks vacating the front which was a bit off putting. Also strict strict policy. We could not make any changes to the dates of our reservation, even months in advance. So, get insurance if your personal schedule changes frequently.
Had a great time and very walkable location. Construction noise was only an issue one of the mornings but everything else was great and easy to find.
Great space, thank you for having us
Enjoyed our stay! Clean apartment and comfortable beds.
Great location. A bit hard to sleep with the construction and person stomping on the fourth floor. Otherwise, lovely.
Super clean and nice place to stay!
Great stay! Heather and Brian communicated very well and responded to any questions immediately. The guest book was very useful to see new restaurants and sights. The only disappointment was the late check in (5 pm) and early check out (10am). For one night, we could not enjoy the airbnb as much as would have hoped. You have the ability to ask for an early check in or later check out, for an extra fee. I would still recommend! Location was fabulous
A great spot in a great location. Easy to get to all our destinations. I would definitely stay again!
We were only there for one night but it was perfect for that! Nice hosts
Great location, very clean and tidy apartment, and very quick responses to any questions we had. Easy to follow instructions for check in and check out. Thank you for letting us stay at you place. Would stay again!
Great apartment, large and welcoming, with unique details. The ongoing construction outside might be annoying for anyone who wants to sleep in. And the check-in-check-out timespan (5pm-10am) is way too narrow, given the price. Early check-in (before 5pm) costs an extra $50. The consolation is that proceeds go to a good cause. But still...
Great location, easy walking access to multiple restaurants, retails shops and historic landmarks.
We had a delightful stay; great alternative versus staying in a confined hotel room. Brian & Heather were great hosts; super responsive, provided all pertinent info in super timely manner. Apartment was central to everything in Boston; super comfy beds, clean on arrival, laundry in unit a great bonus! Thanks again & will certainly return!
You can't go wrong staying right in the heart of Boston. We were just half a block from the Freedom Trail and close to our conference hotel. My coworkers and I enjoyed each other's company staying up late in the private shared space and then retiring to our own rooms, which is one ongoing reason why we prefer using Airbnb over hotel rooms. This place has a cool vibe and is super clean. We used the kitchen quite a bit and the appliances were all functional and user friendly. The A/C was nice and cool in mid-summer and the beds were really comfortable. The furniture was modern and functional. A couple of caveats: you are in the city, so there can be a bit of nighttime noise; people being loud, engine noise, etc.. We all negated this by using white noise apps on our phones, but I was surprised with how few sirens we heard... I actually don't remember hearing ONE siren overnight. Construction was happening on our building, which wasn't ideal, but it was obviously temporary.
Location cannot be beat. Steps from the T's red, green, and orange line (less than 1 block). Easy walk to Qunicy Market and the North End. Expect some daytime street noise, but at night things quiet down. This apartment is in a large building that is operated by Healing Homes, an organization that provides places to stay for people needing medical treatment and their families. Every unit is a rental, some profits go to Healing Homes. Newly refinished, it's not high end but it is modern and new. Bathrooms lacked some key furnishings and we had a couple of issues with maintenance that were handled responsively but should have been detected before we got there. Beds, mattresses, bedding were top notch. The A/C worked perfectly during our hot July stay. This should be a five-star rental for its size, location, and recent renovations. It would take very little to get it there.
This was a fantastic, large apartment right next to Boston Common, tons of historical sites, and tons of great restaurants. I'm sad we only stayed for one night and didn't get to fully enjoy the apartment. I would absolutely look to stay here again next time I'm in Boston.
Wow, the location couldn't have been better for our purposes. It's virtually across the street from Boston Common. If you exit the building on Winter Street, there are coffee shops, a small market, restaurants, and retail shops close by. We either walked to the tourist attractions, took the subway (just steps from the door), or grabbed an Uber, which showed up within minutes. The apartment was spotless and well-stocked. The beds were super comfy. They've added a couple chairs to the living room since the pictures were taken so all 6 of us could sit together and watch TV. Love having the washer/dryer. There was work being performed early in the morning (6am one day) but that is stated as a possibility in the description and is not unexpected in a downtown area. We had a couple of questions during our stay and they were promptly answered. We appreciated the ease of checkout -- no need to take out the trash or strip the beds. Thanks for a great stay!
