Super conveniently located. Tons of bars and food nearby and an easy walk to just about anywhere in Boston. The airbnb is cozy and clean. The elevator can be a little intimidating and the staircase is a spiral so mentally prepare yourself prior. But overall, we would definitely stay here again!
This was such a great place to stay. Everything was walkable and it was really close to Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market and the freedom trail. It was also close to several T stations. Definitely a place we would stay again.
Great location. Easy walk to many restaurants and pubs. Easy 5 minute walk to the Aquarium stop on MTBA underground trains.

He was always responsive to any questions we had and we were able to utilize a late checkout. The elevator broke down at one point causing my wife to unexpectedly have to carry bags six floors up. It started working again later in the day.
Perfect place in central location. Were able to walk everywhere, the neighborhood was safe and convenient. The apartment itself is very clean and spacious, had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Felt right at home.
Our stay here has been very enjoyable. The central location, with convenient access to nearby T stops, made exploring the city effortless. This property is very cozy. A note to those mindful of accessibility: the elevator can be unreliable. We felt fortunate (and relieved) that it was running when we were checking in to the sixth floor with our large suitcases.

Great stay in a newly revitalized area in downtown. Walkable to all the highly trafficked tourist areas, but far enough away to not be in the scrum of things. Steven and team communicated very well, and the place was very well-appointed. A great space for a family or group of friends to stay.

It was the absolute best location. It was very clean, but carpet was incredibly stained which made it feel sort of dirty… communication was perfect and they were very flexible.
I had a pleasant stay at this apartment. It was very nice and located in a central area, making it easy to access many places around Boston. The host was hospitable, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. One thing to keep in mind is that the apartment does not come with its own parking space. Parking in Boston can be quite expensive, so it’s something to consider if you’re planning to bring a car. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re looking to explore the city!
We did not enter the apartment on the 5th floor because when we arrived there was an ELEVATOR OUT OF ORDER sign on the elevator. While there, another couple, man with a walker and his wife, entered the building. They said they came the previous day and the elevator was not working when they arrived. They were on the 8th floor. She said they were moving to a hotel. She had to carry his walker as he slowly began the climb the stairs. We contacted a host with Steven’s group. We were given instructions to enter another space in a building across the street. Once we entered, we contacted the host again. We were then told we could only stay in this unit for the night, we would have to move to the original unit or another unit in the current building the next morning. This would conflict with our scheduled plans, and we did not feel safe with the offer of the staff moving our belongings while we attended our event, instead we left the unit and moved to a hotel. I hope my fees are reimbursed
The elevator stopped working on the first morning. No help from the owners. Hot stairwell and 6 floors of hiking - sweaty workout. Dragging luggage down 6 flights is not ok. Towels are like sandpaper. No towel/coat hooks to be found. Bathrooms need updating. 2 refrigerators in the apartment. 1 is in the living space. Very weird. On the plus side - decent space with tons of light. Good location. Bring your hiking shoes…. And maybe ropes to lower your luggage… enjoy!

Steven was very responsive when we emailed him. When we got there the elevator was broke. We made him aware of it, it was fixed the next day (Monday). The apartment is great, close to everything. The elevator was broke again on Tuesday, so we had to walk up and down 6 flights again (with a bad hip and bad knees…well) The apartment was everything we needed. The only thing we used was the kettle, we ate out every day. The bathrooms were small but that is no big deal. I do have to say that the one bedroom had quite big stains on the floor. Bed was comfortable, low to the ground but comfortable. We liked having the TV. Overall I would stay here again just on a lower floor.
The apartment is quite big, enough space for 4 people, it is also bright. Has very good location, you can walk to downtown easily. Self check-in available. Check-in and check-out hours are strict and not too friendly - check-in is from 17:00, and check-out is before 10:00, so if you don’t stay long, your time at the apartment is limited. When checking out, cleaning lady knocked the door at 10:05, and within next 10 minutes I’ve received a reminder from the host that we should leave. Early check-in/late check-in options are available for extra 50$.

