Great place to stay if you're seeing Boston very central. I know some said it was loud at night but we didn't find that to be true, just normal city sounds. We live in a large city center so If you aren't use to city noises stay outside of the city center or in an interior hotel room. The place is clean, easy to access, laundry is available, beds are comfortable, close to the Long Wharf & Freedom trail.
Good location and nice apartment
Overall good. The communication was great, very responsive and clear check-in and out instructions. Easy self-lock, safe building, fantastic location. The only major issue we had was that the elevator was broken (very old building and small elevator, which is expected in this area of Boston). However, we had to walk up and down a very narrow and windy 7 flights of stairs with our suitcases all weekend. This was difficult for us, fairly fit ~30 year olds. The stairs would have been nearly impossible for anyone with minor mobility issues, making the Airbnb completely inaccessible. We also found a few very large centipedes and some holes in the towels. Lastly, I would have liked an earlier check in time (5pm seemed very late) given the price of the place, but we paid extra to check in a few hours early which was a nice option.
It is well located and easy to access to famous spots. But the flat is a bit old, not exactly the same as the photo showed but still clean. The kitchen tools are not well-equipped and the washing machine is outside the apartment.

Place is in the center of Boston in walking distance to literally everything. Place has two bed and bath, a kitchen and a living room. Everything you need is there.
The elevator was not working and we were located on the 7th floor. We were there for several days and we had to park in a hotel lot and paid several hundreds of dollars to park. I wish this was clearly communicated before we arrived because I have a neck and back issues and it was challenging walking up and down several flights of stairs. Especially with our luggage . Another couple had to leave because they were on the 8th floor and the husband was in a wheelchair. The location was great.
Great place to stay in Downtown Boston.
Great location. Walkable to most of Boston’s attractions. We had our 2year old grandson with us and this apartment was perfect for him to have space to play and slept well in the bedroom. Check-in was so easy! I reached out when we arrived in town and we were able to check in early.

This apartment is in the best spot in Boston. Easy to walk to everything and at night it was quiet. The apartment is comfortable, and everything works. We had a problem with the dishwasher that was immediately dealt with. I would not by any stretch of the imagination call this place elegant or luxury, its basic but comfortable which was totally fine with us. Do be aware that if you are planning to cook there, there are no supplies-not even salt and pepper.
The place is very centrally located. We easily accessed public transportation and were within walking distance of the Freedom Trail sites. Overall it was perfect for our needs. We did have a problem with the building elevator (no fault of our host) but he did keep us appraised of the repair process. He even offered to send someone to help move our bags up 7 floors. We did it ourselves - not easy - but we did it. The apartment was relatively clean, not fancy but did have all the basics covered. We did appreciate being able to pay a little bit more to check in early as we had Red Sox tickets. Def would stay again if I return to Boston.
Great place right in center of city. Took 13min to get to TD Center on foot and easy access all hours. Will definitely stay again when visiting Boston!

Location, location! We were able to walk the entire city for two full days of exploring with a 5&10yo! Centrally located and perfect for running to the indoor public market for amazing donuts early each morning! The only thing that surprised us to note is the size of the elevator. One of our kiddos has a broken leg and we needed to bring our jogger stroller for him. I had to remove the tires from our stroller to fit in the door of the elevator. It worked out fine but may not for others so worth noting in description maybe.

The place was excellent for four adults. Great location, very nice living and sleeping spaces. Amenities as described. Would certainly stay there again. The city noise noted in other reviews was not an isssue for us. There was one weekend night when you could hear some bar patrons, but it got quiet at a reasonable hour (around 11), so it was fine for us. Usually we would have not even been around then, but we were resting for marathon monday. Our only complaint was that we wanted to adjust the number of nights we were staying quickly after booking (less than 12 hours after booking) and the host declined our adjustment and told us we'd have to rebook if we wanted to adjust our departure by one day. We had realized that the days we booked were not in line with the flights for the other couple we booked with. We understood the price per night may change, but they told us they may not accept our new booking (the dates for which were available when we looked before booking).

I’m not a fan of memory foam mattresses but if you are, then this will be great for you. Excellent location. Super walkable. Did not need a car. One guest drove - used parking deck located at 1 Federal St (less than 5 min walk). Appreciated flexible check-in! City noise at night as described - recommend ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Light-filled main area.