We stayed here for a business trip, four team members so it was perfect to each have our own room! Walkable to restaurants, the park, and tons of shopping. Just as pictured, and a beautiful stay. We will be back soon and will stay here again… hope it’s available for us every time we are in Boston! Also, the host was very responsive… quickly and gave recommendations for us to keep our luggage as our flights ended up being later in the evening. An incredible stay!!
Amazing spot in Boston! Super close to TD garden right in the heart of Boston next to many restaurants very clean And tidy apartment. The beds were extremely comfortable, very spacious rooms and easy check in
The price for this listing does not deliver expected value. On our first night stay, we were awoken before 5am to extremely loud heavy machinery, drilling and banging directly beneath our sleeping area. The noise continued all day. On subsequent days, the extremely loud construction would start at 7am. While the listing description states that there is construction on the first floor of the building - it says that such construction will not disturb your stay. This is insanely false. It’s not possible to talk or think - let alone sleep - in the midst of such noise. In addition, the city prohibits construction before 7am. The host is Healing Homes of Boston. This is a business operating rentals in the Boston area utilizing Air BnB as the customer facing platform. They have a ton of “rules” and utilize their fine print to avoid responsibility. For the price, I’d highly recommend staying elsewhere or utilizing a hotel. There are better areas and lodging choices in Boston.
Great location in downtown Boston, just half a block to Boston Common and any T line you need. Great restaurants and grocery stores in the neighborhood too. This apartment is on the third floor, and during our stay the elevator wasn’t working, so you may have to take the stairs with luggage. Also, the transit bus line has a stop a few doors down from the building and the buses run throughout the night, so if you are a light sleeper this may not be the place for you. The beds and linens we’re comfortable and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. This apartment had 2 bathrooms but we had some issues with the hot water. Only one shower can be used at a time, and don’t use any other sinks during that time if you want a hot shower. The hosts are friendly and quick to respond to messages.
Beautiful apartment for four guests or four couples. Very clean and comfortable. W/D is a plus! Only issue was the check out was so early, otherwise a great place.
Responding to the noise comments..so you will hear normal city noise& probably the neighbors. It’s actually so much better than I expected, and I enjoyed the music played by the street artists. It will quiet down at night.I slept well.
Very clean and spacious apartment. There was construction going on in the building but we couldn’t hear it once inside the apartment. Convenient location was walking distance to the T and many attractions.
The host was excellent, communication was great. The inside was spacious, clean, comfortable beds, everything we needed. Having never been to Boston before we really didn’t know what to expect for location. There is lots to do and see within walking distance.
Good location to downtown and Commons. The building and apartment were clean. The place was noisy at night.
Perfect location and comfortable beds. The building was extremely safe, next to all subway lines, grocery store and shopping 1 minute walk. In this location, you do not need a car. We would definitely stay again.
My three co-workers and I stayed at this location during a conference we attended. We each had our own private rooms and shared the two bathrooms and common spaces. The residence was clean and provided everything that we needed. We all loved the location and how conveniently located it was to so many activities, shops, and restaurants! If you need to travel a bit further in the city, the entrance to the subway station is extremely close as well. We would highly recommend this location to anyone traveling to Boston who would like to be close to many of the city's offerings. Brian and Heather are great hosts who provide clear information, respond very quickly to all messages, and most importantly, provide a great space to stay in Boston. If the opportunity arises and you are able to book a stay here, do it!
our first airbnb experience, and definitely one to remember. will definitely remember this as one of our best experiences.
Great location & plenty of room for everyone.
Great place to stay! In the middle of Boston. Clean apartment!
Our family wedding was enhanced by staying together at B&H’s! Making memories together is priceless. If you have a large group I’d highly recommend B&H’s!
It was perfect
A lovely stay! The place was attractive, clean, and comfortable. I was in Boston for work and staying with colleagues; this was an ideal place to relax and enjoy the city. We had a couple of questions and our hosts were very responsive in a matter of minutes. And we all slept wonderfully! Highly recommend.
Fantastic location, beautiful view, nice bedrooms.
The place was perfectly located and comfortably fit our group of 7. It matches the pictures and we loved supporting such a great cause. We've been to Boston a number of times and this has been the best place we've stayed to date. You can't beat the location, next to the park and public transportation is just steps from the door. There is some noise as others have said but it's to be expected as you are in the middle of a city and in a multi unit building. Brian & Heather were very accommodating - proactively communicating, always responding within minutes and offering early check in and late check out. Will definitely consider these units again when we come back to Boston!
Location was outstanding Property was perfect
Spacious apartment across from Boston Common and walkable to numerous shops and restaurants. Wonderful place to experience Boston!