Great place to stay for graduation weekend. Excellent location. Close to lots of food and trains. Place is a bit outdated and carpet can use a deep clean but everything inside apartment was functional. Elevator didn’t work on last day. There is some noise from nearby bars. Appreciate the communication and flexibility with late check out.
This was a very utilitarian place. It “did the job” perfectly well with a slightly “institutional” feel that comes from a serviced flat as opposed to a personal space that has been rented out via AirBnb. It was well equipped but if you plan to do your own cooking - which we did - you will need to buy all condiments We only got salt and pepper. No coffee, sugar, tea etc. The kitchen stove most definitely needs to be brought into the 21st century. Very uneven surfaces to cook off of. Bathrooms need an upgrade as well. But everything was perfectly comfortable, clean and functional. And host was always responsive.
I’ve stayed in several Healing Homes apartments in place of hotels when I’ve been in Boston and am always pleased. Very comfortable and clean stay. Buildings usually seem empty; there is some street/vehicle noise but they have sound machines available which is a nice touch.

Spartan, clean and an ok crash-pad for a downtown Boston stay for a small family. Despite 6th floor height, street level noise from the local scene was pretty loud, even on a week night. Decently accessible T stop at Gov’t Center about 7 minute walk, or self-parking at nearby 75 State.

A nice apartment in a great area with lots of bars and restaurants nearby, just a short walk from Quincy Market. The host was quick to answer questions before our stay, and checking in was easy with clear instructions. The apartment had cool, old-fashioned furniture and a modern kitchen. There were big windows for sunlight, and while the bathrooms could be updated, they were clean. We had plenty of towels and the beds were comfy. The neighborhood was lively, with lots to do within walking distance, like Rowe's Wharf and Faneuil Hall. It was also easy to get around on foot to places like the theater district, Back Bay, Chinatown, Seaport, the North End, and Beacon Hill. Overall, we'd stay here again for sure.
We had a wonderful stay in Boston! This apartment is in a wonderful and safe area and if you have a pup, there is a greenway right down the street for them to run around! There are great restaurants and lots of shops right in the area. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and the beds were exceptionally comfy!! Definitely recommend Steven’s apartment for your next Boston trip!

Beautiful apartment in a great location surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants. Everything you could want is within walking distance. Only about a block from Quincy market. Would definitely stay here again!
Our host responded quickly to any questions prior to our stay. Check-in was easy to manage with well-written instructions. The unit itself had mid-century modern furniture, with a contemporary kitchen. There were lots of windows for natural light. Both bedrooms had their own bathroom (which could be updated), but they were clean. Plenty of towels and bed linens. Beds very comfortable. The apartment is well-located in a lively neighborhood. There are plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Rowe's Wharf and Faneuil Hall are only a ten minute walk and we typically picked up the T at the old State House, about a fifteen minute walk. We ended up walking everywhere, though. If you don't mind taking the time, everything is walkable. We walked to the theater district, to Back Bay, to Chinatown, to Seaport, to the north end and to Beacon Hill. You might want to take the T if you're going to Charlestown, Cambridge, or beyond. All in all, I would stay here again.
Very nice apartment in a very convenient location. The apartment was spacious and clean, although some of the silverware was not washed as well as it could have been. The couch was full-size and comfortable, which was great since one of the guests was sleeping on it. We had an issue with the elevator door not always opening on the ground floor, but we worked around it by calling the elevator from the 2nd floor. Overall a very nice place- would definitely consider staying again.
Steven’s place was exactly as described and exceeded our families expectations. The space was comfortable and felt like home. It is highly walkable and close to Boston Harbor, Chinatown, Little Italy and Charles Street. We highly recommend Steven’s place.
We stayed in Boston for the weekend to celebrate our young son’s birthday visiting the aquarium and some other fun places. The location was perfect - easy walk to the T and most places we wanted to visit. The only downside is a noisy bar scene downstairs on a Saturday night. Not the host’s fault at all, but just be aware if you need something quieter / have young kids. Overall a great stay and would recommend for the great location.
The space worked well for us. There were extra sheets and towels. The apartment is beautiful. The stairs to the apartment are beautiful but could use a sweep and vacuum. The check-in was very simple but the door may need a new deadbolt or latch. There is a cute pocket park just a few blocks away. We enjoyed our stay.
We really enjoyed our stay in Boston. The VRBO was perfect location and very convenient for us. On the weekend there is street noise that can keep you up. Overall great place and stay. I would stay here again!!
Excellent location in Boston and a very comfortable apartment. The only small negative was the checkin/ checkout time. A 5 pm check in is very late! And 10 am check out is rather early.
Really beautiful, sophisticated but cozy spot. Big dining room was really helpful for 3 of us who needed to get some work done. Big couch was super cozy. An awesome price for being so close to the Wharf with tons of restaurants and surprisingly not terrible street parking and several garage options nearby. We were only here one night passing through town, but I wish we could have stayed longer!
Easy to walk to all areas Unit could have been cleaner and owner could take a bit more care in supplies that are provided. Only 3 wine glasses; no cutting board, limited kitchen utensils. No tissues. Place was not the cleanest. Just looked like owner just doesn’t care.

