This beautiful apartment has exposed brick and an industrial feel, but also the warmth and comfiness of an inviting home. What makes this space unique is it's history. The building hallways all show historic photos of the neighborhood dating back to the 1800s! Just steps from the Boston Common, this building has had many tenants over the decades, from retail shops to manufacturing companies!
The building has an ADA compliant entrance, two elevators, two staircases, plenty of storage for trash, and even an Amazon Locker where you can send packages. (at the time of writing this description we are currently setting up the locker, please confirm if it is operational when you book!)
Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed, from the linens pillows and mattress to storage and lighting. Most bedrooms face inwards into a lightwell, or outwards into a city street, so you may not have "Amazing" views of a city skyline, but you will likely have a nice dark night sleep.
Each apartment is equipped with a smart lock and the building has an intercom system which allows a full, self-check-in experience.
The building is also monitored live by a third party security firm, 24/7 and we have an on-site security guard, nightly, from 8pm-2pm for your safety.
We will give our guests the privacy they require with the support they need. We have coverage for virtual help from 7am-11pm and can help with any guest needs from 11am-7pm.
Just steps from the Boston Common, this neighborhood has had many personalities over the decades! Since the early 1900s, the area along Washington and Tremont Streets, roughly from School Street to Beach Street, has also been referred to as the Ladder District. Now it is most commonly named Downtown Crossing as most of the city's Subway's or (T-lines) intersect at Park Street station. The MBTA's Downtown Crossing subway station directly serves Downtown Crossing. The State Street and Park Street stations are within close walking distance. Silver Line service is also available. You can get literally anywhere in the city for a few dollars and a Tpass.
The apartment building is located on a dead end street which means it's super quiet for automobile traffic, but still has the lively city feel as foot traffic is sure to be noticeable any time of day, even in the winter. The Boston Common is only a few hundred feet from the entrance to the building.
Important to note is that lately there has been a gathering of homeless people during the day and night, right outside the 7/11 around the corner. The high foot-traffic provides them opportunities to pan-handle. Please use your caution, and common sense. We've never had an issue, but for folks visiting from towns and rural settings may find this surprising, even concerning.
We've taken measures to make sure our guests are very safe and comfortable during their stays. The building is monitored 24/7 live by a third party security firm. The Boston Improvement Department does nightly walks of the property and nearby streets. We also have an on-site security guard, nightly from 8pm-2am for your safety.
Shipping up to Boston? We put together a great guide filled with information for getting around the city and beyond!
Downtown Boston is easy to navigate. It’s compact, walkable, has an abundance of taxis, yes they still exist! And Uber's are always a tap away. What makes Boston so accessible is it's public transportation system. Driving downtown can be a challenge with its dated road layout and limited parking options but, it’s the most convenient option for travel outside of Boston Proper.
The MBTA is Boston’s public transportation system, and it’s a great way to get around quickly and cheaply. The “T” refers to the subway, which runs throughout Boston, into Cambridge, and into nearby suburbs, providing access to all the attractions located in Boston. Just look for the big "T" in a circle to find a stop.
You can also take buses to get all over the city, and the Commuter Rail is an easy way to get to points outside of Boston. You can buy paper “Charlie Tickets” for single or multiple subway rides at vending machines located in most stations. When your ticket runs low, visit a fare vending machine to add value. A single basic fare for the T is $2.75 with a Charlie Ticket, although if you pick up a Charlie Card (a plastic card like a credit card), the fare is lower at $2.25 for one way. You can load the Charlie Card with an amount of your choosing, so it's smart way to explore the city. They're available at almost every T stop, and are free to get. Once on board, hang on! Being one of the oldest public transportation systems in the country, the T is not always the smoothest ride.
Parking. or "Paahking" is hard to find, expensive (by most tourists accounts) and is best done in lots or garages for peace of mind. Please check out a website called "Spot Hero" to find the most updated options and prices!

Central location within walking distance to North End restaurants, Newberry Street shopping, Faneuil Hall Marketplace, and South Station trains, although a bit noisy from proximity to construction and Downtown Crossing activity. Three bedrooms were very comfortable for our family of four.
The apartment was spacious and clean. Parking is very difficult but if you take public transportation it’s easily accessible. Some of the drawers for dressers are broken and not able to open. The beds were comfortable. One of the bathroom had a bad toilet hinge. The apartment had an emergency drill which required guests to evacuate and we had to wade through flooded stairs at 8am in the morning with PJs on and that was scary.
It was a great space and location!
Great place in a convenient location - would stay again!
Great location and easy to check in. A bit disappointed with the lack of basics, such as bottled water, coffee and tea. Furthermore, none of the plugs in either of the 2 washrooms worked.
Such a great location in the heart of Boston! Spacious and clean Airbnb - would definitely return.
Great apartment close bars, restaurants, and park. Easily walkable and not far from main attractions
Very nice and clean place. I wish there was a little shelf in the shower so I didn’t have to bend over for soap and shampoo, but otherwise, it was exactly as expected. Beds and pillows were super comfy. The floors are a little thin as there was someone above us that seemed like they were stomping across the floor all night. Not hosts fault, but might want to pack earplugs. The location at the end of the cul de sac made it very convenient for Uber/Lyfts and DoorDash. It is also a short walk from the #5 old trolley stop (if you’re using that). Great restaurants close by: Mast the Italian place was FANTASTIC! It was just like eating in Italy. And Emmet’s Pub was great delicious comfort food w/a warm atmosphere.