Aside from the absolutely perfect location, our highlight of this fantastic AirBnB was how comfortable the beds were! Family of 4 in town to do college tours. Can walk to so many things and right by the T.
The condo was in a great location and perfect for our family spring break trip. The beds and bedding were nice quality and very comfortable mattresses. The few negatives were the living room furniture especially the couch were extremely uncomfortable and not cozy at all. We were surprised to find only 1 TV for a 4 bedroom place. The kitchen could be better equipped as well. The coffee pot was a filter type that uses ground coffee, a second option for a Keurig would be nice to have on hand too. Small details that would really elevate the accommodations to match the rental rates.
A clean and convenient rental. Beds were good and a the place has a decent but no frills kitchen. Furniture is sparse for number of guests possible. We were 8 and there were not really good seats for older backs. Parking was convenient. Access to the Commons, Freedom Trail, and other attractions was great.
We loved the apartment and location! It was safe, was pretty quiet especially for being in the middle of a busy tourist/shopping area and we were able to walk everywhere. I’d highly recommend for a bigger group. It was so nice to be able to hang out together between outings. Great spot!
This was actually our first Airbnb experience in general, and it was amazing. Felt private enough while be close to many things the city had to offer. We took our 3 kids ages 9, 2, and 9 months, and all they felt right at home routine wise, versus our concern of crammed into a hotel. Beautiful views. Parking and check-in process was well detailed by Brian and Heather, and was easy to follow. Next time we go to Boston, it's straight to seeing if this place is available!
We did have a situation that needed attention in the evening and Brian was super fast in responding which made all well. Greatly appreciated.
Everything was great! Spacious and beautiful. Would definitely stay again if i return to Boston with a large group
This place was a beautiful stay! Would highly recommend right in the middle of Boston tons to do I’m the area.
I really loved the location of this place. My favorite part of staying here was how close to the red line and bus stops this area was, it's next to the Boston Commons too which is a great place for pictures. Biggest cons of this place is the heating and wifi. I think there was a broken door / balcony window that I was unable to close for the life of me. Also, the wifi was SO bad. It took me at least 1 hour to download several photos and upload 3 pdf files to my cloud drive. I wouldn't recommend this location for someone who is working from home. I also wouldn't recommend this to a person who is a light sleeper. There were kids RUNNING at all hours and we could hear every step. Other than those 2 big cons, I think the place is pretty good for the location.
Exceeds Expectations in all categories (particularly value.) Nestled on Boston Common, footsteps from the T. Super convenient location. Our family will never stay in a hotel again when homes like this are available. Everyone in our family had their own bedroom, we prepared breakfast in a full kitchen, ample dining space, lounge area and living room. Washer and Dryer in the unit. All for the same price that would have had our family packed into a small, crowded hotel room.
very responsive. we had an issue with the patio door not locking because of a missing handle, Brian sent someone out that same day to look at it.
It was excellent!
Great location and clean place. Yes there is street noise but that's expected in any downtown large city. Was perfect for the family for our visit with space for everyone.
Very responsive. Great space. Will be back!
Great location. Walking distance to everywhere. Lot's of space for 5 adults. We will be back!
This 4 bedroom in Downtown is a cozy easy spot to walk around the city of Boston. Enjoyed the stay and will use again!!
We were visiting Boston for the Christmas Tree lighting and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place! The apartment is steps from Boston Common and the Freedom Trail. It’s easy to get on the subway and there are great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The apartment is clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Boston!
amazing location and perfect spot for family stay - absolute top best
Very nice place, great location
Great place! Clean, great location comfortable beds, and easily accessible!
Perfect place to stay right in heart of Boston!! Super friendly and helpful hosts! Would recommend to anyone!
great location! Everywhere is walkable. Big roomy apartment. Very comfortable beds.
Brian and heathers property was as described. Extremely walkable , next to the park and transportation. It is an older renovated building so walls are thin and there was a play going on next door that we heard plus outside noise. The kitchen is sparse but served it’s purpose because we didn’t cook. Just needed the fridge. Tv services are not provided so you have to have some sort of streaming devise your log into and seating in living room is not for 5 plus people so we used the dining room chairs to hang out in living room . Internet was fast which was great. The front lobby door code didn’t always work and was difficult for everyone in our group ( and others as well) to get in at times . I would stay again due to the location and renovations and hosts. All were excellent there
Great location just across the street from Boston Common (easy to start the Freedom Trail as soon as you walk out!) The apartment was beautiful and spacious. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Boston!
