Fantastic location for our sister trip to Boston, just a couple blocks from Paul Revere's house. The unit is older, but very clean with lots of character. Very spacious for two people; it was nice to "spread out" a bit and great that we each had our own bathroom. Took other reviewers' advice and brought our own ground coffee. Appreciated being forewarned about the narrow stairs to the unit. Steven was very kind and communicative, with tips on luggage storage places nearby. Overall a fantastic unit and great value. Thank you Steven, we'll be back!

This apartment is perfect for a few days or a week to stay in the North End. The apartment is very quiet. There are several stairs for those who may not want them. The apartment was extremely clean. Has the basics in the kitchen. Good for2-3 people. Location is superb! No parking so you must you use a lot close by, a 2-3 minutes walk. I would go here again in a hearbeat my only disappointment was trying to reach the host and only getting auutomated messages. There was a big festival the weekend we went and all roads to the apartment were closed. That would be something else I would look up in advance. Overall a very nice stay. Just a small amount of frustration getting there.
Wonderful apartment in Little Italy! Well kept and it felt fortunate to have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a washer/dryer right in the heart of the city. Tricky to get there by car - wish we’d have printed out detailed directions beforehand because our navigation kept failing while in tunnels. Also we didn’t realize there are huge neighborhood parties every Thursday - Sunday in August right outside - super fun but also loud until about 10:30pm and streets are blocked off.

The place place was spacious and clean. It was very scarcely stocked. No coffee, sugar, minimal towels, etc. A few more necessities would have been helpful but in general a great place.
Steven’s place was perfect spot in the North End. You really get a feel for what it would be like to live in the neighborhood. The place was clean and has nice amenities, neighborhood is amazing, Steven as a host was very easy to communicate with.

We were looking for a place close to most of the things to do in boston and this place was perfect. This unit was in the middle of Everything and it was really nice to have a place to stop at and sit for a little in between all the sightseeing. The unit was really comfortable and well organized for the 3 of us.
Great location! Walkable to many of the locations we planned to visit while in Boston. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfy. The building is older and has some wear and tear but everything was comfortable. The stairs to the apartment could be tricky for some visitors but we did not have any problems. Fell in love with Boston and would stay here again if available when I’m in the area again.

The apartment was in the perfect location. Easy walks to many great places in Boston and the amazing selection of wonderful restaurants in Little Italy. Took the tip from another reviewer and used the boat taxi from the airport to Sargent’s Wharf—worked perfectly. Steve and the gang were very nice and responsive. The apartment is older and could use a little TLC, but it was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
Older style apartment that was ideal for two travelling couples,not without its foibles,but a great location to spend a few days taking in the historical area of Boston….and being in Little Italy the food options were fantastic….would happily stay there again….

Everything was great, but I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for a couple of reasons. First, I think a 5 pm check-in is pretty crazy. Second, the rule allowing only 4 people in the apartment was inconvenient. My mom and 2 year old niece wanted to stop by to say hi, but we were nervous about being charged $100 per additional guest if the owners see them on the camera. Aside from these two rules, the apartment is spacious, clean, and in a great location.
We had a terrific stay for our family of 4 adults at Steven's place in the North End. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The location was perfect for our first visit to Boston, we walked or took the T everywhere. The apt. is in a quiet side street, on the 2nd floor of a walk-up. Lots of great restaurants, pizzarias, delis, and pastry shops within a few blocks... including the Golden Goose Market which has anything you might need. The apartment is in an older building, and shows some wear (wall cracks, peeling paint), but it was super clean. I would stay here again!
Little bit hard to walk up the stairs, especially with luggages, but great location and very responsive host. Also no need to clean up at the end like other Airbnb, that’s what we paid cleaning fee for! Very pleasant stay. Will come again if we come back to Boston. Thank you 😊
We had a terrific time! The location is perfect!! Our GPS misdirected us and we were initially at the wrong apartment. Fortunately, Steven was swift responding and we realized our error. We were touring colleges with our grandson, so the two private bedrooms made the four days a perfect mix of family time and down time. The restaurants and the ease of using the T made for an all around excellent location! We ate at a variety of restaurants, and while all great, we found Riccardo’s to be the best food and price! It would be helpful to provide some information about where to park and the closest T stop. We loved having a true Italian morning coffee at Dolce’s and definitely recommend it!! We hope to come back again! Thank you Steven and your Team!!!
Location is hard to beat - North End. So many restaurants and .4 miles from the T-station. We used it to hit a game at the North Station TD Garden, just 1/2 mile away. Always fun to be in Boston!

