This was a great place to stay at. It was in the business district so you got to see all the tall buildings and many restaurants and delis were nearby. It was unfortunate that the elevator to our floor stopped working and then the whole elevator stopped working for the last 2 days. It’s not the owners fault, but it did bring it down from 5 to 4 stars. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Boston again.

A great apartment in an extremely walkable location! The apartment was very spacious and clean. It was perfect spot to rest after enjoying a day exploring Boston. My only complaints were with one of the bathrooms. The shower pressure was extremely intense. I usually love good water pressure, but this was to the point of spraying all over the bathroom, subsequently making everything wet. Also, the toilets would clog after essentially every use. If there was more than two pieces of toilet paper, then it would clog which was quite frustrating. Aside from the issues with the bathroom, I highly recommend the apartment. It is in a great location and has everything you might need to enjoy your stay.

The location is excellent if you are looking to explore downtown Boston, and the apartment is very cozy. I wish the check-in and check-out were a bit more flexible because the weekend we went had freezing temperatures of 10 degrees Fahrenheit, so it was hard to stay outside, but, understandably, other guests were coming. If you plan to bring pets, be careful to read the 'show more' part before booking because we had to change our plans and look for dog boarding to avoid paying the $200 nonrefundable fee that would cost to bring our pet. However, we were able to figure that out and had a nice stay in this well-located apartment.

The apartment is spacious and in a great location downtown with lots nearby to explore and shop, with several metro stops within walking distance. However, that does come with street noise which can be bothersome late at night, fair warning. Would stay there again when visiting Boston.
It was a great place for two couples to stay at. I’d only warn that the atreets outside get a little loud on friday and saturday. Also if you have a late flight and they can’t accommodate a late check out, you can check your bags at the Marriott Long Wharf! Only gripe (which is basically nothing) is the lack of space to put your things in the bathroom. My wife dropped a brush, then some make up, then a toilet paper roll. Still a good place to stay!

Great place, very well located. Great that it has two bathrooms, very convenient when multiple people are travelling. Checking in was dead simple, and the place was tidy and clean. Lots of space, beds are comfy, and the building is actually really cool. Nothing to complain about at all.
This apartment is in a great location. The building is very old and lots of stairs, they do have an elevator but it’s a little creepy. Check in instructions were clear and easy however we had an issue at check in when we noticed the heat wasn’t working in the apartment. The company that manages this unit suggested we use the conveniently left space heaters. Which can’t be left on when we leave or overnight. The responses halted when we tried to deal with getting in touch with anyone after the trip to deal with the issues of simply not having heat in the unit. It’s a great location but overpriced for the apartment itself and the lack of communication that came up when an issue occurred.

First off, this apartment is in a very convenient location if you like to walk to the North End, Seaport, or even to the Commons and Public Gardens. So the location was ideal for us. If you are looking for a quiet area to stay, this is probably not for you. There are several bars close by (which is convenient), however, there is lots of late night noise and with all the buildings, voices and other noise echoes. But, overall, the place was very clean and spacious for the 4 of us and the beds were comfortable.

This Airbnb in Boston was fantastic—clean, cozy, and in a perfect location. It was easy to find, and everything we needed, from restaurants to historical sites, was within walking distance. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for convenience and comfort in the heart of the city!
Very convenient area for seeing Boston
Pros: Great location if you’d like to be able to walk to majority of your destinations. Very close parking garage for added convenience. Co-host Brian was extremely responsive. Cons: Very loud! Was unable to have a restful sleep due to building noise/ outdoor noise. Minor stains on main bathroom floor/ shower area.
We enjoyed our stay at Steven’s place in Boston. The location was perfect, walkable to many tourist destinations and easy to get to public transportation for sites that were further away. A great space for our weekend trip as a group of 4 to have a shared space to spend time!
thanks for the place. it was good. just needed a place to open luggage, like a fold out rack or something, also saw the coffee maker, filters, but no coffee, just got my hopes up but in the morning there was no coffee anywhere. also would suggest a shower curtain rod that bows out to keep it from being pushed in with the incredible water pressure in the shower of 2nd BR. it was hard to keep water from leaking out of the shower...just didn't want neighbors underneath getting water stains on their ceiling
For the most part we were very satisfied with the apartment. And the overall communications with the host. The location is great for easy access to the north end. The building itself was quite, although on weekends the nearby bars can be noisy (until after 2:00 am) We did have some initial concerns and requests. For instance, there were light bulbs that we out, closet doors that did not slide, and a security chain on the front door that was broken. Also, we were on the 4th floor, and the elevator worked about half the time (we had a member that has breathing issues, and needed to rest while walking up). We let the host know about these concerns. The light bulb was replaced. And while he acknowledged the other items, they were not fixed during our stay. There were other items that we noted that gave us real pause/concern about the general upkeep on the apartment including: stained on the kitchen ceiling (water from the floor above?). I felt it was pricey for the cond.
My parents enjoyed their first time visit to Boston. They enjoyed how close everything was and how easy it was getting around. The house felt nice coming to after along day being out.
Great apartment, great location, found free on-street parking which was a bonus! Only drawback was that I didn’t notice that check-in was 5pm (which is pretty late for air bnb) so we had to find somewhere else to change our clothes (after a day of travel) for early pre-concert dinner in the north end. Just be aware of that, but the rest of the experience here was perfect! I’d book again!