Lovely apartment, stylish and cozy. Super clean!
We were very disappointed with the neighbourhood and the people actually wandering around the place. In the building, it smells weed not stop, even in our appartement... The firemen were called because the alarm went on in the middle of the night !! Stayed 30min out, with 3 kids and we had to wake them up... The building next door, my kids and I saw people injecting drugs in their arm... This is really not something I wanted my kids to see and ask me questions about... Plus the dog next door who barked regularly, the women upstairs walking late at night and early morning with heels above our heads... And finally, homeless people fighting in the street right below our bedroom's windows in the middle of the night !! According to the price we pay, it is totally excessive for the quality of the stay...
We LOVED our stay at this loft in Boston. Perfect location, spacious and neat much of what you will want to see and do! Worth paying for the parking pass !
Great location, just a block from the T, close to the grocery store, places to eat, and historical sites. Comfortable apartment with a great layout for our group.
Amazing location, beautiful, comfortable and very spacious. Hosts were responsive and accommodating. Would stay here every time.
This condo is lovely! exposed brick, wonderful location, well appointed.... a block away from the T, walking distance to Quincy Market. It was perfect for my teenagers, spouse and I on fall break and college tours. Brian and Heather were extremely responsive and we're wonderful hosts. we will definitely use them again in the future.
Brian and Heather were great hosts. They were very attentive to all of my questions leading up to the trip. The house is in a great location and was very clean. We would love to stay here again.
This is a great place in a fantastic location. So many historical sites are within walking distance as well as shopping. We will definitely stay there again!
What a cool place in an absolutely incredible location! This is a unique spot that whether you are coming as a family, a friend meetup or business, everything works here. Walking distance to tons of night life and great bars and restaurants, as well as theaters, the gorgeous park and tourist attractions. By walking distance, we mean you can throw a rock and hit a ton of great places, so even cold or rainy weather won't stop you from having a ton to do without the need for ubers or taxis. Spotless, spacious and just a really cool vibe that ties in the old city with exposed brick and modern well chosen design like the updated kitchens and baths. You won't be disappointed, this will be our go to spot for Boston trips in the future.
Perfect location! Apartment was very clean and very nice! Would definitely recommend
Had a great time, more than enough room for the four of us, close to many of the main attractions of Boston.
Very responsive and helpful! Incredible location as well!
Wonderful apartment - great location, very clean and comfortable and Brian and Heather were so helpful and accommodating.
Amazing location and would absolutely recommend.
We stayed at this beautiful apartment with our parents and toddler. It was spacious and perfect for our group. The location was amazing, within walking distance of the Harbour, Quincy Market, Boston Commons, Newbury street, Chinatown and so much more. We parked at Laz garage nearby for $42 a day. Beware that it’s a bit confusing when arriving because there is more than 1 elevator in the building. There are also homeless people hanging out in front of the entrance on Hamilton. I’d recommend using the entrance on Winter St.
Excellent apartment in heart of Boston, steps from the T , Boston Common, Downtown Crossing. Description very accurate. Kitchen Well stocked. Beds very comfortable. All you need for a short Airbnb stay.
We really enjoyed our stay and will be back again for our next trip! The apartment space was amazing, bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and it was great having two bathrooms. The location was amazing too and perfect for what we needed. Highly recommend.
Fantastic place. Spacious, comfortable, bright, and clean. Check in was a breeze. Communication with Brian + Heather was fantastic, highly responsive. Right in the heart of everything, very near subway stop, so you can explore all of Boston very easily. Highly recommend.
Absolutely amazing location! Beds were super comfortable and cozy!
Great stay with my daughters. It really has been a very special time in both NYC and Boston, made all the more so in Boston to be able to stay in such a great apartment in such a central location. The apartment is very much as it was advertised, and worked really well for us.
+Great hosts Wonderful place Large space for 6 Nice safe location -You will hear the loud footsteps from above all day long Overall👌
Great location, super easy book, very communicative, very clean!
The place was outstanding, blending very old and authentic brick walls from the original building with a totally refurbished and comfortable modern place. It's a very spacious place to stay, not a small aoprtment. Location was also great, practically few steps away from Boston Common. Brian + Heather were helpful and very quick to respond. Everything was great. Totally recommended.