I will stay at Steven’s place again, no doubt about it. The accommodations were wonderful, clean and comfy. The location was outstanding! It was pouring rain when we went down to Boston but because of where we stayed we easily had a fabulous dinner, an after dinner drink and a little something sweet late night. I would recommend staying here for anyone.
awesome experience. we came to Boston for a Bruins game and site-seeing vacation. this location was perfect for both. nestled in the North End we were able to walk to everything Boston has to offer. a couple blocks away from a really cool grocery store - Golden Goose, many breakfast spots - Theo's, all the Italian you could eat and the best bakery on Boston - Bova's. we were able to walk to TD Garden, enjoy the game and walk home. always felt safe and we were out late hours. overall an absolute outstanding experience.

The only struggle we had was with the noises. The walls are very thin in the apartment, any sound coming from the other apartments can be heard loud and clear throughout the night. Steven's unit was large, clean, the bed was comfortable (we never used the 2nd bedroom and bathroom), linens were fresh and smelled great, the location was perfect! A few small things kept me from giving a 5 star review. The kitchen was poorly stocked, either no one has ever cooked there or the cleaning service disposes of all the provisions left by other guests (oil, cooking spray, ketchup, mustard, etc.) While I don't expect a fully stocked kitchen, I usually find a bit more than salt and pepper to make a meal. There was a coffee maker but no coffee filters. One blind in the living room is about 24 inches too short, and does not reach the bottom of the window, looks like they ordered the wrong size and just left it. Given the size and location, this is a good value, I would stay here again!

Cannot beat the location! In the heart of the North End and easily walkable to many of the local attractions. (I actually wouldn't recommend having a car. Street parking nearby is nearly non-existent.) The bedrooms in the unit are very spacious and the living room is large enough to comfortably fit two people. The kitchen is very small. We didn't end up using it because the restaurants in the neighborhood were so good. The unit is dated but was clean. There are three other units in the building, one of which is upstairs. We had some noisy neighbors during our stay and could hear them walking around. The hosts are friendly and responsive. Overall, I'd recommend this unit for its location and access to central Boston.

It's not easy to find a two bed + two bath rental unit in that location for a reasonable price. What a gem! I'd definitely stay there again when back in Boston.
Boston is an expensive stay, and I think I expected a slightly higher quality of maintenance. I'd stay again but only if I couldn't find a place within the same price range. It hits the needs but isn't a first choice. Cozy, and located in a cute street. Easy to find walkup, and instructions are very clear. Some maintenance could be used on the location - wall paint, a bigger and cleaner ironing board. There is a lot of random noise, from neighbors, old lights, water running. I'm used to check-in & check-out times being a little less extreme - 10AM check-out in particular was earlier than I'd say was comfortable.

This location is fantastic - right in the heart of Little Italy and very close to the Freedom Trail. There are dozens (not exaggerating) of excellent restaurants within a 1-2 block radius of the apartment, and Little Italy as a whole is great for food. The neighborhood seemed safe during the times that we were out (morning to 11-12 PM). The building is older, but the space and amenities are good, clean, and fit the description. You can hear your neighbors, so hope for courteous ones - ours were fine. The owners responded quickly to the few questions that I had before check in and check out, and their instructions were clear and accurate. This spot is probably best suited to small groups/families looking to spend most of their time exploring Boston.