Apartment was perfectly located! Could walk to anything! Beautifully decorated. We were very grateful for the early check in and late check out available for extra cost! Made our time in boston extra special! The walls are thin! Could hear children’s voices and running from above which probably would have driven us insane if we did a longer stay. The building and lobby were weird (big empty lobby area, hallways were a big dingy) . Easy to catch an uber from to get to airport.
Excellent Stay! I had a wonderful experience at this place. The house was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, making it feel just like home. The location is perfect, as it’s close to everything—shops, restaurants and parks are all within walking distance. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay!
The apartment was clean and matched the description well. However, one of the toilet handles wasn't working (we fixed it) and the kitchen sink faucet was so loose, we were worried it might break. During our stay the water was shut off to the entire building to fix water damage in another unit. We were notified quickly. But, the damage was too extensive to fix in a timely manner. My 77 year-old father was sick and needed to remain in bed, at the residence. We elected to move to a hotel, because the living situation was not livable; without water it became a health issue. Unfortunately, Healing Homes did nothing to help the situation and when I told them we needed to leave and asked if they would refund the last day of our (2 day) stay, they offered me 20%. So, I contacted Airbnb. They completely took care of it. But, I continued to receive nasty messages reprimanding me for escalating. Note: They continued to check people in, not knowing when the building would have water.
Location could not have been better. Central and close to many restaurants and nearby attractions. House was clean and had nice thoughtful touches. Would stay again if visiting the Boston area
Fantastic location, clean and great communication with host.
This place was in a great location and the hosts were extremely communicative and accommodating. The place was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Parking nearby is difficult, but that’s just because it’s downtown Boston, no fault of the host. The location was incredible, we were able to walk to so many places, and the train was right outside and easy to locate. We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay again.
Was a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay. would book again for sure!
A great place to stay! The location is perfect, makes walking anywhere very easy. The bathrooms were clean, as well as the bedrooms and linens. Quite spacious as well! Hosts were super helpful and very responsive.
Enjoyed our stay. Great location for getting to our conference center and around to great restaurants. The place was very clean with plenty of room.
Great place to stay at while visiting Boston. Great location.
The unit was very sparsely furnished, almost to the point of not being functional. They need simple things like towel bars, hooks, 2 nightstands, etc. It was also EXTREMELY loud. You could hear every movement and conversation next door and above you. In particular, the unit above us was very active and loud all day and night. The hallways were also pretty dirty.
Good location and easy access. Hosts were responsive and communication was clear. Unfortunately the place could have been cleaner.
We enjoyed this stay! Great location, it was so close to so many things as well as the train stop. Having a Starbucks right around the corner was great for morning coffees. Would stay again.
Great location and apartment
Large 3 bedrooms with all amenities. Everything was sparkling clean. Central location is extremely convenient. Very quiet. I also like the fact that a fraction of the proceeds goes toward helping lodging families of patients at local hospitals.
The place was beautiful. Extremely clean. Easy to get into. Responsive hosts. No issues getting an early check in. Overall no issues with the place itself. To no fault of the hosts, there was someone staying in the unit above us the first night and we were able to hear the footsteps of kids running around and someone else walking around the unit upstairs early in the morning. Would still consider staying here again if I come back to the area.
Great place to stay
The flat is perfect to stay in Boston. Very close to all places. We could visit the city easily. The flat is very clean. Pictures are reflecting reality. I recommend and for sure would return
there was no hot water. this was an unacceptable inconvenience with 5 people staying there. no hot water in any sink or shower. this is a fundamental failure of someone providing lodging. the unit was cleaned just prior to our arrival, so the cleaning crew must have noticed. i have never written a bad AirBnB review for an AiBnB listing. I have been using the service for a decade in many countries on 3 continents. this is the first time i feel like i did not get my money’s worth for a stay. very disappointing experience. two of our party had arrived in Boston directly from San Diego. Imagine not being able to shower after a transcontinental flight, or the following morning. when i messaged the hosts they said they had had similar complaints in the past and suggested i try running the hot water for 10 minutes. this had already been tried multiple times of course, and did not solve anything.
Very clean comfy roomy nice place.
We walked everywhere! The Commons, along the Charles, even picked up the Freedom trail steps from the front door!
Ridiculous Late 5:00pm check in and the maids were still in there cleaning until 5:30, when we arrived, 3 maids were all on their phones, not working at all. This delay messed up our tight schedule. Two attempts to contact host and no response Location was superior, close to Park St. Station and Downtown Station, Red line, Green line and Orange line. Boston Commons and Freedom Trail is just a stones throw away and there's a food court just outside the building. If the check in wasn't so late and the maids would actually work to get unit ready for that ridiculous late check in and if the host actually responded to text and phone calls this would have been a 5 out of 5 but time is priceless and paying $700 a night this should never happen.
This apartment is in a prime location and is beautifully furnished. The hosts were exceptionally responsive, making the stay smooth and hassle-free. There were a couple of minor issues: shower gel was listed as an amenity but not provided, and the Wi-Fi signal was weak in the rooms near the entrance. The pillows were also cheap and uncomfortable. However, these were small inconveniences in an otherwise excellent stay. The location is incredibly convenient, and I would definitely recommend this place.
Very nice place. No issues at any point of our stay. We felt very comfortable and were close to lots of things. Very convenient!
Very nice Place and área. The building is Under construction and the area can be dangerous at night. But the place is amazing
We really enjoyed our stay. We decided we wanted a late check out last minute and the host was quick to respond and grant our request. The place is in a great location within walking distance to all the things we wanted. We had a wonderful time and have already recommended this place to friends.
Great location close to freedom trail/Boston common. Comfortable with great AC, comfortable queen beds, shower and washer/dryer. Didn’t try TV. Luxury items such as coffee/tea (or larger than a tiny soap/shampoo) not provided, but there is a Starbucks close by. The downstairs construction didn’t affect our comfort. We were very satisfied here.