This is a solid Airbnb. Good location and comfortable beds. Check in was easy and I appreciated how clean the unit was.
Everything was great. The owners were very helpful.
Cool lofty unit at an unraveled location. Will be back.
Oh, I would absolutely re-write what I just wrote to you! :-)
Great location, although this part of Boston is not as nice as it used to be. The unit is nice. Beds, sheets and towels are above average. The building is very old and you feel it as you're going through the hallways and elevators. Responsive maintenance
The apartment is beautiful! Brian and Heather were always quick to respond to messages… thank you!
Exactly as described. Very communicative and diligent about responding to any questions. Would stay here again. In a great location!
Excellent location, central to everything. Apartment was clean and well maintained. Take advantage of paying extra for the parking pass - so worth it! Hosts were super responsive to communication. Will return!
Great apartment, great location, great communication — would definitely stay again!
The apartment is beautiful and comfortable and has the best possible location to explore Boston and Cambridge. They hosts were very communicative and we appreciated that.
A MUST book! The hosts were very quick to respond. The location was within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, bars, shops, etc. The Airbnb itself was beautiful, clean and very spacious. One reason we booked here was for the living room/kitchen area, so happy we decided to stay here and not at a hotel. Would book here again within a heartbeat.
Great spot to stay, particularly if you pay for a parking space! Location was excellent, beds were cozy and the space was clean.
Apartment is really good, exactly as described, also very clean, tidy and well equipped. Location is great, close to everything you may want to do Downtown. Will definitely stay again!
Great place! Super convenient location. Loved our time there.
This condo is fabulous! For a city apartment, it is extremely spacious and has all been updated. It is within steps from the Boston Common and so many other popular destinations. After a long day of exploring the city, it was so nice to come back and have a living area/kitchen to hang out in instead of a hotel room. The price was even more reasonable than renting the three rooms we would have needed for our three moms and three teenagers! We highly recommend this condo.
Came the weekend of the marathon and this place is a perfect location for the race and also to be able to see the city. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. Extra costs for check in before 5pm and parking can be added, just something to be aware of.
Apartment was clean and well-supplied with clean towels, sheets, and basic kitchen needs. Couch was uncomfortable and a pretty noisy alleyway. Overall, would stay here again and recommend it to those in the area. Very close to the T-line.
Awesome place to to stay, about as easy as it gets as far as location. Apartment is well appointed and a delight to stay in
This place was perfect for our team's business trip! Great location and very comfortable beds. We will definitely consider it for future trips.
We had a great stay here! The place is really very clean and comfortable and as expected (beds have super comfy foam toppers - we all loved them). Just FYI- lots of pots, pans, dishes etc but no cooking basics (ie salt or oil) so be sure to bring/buy your own! We would stay here again.
Awesome location and great communication! Loved the parking option.
Wonderful space, close to attractions. Will definitely be back!!
Excellent place ~ great location, very roomy, very clean, bedrooms are amazing, we will definitely stay again if/when coming back to Boston! Brian & Heather are great hosts. Very accommodating!
Perfectly located, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is clean and big, very nicely lit. The elevators are a little dirty, but the actual apartment is perfect! Cozy beds and pillows, I slept like a baby!
Great location! Brian and Heather are very responsive. We couldn’t beat the price for the value.
A great place to stay tucked into downtown surrounded by local bars, eateries, and attractions. Easy access to main streets as well as the local metro.
Great place to stay in the heart of the city!
This Airbnb seemed like a great place to stay at first. Unfortunately the lock on the apartment door died and we were locked out for around 4 hours during the last night of our stay. The host was a poor communicator and was not prepared for this situation. They did not have a master key for their own property so a locksmith had to come and change the entire lock. It is unfortunate that these professionals did not think to check the lock prior to a guest’s arrival. It seems like they had ample amounts of time to either check the batteries on the lock or get a master key for the building. Either way this is a trip I would like to forget.
The place was great! Super clean, great location. The only thing that was weird was the parking but that’s any city! The beds and pillow were very comfy!
Wow this place was amazing ! Great location to all the best places in Boston! So spacious and easy to get to. Great host with easy communication. The beds were amazing and cute decor. Would def stay again and recommend it to my friends.
This spot was a great value for our family traveling to Boston. The hosts were quick to respond, even with a question about the locking windows at midnight.
Great location. Great house. Enough space.