Wasn’t top condition of the apartment although VERY clean. There were a few old water stains on the ceiling, peeling paint, broken receptacle in kitchen, stains on bedroom carpeting. Just needs some freshening up or TLC to look more attractive. Loved the location in North End which was very close to shops & restaurants. Was quiet back street so was away from hustle & bustle. Manager was very responsive to any questions so would like yo stay here again but hoping they do a few minor things to make it look better.
Great apartment in a fantastic location. In Boston’s Little Italy neighborhood and walkable to multiple wharfs and harbors. Food in the area is incredible and the walk to Christopher Columbus Park and the Greenway is easy. The Haymarket subway station is within a 10 minute walk and gets you wherever you need to go on the MBTA. The one lane street the apartment is on is extremely quiet, but parking is nonexistent since it’s all permit-only resident parking. Steven is very responsive in his replies. A great location to explore a great city.

The place certainly needs maintenance. The one bathtub looks terrible. There are water stains on the ceilings, needs painting. The towels were so thin. I realize the area is expensive, but at least do not leave us with old cheap hotel towels.

Perfect location for the Freedom Trail (steps from the door!) Make a breakfast reservation at North Street Grille literally around the corner. Mikes Pastry is 2 blocks over. And there are not enough hours in the day to eat at all the Italian places in the North End. It is just a 20 minute ride share to Fenway during rush hour. Tip: take the 15 minute water taxi from the airport to Sargents Wharf then it’s only a 2-3 minute walk to the building. Better than traffic and you can’t beat the view coming in. Great communication. Clean space. And a very easy one flight walk-up apartment.
Great location in North End! Right by all the restaurants there and short walk to everything else downtown. Very spacious place and felt private in a busy area. Flexible with check in. Getting in wasn’t bad at all with the flight of stairs just a little tight. Amazing spot!

What a fun spot in the North end. It was such a great homebase in exploring Boston. The apartment is exactly as described and the beds were gloriously comfortable! The room air conditioners were a must and make sleep so deep and restful. The apartment is within walking distance to may big attractions. I would deff stay again. One thing to note, and for us it didn't matter since we were flying in from California is the check-in time is kind of late (5:00 PM). Not horrible but something to note if you are more local and staying here on a quick vacay.

Great location for our family to explore the historic sites on the Freedom Trail and easy walk to public transit. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Pros: GREAT location on quiet street in heart of North End, pretty large space for a city apartment, good instructions from host, well cleaned upon arrival, cute furnishings, well equipped. Cons: dirty/stained carpet, hard beds, minor condition issues like ceiling water damage and old bathrooms.

Fantastic two bedroom apartment in Historic North End of Boston. It is a smaller apartment (approx 900 sq ft) which is expected for this neighborhood. It is an older apartment but upkeep is as good as expected. They had it professionally cleaned as we were arriving and brought in new appliances for us. They even provided us a pack n play for our toddler so we could all fit nicely! Highly recommend this place and would stay again

Location, location, location. Great spot in the heart of North End. Dozens of restaurants, pastry shops, delis, stores, waterfront, shopping, T subway line, all within a short walk. Even Boston Garden was less than 15 minutes walk. It is located on a very quiet street, felt very safe. It is an older building, so the insulation between units is not superb--bring some ear plugs for night time if you are a light sleeper, but there were fans and noise cancelling machines that really helped. You will need to climb a narrow stair case up one floor to get to the unit. Looks very much like the pictures. Kitchen stocked with pots and pans, coffee and tea maker, plenty of dishes and S & P. Super responsive host that answered emails so quickly. Easy check in and out. I would stay here again definitely.
Our host is great and professional. The location is great. Right in the center of North End with a lot of good sightseeing locations and restaurants. The area is very walkable, and it's around 10 minutes walk away from the Green Line, so not too bad if you want to go a bit further. The place is clean, but the building is super old. It's interesting to see devices (e.g. air conditioner) with knobs and meters with the design language from the age of moon landing. But the air conditioner is very loud and only mildly effective. The floor is a bit tilted. And my main complain is that the walls are super thin that you feel your neighbors are just walking inside your room. We were lucky that our neighbor did not end up staying up too late into the night.