The building is at the end of dead end street and there is a good bit of construction outside on the street plus in the building. This made is challenging for Uber to find us but we just went to the corner. The unit was very quiet and beds were very comfortable -very close to Starbucks, Macy's and Boston Common. There were some homeless looking for money on the corner each night but harmless otherwise. The location was so central that I would return anytime I have a need for 3 bedrooms.
Good location in relation to city, transit, and surrounding attractions. Building being renovated which was not disclosed. Room itself was very clean and as described. Another renter had thrown up on the steps upon our arrival. Mess was cleaned up by next day. Bed linens were clean. Bath linens could use refresh, otherwise clean. Unit was very clean and free of clutter. Fully stocked and clean kitchen. Price was a little steep. Once the building is fully updated I would rent again.
Perfect location and great for 3 couples!
The apartment and location were great. However, we specifically booked a place with AC as an included amenity. We had a three night stay and the first night, it was already not cooling reasonably. I reported it and they asked me to reduce the thermostat setting and see how the first night went. It got hotter throughout the night and they said someone would come to check it out. Their team just changed the settings (what I had done) and said they would come back 3 hours later. They came back and "reset the system" as it was still not cooling. They left before it was working and said to see how another night went. It got hotter throughout the night and I reported it again. They said their team would be out again that day, but no one showed and I never got a follow up. Needless to say, we had three nights with limited sleep. I feel dropping off fans or something to help in the interim would have been warranted.
We a a sort but wonderful stay at this home. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds and furniture were nice and comfortable. Having the option to purchase the parking in front of the building was a plus for sure. Our GPS kept taking us to a closed/ pedestrian walkway so getting to the apartment took us a few tries. Hopefully GPS will update that to help future guests navigate it better. I would recommend this stay and the helpful management company any time.
Beautiful, spacious, brand new apartment steps away from Boston commons. Would recommend if you want to be centrally located to all the big tourist attractions or main hospitals in Boston. Extremely responsive host!
Stunning, clean, spacious, luxury, great interior design. The building lobby is jarring as it’s totally gutted and it feels like you’re walking into a construction site but once you get past that the unit is perfect.
Very nice place. this is the 2nd time I stayed with them and have nothing to complain about :) Highly recommend
1) Very responsive 2) Centrally located (but near lots of homeless people and drug users) 3) tremendously NOISY, can hear every conversation of neighbors and even steps above the unit all hours of the day and night. 4) first AirBnb we’ve stayed at without amenities (coffee/sugar/extra toiletries). Very basic considering the price point. This property is best for being close to local attractions and for their immediate responsiveness.
Great location to explore the city!
The place is just perfect. Quite, shinning clean, perfectly designed, new. The hist was responding in minutes. Nice place for a group from 3 to 6 people
The apartment was spacious with two full bathrooms. With six guests we never felt cramped despite being in downtown Boston.
Great location, very clean, we enjoyed our stay.
Great location. Hidden right next to the historic Orpheum Theater and adjacent to other historic sites and one of Boston's main shopping districts. There is ongoing construction in the building lobby, but if you can overlook that, I highly recommend.
The location is fantastic to explore the freedom trail and the north end restaurants!
The host was very responsive. Location was great, 2 min walk to Boston Common. Very clean, skirting boards could do with a paint. There is construction work going on in the building but that was mentioned in other reviews so we were prepared. Would recommend & would stay again.
Great location the accommodation was perfect for our family
Great place for our needs for a few nights. Surrounded by coffee shops, bars restaurants and easy to get anywhere. Was perfect for the convention we were attending in town.
We had a comfortable stay
Great communication, clean comfortable place, well taken care of, highly recommended
Great location. Comfortable beds. Will definitely stay here again.
Perfect location for our trip to Boston. The apartment is very comfortable and is just as described. Due to construction, the path to get to the apartment is challenging. Not to worry, this is a very clean, safe, beautiful spot. Highly recommend.
Great location. Comfortable accommodations. Lots of space.
Condo was close to great places to eat and minutes from two subway stations.
Clean apartment with good space in a great location. Lots to walk to and public transportation is close by.
Great location. Next to various T lines, Boston Common, historical sites, and shopping. The apartment is beautiful and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would come back on our next visit.
The apartment was clean and spacious. We were given clean towels and dishwater and toiletries. I’m very particular about checking the bedding for signs the sheets aren’t fresh and it was obvious that the sheets were freshly washed. If you want a clean, comfortable place to stay in a central part of Boston this place is really good. The checkout was also easy. The only quibbles I have were things that the host has no control over. While the walls between units weren’t thin, the walls between the bedrooms in the unit were, and sometimes we could hear stomping from upstairs. Again, the hosts can’t control that so I will not dock my score based on it.
We were there for a conference in Boston. The location was central, very crowded and near shopping centers. Close to the park and many restaurants! Highly recommend!
The room was nice, it’s in a great location next to a lot of stores/restaurants plus across the street from Boston Common and subway station.
Close to the facilities. Enjoysd staying here.
Great location, spacious apartment, and very streamlined process. It was a great experience!
Great location, very close to Boston Commons and great restaurants! Apartment is very spacious with modern amenities
Great location, everywhere was within walking distance. Place was clean and as described.
Wonderful roomy place. Right in the heart of the city. Parking was a little bit of a hassel as we had to pay to park in a garage and walk but it was close and we felt safe doing so--the hosts tell you about this so we were prepared and it wasn't too bad really. Close to historic sites, walked everywhere we wanted to go in Boston!