Excellent location if you are using the T (subway) and very walkable to many attractions to include many of the Freedom Trail sites, Faneuil Hall/Quincy Market, Aquarium and Long Wharf. It’s also a very short train ride to Cambridge. Building itself is very quiet but there was some brief city service noise at night with dumpsters. Place was immaculate and photos were accurate. The check-in is on the later side but there are two places a block away to store bags. Would stay here again!

Perfect location. I couldn’t believe how easy it was to walk to EVERYTHING. I’d only say to grab food or groceries on your way in. That was the only thing we struggled to find. But tours, restaurants, coffee, the subway - every other thing we needed was an easy walk. We’d come back for sure. Thanks for having us

Overall extremely great location but needs several improvements/maintainence such as: Ceiling stain (due to water) in kitchen, radiator coverings need attention, cracks in primary bathroom ceiling, primary bedroom needs air conditioning, towel bars/hooks needed in both bathrooms, and more towels, wash clothes, and soap needed. There is also a musty odor in the secondary bedroom closet. It would be nice to have luggage racks in the bedrooms. These are things which should be addressed to list as a luxury airbnb.

Great location! We stayed with two kids and we loved that it was walkable to lots of attractions like the aquarium. It is an older building and needs some maintenance but the unit is updated and very spacious and had everything we needed. The elevator door is very narrow so just be aware a full stroller won’t fit without folding it up. It is a little loud at night but we brought white noise machines so not an issue. Overall, great place and we enjoyed our stay.

Very easy to get to in a nice centralized location. Plenty of amenities in the area, public transportation was very accessible, and the property is only minutes from the airport. The only minor consideration with this location is that on the weekends (Th-Sat) it can get a little noisy on the streets as patrons from the local establishments get pretty…vocal…as they’re leaving. Overall, though it was a great experience.

Very Nice apartment in city centre. The Host was informative and very responsive. The only down side a: the elevator is very old (and we Nearly got stuck Inside) , the toilets/ plumbing is also old and there is a bit of noise at night outside. But we had a Nice stay there.

If you want to be in the heart of Boston, this is the place! So many tourist attractions, taverns, coffee spots, and restaurants right outside the door. It's in a historic building and, as it goes in historic buildings, the elevator was out for a short time. It was no problem for our group, but worth noting in case you can't risk it happening during your stay.
My brother and I brought my father up from Pennsylvania to celebrate his 70th birthday, as we’re all Celtics fans. Even at his age/strength, everything was pretty walkable from this location. The place was very clean when we arrived, and the host messaged me instructions that were detailed and accurate well before we arrived. Very comfortable stay, zero complaints, would stay again!

First and foremost Steven was a great host and was very communicative and understanding. Location is great, heart of the city. An issue occurred with the owner of the building doing work while we had are stay scheduled. Other than that the place was great and Steven really helped out with our issues and made himself available while resolving any issues. Would stay again, as the issue seems to be a 1 off

A very relaxing centrally located spot. Quiet, clean, drama-free weekend. As described, I think there was a club playing music down the street but had it not been mentioned in the listing I don’t think I would’ve thought anything of it; normal city living. One of the bathroom tubs needs a little structure repair work but the place was clean which is more important than anything. Heating is a little quirky (as expected for an old building); toasty in one bedroom and a bit cooler in the other. Perfect for visitors with differing preferences. Otherwise plenty of blankets in the closet. Overall this was a great spot to use as a launching spot into the city.