This airbnb is the perfect location to explore Boston's North End and Little Italy. We walked everywhere and felt very safe at all times. It is also very close to several subway stops for further journeys. The apartment is clean and comfortable. I was pleased at how little ambient noise we heard. The street noise or noise from other apartments was rare and not bothersome. The kitchen was well equipped and having two bathrooms was a big advantage.
Visited Boston for a sports week, and we had a great place to stay. Inside the apartment could have used some work. Outdated bathrooms, poor paint/cocking jobs, and super hollow. We could hear everything outside, and everything around us. We struggled with loud neighbours, but Steven was very attentive and was willing to act on it if it got out of control. The price we paid was worth the place we stayed. Great location, multiple Italian restaurants just walking distance, corner stores, shops, and a pretty busy spot for the North End of Boston. The apartment was spacious, however it lacked a few necessities. Missing kitchen bakeware and some utensils. No dryer sheets for laundry. Overall, this was a decent spot to stay and I would stay again. Thanks Steven!

The place was pretty comfortable and in a very good location. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. Steven was proactive and responsive before and during our stay. The only issue we had was a water leak on the shower ceiling that looked a bit scary, as if a part of the ceiling could fall down at some point. I let Steven know about this, hopefully it can be fixed soon.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Here are our pros and cons: Pros: amazing location, easy to check-in and check-out, large space Cons: the apartment could use updating (repainting/spackling, updated appliances, etc.) We would stay here again! The price is steep but given the location and ease it was well worth it. Thank you to the hosts!

Great apartment in the heart of the north end. Stayed for 1 week both from work to attend conference but also to enjoy a weekend in the Boston area. Location made it easy to walk pretty much everywhere I needed to go, from the market 2 short blocks away, to great restaurants in north end or around waterfront, or down to Quincy market or 1 day down to Boston Commons area. 1.5 mile walk to Convention Center which was a great way to end my work days. apartment itself is perfectly laid out with 2 formal bedrooms and bathrooms. kitchen was small but allowed some cooking or simple meals prep when necessary. Bathroom, Kitchen, Washer/Dryer come with basic essentials for soaps, shampoo, detergent, etc, but local market has anything else you might need. Overall a great stay and definitely use again next time I need a slightly extended stay in Boston.

I enjoyed my stay and felt that the apartment served my needs well. The neighborhood was very pleasant, with excellent restaurants, bakeries and cafes. I felt perfectly comfortable walking around alone at night there. The apartment was also just around the corner from Paul Revere's house and other historic spots. The place was clean, functional, and comfortable. I had no trouble getting in with the access codes provided. I would gladly stay there again.
Great location but pictures online look nicer than it really is in person. Needs some updating including ceiling and wall repair and new carpeting. Excellent communication with Steven. For the money it cost to stay here, I would pay a little more and stay in a hotel next time.

Great, clean, roomy apartment with nice bedrooms and beds (even a washer/dryer) in an excellent North End location that's ideal for walking to numerous restaurants, bars and historic destinations. We really enjoyed our stay. Check-in was easy. Communication with host Steven was timely. You'll need to keep two different lock codes handy, one for the building front door and one for the apartment. A narrow stairway may not work for some, but it's no big deal and also expected in a North End apartment (part of the charm, frankly). We parked overnight two quick blocks away at the public wharf parking lot (adjacent to Starbucks). One note: this is an old building in an even older neighborhood so you'll hear occasional walking in the apartment above; that's to be expected. Next time in Boston, we'll look forward to staying here again !

Fun location. If you come with a car there’s a outdoor parking lot not too far. Can walk anywhere in this historic city from this apt
The location is fabulous. We arrived at Logan International and found the water taxi that took us to Columbus Park and from there it was a short walk to the apartment. We came with our grandson to attend a Red Sox’s game and this trip didn’t disappoint. We took the subway to the game. Walked to Paul Revere’s house and the Boston Tea Party. Everything is accessible from this location except the Patriots Hall of Fame. Not only are the streets narrow and characteristic of the North End, but so are the stairs to the apartment. Once you enter, the apartment is spacious with two separate bedroom/bathroom spaces. This was ideal for our grandson. There were only two kitchen chairs instead of three as pictured. Chairs in the living area were comfortable. The living room/kitchen windows spanned the entire wall which made the room bright and cheerful especially since the bedrooms seem dark with the shades drawn. Renters upstairs can be heard as they traverse across the floor and only once did they raise their voices. Overall, typical noise for apartment style living. Wish there was a fitted sheet on the bed, as the three sheets didn’t seem to cover the king size mattress and we often ended up sleeping on the mattress cover. Be mindful, there are full time residents on the first floor. The Golden Goose Market is within walking distance. Also, loved the Barking Crab for dinner. Great Communication with the hosts. Early arrival option was ideal for us.