3 couples needed 1 night stay. clearly met our needs. lobby was under construction. apartment was clean and neat. reported noise from duct work when AC was on. quick verbal response and expect it will be attended to prior to next guest arriving. location is great on quiet side street.
Wow, hosts were very responsive, which was a big plus for us. Being in Boston for the first time and not knowing the areas, the host helped with getting to the place. The place inside was in prestine condition, very clean and spacious. is located right in the center of many restaurants, pubs, shopping retail stores, and a big food court mall!! Very convenientfor any of us to have options and walk to. Everything needed during our stay regarding utensils and tools was available for us. Very nice and xonftorable and enjoyed some TV and gameboard games with family and friends. Thank You, Brian & Heather
Can't beat the location and price for a group stay! Perfect option for catching a game or show downtown. The hosts provided very detailed instructons for finding the unit and checking-in. The ground floor / lobby was under major construction but did not impact our stay. We truly appreciated the ease of check-out, especially after a late night! As noted by other reviewers, walls are super thin so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. We would gladly stay here again!
Charming place with a really convenient location! The back entrance is great for getting in and out in the evenings. It’s on a well lit pedestrian street and felt safe even late at night. We had a great stay.
Too much noise from neighbours No help
Beautiful 3 bedroom unit very close to the park, restaurants and bars in the Beacon Hill area. We loved the unit, Brian/Heather's instructions and responsiveness. We would absolutely stay in one of their listings again.
Beautiful place, Definitely Coming back next year!!
we enjoyed the stay
Everything as described. Excellent location. Beautiful and practical unit. Superb responsiveness by host. Very recommendable.
I had a fantastic stay at this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Airbnb in Boston! The location was perfect, close to all the attractions and public transportation. The interior was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed. The host was responsive and accommodating, making our experience even better. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that the soundproofing isn't that good. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting Boston!
Thank you guys. It’s just that too many homeless near the building. That was a little inconvenient, rest all was good
The place itself was beautiful, but the building was very noisy and there were people running through the building all night. Getting to the space is challenging because of the construction going on, and it created a challenge. All in all, I recommend the HOSTS, but not the location. With only a short stay, sleep was off the utmost importance and we honored the “building quiet time”, but the rest of the building wasn’t so courteous.
great location and all you need while in Boston!
This is a wonderful property…great location with lots of room.
First the name Luxury should not be in the title. The hand towel left in the bathroom should not being a cleaning rag. the bath towel I used was full of hair (long blond). The location isn't luxury either. However, the place is cute, and the lines was soft and nice. How are the towels garbage rags? I don't get it! The potential is amazing for this place. However, is too commercialist for me. To many rules and expensive. Checking in at 5 pm - ridicules. Specially to get a place full of hair and dusty. Another think about luxury is the shower, no place to put shampoo or soap - just in the floor. Maye they not interested to rent for older people. It needs a higher shelf to place shower necessities. NO? Now, the killer for me was this squeaked noise in the bedrooms coming from the air-conditioner. A person needs to be drunk or dead tired to sleep through that noise. Well, LUXURY? Maybe, my understanding of luxury is wrong!
We really liked our stay here. The best part was the location, easy to get to anywhere basically. Take subway, rent blue bikes, walk, etc.
The building has 2 entrances both access different streets that have all you need
Another great stay with Brian + Heather! This has become my go-to spot for when I visit my son in Boston. The location is perfect, and communication could not be better. Highly recommend.
The place was spacious and well kept in a location close to everything, although at night it was a bit seedy with homeless and questionable characters outside the building. My bedroom had no working overhead electricity. It should have but it was not functional so it made getting ready in a room with very little natural light and one working lamp very hard. We also had no power in either bathroom electrical outlets so blow drying your hair in a dark room With no mirror was extremely challenging. The crackling sound from the lights also kept me up both nights. The hosts were responsive to my issues and did fix the bathroom outlets but I was essentially in the dark for two days. When asked for some monetary compensation for the huge inconvenience I was told the management company didn’t approve which is not acceptable. Electricity is a basic stated need and when it is not working and can not be rectified there should be some sort of inconvenience credit applied to my account.
Another wonderful stay!! We love staying here for marathon weekend and plan to be back again!! Thank you!!
Great place! Walls are a little thin, bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.
Excellent stay— was clean, equipped with everything we needed, and in an amazing location.
The location is great. It is right next to downtown, china town, a big park and the station of two main subway lines (red and green lines). The place is nice, with a large desk in the living area.
Outstanding overall experience! Very responsive and helped accommodate to our needs! Place was in excellent location and Uber picks you up right in front of building! We got stuck in snow storm and Brian and Heather helped us to stay another night! Very clean and beds are extremely comfortable. I will note on the ice maker you have to turn the metal piece down for it to make any ice!! Otherwise you will be knocking on neighbors door to find some for cocktail hour!!! 😍
Beautiful apartment, great location, everything was great! We would come again :)
The appartment and the location are excellent for anyone visiting Boston either for work or leisure. Close to the underground (the T), walking distance from many amenities, restaurant and shopping as well as from the Airport. One of the bets places I have been in Boston
The apartment was perfect. We were able to pay extra and bring our pets and we had parking right outside the building. The beds were very comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen were clean! Big TV and plenty of room for my family. Right outside the door and down the block is the Boston Commons, such a wonderful park and so easy to bring the puppies. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back. If you go in the winter, bring extra blankets if you are like me and need them for the couch:-)
Prime location for a weekend in Boston! Spacious apartment and comfy beds, enjoyed our stay.