My friend and our daughters recently came to Boston for a girls trip to explore the Boston area and Salem. This apartment couldn’t have been more perfect. Super clean, comfortable, and we felt safe. Plenty of room to spread out with a great living room and dining room for hanging out in the evenings. The kitchen made it even more convenient. The location was perfect, super close to great restaurants as well as the Boston tea party museum, and lots of great activities!

Great location! Very walkable to several different areas. We traveled with another family and appreciated that each room had it's own private bathroom. We also loved that there was a pack and play available upon request as we were visiting with an infant. Host was also quick to respond and very friendly. The only drawback was the beds were a bit stiff, but location definitely made up for that!
Beautiful apartment, great big windows with lovely view. We really felt we were seeing Boston! Our stay was very short, but could easily have stayed several nights here. Communications with the host were excellent.
Very central location to walk to everywhere or a tube not far away . Tatte is our favourite coffee and breakfasts and lunch place . Would stay here again . It is expected to be more lively outside with a bar on Saturday night but did not carry on too late .

Amazing location for leisure or business, short walk from everything. All amenities like wifi and tv were exceptional, beds were comfortable, showers were hot and towels were soft. Property has an absolutely fantastic location for doing anything at the waterfront near aquarium, walking tours for the freedom trail, and north end fun and bars! Inside, the place was immaculate and we were thrilled the air conditioners worked amazingly well as it was hot this week. I would definitely stay again at this location, but here are my thoughts to help you plan a stay here- 1. no coffee- yikes- I needed some notice there because I haven’t started anywhere without coffee in the last 10 years- luckily we found Espresso Love downstairs to fill the gap. 2.We were on the 6th floor and the elevator sounds like it needs some major repairs. I am the only one in my family who was willing to take it. It is made for 2 people with small bags at the most, so just keep that in mind as you plan and avoid if you are claustrophobic. 3. It is really hard getting ready in the bathrooms with only pedestal sinks- there is no place to put anything and no hooks in the bathroom, so it took me about twice as long to shower and get ready because either my toiletries were spread out in the floor and I was digging through them or walking back and forth to the bedroom for everything a few are a time. I know it is a typical northeast space issue- but just keep in my when you are planning your visit. Again- love the place and will stay again!

We loved this apartment! It is right in the middle of everything so we walked everywhere. Just a few blocks from the Freedom Trail, the aquarium, and everything else. This apartment allowed us to do so many things without worrying about transportation. The apartment was super clean, comfy beds, and all we needed in the kitchen. We never heard or saw another tenant in the building - it was super quiet. I’d recommend bringing earplugs in case you’re a light sleeper bc there were car alarms one night but it didn’t bother us. We ate at Mr. Dooley’s Irish pub up and Tiki Rock and both were fantastic options. We felt 100 % safe at all times. Way better than a hotel, imo.

A very clean and accommodating house, walkable throughout the city and near different T stops. Very close to Faneuil. Amazing AC, a laundry machine right outside the door (bring quarters), and a good kitchen. Would recommend!