Adorable, funky flat in the heart of Boston! Very clean, quite and walking distance to everywhere. The flat is in the “ little Italy” of Boston which meant great food and coffee. Beds very comfy. Parking is not available, so we paid $30 extra a day at a garage 5 minute away. The flat has very minimal kitchen gear- eg a coffee pot but no filters, sugar, oil etc, so be prepared to bring your own. Otherwise a great place.

It was a slight struggle trying to carry our check-in size suitcases up the stairs to the unit, but once we got there, we were pleasantly surprised. In my opinion, the unit looks more spacious in person compared to the pictures on Airbnb. Steven and his team were also very responsive to any issues that we had, such as connecting to Wifi. All in all, a great stay!
My family and I stayed here (group of 4) for a short trip. As a Floridian visiting Boston, I appreciated that this place was comfortable and warm in the winter. The location was unbeatable - safe and walkable to amazing restaurants, parks, and historic sites. I’d stay again if I visit in the future.

Our party had a delightful stay with no problems. The location was fantastic — close to great Italian food and a fun atmosphere. We walked all over Boston with our daughter who lives in Beacon Hill, and it is a close walk to the T for more distant adventures like the Fogg Museum and the Natural History Museum at Harvard … and beyond! Great stay!

Good place for short stays. it's conveniently located and equiped. Beds are really comfortable, the place stays worm in winter (though the heater is a bit noisy) and you have a Google TV device and good TV to enjoy shows or movies. Owner is very responsive.

The location of this apartment Is central to everything in Boston! The north end is loaded with wonderful Italian restaurants and Mike’s Pastries!! You can walk to many of the Historical sights and to the waterfront. If you need a breakfast spot Anthony’s is five minutes away and has a good scramble and home fries plus bagels and coffee. Again the location is awesome! The apartment is clean and comfortable. I must give a shout out to the memory foam mattresses. Very comfortable to sleep on. One thing you should be aware of is that the unit is on the second floor and the steps are narrow and steep. So those with mobility issues should think seriously about their level of confidence on steep steps without a handrail. Overall this apartment met all of our needs and gave us the opportunity explore Boston over Thanksgiving weekend. Thanks to Homes for Hope for hosting such a cool stay.
Great host, easy communication. Location is great if you want to be in the North Side. 10 minute walk to other main attractions. Nearest subway stop is about 10 minute walk. 10-15 minute LYFT ride from train station and Logan International. Apartment looked as advertised on photos! Overall clean, spacious, and minimal-style decor. Sheets, bed, furniture all clean. Master bedroom was quite spacious! Toilets, bathroom, showers, towels all clean. Felt safe in the neighborhood. The only downside - if I had to point something out - is the noise. Very old building with thin walls. I am assuming other units are vacation rentals so the noise will vary depending on who is staying. One night, at 2am, it sounded like the people above us were all walking around in high heels and heavy boots! So, if you are very sensitive to noise, this could be a dealbreaker. For my friend and I, it was tolerable. Would recommend to friends to stay here.
We spent a couple of mid week nights. The apt has 2 large bedrooms with 2 full baths. Very comfortable beds and great location. We found parking a few blocks away on the water front for $30 a day. Very roomy for 4 adults!
Great location and convenient to all of the North End. Overnight parking was a short walking distance away. We did have problems with our tv that was never resolved.
Best little spot! Amazing (like amazing x10) location - easy to get to anything and everything from this apartment! Public parking around the corner which was great as well. Smelled like a clean hotel room upon arrival. Had all the amenities one would need. Decorated so chique. And lastly, the high tech check in (not having to worry about bringing a key OR losing a key) made coming/going less stressful. Highly recommend this place!
The location is amazing, so close to the freedom trail and great north end food and drinks. GPS doesn’t work great in the area, so just make sure your Uber drivers know where they are going!