Solid, clean spot, as described, no noisier than any here else in Boston or any city for that matter. Ended up being able to park the night in the adjacent lot, which has about half a dozen spots.
The layout was wonderful and the place was spotless. Nice views and in the center of everything! Easy walk to a couple different subway lines (Downtown Crossing and Aquarium).

All worked well for us. Spacious apartment. Kitchen well equipped. Elevator has a good size, just a narrow door. Some people noise from street at early night.
Steven and Brian were fine communicators and were willing to allow us to check in at 4:00, instead of 5:00 pm and allow us to check out at noon instead of 10:00 AM. Yes, there are two bedrooms and two baths but describing this unit as elegant is inaccurate. It needs maintenance and is dreary and worn. In the evening there was the odor of sewer gas wafting through the entry area inside the unit and the flush handle on one of the toilets required cranking it 180 degrees to get it to work. The hot water in the shower was scalding and hard to regulate. The floor board heating unit had facing that was falling off. For 465 plus 200 (for dog) for one night I would expect better. I do not recommend this location.

Great location in Downtown Boston that is close to everything. We had no problem finding the apartment and getting in thanks to the superb communication with the host. The only issue was noise from the street that could have been mitigated with a sound machine. Overall a very good value.

Our family of 4 had a great stay! 2 adults, 2 high school aged kids. Great location, easy in easy out. Accessible to everything with very easy walks, which we appreciated. Kitchen accessible, but we ate out, other than heating up leftovers and making coffee. Only thing we would have needed in evenings- more sitting for relaxing. We are Texans, can take the heat, but sometimes stuffy. There were air conditioning units, but we are used to ceiling fans, but understandable. Showers-- no problem with hot water!! If you want to stay in a larger place than a hotel- perfect! And you could do more meals at condo, but we like to eat area food. Very clean and quiet, busy area. Window views of street area were authentic! We would stay here again!
This is a great location! Really walkable to get around. I can’t really explain why this unit is so loud. We were on the 7th floor and the street noise kept us awake all night even with the air conditioner on. Be ready for noise. The elevator is tiny so pack light.
The unit was an excellent location. We walked from Newbury to the North End! It was great! However, the Warehouse Bar & Grill was very noisy at night...on Saturday it was like they had a live concert ALL NIGHT and we couldn't sleep a wink. 😢

This apartment was in a great location. Super walkable throughout the downtown area and to South Boston where we were attending a convention. There are a good number of restaurants and shops around and it’s a quiet and calm neighborhood.
This places best amenity is the location! We are from NYC and we were loving how convenient it was to travel around the city and walk everywhere. Didn’t have to take a single car! Overall it was really nice! Our one issue was when we arrived the TV was missing a piece and there wasn’t anyone on call so our “relax and chill” movie night after travel was not an option for us 💔 they came early the next morning to fix it but I do feel like this is a checklist item when prepping the air bnb that I would’ve thought would be been important. I’m sure they will not let it happen again so just some feedback. Would stay again!
The living room area is nice and spacious. The building itself is also a walkable distance from other attractions in Boston which was very convenient. Note that elevators and doors are built a little small but they work.

Location, location, location! AirBnB and local maps were right when they said this apartment was a short walk to everything we wanted to do in Boston! Minutes to Faneuil Hall, the Freedom Trail and the waterfront. Beautiful old architecture in the building, and the winding staircase was absolutely beautiful. I have a gorgeous photo looking down the stairwell as it looks like a conch shell. The apartment was just as described clean, light, airy and fully equipped. Gratefully, the A/C worked well in the summer heat outside. One suggestion would be, even though we didn’t need it, a grab bar in the bathtub(s). They can be a little slippery at times. Our contact was terrific and responsive when we had a question. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Boston.

Great stay here, they were extremely accommodating with us. Have 3 kids all under 7 years old and we got to place earlier than expected and they allowed my wife and kids to hang out in the unit while I returned the rental car before they had even cleaned the place. The unit and location was great!