I loved this place, it was clean and looked like the pictures exactly. The location was perfect for us, and the area was cute. Felt very safe. The host was helpful and responsive I will be back again.
We had a great stay at this apt in Boston and would stay again! The unit was large for a city apt with plenty of dining and sitting space. The bedrooms were on either side of the apt with common space in the middle. The neighborhood is walkable to so many sites and easy access to transportation! Two things to note - the elevator was very old, one of the other residents noted that it’s often out of service, and we had to fully collapse our stroller every time to fit through the door bc it’s much narrower than a standard doorway. This won’t impact all guests obviously. Also, the kitchen was pretty sparse. They had plenty of dishes, pots and pans and the necessities but not a lot of serving or food storage. This was fine for us bc we ate most meals out.
The building lobby/stairs etc looked a little run down. We got a good look each floor because elevator was broken for our three night stay. Thank goodness we were only on the 6th floor. Unit itself was great. Location was in walking distance to most of the historical destinations that we wanted.

We came out to Boston with another couple. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. You couldn’t beat the location and we found affordable parking close by. 10/10 would definitely stay here again.
This apartment is clean, spacious, and in a great location. Our hosts communicated in a clear and timely manner, which we appreciated. The kitchen had the basics – certainly enough to cook simple meals. All appliances, including the dishwasher, worked as expected.

Location, location, location!! This area was amazing, you can walk to any location or jump on the train (orange line was two blocks away). The apartment it's self was clean with great nature light due to corner position. My only comment is the amenities were limited, bare bones... we ran out of paper towels and trash bags.

It is in a great location, safe and clean place. Steven and the team were awesome. They responded quickly to all my questions, and were very thoughtful for my daughter who has medical issues. My family lives in Boston and the surrounding area, I would love to come back this place, and I highly recommend to everyone.
Elevator was not working for days before we arrived. We were only notified the day of. I was with my handicapped mother needing to climb 6 flights of stairs. We got offered to move in the middle of the night, but we're already asleep (I shared my concerns at 1pm, as soon as we were notified). Steven offered a partial refund and never followed through. He ghosted me after I tried to work with airbnb resolution center. You're only paying for location. The apartment is mediocre in an old building. Bathrooms are small, rugs are stained. It's unfortunate the way they treat their guests. I waited 10 days to write this review, waiting to see if they cared enough to take any responsibility.
The apartment was exactly as pictured and absolutely lovely. The location was perfect for a day in Boston and a concert at TD. Unfortunately the elevator requires maintenance during our stay so we had to use the spiral staircase to reach the 6th floor. The owners were helpful and offered compensation for the inconvenience. Overall, we appreciated the care and attention of this rental.

An absolutely perfect location to all of the sights and history. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Just understand that this is an older building and the elevator is small and slow. And the bathrooms quite small. The parking is relatively convenient but there is no in and out parking so we left the car and walked everywhere. And our departure also was on a Sunday so parking to load the car back up was significantly easier.

Great location in the Financial District. Amenities sorely lacking & uncomfortable beds. Bring an eye mask as there are no light blocking drapes or shades in the bedrooms.
Very good location. Minutes from the water and aquarium and walkable to Chinatown and children's museum. I requested a white noise machine and a pack and play, and when I got there, 2 brand-new white noise machines and pack and play were all in the unit. Very responsive as well. Elevator is old as it is in an older building and barely fit our stroller. So if you have multiple suitcases or large stroller, you may have to fold it up to get in the elevator. Overall great stay, great location, responsive host, would stay again.

Location, location, location. This listing is right in the heart of downtown Boston, minutes (walking) from Faneuil Hall, aquarium, the north end, etc. The layout of the apartment was great for my family, I couldn't have asked for anything better. The response time from the owner was boarder-line instant, and really went above and beyond to make my family comfortable. Anyone going to Boston, I highly recommend this location.