Had a great time hunkering down and surviving the Kenan here
Great location! Awesome spot to stay if you are interested in staying downtown Boston with quick access to public transportation
Everything was perfect
Beautiful, clean, and spacious place! Would definitely stay here again!
We loved staying here! Amazing location and super easy to check-in. The apt feels much bigger than the pictures make it seem. The apt was also very very clean and the bedding, pillows, and linens were crisp and comfy. I would love to stay here again next time I am in Boston.
Brilliant location and lovely apartment, couldn’t fault it really
Brian and Heather's place was exactly as described and shown. It was perfect for our family mini vacation. The location was ideal, both for easy access to Logan and Amtrak, and also for getting out to see Boston on foot each day!
We absolutely loved our stay. The condo is very well organized. It is a fantastic location. You find everything in a five minute walking range. We especially enjoyed the Loft like atmosphere of the condo. Highly recommendable!
Awesome locations and great hosts! Would stay here again!
Communication was great, the spot was perfect- in walking distance to a lot of great spots. And the apartment was as advertised.
Great place in a perfect location! Brian was easily in contact on everything we needed.
Brian and Heather are the most amazing hosts. This apartment was better than advertised. Fantastic location, beautifully set up and very clean. You will not be disappointed!
Very helpful, excellent communication The place had great natural light and the showers are great. I’d recommend / come back here next time I’m in town - especially for multiple rooms
My husband and I were traveling to Boston with our 11 month old and we had a great time staying in Brian and Heathers place. Any time we had an inquiry they were quick to respond and helpful. Their location was perfectly located next to the park and was easy for us to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Very much recommend this home.
Great central location and awesome apartment in general! Very cute and cozy spot. Communication was quick and easy with Brian and heather upon check in and checkout, including any questions during our stay.
This place was the best location and next to everything! It was absolutely huge and had big bedrooms for Boston. This would be a perfect spot for larger groups. We would definitely stay here again!
This airbnb in Boston was excellent! Great space with comfortable beds. Designed well. Location was very central and easily walkable to many neighborhoods in Boston. Tons of space for a group trip. Checkin and accessibility were excellent. Would definitely stay again.
Wonderful location and just what we needed!
Super location! Walkable distance to Boston Commons, Quincy Market, Kings Chapel and other sights on the Freedom Trail. A block away from Park Street T Station on the Green Line. Easy to get to Back Bay and the North End. A beautiful, long stroll through the Commons to Beacon Hill. Spent a couple of nights wondering the neighborhood and stumbling upon a couple of great neighborhood restaurants. Spacious apartment with comfortable beds. Highly recommend!
Great Location!!! Pros- Safe and easy location. 20 minute ride on a free bus from the airport and then a short walk to the apartment. Lots of great site seeing, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Easy keypad entry. The bedrooms and beds are comfy and there are enough linens and towels in each bedroom. Kitchen was very clean with new appliances. TV with lots of viewing options. Owners responded quickly to any questions. Cons- $50 extra to get in before 5 is a bit expensive on top of nightly rate. We did not get our keypad code until 10am so that was a little nerve racking as we were in the air and nervous that we could get into the apartment upon arrival. We asked to get the code earlier but it's on auto-messaging. We could hear upstairs neighbors at times. Kitchen is not stocked with anything other than pots, pan, coffee maker. Couch is not comfy. I would stay here again. The four bedrooms gave everyone in our group lots of space. The location is right on Boston Common close to everything. We went on a bike tour, walked all over Boston, and ate great food. Boston is a new favorite city!
We really enjoyed our stay. Communication with hosts was excellent. Pictures are very accurate. You will be staying in a spacious 4 bedroom home right in the middle of US history. Highly recommend
Really nice place. Looked as good or better then the pictures. We had a wonderful time, location was perfect for us. The rooms were clean and bright. The decor was very cool. The place was spacious. The appliances were all nice. We were very pleased and would look to stay again.
Outstanding apartment in outstanding location. The unit is in the center of Boston, just steps from the Park Place T stop, the Boston Common and the gardens. Everything you need/want is easily accessible. The apartment is well appointed, with very comfy beds, a washer/dryer and well-equipped kitchen. The only downside of the space is that the dining area is small and the "living room" area has little furniture. The space could easily have another couch or a few arm chairs. Communication was excellent during the reservation, check-in and check-out process.
A+++ host. Courteous and welcoming experience. Definitely recommend.