Steven's place is located in such a great location in the North End! Easy access to so many restaurants, the T, and many parts of downtown. The unit itself was a spacious and easy to access. Would definitely stay here again if I go back to Boston!

My family and I stayed in this apartment for the Boston Marathon weekend and we had a great stay! The location is fantastic - a very cute neighborhood to walk around and plenty of excellent restaurants. We had wonderful communication with Stephen and his team and they were extremely accommodating of us. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in Boston!
This place was great! The location was absolutely the best. It’s the perfect spot in the north end. We were steps away from some of the best Italian food restaurants and pastries and the Paul Revere house was a two minute walk. The night life around the area was also great, if you are wanting places to have a drink but close enough to walk back to the apartment. The apartment had all the basic amenities you would need and we liked that bedrooms were on opposite sides of the apartment. We did not spend a great amount of time in the place, mostly to sleep and get ready for the day because we were touring around, so for us it was all about location and this place gave us that. Also the hosts were very quick in their response. We had an issue connecting to the wifi and they responded instantly with a solution. I would definitely stay here at this place again.
I had just a quick stay, check in was easy, and the bed was comfortable. Public parking close by! It is a historic area, but I did find that it that some attention to detail could be made to the space to make it feel more comfortable.
Amazing spot in the North End. It is just a couple of blocks from Hanover street and part of the Freedom Trail Tour. It is definitely an older building, but it is clean and has spacious bedrooms! Loved the quick response time from Steven and his team.
We enjoyed our stay. Here's basics you need to know: - Great North End location - 10 min walk to the closest subway station - Firm memory foam mattresses - Bedrooms aren't next to each other, so great for couples - Older apartment but new nice furniture, showing wear and tear in ceilings/walls possibly from water damage - Great wifi, no issues - At the top of steep stairs with no elevator, so better for non disabled guests - parking would be a nightmare to find if you have a car - around the corner from the middle of the Freedom Trail!
The apartment is in a central location which was amazing for a trip that encompassed Salem and downtown Boston. Walking distance from the train stations and most activities. Steven and the team were very responsive to our requests. Overall, great value.
Great little apartment on the North End with plenty of room for me, my partner, and my parents to stay. The beds were super comfy and the apartment was very clean. It is close to everything you would need; food, shopping or otherwise, and there is a convenient parking lot about a block away if you are driving. The host was very responsive when we were having trouble connecting to the internet and was able to offer an alternate login right away. I did notice that there is an extra queen air mattress and cot in the closets but no extra blankets so if you have extra guests, you may need to bring those. Overall a great stay!

Ran into several maintenance issues at this apartment (broken kitchen sink, broken toilet, broken bedroom door) and was not able to easily resolve them with the hosts or get anything fixed during our stay. From reading past reviews, it appears past guests have run into the exact same maintenance issues -- I would not recommend this stay.
Highly recommend this place for a trip with friends or family! Very clean, tidy, and as advertised. GREAT location within walking distance to great spots in little Italy, freedom trail, metro stops… book this!
This is a chic, clean and convenient get-away location. Perfect spot for sight-seeing, eating as much homemade Italian cooking as possible in North End, and simply enjoying some of the sights and sounds of Boston from its many sunlit windows. It's open and airy with a lot of character. The building is c1903, so there's a lot to love about the history and architecture of the neighborhood. The communication is great, and overall, a very nice place to stay!
Steven’s apartment was in a perfect location for our family vacation. It was close to many historic locations and many restaurants. You could walk anywhere! The place was clean and Steven was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. I would definitely recommend a stay at his place if you are planning a stay in Boston.
This is a fantastic little apartment in the North End. The host was incredibly communicative; it was super simple to check in and when the internet password wasn't working, we had a response with an alternate one within minutes. Be aware that this area of the city is VERY hard to park in- almost every street is almost entirely resident-only parking. So if you're planning on driving, it's your best bet to park further away or leave your car in a parking garage and either walk or use public transportation while staying in this place. You can't beat the location for walkability- just blocks from amazing restaurants, parts of the freedom trail (Paul Revere's house is basically around the corner!), beautiful skylines. Also note that since this is an apartment in the heart of Boston's North End, it's not huge; the furniture is sized for a city apartment and you have to walk up a flight and a half of stairs. But if you want the real city experience with great communication and service, you can't beat this deal.