The unit is exactly as pictured and in a great location to explore Boston. We found some nice teenager-friendly places to eat nearby. It is worth noting that this unit is in a pretty old building so the elevator is very small and the stairwell is very narrow; it adds to the charm, but also creates a unique experience for this suburban family :-)

Amazing stay in Boston! The location is the real winner here. In the heart of the financial district and walking distance to all of the tourist attractions, wharf, airport, anything you need, plus a beautiful city view. It looked just like the pictures and the host team is super responsive. The downsides for me were: a couple places lacking in cleanliness (linen, towel, and couch), there were no extras of towels or bedding, bed/pillows were not the most comfortable, and the night construction was pretty loud, even with white noise machines. Didn’t have any problems with taking a hot shower though. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place close to the warf! Walkable to the north end, the freedom trail, Faneuil hall, Quincy market and Chinatown. Easy access to the subway. The place was clean and well stocked with all the amenities. If you have the chance to visit Boston I would highly recommend staying here.
It was located within walking distance to everything we needed. After we found parking. Clean, well lit apt. Cute kitchen. Would recommend. Only issues was trying to get hot water for a bath and ensuring an extra blanket. It was also a busy area so a tad noisy in the morning but the homeopathic white noise machine we found in the unit under the TV was a help! Other than that, I would stay here again.

The apartment itself was beautiful and in a great location. The hosts were also very communicative. However, the door was unlocked upon our arrival, the elevators were broken so we had to walk up 6 floors to the apt, and we were woken up at 6:30am with extremely loud construction or work being done right outside the window. If you are coming with the intent to rest or recover from a medical procedure, it may not be the perfect place.

The apartment was wonderful! Communication was quick and easy. The location is right near everything (the T, the Freedom Trail, North End). Very easy to tour the city. Loved the walkablity. The apartment is as it appears and prefect for four people with private sleeping space and shared kitchen, dining room and living room. Great for when we were snowed in to play games and hang out. If ever back in Boston, will check out staying here again.
The place was in a great location and very clean. Very easy to get into with keypads on the doors. Very spacious and nice furniture to use. Steven and the team were very responsive.

The Airbnb is in a perfect location and spacious. Bathrooms are not the cleanest and very outdated. Four of us almost never had a hot shower and both toilets need replacement. They constantly wouldn’t flush properly. The overall cleanliness was good. The one bedroom has a broken window that won’t close allowing a draft all night. The responsiveness was great and overall a good stay but mostly because we didn’t sit in the apartment much. Some of these finds are similar to Prior reviews so we feel they didn’t address. Walking distance to tons and plenty of parking garages.
This was a great place to stay. Very conveniently located and in a charming building. Area at night during the week is really quiet and empty but apartment is clean and beautiful.
It is a neat place in a cool location. The water was cold in the showers on two occasions and the place seemed a bit dirty on arrival. The room also lacked an ironing board which I believe was supposed to be included. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.
Great location for walking to bars and restaurants. Quiet apartment with comfy beds and a comfy couch, which was great for sleeping. Cheep outside lot parking 1 block away.

Two bedroom, two bath, very spacious. Comfortable beds, lovely dining table for morning coffee and nightly card games. Large windows allowed for cross breeze in the afternoons. Very quiet. Simple checkin/out. Quaint staircase when you want to get those extra steps in. Location allows easy access to the city.
Let's just say we moved to a hotel after the first night... While the location was great and the staff replied to messages promptly, there were a lot of issues that could not be ignored and definitely made us feel like we overpaid. I've stayed at $35/night hostels were better than this. For example, -the apartment was advertised as having AC and the fact that we would not have AC due to the date of our stay was not well-disclosed. It is mentioned when you click "show more," but it is listed as having AC in at least 2 other places across the listing. If you're coming in October, know that you won't have AC even if they high temperatures are 78. -We were told by staff to just open a window when the apartment was uncomfortably hot, but the windows have no screens and would have just let all the bugs in. There were already several flies and gnats in the place, probably from when the cleaning staff was working with no AC. -the listing advertised multiple portable fans, when in reality there was only one. With no AC, we at least expected to have enough fans for each of the two bedrooms, especially since the listing specifies that there would be more than one. -the carpet in the bedroom nearest the front door was extremely dirty -the window in that bedroom fell out and into the room at least once (we never touched or tried to open it) -the fan in that from room's bathroom was falling out of the ceiling -the sofa had large stains We are owners of our own rental property, so we understand the challenges that with it, but this one was very disappointing. The apartment and its amenities did not match the listing very well and it had an overall feeling of being unclean. It seems as if some of the issues that had been listed in the comments and reviews that were reported to have been fixed during the maintenance project that was done in August were not actually fixed, they were just given a band-aid--if that. Overall, the listing felt deceiving and overpriced for what we got. Ultimately, we at the money and decided to move to a hotel after our first night.