Excellent location. The apartment was not well cleaned before we arrived. There was hair on the towels and what looked to be urine on the floor around the toilet and trash from prior guests on the floor of the bedrooms. The living was not conducive to gathering - the one available couch was very old, very lumpy, very worn and very uncomfortable. When we asked to store our luggage beyond the checkout time the response was inappropriately snide. A simple “no” would suffice. Would not stay here again.
We took our 4 young adult children for a family trip to Boston. They loved the cool vibe of this Airbnb. It is super centrally located by a couple different "T" stops which we used regularly to get around. Please be prepared that the walls are super thin so if you are someone who prefers a quite night for sleep, I would recommend going elsewhere. The unit next door to ours had a party our first night and we felt like we were right there with them. Also, as a previous reviewer had mentioned, the cleaners were not quite as thorough as I would have liked. With that said, we would go back again with our family. The location and stylish decor as well as the ease of getting in and out of the third story unit was fantastic. I reached out once to the owners and they responded promptly.
Brian and Heathers place was exactly as advertised. Location was great. They were accommodating hosts and no issues arose. I recommend staying here and plan to next time I’m in Boston.
Very professionally managed spot with a central location within walking distance of almost any part of the city.
Beautiful apartment with all the comforts of home. Nice rooms and bathrooms. Quick response from management on all questions. The location is awesome, right across from Boston Commons, close to grocery store and subway transportation. Quick walk to many of the local landmarks.
Top notch accomodations and a wonderful Boston experience! Heather and Brian were very responsive to my questions. The location is ideal for exploring the city without the need for a car. We parked in a parking garage suggested by the team a block away and didn't have to worry about the vehicle - it was in a clean, safe location. With three (smallish) children we enjoyed alot of time on Boston Common and walking to many attractions was very simple. I definitely recommend this rental!
We loved this beautiful Airbnb, perfect location near Park Street Church and Boston Common and decor was great (very stylish/modern.) I loved the exposed brick, the 4 bedrooms and 2 baths made it super spacious and accommodating for a family! We communicated with the hosts on minor housekeeping issues, but they were quick to reply and it didn’t change our stay and we really loved our trip to Boston. The apartment overall was gorgeous and we felt safe in the area.
A beautiful apartment with plenty of space. Located just around the corner from the Boston Commons and a short walk to many other historical locations. The host was communicative and very helpful when we needed to borrow an air bed.
What a great location. The team communicated well and made for a lovely time in Boston.
I wish I could give this stay 3.5 but unfortunately I don't believe it earned a full 4 stars. The location is AMAZINGLY centrally located and the host are very responsive and clear in their communication. The couch in the picture compared to the couch in real life looks WORN OUT. It's sunken in and pillows are no longer flush against the backing. Sitting on it was not comfortable. Several of the blinds slats are broken. The place is nicely decorated; however, it does not look new like the pictures at all. It looks well lived in. Like I said the hosts were lovely; but my issues are with the cleaners. The property was not cleaned properly. On arrival there were crumbs on the couch and crumbs on the floor next to the island. My sheets had stains of yellow and my friends sheets were stained with brown spots. There was strands of hair on the walls of my bathroom and in the washcloth I was about to use. There was also a strand of hair that appeared to be stuck to the closet door with tape. It was very off putting. The complimentary bottles of shampoo were also dirty as if dropped in dirt. The cleaner walked into the apartment around 10:30AM without knocking. We were startled and not dressed appropriately, as we were preparing for checkout which was 11am. For how much it cost for 2 nights, we expected better quality assurance.
Tremendous location and value. Perfect for sightseeing.
What we liked: A truly spacious place with high ceilings and good sized bedrooms and common space. Air-conditioning, heating, lamps, washer/dryer etc. all working. Kitchen equipment all quite new, reasonable mattresses and lots of pillows. Close to the subway and a walking distance to some nice neighborhoods of Boston. Excellent communication on the side of the leasing agency, answering all our questions quickly and politely. Building maintained and well-organized. Downsides: The sofa in the living space had seen better times and we proposed to the leasing agency to replace it if they could. Also, it is a bit too small if you are traveling as a family and staying longer than just couple of nights. The immediate neighborhood seemed a bit rough. Not sure whether this was an impact of the pandemic, but we've seen more homeless people in the streets here than during our entire week in New York, some even camping near the entrance to the building (though never saw anyone from the street actually entering the building, the code system seems to be working well). Also, there is a reasonable amount of constant noise coming from street music as well as outdoor air conditioning units. So not ideal for those who need a complete quietness at night. Overall, this was not a bad choice, but we would probably look for something in a different neighborhood next time.