Location is perfect for getting around. The apartment needs a hug and a few more supplies in the kitchen. The outside of all those beautiful windows need to washed more.
The home is just like the photos. Clean and in a great area. Made a few suggestions that would make it even better! Biggest frustration is that one bed was only a “Full” at best. Not a Queen as listed. Too small for us and would have deterred us from booking this home had we known.
This place has a great location, great floorplan, and is in good condition. The issue that we had was that the elevator was broken for the entire stay. I'm not sure how long it's been out but this was extremely problematic. Our unit was on the 7th floor, which included a spiral , 102 step staircase. In addition, we had luggage with us which was about 38 lbs apiece. Two ladies, 50 years age - this was totally unacceptable especially for the price we paid. We did receive assistance with getting the luggage into the apartment, but since we had to leave for the airport on an early flight, they would not assist us w/ that. This issue caused me to slip at the bottom of the staircase with my luggage, hurting my knee. When I asked if someone could help us, I got no response and the message I received was "oh great if you're checking out early, please let us know so we can help other guests check-in early." Please ask if the elev is working & what floor you're on. I would not stay here again.
It had a great location. But we were on the 7th floor with a spiral staircase, and the elevator broke down on the first day. It was not repaired on the 3rd when we had to haul all of our luggage downstairs. For 60 70 year Olds even though we are in good shape, it is not a challenge we wanted to face

Great location but bedrooms and bathrooms very small. Saturday night street noise was too much to sleep through but other nights not so bad. The place is looking a bit tired and could do with a lick of paint and the windows cleaned. Overall the great location made up for the negatives.
Absolutely Perfect Location! Easy walk to many major sites and activities and very close to the rail lines to venture out to other parts of the city. Countless fabulous restaurants nearby as well as a large grocery store and shopping district.
We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and very walkable to the main attractions. It had everything we needed and was clean. If city noise/nightlife bothers you or if you need assistance of an elevator at all times be warned that the area is a bit noisy at night and the elevator was not the most reliable. We would stay here again!

Steven’s place was exactly as described. Access and instructions were clear. Place is nearby restaurants, parks and a couple of blocks from the wharf and the aquarium. We used uber and walked rather than riding the T. Overall a great place to stay, elevator did work throughout our stay

We couldn't have asked for a better location. Steps away from restaurants, tourist activities, and a short walk to the Garden for sports. Amazing location. Building elevator is a bit old and small so if you have a tough time with stairs, this might not be your place. A bit of noise at night but pretty normal for city life. We would definitely consider staying again for our next trip and nice to know they rent for a meaningful charity. Thanks!

It was a great location for our four day. Stay in the Boston area. Walking distance to historical sites and great restaurants. The apartment was as advertised, and we found it very comfortable .
Perfect location to walk to all main areas downtown, restaurants, Quincy market and on the harbor. The only downside was the super loud construction in the middle of the night that kept us and the kids awake. But obviously that’s not the hosts fault. Other than that I would recommend if you want somewhere centrally located. Great communication.
I was in town with my adult son for Celtics game and sightseeing. 120 Milk Street is minutes walk from North End District & commuter rail. The two bedrooms worked well for us. So quiet at night it’s serene. Ornate spiral staircase is cool. Recommend.

Good place but noisy (it is downtown) and the overall amenities are pretty average. It’s a great neighborhood but, for me, it was a better place to just crash than actually hang out in comfort. Wish they had coffee for the coffee machine. The fridge is super noisy and not ideal for taking work calls. Good restaurants nearby though.
The apartment was spacious and well-located. The elevator was not working, which appeared to be a commo occurrence, and the apartment needs maintenance. It was very clean, but looks better in pictures than in reality. If you have difficulty with stairs, I would not book this apartment.

Good area to stay in Boston. Easy to walk to bars/restaurants. We had a problem not being able to flush toilets in the apartment throughout our entire stay, which was not ideal. Other than that it was an overall okay place to stay in a safe area.
Place is very spacious, the location is great, you have a lot of great places you must go by a 10-15 walking max. Very private building and very safe. I’ll stay at this place again when I come back to Boston.

We had a very nice stay. The place could use some updates and decor, but since proceeds support a charity that provides housing for families with patients at the hospital, we were happy to have that money go to helping others.

This location is perfect, walking distance from everything we had planned to do while exploring Boston. Could not give it five stars as the elevator was non-operational nearly our entire stay and the unit is on the seventh floor. understood that this is not the fault of the property owner but we didn’t see anybody working on the elevator the entire time we were there. A couple of minor issues popped up but the owner was quick to communicate and resolve.
Great apartment. Nice size, lots of room. Sparse but in a good way. Kitchen well equipped but bring your own coffee (lots of coffee shops close by though). Centrally located to all the sites along the Freedom Trail. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms where great even though there were only two of us. We used one bedroom for the luggage and as a dressing room. Elevator is small and a bit slow but it works just fine. Lots of space compared to a hotel and less expensive than many of them. I guess you can tell - I’d recommend this apt.

