The location was easy to find. Nice space for a couple. Quiet. Very walkable. Only a 10 minute walk to Fenway Park and MGM Music Hall. It felt very safe, even walking around the area at night.
great location, wish there was street parking for the place since it's so expensive but it wasn't too challenging to find parking down the street if you look early in the morning
Very cozy and just enough for what I needed for the weekend. Really appreciated the prompt responses from host.
Wonderful stay, all at healing homes very helpful and made sure our stay was relaxing with everything that we required. Thank you all for your attention to detail, apartment was immaculate. Plus only place we stayed at in US that had a kettle! 🫖 🙏🏼
It was a very pleasant stay. The unit was clean, organized, and efficient. Location is great as it is within minutes of two green line stops. Host was communicative and accommodating. Highly recommended.
A great place to stay when visiting Boston. The apartment is easy to find and check in was very easy too. Great location for exploring Boston - very very close to the Fenway subway stop. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable and it had a range of kitchen utensils. Would definitely recommend!
We looked at several listings before (luckily) coming across this one, it was in a great location, clean, and perfect for our needs. We came to town to see Fenway, explore the Freedom Trail and visit Salem, this location was perfectly situated to make those plans come together. Very close to public transportation on the green line- walkable to Fenway. Target & Supermarket nearby. Hosts were very responsive, helpful & friendly. The only snag we had was punching the key code in at the main door, the buttons stuck but as soon as I sent a message they responded. I had read older reviews that the elevator was not working but it is back in working order and we had no issues accessing the apartment. The area was safe. Everyone we encountered was helpful. The kitchen was equipped with anything we could need. Would definitely recommend staying here for a couple coming into town. Would love to stay again if we come back.
Fantastic place to stay in a great area of the city! Would definitely recommend
Great location, walkable safe area. The accommodations were perfect, had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy and just what we needed after a full day of walking. Very detailed instructions to get in and out of apartment. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN ! Owners very responsive. Overall excellent experience.
Great place to stay next to Fenway Park! Clean, fully equipped and very comfortable.
Easy and quick check in. Responsive host. Nice cozy studio located in a quiet and walkable area less than a mile away from the metro station. The place was clean and organized upon arrival with a smooth and easy check out process
we really enjoyed our stay. our apartment was clean and as listed. we had good communication from the host with all the information we needed. the bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed for a lovely stay! the location was great for getting into Boston and watching baseball at Fenway park! thank you!
Such a great location for us to go watch a Sox game. The building is well taken care of and the unit is very clean. Nice accommodations, thank you!
Little late with my review but we loved our stay! Very close to Fenway and in a beautiful neighborhood, love that this Airbnb supports an important cause as well. They were super quick and responsive when necessary, and the apartment was very cute, and just what we needed. Previous reviews indicated issues with air conditioning but it was working fine for us! Would stay again for sure!
we enjoyed our stay here. Good location.
The place was spotless when we arrived and the location couldn't have been better, right next to Fenway and other attractions. The only downside was that the elevator was out of order and the apartment was on the fifth floor. It seems like this has been an ongoing issue since May, and we stayed in July hoping it would be resolved. However, despite the inconvenience, we were relieved to find that the AC was working perfectly fine, contrary to a previous review. It was a scorching hot day, so the functioning AC made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Great convenient place to stay
Beautiful neighborhood near Fenway Stadium. The room had everything I needed.
Nice clean place. Walking distance to Fenway Park. We were never told that the elevator was not working so we had to climb 5 flights of stairs with our luggage. We have stayed at many BnB's around the world and all had at least some coffee or tea available free in the cupboard for us to use. This place had nothing. Also, most other BnB's we have stayed at had a check in time of 3pm and a check out time of 11am. This place had a check in time of 5pm and a check out time of 10am and then the host wanted to charge us $50 to check in a few hours early and another $50 to check out a few hours late. All in all this Air BnB felt like a corporate run "for profit" BnB, with it's lack of the little amenities and its high fees for early check ins or late check outs.
Great location! The apartment was very small and I wouldn’t recommend a long stay with two people. The bathroom was spacious but there was no hand soap and pink mold on the shower liner. Very little to do when checking in and out which made it easy. Two different number codes to remember to get into the apartment but that made it feel more safe.
Clean, convenient, and comfortable
Great spot for a quick weekend getaway. We were in town for a game but learn so much of Boston during our stay. It was hot weather, so it sucked that the elevator didn't work and we had to go up the stairs to the fight floor.
Overall not bad, it was the cheapest place that I could find that is relatively close to Fenway
Great stay, easy location, located near a lot of shops and restaurants.
The location was perfect: 1 block from the T/Fenway station. Restaurants, grocery and Target within walking distance. The room was fine, the bathroom could use a little updating. This unit was on the 5th floor of a building, and the elevator didn't work while we were there - 64 steps up and down each time! There was nothing in description about the non-working elevator, until our check-in instructions that said: "You'll see an elevater, go to the left and walk up the stairs." While it may not deter young people in good shape, it certainly would have eliminated this location for me, a fairly mobile 77 year old. I was able to make it up the stairs, with several rest stops, and my 17 year old granddaughter carried our bags up the 64 stairs.
This listing was very close to Fenway! The place was very clean. The only issue was the elevator was out.