This place was perfect! Location location location- we felt right in the middle of everything and could walk pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. Airbnb itself matches the pictures and description exactly, no complaints, would definitely stay here again or recommend to anyone wanting a happening stay and wants to be able to walk to a lot of their destinations.
We stayed here for only 1 night, but it had what we needed to enjoy our stay. Steven and his team were also communicative prior to check in. My guests and I felt right at home and there are a lot of restaurants, bars, and shops. We were able to walk to the TD Garden easily (16-20 min walk) and catch a Celtics game. We also visited The Quincy Market which I’d recommend if you need a quick bite or drink. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to visit this area in Boston. We had a little trouble finding the exact spot since it was nighttime, but just look for 120 on the top of the entrance once you’re on Milk Street.

I've stayed at over 50 AirBnBs and never written a bad review. This is the first time. This apartment was a complete wreck. It is poorly maintained and I highly recommend you do not stay there. - Toilets leak all over the floors as the tank is not sealed with the bowl. - The other toilet makes terrible noises. So if you want to sleep well, be sure to keep the door to the bathroom closed. - Water stains all throughout the apartment. From the ceilings to floors, nothing has been fixed here in many years. - Hot pipes running through the closets that seem to be rigged with other units above/below. - Blinds on the windows that are all bent out of shape. It's like an dinosaur scratched it's claw across the window. - The building itself is poorly maintained and looks like a homeless shelter. As I went back and compared the photos posted on the listing, it is very clear to me that the owner went out of his/her way to not show any of the problems in the photos by playing with the angles.
I am writing the review only to encourage potential guests to be very sure of their travel plans before booking at this location. I did not actually stay in the apartment as I came down with covid a few days before my check in date. So please disregard any comments I made regarding the actual apartment. While the cancellation policy is clearly stated, I found that the hosts were also inflexible in considering a change in the dates of my reservation so that I might not lose the entire reservation fee. As an Airbnb host myself, I was disappointed not to be able to at least move the reservation to another time. I have made that accommodation for my guests in the past. So, I’m sure the apartment is lovely and would have been close to the conference I was to have attended. Guests should just be very sure they can afford to forfeit the reservation costs if an unforeseen event occurs.

This apartment is in a great location if you intend to walk to the north end, beacon hill, aquarium, Quincy market, etc. we found a parking garage 1 block away which was reasonably priced for the weekend. All in all, this apt served as a great home-base! We would certainly stay here again.

The place was spacious, comfortable. The area is in downtown so at night it was a little noisy but the windows snuff the noise pretty well. Steven and Bryan both are amazing hosts. Very responsive. The location is great! You can pretty much inch walk everywhere from here. The only draw back of the apartment is that it is quite noisy particularly the rooms that have windows to the alley in the back. It might a concern for light sleepers.
Steven is a great host and we enjoyed our time in his place. It’s highly walkable; we loved walking to Boston Public Market for food and drinks. This is good for a family or two couples because there is shared space and private space with the bedrooms across the apartment from each other. My only complaint is the beds, all of us woke up with sore backs in the morning.

Would have been nice to have luggage rack or shelving in the bedrooms/closets for clothing, towel bar and/or hooks in the bathroom and the windows desperately need cleaning. The location was amazing! We could easily walk to most locations! We only used Uber a couple of times and could have easily taken the T for that. The bedrooms were a little tight but adequate and the living area was spacious. The only complaint was that the bedrooms got a little warm over night but not bad enough that we complained. We found Steven’s apartment to be a great find in downtown Boston. The building has unique features (the staircase is beautiful). As tourist, the apartment was in the heart of the city and walkable to a lot that Boston has to offer. Upon arrival, check-in was a breeze and the unit was very clean. Great location near most attractions to see in Boston and close to a few T stations. What you get with location you also get with noise; so don’t be surprised to hear music and activity through the night. Easy to get into and good condition outside very minor dings in bathroom/bedroom doors. A/C was a helpful touch and had the dishes and kitchen wear we needed and that let us do meals out and in. Loved laundry outside unit- we had a long stay so it helped to get clothes cleaned at our midpoint. If we were back in the city it’s a place we’d stay again.

