Fantastic stay for four in Boston! This location is ideal for bopping around the various areas of boston! Close to public transportation and Parking was easy with the recommended Spot Hero app! There was a lot to do right outside the apartment with many coffee shops and restaurants. The area is beautiful and clean and was peaceful. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean, and had all amenities! Would highly recommend this place!

This was a beautiful apartment. Everything was pristine. Steven was amazing to work with. We had a little change of travel plans due to the hurricane. I messaged him before we took off and asked about an early check-in. Unfortunately, he did not have a chance to respond before our plane took off, but when we arrived in Boston, he had already arranged for the housekeepers to have the unit ready when we arrived. He was extremely flexible with letting us leave our luggage or paying for an early check-in. He was very prompt in every message that we left. His directions for getting in were clear. We had no confusion at all, If we ever come back to Boston, this will be our Airbnb.

Good location near public transportation, spacious place. Easy check in. Beds were a little firmer than we personally prefer. Bring an eye mask - the shades are sheer in the bedrooms. Would recommend!
Great place. Comfortable and clean. Communications with the host were easy and friendly. Very convenient to the T—5 and 10 minute walks to the Orange and Green Lines, respectively. So easy to get to Fenway on the Green. Great that Isabella Gardner museum and MFA are also so close— this makes it so easy if you have to go to “Plan B” on a rainy day. Orange line takes you right downtown. Milkweed restaurant on the corner is excellent. Blackout shades in the bedrooms would be nice. Will book again.

Steven’s place is clean and spacious and is exactly as pictured. The location is very convenient with restaurants just around the corner. There are also parks close by, which is extremely useful if you have a dog.
The apartment, location and communication are great, walk or train anywhere! I took a star off because check out is at 10am, which I think is ridiculously early. There is a coffee pot and NO coffee, which just seems wrong especially for the first night you arrive and the washer is unnecessarily challenging to use. It worked great but just post instructions so the guests do not have to waste their time trying to figure it out. Other wise the space and set up are amazing!

Very nice condo in a great location. There were so many great restaurants nearby. The location was perfect for us as we were going to a couple Red Sox games and Fenway was an easy 20 min walk away. We always took the subway system when we’re in town and we’re just a 10 minute walk from the green and orange lines. The condo had everything we needed including a fridge, dish washer, washer and dryer. The appliances were tricky to figure out which is why we did take some stars off in certain sections - instructions would’ve been helpful. Otherwise it was a great experience and would absolutely stay with them again!
This is a beautiful and well located apartment. Good for families with kids. There is a playground across the street and plenty of places to eat nearby. Close to the metro.

We absolutely loved visiting Boston and this property was truly spacious, clean and comfortable for 4 adults. The washer and dryer was a big help since we packed light and had to do laundry just about daily. Steven was very helpful and responsive on any question that I threw at him. The rooftop deck with great views was a wonderful icing on the cake. As with any city parking is an issue and can be expensive. Steven recommended the app “spot hero”. This turned to be a very beneficial app and actually saved us money in parking around the city. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Boston.
Steven's place was so nice, new, and beautifully decorated. We (2 couples) stayed here when we came into town to see a RedSox game. We walked to Fenway (which took only 25 minutes). It was priced fairly and was less expensive than paying for 2 hotel rooms and much nicer and bigger than a hotel room. The area was OK with a great restaurant called Milkweeds practically attached to the building where we had a nice breakfast. The rooftop was definately the hi-light. We took up a bottle of wine and enjoyed that while admiring the Boston skyline after the game. If you're a wine drinker, bring your own Wine glasses and acork screw as there were none there. If I come back and stay again, I might buy them and leave them as a gift since you can pick up a cheap set of 6 for under $10:) Great place though. I highly recommend.
We had a great 8 nights at this lovely 2-bedroom apartment. The place was very comfortable, beds were beautifully made and extremely comfortable and clean. Good access to public transport and walkable to where we needed to go. Hosts were always responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

The apartment is clean, beautiful, great amenities and in a beautiful location. Mattresses are very comfortable. It was very easy to check-in and the host is very easy to communicate with. Whenever we are visiting Boston, this will be the first place we'll try to book.

The place is large, super-clean, and very comfortable . Great location, and really nice building with lots of common amenities like a gym and pool table. Only complaints were lots of noise starting at 5am (Wednesday morning must be garbage pickup, and there was about 1 hour of super-loud noise outside. Also, check-out at 10am is inconvinient, 11am would be better!
The host was great, very responsive. Building was secure, clean and furnishings were newer. Very noisy in the middle of the night, you could hear neighbors inside the building and outside. Trash collection is in the middle of the night.