In several years of using Airbnb, I don't think I've ever written a negative review prior to this. But our experience with this flat and the management was less than ideal. While the apartment was clean, the check-in instructions were clear, and it is indeed walkable to so many great restaurants and attractions in the heart of Boston, the air conditioning did not work. We contacted the management and they were initially attempting to help, sending someone to repair. But the AC started blowing warm air after only a few moments after the repair. When we tried to mitigate this, we were ultimately met with silence. This included our request for a partial refund, which we thought would be fair.

Lovely property. Great location and easy access to the property. I needed an earlier checkin and the team was very responsive to accommodate me. Elevator was not working during my stay but wasn’t an obstacle for me. The only challenge I had was that it was one of the first really hot days in Boston and the apartment was very warm upon arrival. Would request that the cleaners keep the fan on if guests are coming during the summer.
The place was the perfect size for my partner and I for 1 night. It was clean, cozy, and in a great area. It was a little pricey once all the fees added up, plus an extra charge if you wanted to arrive a little earlier than the 5pm check in time. We had an event to rush to, but we opted out of checking in early because of additional cost. However, for such a popular area of Boston, it was a decent value compared to other locations. Our biggest con was the fact that there is an elevator in the building, but we were instructed to use the stairs. It was a hassle bringing up/down all our luggage to the 5th floor, especially in the rush we were in. Plus anytime we left, we were walking those 5 flights. Parking was not included (which is normal for this area of Boston). There was a parking garage less than 10 minutes away (walking) and that was SUPER expensive. So the stay itself ended up adding up. However, the place itself was wonderful. It's the other aspects that were little frustrating.
Nice, simple stay close to Fenway which was ideal! Elevator was broken so beware if you have mobility issues. Very responsive and accommodating hosts. Would stay again.
I really enjoyed my stay here! The place is clean and cozy, and the location is absolutely amazing! I don't drive so having a subway station so close to the house was wonderful. Thank you!
Healing Homes' was fantastic! They were so attentive and their response time was superb. We had some things that needed to get some attention in the unit and the gentleman came to the unit and was very professional! I really appreciate all of their help. While it was 100% not their fault, the elevator not working was the only thing that was not great for this place because of the unit being on the 5th floor and I have an arm injury and that was really rough. Healing Home folks were SUPER nice and they offered to help but I managed to get somebody else to help me so it worked out. I really thank Healing Homes! They were/are fantastic! Highly recommend! Thank you!
First off, I will say that the location is awesome! Close to the ballpark, restaurants, with plenty of things to do. But with the unit on the 5th floor and the elevator out and being this was the first leg of our multi leg trip, we had three large suitcases to get up five flights of stairs. We were “encouraged” to use the stairs, although there was no other way to get to the unit. There is an elevator but it only worked for a few days in the middle of our trip. It was not working at check-in or check out. The host did offer to help us with our suitcases at check out, but we decided to go it alone. Walking up stairs after sightseeing all day was not ideal for us. The elevator being out was not the hosts fault but still not ideal.
Great location and comfortable place! Would stay again
great location, affordable price
Host was able to accommodate our requests. Great location and clean space. We stayed for one night to attend a Red Sox game and everything was walking distance. Be mindful that you have to walk up flights of stairs for your stay but thankfully we were aware of this already.
Thank you for having me! This was a great spot for anyone coming to the city. Minutes away from tons of good food and coffee, and public transportation. Really easy to get in and out of downtown Boston. The elevator does not work, so be prepared to climb some stairs.
Had a really lovely stay. Responsive owners with clear instructions how to get there. Really good location - so close to tram stop into Boston. Area felt v safe and near shops and food (time out market too). Would recommend staying!
Great location! Clean. Thank you!
Overall, we had a fine stay with Healing Homes. Space is cozy and clean in a close to the city location. Parking is a big, expensive nightmare however. There isn’t any provided, so be prepared for the extra cost at a random lot. Also, checkout is at 10am, which is an hour earlier than most spaces and if we needed to extend the time, it is extra $. I think the stay is good if you’re really in a pinch.
very good location. well appointed kitchen. Elevator out of order and we were on 5 floor. Hard for seniors to navigate this. Bathroom needed to be cleaner on towel rails and along floor skirting.
Clean home, as described. Very convenient for a short stay.
Parking very and unnecessarily funky behind building in a paved alley . Not directly related to AirB&B booking but there was a car in the space booked and took an added hour to resolve.
Perfect for my quick visit to Boston. Check in/out instructions were super clear. Would definitely stay again.
Very clean apartment and close to the city!
Had a great stay, they were quick to respond to any questions, the location was right along the transit line, overall great experience!
It was great - the only problem was that the instructions for laundry were incorrect. They said it was coin-operated, but the laundry machines needed a card that was in one of the drawers.
Place looked exactly like the pictures and host was very responsive. Apartment was very comfortable, clean and convenient.
Great deal for an amazing location. I’ve stayed at few a healing homes locations in Boston and have throughly enjoyed every stay!
Great place for the value. Clean and comfy
First time in Boston, we had an appointment at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Our stay was exactly what we were looking for. It was easy to access and cozy made this stay really comfortable. I have to add also super safe and very accommodating.
It's conveniently located, clean, and decently stocked with utensils and stuff.
Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