The apartment is good, simple but comfortable and met all my needs. I don't recommend going by car, I spent over $400 extra to park the car in a nearby parking lot(5 days). There are restaurants nearby, and ubereats serves quickly. At night you can hear the noise of people in the streets, but nothing that you can't sleep. Mattresses are great. Steven responds quickly and is always so kind.

The host was very responsive and helpful. I wish there were written instructions on the use of the TV and thermostat though which would have made it unnecessary to contact the host. The apartment was simple and clean, but amenities were sparse. There were no basic supplies in the kitchen (i.e., packets of salt/pepper, a few teabags, a few creamer packets). The bathrooms were basic and could use a few added hooks for towels, clothing, etc. A couple of added shelves in the bathroom would also make them more usable. Although the apartment was very clean, the windows were so dirty it was difficult to see outside. The neighborhood was extremely quiet during the day, but garbage and delivery trucks disturbed our sleep at night. Also, we had to keep the bathroom doors closed at night or the noise from other apartments' use of their bathrooms was disturbing.

Perfectly located between northend & the financial district & walking distance to most attractions in the city. Safe area with access to many coffee shops & restaurants including nearby Faneuil hall. The location of this Airbnb is excellent. Walkable from the Aquarium T stop and close by other attractions like Faneuil Hall and the Children's Museum. With that said, it is a busy part of the city so street noise can be heard throughout the night. The separated bedrooms and bathrooms make it an excellent choice for a family, especially with young children that still need a nap. Bring a sound machine or two if you have light sleepers. The condition of the unit itself is good, not great. For example, there is visible water damage in the kitchen from a previous leak. The building is old so expect a small bathroom with no hooks to hang a towel. The showers/bathtubs were functional with hot water, but could use an update. A few other reviews mention the elevator wasn't working for their stay, but thankfully we had no issues. With the narrow staircase, I can see how that could ruin a stay if it was out of order. Overall, a great place to consider!

We were only there for a night but our stay was good/as expected. Good location to go explore the city. Elevator is old (like the building) and the apartment is on the sixth floor so we just sent our bags up/down and took the stairs. I don’t do sketchy elevators so good to know if you’re the same but wouldn’t be able to handle the stairs.

We were fine until day 3 of 5 when 1/2 of the unit power went out for 1/2 day causing our food to spoil in frig and triggering something causing toilets to run on/off all night, two nights with no effort to fix them. Eventually the power came back on but affected our ability to work in the unit and loud noises from the running toilet. We put in several requests for some kind of partial refund at least for our spoiled food (we did NOT ask for refund on the unit!) and we got ghosted. I know the local property manager had best intentions but clearly an owner that doesn’t care. Don’t recommend this unit or building….

We had a great time in Boston. Unit location was great with coffee shops, pubs, food, etc close by. It is also easy walking distance to North End. Unit was very clean and beds were very comfortable!!
Fantastic location! Easy walking distance to all Boston hotspots. There was plenty of room in this 2BR/2 BA apartment with a FULL kitchen. Couldn't ask for better communication with our host. He was prompt to respond and checked on us throughout our visit.
This was a super cute, neat home right in the middle of Boston. The location is great, the beds were comfy, it was nice and neat. There were many restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. Definitely worth staying!
Centrally located, clean, easy check in and great communication. Worked great for two couples traveling together. Only problem was elevator out of service - luckily only 4th floor and no kids or pets with us . Recommend!

Stayed in Boston for a concert at the pavilion, and Steven's place was perfect - central location, great communication and easy access. There was plenty of room, speedy wifi, and despite being in central Boston, the apartment is quite quiet.

This place is located in the perfect place to walk everywhere from the waterfront, to Quincy Market, Boston Commons, and North End. 2 bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment which makes it really great for 2 couples. Clean place. Easy check-in and out. Apartment is on 4th floor, there is a small elevator.

Awesome location in the financial district, walking distance to many local attractions, bars and restaurants, secure building with easy access, all the amenities you need, just add food, the bedrooms and bathrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment for privacy, the owner is very responsive to any questions that may arise, would definitely stay again in the future.