This apartment was in a beautiful area with amazing restaurants. But unfortunately my experience with the host was far from amazing. The communication is incredibly poor. The host did not notify when they knew that key amenities were missing (laundry) which I rely on. They cite the reason for this is due to the fact that they have 90 properties and outsource their property management communication to the Philippines. Upon some confusion between what the outsourced communication and the property owner told me I was threatened with a one star review by the host. Airbnb requested a partial refund which was denied by the host. Overall if you expect to never have to engage with the host I would recommend this apartment. However if you expect to have working amenities (ex laundry and ac) or a pleasant host I would advise against this unit. This experience was so bad that I will never book another Airbnb again.
Not at all far from Paul Revere’s home and super close to the Boston Aquarium/harbor/boat tours-this quaint unit was a perfect location. We traveled with two teenagers (17/girls) and they were thrilled that they could pop over to Starbucks for a coffee or walk down to the wharf to take Instagram worthy photos. Loved having two bedrooms & 2 bathrooms for the 4 of us. We enjoyed pizza, pasta and gelato within our short stay. And the Golden Goose grocer was great to be able to pick up some wine/beer and snacks. We appreciated the window units in the bedrooms-it was sooooo hot outside & the two window units kept it very comfortable inside! We also closed the blinds in the living room to help keep the heat out during the day. Parking was super simple & super close, we used SpotHero. Thanks again for the hospitality!!

Perfect location, everything is in walking distance: restaurants, coffee shops, parking, museums and etc. The place was a little under prepared, no hand soap, no garbage bags in the kitchen and one of the toilets didn’t flush… Overall the place was really clean and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
An absolutely fantastic location! From the main entrance to the apartment building to the left, you are steps away from a market, Starbucks and the wharf. To the right, steps away from Little Italy, the Paul Revere House and the Old North Church. Walking to restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions is very manageable from this apartment. The host was quick to respond and attentive to our booking and questions. We would rent from this host again.
I would say the good thing is location, easy access to everything and lots of restaurants, bars downstairs. But I don’t feel like you can call this luxury apartment, like not even close. It’s a pretty old building with absolutely no soundproof insulation, you can hear every little sound coming from other unit and outside, for light sleeper you will DIE lol Heating system wasn’t working sadly and second bedroom toilet couldn’t fully flush. Not being shady but I was expecting something better.

You could not ask for a better location. This apartment is located on the third floor in the heart of the North End. Very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Great for two couples as you each have your own private area. The family room is very large with plenty of seating. So many wonderful restaurants to choose from. We parked our car for the weekend and walked everywhere. Communication with Steven was awesome. He immediately responded to my inquiries prior to check-in and during our visit. This truly is a fantastic place and we will definitely stay here again!