Great stay, super central and would recommend
Fantastic location, easy walk to the subway. Lots of restaurants nearby , even a food court just a 2 min walk from apartment. Easy walking distance to Faneuil Hall & Boston Commons & Boston Harbour. Only complaint was the toilet flush handle was a bit faulty but the hosts were very responsive in solving it. Rooms were big and the kitchen , dining area & living area were very spacious for 6 persons. The only suggestion is for hosts to provide some basic seasoning spices, and maybe some tea leaves and coffee satchets to provide a more enjoyable experience for guests. Otherwise, a very enjoyable stay!
Brian and Heather’s place was great and perfect for hosting family who had never been to Boston. The location is perfect for exploring the city, the Common is essentially across the street and the T is right next to the apartment. Would absolutely stay here again! We also needed a later checkout and found it very easy to make that happen. Brian and Heather were super responsive.
Brian + Heather's 3br apartment was perfect for getting work done & coming home to after a long day of meetings.
Very good place to live in.
Loved our stay. It was easy to find and a perfect spot to unwind after an afternoon in downtown crossing celebrating a friends birthday. The apartment is quiet but in a super convenient location to the common, downtown crossing, and government center. And a great value. Thank you!
Place was great! The only thing is the neighbors can be noisy.
We could not have askd for a better location! The proximity to the parks and North End was awesome. Brian and Heather were great hosts and the communication was top notch!
Location, easy access, great communication and super clean. Looking forward to another visit.
Fantastic home away from home Warm host
Overall good experience! Great location, very walkable and easy to get around!
Great location across the street from the start of the Freedom Trail. Check-in/check-out were very simple due to use of door codes for building/apartment entry. The building is on a dead-end street, so it was convenient for temporarily parking to load/unload bags. Apartment was very clean and equipped with exactly what you'd need, although if you're accustomed to finding leftover kitchen condiments to help you get your coffee and/or breakfast going as you find in some Airbnbs, you will not find them here. There were a couple coffee filters provided! Two caveats: 1) The apartment above us was occupied and you could hear every footstep. One member of our party didn't sleep at all one night due to the noise above. As an avid white noise/earplug user, this didn't bug me but this is a risk in this unit. 2) There is only one not particularly large sofa in the living room. For a unit that sleeps 6, the apartment could use more comfortable seating. The other options were bar/dining chairs. I didn't really need anything from the hosts at all--their communications about check-in/check-out were clear and timely, so that was great.
A tremendous experience. The location offers so much in terms of accessibility to the city on public transportation as well as more restaurants then you can shake a stick at. The house is very roomy and very comfortable. Our family’s best Air B&B experience.
Excellent location! Easy access to Boston and the parking option made travel there so easy. Communication was always proactive and check-in and check-out was flawless. Definitely a must stay area for a visit to downtown Boston!
Great place, great location. Multiple subway stations close by as well as pharmacy and grocery if needed. :-)
Location was great, you’re right by all of the subway stations to be able to get to any area of the city which was really nice. Tons of shops and restaurants near by. We loved that China Town was just a 7 minute walk away with all of the amazing restaurants. The apartment was extremely clean. It was hands down the cleanest AirBnB my partner and I have ever stayed in. The only thing to note is the walls are very thin. If you’re a light sleeper you need to bring ear plugs as we had some very noisy neighbors with their children, dogs, and some early 20-year-old girls partying on a Monday night. Other than that it was a great place and would recommend.
great place a group of us. convenient location. would definitely recommend.
place has a top notch location. everywhere is walkable. place is as advertised, clean and comfortable
Great stay, and fantastic hosts!
Nice place in a good location, especially if you need three bedrooms.
Brian and Heather are super informative hosts. Great location and a really comfortable space! Will be booking again.
Nice place. Definitely don’t try and bring a car. 5pm check in was a bit late but they did let us do a little early
The location of the apartment was perfect for visiting the Freedom Trail and other sites in Boston. While nothing fancy, we found the apartment to be clean and comfortable. The bedrooms are all on the airshaft which made for a quiet, dark place to sleep. It was a good spot for our family - glad we stayed here.
I would highly recommend this place. Three big bedrooms, place was very cozy and comfortable. I would rent this place again if I ever come back to Boston.
LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Amazing stay in Boston! Centrally located. You can absolutely walk to many of the major attractions…North End, Back Bay, Beacon Hill, waterfront etc. A stones throw to Boston Common and the “T” - subway station. Beds are super comfy! Communication was superb with the most compassionate hosts. Thanks for a great stay!
Brian & Heather were great to deal with, unit 408 is a great spot, close to Boston Common, easy access, lots of great restaurants around the corner. we felt safe walking at night.
The apartment is in the best location in Boston, a lot of amenities around and so close to the metro station! Very nice and comfortable place, I hope to be there again
Excellent option for going to Boston, very nice and well located
Thanks so much, we will book again with you all in the future.
Great place to stay and right next to Boston Common.
Wonderful location and sparkling clean. Would love to stay again.
Great apartment right in the center of a cool part of Boston.
Everything about our stay was excellent. The apartment was fantastic and the location was perfect. We would definitely book this again.
Very nice place/location. It was very centrally located near Boston Commons and transportation, however you don’t need a vehicle or to use transit, just walk. The only thing I would say about the place that could need some improvements was the furniture. Otherwise, great place and definitely recommend.
Great location and a great value in the heart of Boston!
Amazing location! Spotless space! Brian + Heather where very accommodating on the check process and great communication before and throughout the stay!