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) stayed in Mission Hill while touring Tufts, BU and BC and this was a perfect location. It was spacious, we found convenient overnight street parking both nights (had to move the car by 10am). If you plan to leave the car all day and travel via T, you will need to find a garage. Apt was brand new, clean and spotless. We loved the extra firm mattresses and the spacious showers and closets. There is a cute cafe on the corner (Milkweed) and a few pubs and restaurants within a 5-10 min walk. Keep in mind, this is a quiet residential area - so you’ll have to drive for late night dining/bars. T is also close by if you want. Highly recommend this spot!
Great place to stay! We stayed here after attending an event at the Boston convention center and this was a quick drive. Beautiful apartment, just as pictured and described in the listing. Very responsive host - would reply within a few minutes of me messaging. Only thing to note is parking in the area was not the easiest. Most street parking around that area are permit only so it helps to use spot hero to find a spot. We used spot hero and booked a spot 1-2 blocks away. Other than that, amazing place. Super modern and clean and spacious! Love the open layout concept in the living room and kitchen.

Loved this airbnb!! Everything was spotless, well decorated and there was so much space! Although we were only there for one night it was very cozy and comfortable. The building was very easy to access, the instructions for check in and check out were also easy to follow. I would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in the Boston area!
We love to stay at Steven’s! The building is modernised and the unit is clean. We always do a thorough cleaning everytime we check in at any airbnb since we have a small toddler with sensitive skin. Our swifter mop is clean! with only little bit of dust from under the furniture. Our minor issues were hot water takes some time to come out and the sink drain stopper in the main bathroom unable to stay up and had to be manually discharged. There are subway station within walking distance and few bus stops nearby as well. The unit owner is responsive

Had a fabulous stay in Steven’s place. We walked in and were happily surprised to find a more spacious flat than the photos (with great storage too!) and everything we needed for our first week in Boston. The area is a great landing spot as well - cool cafes, a playground and public library across the street and close to tons of public transport. We would’ve stayed longer if we could and are definitely keen to return.

Immaculate apartment in quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to small family restaurants and grocery/drug store. Limited free on street parking (but we found each evening). Highly recommend. Much better than hotel especially if you like to make your own meals - complete kitchen including oven. Washing machine and dryer in unit. Definitely will stay here again!
This unit was clean, modern & conveniently located. However, you expect an expensive rental to work properly, but the array/ongoing nature of problems was unacceptable. We learned the shower needed attention & would be inspected. A 1st & 2nd inspection occurred & we were told not to use the shower. We consented to repair during our stay, but the response was silence & inactivity. The bathroom sinks & other shower drained VERY slowly. Hot/cold was plumbed backwards throughout the unit, even the washer. After several attempts to do laundry, we contacted Healing Homes (HH) & the initial solution didn’t work. Over the course of week 1, 2 different employees came on 3 occasions. Initially we did laundry elsewhere, it eventually started working, but left puddles on the floor. We traveled half-way across the continent & expected our accommodations to support the medical purpose of our trip. Selection criteria included 2 bathrooms & an in-unit washer/dryer. Instead, the 2/2 was actually a 2/1.5, we endured intruders on an almost daily basis for a week & the facility problems were not resolved. We wish this was a "one off," but it's the norm for HH. Our family stayed in a different location managed by HH & the same story played out: multiple visits over days without fixing the problem & silence in between. We cannot recommend this until these problems are resolved. Finally, given the “silence & inactivity," we recommend HH be replaced by a communicative team of problem solvers.
Steve's place is nice and clean and located in a safe area. The site has no parking, but easy to park outside my only issue was finding the Keycafe, but Brian was very helpful in helping me find the keys
Beautiful and spacious apartment. Very clean and exactly matched the description and pictures. Area is very walkable and close to the T-line. Host is easy to communicate and very responsive whenever we have questions. Definitely will be in my list for the next time we visit.
Steven was a very helpful and informative host. He answered all of my questions promptly and with great detail. I would 100% recommend this Airbnb. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and nearby to Fenway and other hot-spot locations. The only recommendation I would have is to make sure to scope out parking lots ahead of time if you bring a vehicle (since parking can be challenging on Mission Hill). Steven recommended using the app called Spot hero which was very helpful finding a lot nearby. I parked at the lot at 75 St. Alphonsus Street which was an easy 5 minute walk to the Airbnb
Great place. The apartment is new, spacious, super clean, and full of amenities. Bathrooms and kitchen squeaky clean too. Mattresses are firm which is awesome. Location is superb - 6 minutes by foot to supermarket and good local restaurants. Being in the middle of Tremont means access to both Green and Orange T lines. Owner manager very responsive and helpful.
The place is really clean and looks exactly like it did on the photos. The host and his team were polite, kind and reactive in their communication. The apartment is located near a train station which is very useful. We rented a parking spot through Spot Hero as it was suggested. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Accommodation was great and worth the value . Only disappointment was related to parking as there is parking but not provided, and discovering the options for parking elsewhere caused a lot of inconvenience
I love that the apartment was true to the photos posted. The appliances are new and clean. My dad an I had a great stay. Brian was very helpful and responsive when I needed help checking in. I love the lobby area, which has a kitchen and gym and extra space. The location was close to the bus station, t line, and close to the church, library and restaurants. This awesome stay made it a memorable family vacation. note for any future guests: To turn on laundry machine, you must press the button on the small black box on the side of the wall and the light must turn green.

Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