Ok let's start off with it's on the third floor.. seems like your equal Librium is off because the building is sinking in the middle... In the master bedroom soon as you walk into the door you see water stains you walk inside to the bedroom you look up there is paint peeling off the walls lots of water stains you look around the bed is nice but there is no covers on an outlet curtain rack is falling off okay go to the second bedroom door on the bedroom second bedroom is off the hinges screws coming out you can't even shut the door..... The biggest thing is there is no cable television you need to get their Wi-Fi and their Wi-Fi password and stream from your tablet or phone which the passwords were 100% wrong so we had no TV.... Told management they got back to us said they apologize I took a video sent it to them of all the imperfections they tried bribing me saying you give us a five-star review on VRBO and we will refund you your money absolutely not I am not lying I have it in my email...... The person in unit 2 has like sensors soon as you walk up the stairs it'll tell him that you are in the building very creepy very very creepy never left my wife alone I was too afraid that he might go up there and do something because now he knows that I left the building with the sensors. Located in the prime heart but very very poor on the maintenance... Parking you need to park in a garage or a parking lot there is no parking I received a $90 ticket parking in the wrong spot thank God I had a handicap child with me with a handicap placket or they would have told my vehicle..... So it costed me $180 for parking $90 in the garage $90 for a ticket... It is not vrbo's issue it is the company and I'm not going to name the company I'm not out to bash anybody but to tell you the experience I had as I sent them in an email very poor experience.😓😓😓😓

This stay was great!! Just a tip to anyone staying though, parking can be a little tough. Theres actually a reasonable public parking lot within a 2 minute walk. "Lewis Wharf Parking". Overall you can walk to most places. The Boston commons, quincy market and there are many good restaurants minutes from the apartment. Overall it was a great stay!
The location of this place is great! There isn’t parking but using SpotHero will get you a spot in walking distance to the apartment. The apartment is nice if you have allergies be careful because there are signs of water damage and moisture build up in the unit.

If you were hesitating in booking this Airbnb hopefully this review will help you in deciding for a yes. Solely for the location it should have already been more than enough to persuade you but there’s other positive factors. Located right in what’s practically the middle of the North End you get all the charm of the iconic Italian neighborhood (restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, etc). A 10 min walk away from Faneuil Hall, a 25 min walk away from Seaport District and every other location around downtown. Also great if it’s your first time around Boston so you can focus on (trying) to accomplish the more “touristy” activities that the city has to offer. The space itself is more than enough for even 4 people to have no problems, two separate full bathrooms is definitely more than useful. Very spacious bedrooms and living rooms as well. Again, this would be more than the ideal location for first timers or if you just want a little escape from the usual routine (like me) then go for it! Thanks Steven & co!

Great location. Steps away from restaurants and north end attractions. Had a couple of issues with wet carpet from a leak somewhere which made for a very musty dank smell. And the TV had no hookup so I had to go out a buy a cable. Overall an ok stay for the price. And it was great having 2 bathrooms.
We enjoyed our stay at Steven's place. During your stay, you will enjoy the delicious food of Little Italy and the warm breeze from the harbor. In the apartment, you will have everything you need and plenty of living space. I will definitely come back here if I have a chance. FIVE STAR experience!

This is a great stay for the money. They have a keybox at the door so it's an easy check in and out where you don't have to wait around for the host which we loved. Nice to have two full bedrooms and two full baths that can be hard to find and the location was awesome.

The positive: Very nice decorated, sparkling clean, comfortable beds and convenient location walking distance from many restaurants and shops. The negative: narrow and steep stairs not expected with luggage, noise from neighbors feels almost inside of the apartment. The host took 2 days to bring a missing towel and we had to share towels those days. A trick to open the door, a trick to open the shower, a trick to start the washer. Half of our trip we didn’t have internet or tv service. Overall apartment is nice but host needs to put a little more effort.

I would definitely come back to this property. The check in process was explained well. That matters to me because I am often arriving late at night. The property is walking distance to coffee and restaurants and near the major thoroughfares. Decor was cute and clean and neighborhood felt easy to navigate.
Keep looking ... Great location, easy check in- while the management company acknowledged our complaint of a broken shower head they made no effort to fix it or contact us to troubleshoot. If the listing says 2 full baths - the minimum expectation is all should be in good working order.
Straight forward, great spot, comfy beds and really responsive hosts! The unit was exactly like the photos portrayed and the location could NOT have been better. Super smart locking system which makes it easy if you have multiple people in your party (we never got locked out 👍). This was a great find and well worth the price! The unit was not clean and smelled like cigarette smoke upon arrival. The issue was not able to be resolved so I left my reservation early. I would not recommend staying here.

Great location in the North End!
Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