The loft is beautiful and spacious. Great location and walking distance to Beacon Hill, Harbor, Quincy Market and much more!
Place was perfect big enough to comfortably fit myself and friends. Was very clean and so lovely. The decor really made you feel at home and was so chic. Location was perfect could hop right on the T in multiple stops and lovely Boston commons across the street! Perfect spot and a great organization!
The apartment was exactly as it appeared in the photos. The location is perfect for visiting the historic aspects of Boston. At the end of the block is the Boston Common, a beautiful park with great history behind it. Within two blocks is a grocery store where you can purchase not only groceries, but wine too. Also within two blocks is Cafe 26 and Bonjour, two great breakfast locations. You can see Yvonne's from your window, a wonderful place to have a cocktail and small plates. A few hours before you arrive at the apartment Brian will send you the code to get into the building and a code to get into the apartment. The code for the apartment did not work so I called Brian. 40 minutes later I still did not have a return phone call. I realized later you must use the AirBnB system to contact them. Once I texted him through AirBnB he responded almost immediately with a backup code that did work. The apartment has four bedrooms, one with a King bed and three with Queens plus two bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the linens were pleasant. They do use either a detergent or fabric softener with fragrance in it but it was not too heavy an odor. I would highly recommend to the owners they stop using items with fragrance. Some of the bedrooms do not have any bureaus so I would recommend some drawer space be added to these rooms along with a mirror. The kitchen was lightly equipped, do not expect any food items like salt & pepper, oil, vinegar etc. to be there. I assume the cleaning people remove everything. There was a small bottle of dishwashing detergent, a sponge, no dishtowels. Brian did offer to give us access to their storage area so we could get whatever we needed. There is no instruction book in the apartment. We had difficulty figuring out how to work the climate control. It was 90 degrees outside when we arrived and someone had set the climate control on heat and we had no idea how to change it. Brian did forward us a link to the on-line manual. The TV was also very confusing. There is a Comcast router with a cable connected to the wall, the router and the TV. We assumed it was Cable TV, wrong. It is set up using Chromecast (which we had never heard of) not Cable so you have to stream whatever it is you want to watch. To make matters worse, someone rewired the cable setup on the TV so it did not work. Brian spent an entire evening texting back and forth with us trying to help us get set up. We were finally able to use Netflix but that was as far as we went. While you are occupying the apartment please be cognizant of the fact that your footsteps will be heard loudly & clearly by the people below you, so walk lightly.
Place was amazing. Wish we could have stayed longer
A wonderful location to Boston sights, the apartments are overall well-cared for, but be aware that the walls are paper thin and every noise from within the apartment and above you will be heard.
Phenomenal space within walking distance of a ton of great shops and restaurants. Would recommend Beacon One Parking Garage for parking as there isn’t any on-site. It was a two minute walk away, safe, and fairly inexpensive.
Definitely better than expected. Quick responses:)
Location is great; right in city center, close to the subway and near 4 stops on the Freedom Trail! We had a car with us and did have to park offsite about 4 blocks down, but the walk wan't too bad once we figured out where to park.
Not what I expected
Very roomy, clean and in the middle of everything. Best option for downtown Boston. No street parking available so plan ahead.
The unit was very nice. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms had nice toiletries.
Easily the best air b n b I’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely beautiful space and great location
The apartment was very nice, and we enjoyed it very much. It was clean and as described in photos! Brian and Heather were quick with responding to any questions we had. They made the check-in process very easy too. There's no parking around, but we parked at a garage about five minutes away. We were also only 15 minutes walking distance to Quincy Market. We would definitely stay here if we visit Boston again!
Great place, exactly as described
IN THE CENTER OF EVERYTHING! This apartment is in the heart of Boston in an amazing location to everything: food, bars, history, parks, it has it all! The apartment is clean, gorgeous view with semi-balconies, and very modern. Would HIGHLY recommend. Just keep in mind that the only parking available near by are graves ranging from $20-$40 for 24hrs but once you park the car, everything is accessible by walking or Uber.
This is a beautiful place centrally located. The house is new and clean. It is fun to look out the windows in to the shopping are below. Everything is very well taken care of and the rooms are so great. Heather was super quick to respond and try to solve any issue or give general help. That was so nice! There is no parking right there for the apartment. You will need to use a public parking garage close by. Thanks for the fun stay!
Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