Great location, and with two bed rooms and two bath, can fit a decent sized group. We did get stuck in the elevator at check in (shout out to the Boston FD for cutting us out), which meant 4 floor walk up (fine for us but could be difficult for others). Apartment was dated but had everything we needed.
Steven was very communicative and quick to respond. The apartment was clean, spacious, and exactly as described in a great location just ten minutes walking from Boston’s South Station.

Great place. My CTO had to travel without me to Boston because I got COVID at the last minute. Steve was great about transferring all the instructions to Chris so he could navigate the Airbnb without me. It is a very nice place in a very convenient location. It is our favorite place when we both have to travel to Boston.
This Airbnb is in a prime location! It’s spacious and comfortable. Although the building itself is a little older, the unit itself is very modern. Very nice and large appartement ideally located near the Freedom Trail. Light sleepers might want to pack earplugs since delivery trucks in the neighborhood can be noisy in the morning.
Great location, but the apartment is in need of some general TLC and repairs. Showers, as many have noted, are very cold. Toilet would not flush properly and was very loud making a continuous running noise all day no matter what we tried to do. Many items were stained (couch, chairs, dining room table) and just seemed to not be taken care of very well. Thermostat was barely hanging onto the wall when we first entered the unit so we did not touch as there could have been loose electrical wires. None of these issues really affected our stay a ton, we just expected a little more I guess given the price.
Great place in an excellent location and very clean. The bed was also very comfortable. The only thing that could be improved is more hot water. When two people shower at the same time, the hot water lasts for less than 10 mins. So, no problem for people who take fast showers.

We had a great stay. Everything we needed. With 2 couples it was wonderful to have 2 bathrooms. Apartment was spacious with comfortable furniture. The beds were cozy and comfortable. Apartment was very clean. Location was awesome. Only issue we had was the hot water in the showers. Runs out of hot water extremely quickly straight to ice cold. We did not contact host as we were able to deal with it. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.
One of our favorite parts about this Apartment is the location. Literally across the street is an awesome Bar/Restaurant called "The Warehouse". There is also a Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, and 7-11 right nearby. We did have a few issues with the hot water for showers in the morning so I highly recommend showering at night or during the day. The keypad door locks were a plus. For those wondering the Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment which is great for privacy and the bathrooms are attached. This unit actually has a cool view as well and plenty of sunlight in the morning. Bring coffee filters and coffee as it has a regular machine. Also might want to bring cups for regular drinks etc.

Welp, that was a little rough. There were some nice points like an exceptional location, comfy beds and keyless entry, but no one should have to dread taking a shower in a vacation rental, and that's what we had each of the five days*. If it weren't for the lack of hot water on the daily, it'd be livable. With a little lean-in from the hosts to offer up just a few more simple amenities, it'd be comfy. If you choose this property, read the details closely to be prepared for bare-bones amenities (no coffee, no blow dryer) and earlier/later than average check-in and check out (5 p.m. and 10 a.m.). It's thrift-store chic, which is a fun aesthetic, but the litany of penalties and fines outlined in the house rules seemed to set the stage for a little more pride in ownership, so we were surprised to see duct tape holding together parts of the fridge, bent blinds, missing handles, etc.). So, I'd say this property is just OK, which is a bummer, because I think I've had almost all 4 or 5-star experiences in 7+ years renting on Airbnb. *We understand older, mid-rise apartments may share water heaters with other building residents, but we tried everything to get more than a minute or so (tops) of hot water -- early showers, late showers, showers in either bathroom, showers after running the hot water for several minutes (which at the host's behest), and nada. After three days of optimism and failed experiments, we gave the host a heads up that we were struggling, and they suggested we run the sink or shower on hot for 10-15 minutes. If this can't be remedied during busy season (?) and is just part of the experience to expect, it may be fair to set those expectations in the description. Dunno -- just a thought.
Needs major repairs. Electrical tape holding fridge together, closet doors don’t shut, the bathrooms are mediocre. Windows have broken signs on them, the drywall ceiling is stained and cracked throughout the apartment, dishwasher didn’t work. If we saw all of this prior to booking we would have looked elsewhere

This place was a perfect location to multiple attractions, the subway system and many streets of restaurants! The place was cozy with two bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a nice living space and kitchen table big enough for our four person group. The communication before, during and after our stay was answered within the hour and I would highly recommend staying here.
The house was amazing, communication was always open, location is perfect for going out and exploring Boston! The only issue was that the toilets did not flush and got backed up, other than that it was a great stay!