Great place & host! Beds were comfortable. Excellent location, close to lots of things but relatively quiet (stayed Fri-Tue over Marathon weekend). Didn't need to contact host during the stay but was sure it would not have been an issue based on the excellent communication throughout the reservation, check-in and checkout process.

Awesome place. Great location. 5-10 min walk from everything! Note the elevator is extremely old, only holds about 2 adults with luggage and you have to press DOOR CLOSE for the elevator to start moving. Overall, awesome airbnb and would stay again 😊
Great location and walking distance to many of what you want to do in Boston. Apartment was comfortable enough for 4 adults. Owners responded quickly to requests, issues, or questions. One of the beds was a little uncomfortable and you had to use 3 pillows to equal one (they were really thin) but overall, it was a great stay and we would stay again. Has all of the amenities you would need, great windows to open up, and they provided window units for warmer days. Thanks for a great stay.
I've stayed at 120 milk st. on two occasions in different units, they both were very spacious, well furnished and stocked . Steven has been very accommodating, check in was seem less and he always responds quickly to any questions r needs during my stay. the location is hard to beat being so close to the financial district and Boston's waterfront, with many attractions as well as several transit options in walking distance. There are quite a few restaurant options and even a handful of nightlife venues close by.

Great place in this historical building that has been perfectly modernized apartment. Super clean and would love to visit again. Only down fall..which you have in any major city is parking is very challenging.

At first glance, it looks nice. Then after a few hours, you realize there's hair all over the bathroom, mold in the floor, and many broken fixtures including a toilet that doesn't flush, a ceiling falling apart in one bathroom. The fire alarm beeped constantly-- with a dying battery. The towels are rough, the kitchen extremely minimal, and stains on everything. The only thing about this spot is the downtown Boston location. It's not what the pictures portray at all. Airbnb has gone downhill-- and during COVID times I expect cleanliness at the minimum. We left after the first night.
The apartment was beautiful and in a great location! The elevator in the building was very old and stopped working mid-way through our stay. So, be aware that if the elevator has any issues, you may have to walk up the stairs to the 6th floor. Other than that, this place was excellent!
This place was very nice, centrally located, but parking was an absolute nightmare. Next time I’m picking a place that has parking included.
This place is in a great location and great for a small group (our party had 5.) So close to the harbor and little Italy and the freedom trail. This stay is located on the 6th floor and the elevator wasn’t working which isn’t a problem but we did wish it was communicated beforehand. There weren’t extra sheets or towels, but just enough for everyone to keep for the stay. We also had some issues with the drains but all in all a good stay for a good price.
This Is a very conveniently located, extremely clean, and very well appointed apartment. The staff answered every question immediately through the app and we felt as though anything we needed would be answered quickly. The check-in experience was very simplistic and easy to follow. It was a great long weekend for us!
We were very disappointed in the quality of the home. Within the first 30 minutes we noticed the ceiling leaking (next to a light in the shower ceiling) while I was in the shower. I quickly notified and was told maintenance would come out soon which anyone can know would not have resolved the issue during our stay. I then requested a different unit which my family didn’t want based on the bunk beds. Unfortunately, we wish we had because over the next less than 14 hours most of which we weren’t in the unit we had 3 other physical issues with the home. I find it unacceptable to pay as much as we did for the above, toilets not flushing (in the bathroom without the leak) , sink not draining and a bath (again one without the leak) ceiling fan falling out of the ceiling without anyone touching it. The location was good but we could have stayed many other places for way cheaper to get such poor quality. And certainly around the same price for something much nicer.
Be aware that check in time is at 4pm and pretty much none negotiable. Otherwise, a very great location close to the harbor and market place.
Unreliable elevator, bugs that bite, toilet that doesn't work, shower rod that doesn't stay up, shower head that leaks badly, ceiling light fixture without a cover. Location is a big plus ... but that's about all that is a plus.