Location and cleanliness - 5 stars, easy check-in/out If I could have given 4.5 stars for the entire stay, I would have done that. There were just a few comforts missing that didn't make it quite 5 stars for me. One thing is the living room was not comfortable for 4 people. We like to hang out with our family at night and watch a movie, and this was not great for that. We did find a service (Luggage Hero) to store our luggage a block away while we were waiting on the check-in time.
GREAT location. Would recommend and use again.
What I loved - amazing location that is smack in the middle of the freedom trail - bed was super comfortable and it was easy to sleep in - there is a very friendly security guard What I didn't love - coffee maker wasn't fully cleaned when we arrived - check-in time very late, check-out time very early - tons of rules, e.g. have to report problems and send them pictures within 4 hours or you'll get charged, which I did and it took a while - the floor doesn't have any give so the upstairs neighbors walking is super loud; I got unlucky and they walked incessantly until 2 AM and I couldn't fall asleep - they asked me to clean up for them, e.g. starting dishes, taking out the trash; why are they charging a $160 cleaning fee then?
Great stay convenient to the T!
Great find. Loft style apartment in a fantastic location. Clean and modern with good sized rooms. Would definitely recommend.
Location great. Very roomy so we could all gather together.
Wonderful stay and amazing hosts! They were very helpful with the process and the location was amazing. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!!
This spacious place is located right next to the park! Walkable to all the nice parts of Boston. Would stay again!
Location, Location! The apartment is incredibly convenient to everything. It is steps away from Boston Common and Granary Burial Ground. The apartment was extremely clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our 3 day stay. Plenty of towels, beds were very comfortable. Brian and Heather answered any questions I had immediately. My brother, sister-in-law and sister from CA rated the apartment a 10! I highly recommend the apartment!
We loved our stay. The location was great and the space was even better. It was easy in and out, spacious, very clean and comfortable.
Hands down an awesome location in the heart of the city. The apartment is exactly as represented in the photo and description with an added bonus of now 4 chairs around the table (pic shows 2) plus there were a couple of folding chairs in the hall closet. The unit we had was very quiet. Hey side note: check the nest thermometer schedule. Both my daughter and I got up the first night to turn down the heat. Turns out there was some sort of program that had the heat increasing every hour by a degree or two over the course of the night. The building is clean and safe. Some days there was a group congregating on the outdoor stairs of this building or the one next door: we never had any issues or felt unsafe. Also, at the end of the alley is an access to an indoor food court so occasionally there would be individual workers enjoying lunch outside. The location is perfect for those that don't want to rent a car. Several restaurants within walking distance, bus and subway steps away and a beautiful park across the main Street. We never waited more than 5-6 minutes for an Uber.
Great space in a great location. This unit is very clean and hosts 6 people comfortably with 2 full bathrooms. It's in a great location for walking and transit.
We came up to stay for several days for the Boston Marathon. This place is incredibly convenient to everything. It is literally steps away from Boston Common. The location is right off Tremont Street so you can walk to shops, restaurants, grocery, etc. Granary Burial Ground is also directly across the street. Getting to Boylston Street is a breeze, and if you happen to be coming here for the Boston Marathon, the bus loading location is maybe a 5-10 minute walk from the front door. Additionally, the Park Street T stop is right across the street, so you can get to almost anywhere you want very easily. The unit is nicely decorated with all of the amenities you could want. There even is a washer/dryer in the unit which was super convenient. You can get away with packing fewer items of clothing since you can do laundry! The kitchen is modern and has all modern conveniences. The bathrooms are also very modern and spacious. Each of the three bedrooms was plenty spacious and the beds were super comfortable. The towels provided were luxurious, super soft and fluffy. This was a very welcome surprise as I would've expected cheaper towels! The unit overlooks Winter Street so you can watch folks walking along the street. We did not experience any excessive street noise other than what you would expect staying in a busy city. There was no issue with noise that kept us from having a good night's sleep. A Nest thermostat was a nice touch as we were able to easily adjust the room temperatures as needed. There is a television complete with Google Chromecast, so you can enjoy watching almost anything you want during your stay. Brian and Heather are very responsive to any issues you may have during your stay. They respond almost immediately during their working hours. If you're looking for a modern, comfortable, and extremely convenient place to stay during a visit to Boston, don't hesitate to check this place out. It was super cost effective for us to rent this unit instead of staying at a hotel during Boston Marathon weekend and booking several hotel rooms.
The apartment is exactly as described. It’s very clean, new and organised. Location is great just walk down 2 mins to downtown that you can get everything you need or going to Boston common the garden for morning run or picnic there. The host is very responsive and helpful. It’s highly recommended.
Absolutely a perfect location! Within walking distance of great restaurants and wonderful aspects of Boston. Unit was nicely remodeled and very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.
If your looking for a reasonable, spacious apartment in the Boston Commons/Beacon Hill area, this will fulfill your wishes. While this property may lack charm or oodles of warmth, we found it to be a comfortable landing spot w/in walking distance to everything we’d hoped. The beds were comfortable and the washer and dryer were a big bonus. The kitchen would have been convenient had we wanted to cook, however the apartment never inspired us to stick around to do so. The furniture is sufficient in style and comfort and the space was clean, (thought in need of some fresh paint). We would definitely rent it again for a weekend stay or should we have a group where having several bedrooms and baths were desired. We’d also recommend it for families who struggle to sleep in the same room as their children in hotels or want a bit more room to spread out as it’s definitely a good value.
Very clean and great location!
Everything is exactly as the listing said, and both check in and check out were super easy. The only thing to note is to bring your own toiletries because they only provide small bottles of shampoo and conditions, as well as soap.
Great location, quick response, beautiful apartment. They waived early check in fees for us & cooperate during our stays. Highly recommended!
Great location. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Thank you!