This place was great. It was exactly as advertised and more. The location is amazing. Close enough to everything so you can walk anywhere but far enough that it wasn’t noisy at night. The place was clean and had everything I needed. As the listing says there is no parking but if you use Spot Hero and get a spot BEFORE you arrive it’s a non issue (the location is amazing and close to the T so a car isn’t needed). When I return to Boston for another trip I will be looking to stay at this same location. Thanks for everything and I hope to stay here again soon!
The apartment was perfect for a weekend away with friends! Easily accessible with plenty of space for four people. The beds were very comfortable! The location is in the middle of several bars and restaurants. You are able to walk to almost everything. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great location and within walking distance of lots of restaurants/experiences. It is quite roomy as well for an apartment in the city. Our only complaint was that the hot water did not last long and the toilets did not seem to flush great most of the time. Other than that, great place to stay and would recommend!
Did a lot of research on places to stay as places to stay in Boston. 2 couples wanted to stay somewhere comfortable, not in pricey hotel. The location was really great and out of hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk. It was still somewhat noisy at night with street noise, garbage trucks etc. The apartment had lots of strange water pipe noises etc. The towels were pretty bad and the back bed was extremely hard. No window AC in that room and was stuffy. The furnishings were nice, but the apartment could use some TLC. Kitchen faucet needs work, showers could use TLC, ceilings need painted, walls need repair. Overall it's decent........Boston is an old city and these are old buildings..to be expected. But a little TLC coudl go a long way for the price.

I am SO extremely happy I chose this place for a little weekend getaway in Boston! It has EXACTLY what the description said it was. Very close by to many restaurants, famous landmarks, bars etc. There were so many things like that were only a quick 5-10 min walk away! Place was super clean and very homey as well. Reviews complaining about parking clearly did not read through the description for this Airbnb. We got affordable parking through SpotHero that was a quick walk from the Airbnb. Would definitely stay here again in the future

Watch out! This apartment needs some TLC, broken blinds, stained kitchen ceiling, old kitchen cabinet and dirty pans and pots! Broken closet doors and washer and dryer!! One of the bedroom has no AC but a dusty fan!! Excellent location if you don’t need to park! We wouldn’t have to bother and contact the host so much if things were good!

The rental is located in a great spot. It's far enough off the main tourist areas to get some rest, but also close enough where we could walk to everything. It was also very clean, and the area was also quiet.

Great location and good size two bedroom apartment. We enjoyed staying here and the Property Manager was responsive. Parking is not included, so you'll need to use the Spot Hero app to find decently priced parking nearby. The property had a few small maintenance issues that need to be fixed. And it can be loud at time on weekends with bars and restaurants nearby. Overall though, we enjoyed staying here as it is a clean and modern apartment in a very good location in Boston.
Hi The place is in the middle of Downtown. It is a very old building. The interiors have been renovated with low cost materials that need maintenance. Getting there is easy and there is an elevator. Light and noise are to be expected through the night. We couldn’t sleep and ended leaving this place early. The bathrooms are small clean but poorly kept. (The towel rod was missing) Showers are good, hot water running well in the shower, no hot water in the sink. The kitchen is clean, has enough cooking utensils (no oil or food are left for you) There is a coffee maker and coffee for2 days (we stayed 5). Beds were made and are ok and sheets looked clean. The decor is nice; but shows scratches and wear signs.
We arrived and apartment wasn’t yet cleaned, and Steven responded quickly and provided us another apartment nearby - very professional.

This location was very close to a lot of different places. We were able to walk to the shopping area and food area in a 10 min walk. I would say this place would be ideal for anyone who doesn't have a car or isn't planning on rent because parking ended up costing us a lot of money. Other than that, the place was clean, laundry was on site for $5 for washing and drying. Would definitely recommend and come again!

This apartment is in a very old building and as such there are many issues. From elevator problems, intermittent heating and water leaking from an apartment upstairs. The couch is very dirty and the kitchen is barely useful. The pictures look nothing like reality.