The place was clean and the location was convenient to downtown. However do note the aggressive 5pm check in and 10am check out before booking. And while the kitchen is equipped with the “hardware” there is no “software” beyond salt/pepper shakers and a few coffee filters. Also, the windows are thin and noise echoes in this downtown environment. There was construction (at 1am?!), loud (drunken?) groups yelling on a Sunday night, trucks, etc. Three of us city dwellers hardly slept, even with the window AC units drowning out a good chunk of the noise. Bring your earplugs!

Steven’s place was really great. The location is excellent and makes all the great tourist spots walkable (little Italy, freedom trail, etc.). There is also a nearby subway station to get anywhere else you need. The place itself was well-kept and perfect for a small family or a group of friends looking to stay in an apartment. We had all the amenities we needed.

Very convenient location if you would like to stay in the center of downtown. Appartment is clean and bright. On con side - old AC in the window, and busy city streets, so if you sensitive sleeper probably this is not the best option for you. Parking - common and expected for any downtown - almost impossible to park for free, and public parking is expensive. But if you stay at weekend - appartment is close to postal office square, where you have $9 per day!

The Airbnb is in a great location, very walkable and close to public transportation as well. The unit is spacious and exactly what we needed for 4 adults and a kiddo. The host is incredibly responsive and fantastic to work with, I would highly recommend staying here.
The apartment description is accurate, and is located at a walking distance to many attractions and the metro. We arrived at Logan airport, took the free bus to the Blue Line metro station, bought 1 week Charlie cards for everyone in our group. From there we traveled to the aquarium metro station and from there walked 5 min to the apartment. During the week we either walked and/or used the metro to all our destinations and the metro cards were very cost effective. At the apartment we appreciated the nice cool AC units, the stocked kitchen and the nice TV setup. The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. If you need to wash clothes during your stay the washing/dryers are located every other floor and are coin operated (with quarters). There are multiple restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment. Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market, and the aquarium are all within a 5 minute walk as well. I had a few questions during our stay and the host answered promptly. We felt safe walking the neighborhood, the streets and the metro.

This apartment is just as expected, based on other reviews. The location is perfect and we were able to walk to several of our destinations. I highly suggest bringing ear plugs as it’s very noisy at night with the bars and such. The apartment was clean and spacious. The second bathroom gave us trouble so watch out for the older plumbing. Overall, it’s a great location for a Boston holiday.

Great location in the center of Boston. Elevator and stairwell are small. Unit is clean and have all the necessary amenities. Beds are comfy and didn’t notice any street noise at night. Amenities are outdated and AC are noisy. We stayed in June and the until didn’t feel hot inside👍

Great communication during the entire trip. Location was really tough if you want to park a car and the elevator, because of the age of the building was super slow. If you don't want to wait for elevator then you get to do a really cool circular staircase climb!

Place was exactly as described, easy walk from my office in seaport. Highly recommend hitting Kanes Donuts in the morning, it’s only 3 mins away! Bed was comfortable, pillows were fluffy! All in all, definitely would be happy to stay again on my next work trip.

Perfect location if you’re looking to explore Boston, the view of the street from the room was nice in my opinion too and everything was more than walkable, the rooms were very nice too and it made for an amazing spot for me and my girl to just chill and take in what Boston has to offer. Would definitely be booking again if I make a trip back

This AirBnB was a BIG disappointment. In fairness, it was clean and the location downtown is excellent. However, it is in desperate need of updating: the dishwasher is not properly installed and needs some serious pressure to close to work; the oven door does not close completely; two of four electrical boxes in the kitchen do not work making using the toaster/coffee maker very difficult; there is no access to a washer or dryer and the ensuite tub and ceiling both need repairs. The host does reply quickly to emails, he just does not fix the problems. We would not recommend this AirBnB.