We had a wonderful week using the apartment as a home base during our exploration of Boston. The location is absolutely fantastic - right across the street from Boston Common and within walking distance of attractions like Newbury Street, the New England Aquarium, and the Museum of Science. The space was welcoming and clean, and Brian and Heather were quick to communicate when one of the entrances was due to be closed for maintenance. Long story short, we had a great experience!
This Airbnb is excellent. The location is perfect for exploring the city. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Boston. Highly recommend.
Wonderful to stay for my friend's small bachelorette party. Close to the T and convenient
Great location and lovely home!
We had a great time here. The location is perfect and the hosts were super helpful!
Great stay, great location, great Apartment - great everything!
Great neighborhood, park across the street, shops and restaurants all within walking distance! Would definitely come back!!
What a great spot for a few days in Boston! Our family of four had a great time and our teenage daughters were very happy to have their own rooms. The unit is clean and comfortable and in a perfect location - right across the street from the Park Street T station. It’s also an easy walk to most tourist sites. It had every amenity we needed and felt very safe. There are parking garages in the area, but drop off your bags before finding the garage to avoid a several block walk with suitcases. We’d happily stay here again!
We had a great stay. The location is excellent, close to both historic areas and just steps from a food court/grocery, if needed. The property is clean and well-kept, and the hosts are very responsive and accommodating.
The location was amazing, the place was very clean and cozy, exactly like the pictures. Check in and check out was seamless. I love Brian and Heather's mission as well, very glad to support patients and their families. Definitely consider them if you're visiting Boston and want to get around Beacon Hill, North end, and downtown on foot!
Great location, very nice place and very easy check in. I received all communications very promptly. Would definitely stay again.
House was super clean and nice . Quiet setting . The host responds quickly
Ideally located 5 minutes from Boston Common. Spacious and well equipped in a safe and convenient area. Highly recommend
Amazing Airbnb all around! Perfect location in the city! Super convenient parking and easy access to the T to get around the city. Great communication! Would absolutely stay with them again without hesitation!
Perfect location with easy check in. Very safe location and the apartment building was very secure and upscale. Would recommend a stay here
Very clean!
Great location and hosts!
great location. the hosts responded quickly. the place itself is fairly big. living room seating space is a bit tight if you are more than 4 folks -and kitchen you need to bring in supplies (expected with COVID) (utensils are there in plenty) . we did NOT find it noisy - overall was a great place.
We had a great stay! Very well-located Airbnb close to the Commons and all sorts of shopping/sights. Highly recommend
All was really great; communication, access to the unit, the apartment was in great conditions having utensils for cooking… Awesome!
This is a wonderful apartment with a location that can’t be beat in Boston! Staying here is a must!
I really loved this place, it is very clean and very well located. They respond very fast as well, I would recommend it :)
Wonderful and spacious house at a prime location! DEFINITELY recommend :D I went with my parents and they really appreciated it!
Fantastic stay! Wonderful and convenient location! We loved it; thank you so much!
Great location, very walkable. Great if all you are going to do is sleep there. Very responsive.
This is a great place- super clean, tons of space, fantastic location. We had 3 couples and had lots of room to spread out. The only challenge is that if there is a concert/event at the Orpheum theater, you can’t pull up to the front to drop off your luggage or groceries. We were able to when we arrived but it was blocked for a concert when we were checking out. We parked around the corner on Province for $30/day and it’s a very short walk so it was a minor thing. Would recommend and would stay here again, it really was an amazing location.
Amazing location! We came for the Boston marathon and really enjoyed the apartment and the area. Close to so many attractions. We parked our car at a nearby garage and literally walked and took the T everywhere for 4 days. So convenient.
Great downtown location though the streets downstairs can seem a bit sketchy at night if you are walking alone. Nice spacious place.
Perfect spot and location. Will definitely be staying here again in the future
Great place and fast responses back. Highly recommend!
Loved it here! Thanks :)
Amazing place in an incredible spot. You will feel Boston all around you.
Excellent location, beautiful apartment, , strong communication Everything as described was true will stay again,
Brian and Heather were communicative and easy to reach…great hosts. The unit was a little tired, but very clean and as advertised. Location to Boston Common was ideal and walking distance to all our planned stops. Building common areas were not clean or well maintained, but security for the building was great…vagrants within a couple blocks of building was not ideal.
Perfect location! Unit was clean and comfortable with an easy check in.
We had a great stay! Great location, beautiful apartment and very clean. The only thing missing was kitchen towels and there’s no place to have a sit-down meal with all guests if you have more than three people. But we made do and had a lovely weekend.
The apartment is spacious and in a great location. Plus a grocery store is super close so we were able to make our own breakfast. We were able to walk to all the major sights. The apartment is a great find in a great city.
super nice apartment, the complete self check in system is convenient and appropriate for guests that arrive in anytime
Great place that is clean and accurate with the online pictures
I had a great stay i would definitely recommend this Airbnb to others
We arrived late in the evening and thankfully the entry instructions were clear and concise. We were able to breeze right through the two security doors and up to our 4th floor location. There were very comfortable beds, good water pressure in the showers and great views of the city. Note that neither of the bathrooms attach to either of the 3 bedrooms. Not a problem but just be aware. This place is in a great location to access the city. Very short walk to the Red and Blue line subway stations. Also within walking distance to tons of historic sites as well. Overall 5 stars!! We would stay here again for sure!
Great value, super nice spot and a super beautiful space. Counters in the kitchen were a little dirty and there were some crunched blinds but honestly very nice when we first got there essentially spotless
Beautiful place in a great part of town!