Steven’s place overall is a great location and an excellent layout. It feels safe and central to everything you need in Boston. The two bedrooms were good sizes with two bathrooms which is a rare find in Boston. The jacuzzi bath is a bonus! I never give less than 5 stars, but this time there were some challenges that were not fixed in a timely manner. The reason I had to remove two stars was due to difficulties with communication and lack of amenities. They have slow responses at times. First we discovered that the code to unlock the Airbnb was incorrect. Then the TV was not working and the two hosts tried to have us troubleshoot the tv ourselves which took a significant amount of time on our behalf. Eventually they decided to bring a new chromecast which took about 48 hours to get. There was no extra toilet paper or trash bags. When we asked about these, they suggested we get them from the supply closet which did not have either. We ended up having to buy these items ourselves. Overall it’s a great location so if you are okay with some spotty communication I think you are good to go!

Great decor and space. There is a washer dryer unit in the building so you can get your laundry done easily. The host was also able to change our reservation after we let him know that the bed had no middle support and was bowing in the middle. Overall great stay and great place.

This apartment is super close to the harbor, many eateries and metro. I felt very safe as I was staying alone. The elevator worked like a charm and the spacious two bedroom was a nice respite from work all day the growing fear of Covid for the world. i was sure happy to be staying in my own place and not a hotel.
Very good location to be close to Quincy Market and Financial district. Be aware that there are bars near by and does get a bit noisy especially around midnight.

This 2 bed 2 bath was easily accessible by elevator or stairs. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Except for the rain, we had a great time in Boston.

Milk Street has quite a few airbnbs and when staying in Boston I always check Milk Street first. I like the area as its easy to walk to my office in the seaport and the pubs there are great for after work. Entry instructions were spot on and my teammate and I had no issue getting in. Breakfast sandwiches in the morning at the dinner downstairs were a plus.
Fair price considering the excellent location. It's less than 15min walk from the South Station, so if you are coming from there, there is no need to get a taxi. The apartment is great, comfy and it's close to all main tourist attractions. The self check-in was easy and the communication with the host was fast when we needed. I'd definitively stay there again.

If you're going to Boston this is a must stay. The location is absolutely outstanding and the place itself is perfect and has everything you need. Parking was slightly tough, but is to be expected in a big city. This fit every single one of our needs for a long weekend. Easy to walk everywhere you need to go. Quincy Market, the harbor, tons of restaurants and bars. One tip is don't eat at Tia's by the harbor. I got serious food poisoning there and was really sick. Only downside of the entire trip!

Great place to stay! Short walk to the marketplace and the aquarium. A lot of things to do in close distance as well as many parking garages nearby to park your car (I suggest reserving a spot in a garage online ahead of time). Host was quick to respond to all questions and messages!
The location is great, especially for business travelers who work in the nearby buildings. The space is clean as well. Wifi and TV worked as promised and it was very clean! The only downside was that it can sometimes get loud outside the building (loud cars, yelling) late at night, which made it hard to sleep.

Location is excellent if you are looking to stay in the Financial District near Quincy Market and Boston Harbor. T line is only a 5-7 min walk. Aside from street meter parking which is not easy to find an available spot, there is ample parking garages nearby. There are restaurants, bars, stores and pharmacies within a 10 min walk radius. The apartment has an elevator and laundry facilities on certain floors. Space is bright and comfortable. Kitchen is fully functional and a bit on the small side but not an issue if you are not looking to cook. Bedrooms are adequate size. Overall the apartment was clean with basic amenities. However, because of the location it is quite noisy on a Saturday evening, even at 2 am, due to nearby bars and people talking loud despite the apartment being on the 4th floor. Communication with host varied from prompt to no response. The problems encountered during the stay were: (a) Dirty and stained couch, (b) No use of TV as cable service was not connected/setup, (c) One toilet did not flush and the other toilet struggled to flush properly. All these challenges were communicated to the host. After lack of action of the host, I had to go out and purchase a plunger to fix the toilets. Kids were not able to watch TV and placed a towel to sit on the stained couch. I assume these issues will be addressed by the host but at least the next visitors will have functional toilets.
Nice place, location was great
Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