I stayed her for a night with my teenage son. The location was great for walking to many major attractions and food options! The space is a beautiful older building with tall ceilings and great light. The elevator didn’t work and this apartment was on the 7th floor, so we got in a little extra exercise. The communication and ease of check in were seamless. There are parking options close by.
Elevator NOT WORKING, for a 7th floor that is tough. You have to think twice before going out, particularly if you are with luggage. Checkin (5pm) and out (10am) time are brutal, usual times to check in is 2-3pm and check out is 11-12am. So you spend couple of hours outside, although they were kind enough to check in an hour earlier (with a warning that there is usually a fees). Apart from these two issues, everything is fine. Beds are comfortable. The place is spacious and two bedrooms/washroom are good if you need two rooms. Place is reasonably clean, location is good too
If you’re downtown for business this is really conveniently located. Has all the basic accommodations and is nice and warm in the winter. Fully stocked with kitchenware and such but it’s not the type of stay where anything else is stocked so bring your own coffee and what not or plan to venture into the surrounding neighborhood. Water pressure and heat was top of the line. Definitely would echo the hosts own warning to not expect silence in this area — it’s downtown and the building infrastructure is older and will talk to you a bit — but if you’re from another big city it’s not a problem.
Great space, incredible location, and the fastest responses from an owner I ever encountered. I hope it’s available for my next trip to Boston. 5-15 minute walk to literally everything I’m Boston.
Perfect location. Quiet and clean spot. Will definitely stay again. Plenty of overnight parking locations close by. This apartment is big! Pictures don’t do it justice. You would never know other people live/stay in this building.
The location is good. However, the space was not super welcoming. There is no guarantee of warm water, mind you we went the day of a winter storm. When we requested warm water to shower the host asked us to run the faucet and to wait 15 minutes…early check in is an additional 50 dollars and they want you to send it via venmo. Don’t recommend.
First time in Boston, the location was great, near by a lot of different parts of Boston. Really good spot for anyone new to Boston. Parking is an issue in aspect of paying a good amount, you can find 2 parking garages near by or street parking, so if you could get here without a car I would recommend. As for the apartment its worth it for at least 4 people. If you aren’t here to walk around and spend a lot of time in the apartment than this may not be the place to be, I would say this place is just a place to sleep and keep your stuff safe while you visit new areas. Other than that we would stay here again with more people.
Perfect location, easy walk to restaurants/shops. Easy check in and check out process. Complaints would be a lot of things were broken— the outlets in the kitchen didn’t work so I had to make coffee/use toaster in the living room. Only two of four burners on the stove worked, the bathroom tub was falling apart at the seams. Definitely an older apartment but none the less we had a great time and the location made up for my complaints.

It has a great location. We could walk to most scenic spots, that’s a great way to adventure the full of culture city. But inside the room some lights and blends couldn’t work well. Though it says with laundry and dryer, but I have never found them.

Do not stay with this property management company, or in the building! Totally not as pictured! Holes in the walls, elevator broken, and unit is on the 7th floor, blinds destroyed, place not clean, super sketchy area, and terrible customer service. Reached out to host and asked to cancel and a refund within 30 minutes of seeing the place. 3 days later and I’m getting “schooled” on terms of service. This is not the was the rest of the hospitality industry behaves. Don’t expect a nice place or any customer service, because you certainly won’t get it here! This does not represent Airbnb standards. I’m calling them now, as I tried to handle this with them, but clearly they didn’t give a shit about their guests. Total waste of time

Great downtown location, easy walk to many popular sites, Faneuil Hall, the north end, multiple “T” stops, tons of great pubs like Mr Dooley’s and The Black Rose. Check out Max’s Deli or the Warehouse across the street. The building has an elevator that was great for the 7th floor apartment. The apartment was spacious, a bit Spartan but the beds were quite comfortable. The bedrooms/bathrooms are opposite of each other so plenty of privacy. We all enjoyed our stay very much.
Very spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two complete bathrooms attached to the bedrooms. Fully functional kitchen and large sitting / dining room. Perfectly located near subway lines (2-3 minute walk), busses, attractions. Easy access (everything is accessible with keypad - main building and apartment), great communication. It was clean and renovated, but keep in mind it's not "modern" or anything, functional and clean. Elevator is rather small and seems old, worked perfectly when we got there.

Yes yes yes! Great place. Love the old building spiral staircase and old mail shoot! Was grateful for the little elevator too! Lots of charm and character. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! Check in and out was so easy! Steven is very communicative as well! Highly recommend.

This is a great unit in one of the coolest old buildings you'll ever experience! Easy walk to all locations of interest, felt very safe, and the unit is quite a bit larger seeming than the photos represent. Also, great views of the city (its a corner unit with tons of windows)!

This is a great place and location. Be aware it’s on the 7th floor and when we arrived the elevator was out. The climb up was a bit challenging after a long day travel.