Great place in ideal location!! It was very clean, easy to access, and hosts were quick to respond to all questions. We had a great time. Thank you!
We really enjoyed our stay. It was comfy and clean also the location is great
When I got there they sent us to an uncleaned apartment/hotel which wasn’t the biggest problem. Mistakes happen. However, they sent us to another room that looked like someone attempted to clean it. So I took pictures of the filthy surfaces and expressed the fact I was unable to even wash my clothing because they washer was beyond dirty. They began threatening me by telling me they would give me a 1 star rating if I continued complaining and “dissecting” everything. I’ve never been forced to slept in filth and threatened. Most uncomfortable stay in my life. I left extremely early, they never even refunded my late check out payment.
Amazing location! The 3 bedroom loft looks as pictured on a small, quiet street. It is near the Granary Cemetery and Boston Commons. In the less than 5 minutes you can walk to the Old State House. Behind the loft on Winter Street is lots of shopping including a grocery store. So you can easily walk to get a few items. The loft is stocked with all the kitchen stuff you might need. ‘The internet is slow, but no big deal. The tv has streaming capabilities and has YouTube TV. Washer and dryer is a nice feature, but it is not a large capacity so you will likely need to split your loads - which means you should bring more pods. Very nice showers with good water pressure. The beds are comfy. The hosts are very helpful and respond promptly to inquiries. I recommend.
We stayed here on a friends' birthday getaway and it was perfectly located. She loves history and it is located a stone's throw away from the start of The Freedom Trail. We were able to walk to any place(s) we wanted to see, so if you're interested in taking in the sights in Boston, it's a great location. I highly suggest Insomnia Cookies, which is only on the next block. The cookies are amazing! The apartment was clean and beds were very comfy. Some things to note (and these are minor): there is no toaster or any other small appliances besides a drip coffee maker and an electric tea kettle. Keep that in mind. You may wish to pack your own shampoo and conditioner; the ones they provide are a 2-in-1. The seating and dining areas are limited, so if you want to just kick back and watch a movie, there's not a whole lot of room for more than a couple of people. The additional seating is an armchair and dining room chairs. Like I said, very minor - but should probably be mentioned. They do provide hangers but only a few. So if you're bringing a lot of clothes to hang, think about bringing your own or purchasing some when you get there. Appliances were all great and clean; dishwashing liquid and dishwasher pods are provided. They have all of the dishes, glasses and silverware that you need. A washer and dryer are located in the one bathroom and work great. Both bathrooms have full walk-in showers which is great. Water pressure was also very good. Brian and Heather were very easy to reach and quick to respond. We had a minor issue with a noisy neighbor and it was resolved quickly. The check-in and check-out process was flawless! We will definitely keep this apartment in mind on our next trip to Boston. Thank you to Brian and Heather! And to anyone who decides to stay here...enjoy your stay!!
This apartment is in a great location to explore the city! There are 2 subway stations within 2 blocks of it. You walk right out into Boston Common. We easily went anywhere we wanted to go using the MBTA from there. From the airport, we rode the Silverline Bus to red line subway and got off nearly in front of the building. There are a few grocery, drug and clothing stores on the street behind the apartment so you can get whatever you need right there. It has three queen beds with comfy white linens, AC and two full baths, so six adults could easily stay. The kitchen has most necessities and we usually ate breakfast there. There’s also a laundry set which we used several times. It has an industrial vibe and the furnishings are cute. We could replenish towels or other necessities from their supply if needed. Since it’s a rehabbed building, it’s not perfect but it was clean, comfortable and we felt safe. Anytime I had a question or need, I texted Brian or Heather on the app and had a nearly immediate response. I thought the apartment a bit expensive for our usual lodgings, but Boston overall was expensive to me. However, we had a great trip with so many things to do. We went to a ball game, whale watching, saw historic sites galore and ate good seafood and wonderful Italian meals in Little Italy. We’d definitely happily return.
Apartment is spacious and was well cleaned. Host is very responsive. Location was not ideal
The location is prime for the Boston area. The space is clean and larger than it looks in the photos. The hosts are communicative and available. Definitely recommend to future guests!
The place had no towels, sheets, pillow cases of toilet paper upon our arrival. Also one of the blankets had a yellow dried up spot. The host said that the were “training cleaning staff” but it looked like the place had just not been cleaned
Great place and excellent support from Brian/Heather. Very convenient for large group and very well located. No doubt we will stay again in this place
Apartment was in a wonderful area. Loved the high ceilings and spacious rooms. We had easy access to Restaurants, shops and nearby park. It was a very nice stay. We had a minor issue but it was rectified immediately. Thank you, Brian and Heather.
This place is in the heart of Boston! It’s surrounded by historical landmarks, close to some great shopping, restaurants and Boston Commons. Great place for a family or a group of friends to stay. Highly recommend this place if you have a dog. The apartment is exactly as it looks in the pictures and we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend to others and hope to return one day.
Excellent. Our second stay. Highly recommend on all levels.
Amazing place in a really good location. Very comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay.
Very nice place, excellent location. Very nice apartment
Do not book here for medical stays. Not clean, not ADA compliant. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with Airbnb cleanliness, which was really disappointing during COVID. That being said, if you’re just booking for the location, it’s as pictured.
Brian and Heather’s place was perfect. The location was better than we could have imagined and the directions to get there were perfect. We loved the stay and would recommend it to others
The place was great!
Perfect space for 6 guests. Location is great and in the center of Boston's history and local markets.
10/10. Loved the place. Loved the views. It’s right downtown around tons of landmarks. If you’re driving in just be mindful that you’re gonna be paying for parking but it’s worth it. For sure!!
Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