Great spot in the heart of Financial District! Walk out the door to tons of coffee shops, jump on the freedom trail, or stroll over to the North End (Little Italy) for tons of food options. Minimal appliances, especially in the kitchen, so best for short sprees where you don't plan on spending much time indoors. But the apartment was perfect for our 48 swing through Boston -- clean, spacious and central!

Apartment is exactly as pictured. We stayed for 5 nights, & found it to be quite comfortable. The area is safe, with several restaurants nearby. It's an easy walk to just about anywhere. There is some construction nearby, but we found it to be fairly quiet. Beds are low and firm, but we slept well. Any issues were addressed promptly by the host. It is an older building, so the elevator is small & a bit slow, & one of the toilets did not flush well. The water is hot, & the shower pressure was great. We had trouble with the W/D machines in the building, but there was a laundromat nearby. Black out curtains in the bedrooms would be helpful, as the sun comes up so early in the Northeast. We would recommend staying here.

Great location nearing major attraction, major hospitals, little Italy, Quincy market, Boston public market and Chinatown. Condo is nice and comfortable. Both toilets broke down during of our stay. One of the toilets was repaired the next day but the other took two days. It was nice that Steve offered to compensate us for the inconvenience. We appreciate his offer and accepted it. It is a nice place and we won’t hesitate to stay there again.
Amazing, amazing location! My wife, two year old and I couldn’t have picked a better spot. Good food, parks, a playground and the aquarium are right near by, but the common is not too far of a walk either. The space is also nice; two good size bedrooms with firm but comfortable beds. Kitchen is enough to get the job done but we ordered in or were out for most meals except breakfast. They installed window AC units in each room as we got there and they did a great job keeping us comfortable. Overall a good place to stay in an amazing location.
Great stay! The apartment was perfect for celebrating our daughters graduation. The location was super convenient -walkkng distance to the river, shops, restaurants and the train. Also conveniently close to the highway for out of town trips. it was clean, stylish and very comfortable. The beds were super comfortable and we were grateful for the elevator, laundry and fans in our rooms.nice big table for family gatherings and very quiet inside the apartment.
My friend and i went to the MFA and wanted to stay the evening in boston. Steven's apartment is perfectly located near the north end ,so we could enjoy a night out and relax with some delicious italian food. We had an awesome night

This is a wonderful place as the location is awesome. Short walking distance to places we like (minutes from Faneuil Hall) and close by amenities (7-Eleven & Dunkin Donuts). The 2 bathrooms were great, which you don't see elsewhere. I like that it's clean and neat. We had a lovely stay.

Great place located right downtown near Fanieul Hall. Short walk to the North End! Place was very clean and spacious and had amazing views and natural light. Host was very communicative and gave clear directions on how to check in/what to do. Elevator/stair situation was a little iffy because the building is so old but other than that the stay was perfect!

Steven and Healing Homes of Boston have hosted us more than once and we always have a great experience. It was my first time staying in this unit and it’s great, very homey. Books, fake plants and overall decoration make you forget you’re staying in an Airbnb. TV has all the apps you need and kitchen is fully equipped. The location is just amazing. Due to the MA travel restriction on cross-state travellers, my cousin went there and we unfortuantely could not go. He thought the place was good and he liked the place. The host was friendly and even provided wipes in the spot. But the air-conditioner was not functioning well. Either he didn't know how to turn it on or maybe it was broken.

We had a great stay. We stayed for a week and it flew by. Stevens place is central to nearly everything in Boston and we walked to most places. The living and dining area of the home was even bigger than expected and the apartment was very clean. The temperature in the living area can get really high when it’s really hot out. The air conditioning in the bedrooms can’t cool down the living room. We got lucky with cooler weather in July.

Great location downtown within walking distance to lots of cool sights. It's in a business district so not much nightlife right outside the door, but plenty close by. Nice and roomy living area, and sleeps 6 so it made it a great value for our stay.

Spacious, beautiful, secure and very clean apartment in a prime location in Downtown. Flexible host who allowed for my exhausted roommate and I to book as late as 8 pm. Anything you need (Shopping center , amazing restaurants, coffee shops, bars even the aquarium ) are walking distance.
Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