The location is fabulous! minutes walks to everything. the host is extremely responsive and nice. the apartment is clean and spacious enough ina city setting. the only issue is the elevator was less reliable than desired (it was addressed promptly when reported). Bring lots of coins if you plan to do laundry.
We actually only stayed in the apt for a few hours due to an early flight, but it was clean, safe, convenient and with a perfect location

We were ripped-off nearly $500.00 from "Steven" and company. Two friends were arriving early from the west coast in the AM of our first day in Boston and we requested accommodations for storing their luggage. We were told to tack on another day instead, which we did. But when they arrived at 120 Milk they rudely discovered that the elevator was out! These friends are elderly with serious health issues and could not make the seven floors up , never mind hauling luggage. Thus they spent at least 3-1/2 hours in the cramped entry desperately trying to find accommodations. They also discovered that the elevator had been out for at least two days. You would think we would get a heads up on this, but no. When I contacted "Steven" he feigned a weak 'sorry' but nada word on refunding for that first day. In fact he focused on my complaint of paying $48.00 for a foreign transaction fee as 'Healing Homes' (!) demands payment in Euros. So our trip began horribly and not one word of condolence and crickets about refunding for that day. Our friends ended up at a hotel as they were spooked about the elevator. So the extra cost to have a two bathroom apartment was for naught. BTW, that apartment is rattier than the pictures show and there are zero table spaces in the bedrooms. We will never deal with 'Healing Homes' again. Beware!
Location is within walking distance to the long wharf area if you’re doing whale watching tours or the duck boat. Also close to many restaurants and Quincy Market. The apartment was spacious with 1 futon, 1 chair in the living room and a dining table with chairs. One of the legs on the futon appeared to be crooked. Window air conditioners did a good job cooling the apartment on a 90 degree day. Dishwasher was dated- not sure if it worked as we didn’t use it. Elevator was broken for the 2 days that we were there and I suspect that it was broken before we checked in. It would have been nice to know ahead of time so other accommodations could have been made. It was extremely difficult to climb 7 winding flights of stairs with all of our bags on a 90 degree day. Quick response from host when communicating, but I feel the elevator issue is on going and not an isolated incident.

Steven's apartment was perfect for us. The location was amazing! So close to South Station, and an easy walk to the North End for the best Italian food anywhere! The apartment is big and the WiFi worked great. We would definitely book again!

Terrible check in procedure .access code did not work and we were stuck out in the rain waiting for responses . Other Airbnb’s give contact numbers and respond if you give your number. Apt good size but kitchen switches do not work . Dishwasher old not functioning . Lots of coffee cups but only 2 glasses .Hair dryer very weak . Blinds not great and sun filters in so cannot sleep in. Central location but pretty dead area after pandemic .
We enjoyed our stay in this extremely well situated apartment in the Boston Financial District. We were mere blocks from Faneuil Hall and the Aquarium as well the Red and Green lines. Our hosts were very responsive to any of our requests or questions. We loved our stay and will be back!
It is a beautiful air bnb, in a fantastic location. It was in pristine condition when we arrived. It is much bigger then the photos even suggests! The only negative was that the elevator wasn’t working and the untitled wS in the 7th floor. When that gets fixed, it will be perfect!
Two business associates - we came in from different parts of the US to meet for work for a couple of days and this was the perfect place for us to do that. The location is amazing! We could easily access the best parts of Boston. We particularly enjoyed walking to the North End for dinner - Italian food and of course seafood at Neptune. Loved that there was a coffee shop just one building away (Espresso Love) - and it had great breakfast burritos. The host was always easy to reach and we had great communication with him. WiFi worked great, beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were well stocked and offered great towels and supplies. We’ll definitely be back to stay again soon!
This is the perfect place for a weekend getaway. The location is unbeatable, and the roomy apartment makes for a comfortable retreat after a long day out!
Great central location and the apartment was exactly as expected
Clean, minimalist and good sized 2brd. The host was very communicative, responsive and helpful! The only draw back is that it's in an old building and the elevator is quite small, we couldn't fit our stroller in it; and the elevator stopped working for a day so we had to walk up 6 flights of stairs with 2 toddlers. It's in a good location with lots of restaurants around and easily walkable to different neighborhoods.

We really enjoyed the location as we were easily able to walk pretty much everywhere from the North End to Seaport or to the Boston Commons and Faneuil Hall. Thanks for a beautiful place with stylist decor and amazing views.

Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
