Great location. Near lots of restaurants, shops and cafes. Located on a busy street so noisy at night. Clean. Could use a bit more attention and thought. Only two cloths hangers in closet. Two lights don’t work. Minimal towels. Otherwise it was just as described.
This is a fantastic location for exploring Boston. You are minutes away from the Time Out Market for delicious food, Target for random items, Boston University, and the Fine Arts Museum (plus a nice park to run around). This was very convenient to explore Boston and attend a conference at BU. I would recommend earplugs when sleeping as the location does have a decent amount of traffic.
The location is accessible, but the AC didn’t work and the street noise was very loud. We were staying there in October, but for some reason it was super hot

Nice, clean place to stay. There were only few towels for a 4-5 day stay, so they could have used more. The traffic was extremely loud bec of being on a hill and a busy intersection, however convenient for train and bus travel.
Cute place not far from Fenway and the Green (D) Line! Made getting around super convenient. Located next to a handful of restaurants and Time Out Boston. Brian was very responsive and helpful to any questions we had! The place matched the photos and was spacious!

This location was great. We were able to walk to Fenway and enjoy the neighborhood. Would highly recommend if you are going to a game or concert at Fenway
Comfortable bed
Nice location - few min walk from the downtown Fenway area, good amount of space for a few nights stay! Sadly, no AC in the unit even though it was listed as one of the amenities. Hosts were responsive, but did not provide any immediate solution (adjusting the breakers did not affect anything, as no windows had an AC unit, and no external fans available) They offered to install one the next day, however as I was a solo traveler, I preferred them to not enter the unit while I was there. (It was over 82 degrees in the unit at night) Wish the listing was more accurate and the price adjusted accordingly!
Great location, parking is not feasible. We'd definitely leverage public transportation next time, as, 2 days parking cost $78.
Amazing view just a block away from restaurants and stores. Walk up the street and the trolley is right next door. Two blocks away from Fenway park can’t beat that. We had an amazing time we will definitely be back.
Amazing location! Perfect for my weekend in Boston. Shortest walk to Fenway and lots of great bars and places to eat. Quiet neighborhood, quiet building, everything about this spot was awesome!
Check in was 5pm - it was 91 degrees out and humid, the single ac unit was turned off when we arrived after walking up 4 flights of stairs because elevator isn’t functioning - it took absolutely forever for the room to cool down. It would have been nice if the ac was turned on before we arrived when it is that hot and humid .
Good experience. Seems like the elevator is working now so you might not need to walk up four flights of stairs anymore. It was very quiet and has a good view.
Had a lovely stay here to meet up with some buddies from college. Great location to Fenway and is really walkable to anywhere in Boston. Would definitely stay again!

Pros- Good Price Great Location AC worked Bed was comfortable It was clean. Cons- Elevator was broken. It’s tough for somebody with a bad wrist and bad back to drag up 4 luggages up 4 floors worth of stairs. Host offered zero apology and hid this from us until it’s time to check in (at this point we cannot ask for refund). Despite the Airbnb being good, this alone warrants the two star rating.
It was a lovely apartment! I really wish the elevator worked. For anyone who isn’t clear, this is a 4th floor walk up. It was a challenge with suitcases but we managed. I booked it because it was walkable to where we needed to be so we sacrificed the elevator. The stairwell is hot. The apartment is perfect and the ac works well. Bed is firm and comfy. There are restaurants nearby and a wonderful bakery just a short walk away.
While the apartment was well located and comfortable, the hidden pet fee that was charged at booking and not included in the pricing while looking at the location really rubbed us the wrong way. I appreciate that they are super clean but we only needed to stay one night and a hidden non-refundable $200 was in excess of what we had budgeted. A hotel would have sufficed for us for much less. We tried to cancel but that would have cost us $180. I recommend this for anyone who wants the location, has a pet for a longer stay. You will get your money's worth. We unfortunately did not.

Good for a weekend stay. Driving distance to Cambridge. Place was clean and as described. There was an initial issue with the AC, which was fixed. The bed was also squeaky, which made it a bit difficult to sleep.

This was an excellent location and the apartment was very clean and nicely appointed. There were 8 windows in this small studio so it was very light and bright. Unfortunately, the bed was extremely firm and I had to sleep on the couch. Also, the cleaning crew vacuumed the floors in the halls at 7:15 am, way to early for most people. Lastly, it was NOT listed as a walk up. We were on the fourth floor and I have mobility issues so it was a struggle. There was an elevator but it looked liked it was permanently unusable. In the check in instructions we were told to use the stairs. This was a problem for me and I'm sure for other guests.
Super cute studio apartment! Bright and spacious in a perfect location. Host very responsive. The only negative was that the elevator went out twice while we were there (4 days) and apt is on the 4th floor. Anyone with mobility issues may have some difficulty navigating the stairs. Otherwise, would totally recommend!

Very bright open studio, clean and uncluttered. Perfect for our meetings in the Longwood Medical area and only blocks from our daughter's Fenway home. Close to restaurants and the Fenway T stop is right next door. Typical street noise for Boston. We were caught off guard by having no elevator for this fourth floor unit, but luckily we travel very light and are fit for 4 flights of stairs. Also, we would have appreciated a coffee starter pack. We would stay here again for the convenient location and bright open setting in unit 401.

Wonderful place, very comfortable, and felt right at home. It’s pretty much easier to take the train or even walk to places. Area felt safe and lots of places to eat.
Overall a great experience! Our host was very responsive, although the checkin/checkout times are a little late/early compared to other places I’ve stayed. They accommodated early checkin for a fee though. The room was comfortable and spacious for two people for a few days, and you can’t beat the easy walk to Fenway!

Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
