Had a great stay. Location is excellent and close to basically everything you would like to see. Walking distance to TD Gardens in case you want to catch an event. Great selection of restaurants and bars in the area.

This was the PERFECT location for our girls trip to Boston! Central to everything, lots of good restaurants, bars, bakeries, and coffee shops within walking proximity. Very close to the public transportation systems as well! Healing Homes was a beautiful home away from home, with such a beautiful mission. I will 100% be staying here again if I come back to Boston :)

If there were a few things such as tissues, salt & pepper, coffee /a few tea bags, it would have seemed more homey. Directions for the TV would have eliminated a lot of guess wok. Location is walkable to restaurants and Quincy Market. Only inconvenience was parking. We ended parking at the public parking lot 2 block away, and the price was really good considering we left it over night ($18).
Let us know well in advance necessary instructions. Very clean and tidy. The beds were also extremely comfortable which was nice to come back too after walking all over Boston each day. Very walkable to pretty much anything you want to do. In a more quiet area overall which was nice at night.

We would stay here again for sure. The location is perfect for walking and exploring the city. It is an older building with some minor repairs needed (water damage in bathroom etc) and you hear people in the units around you, but a set of ear plugs to sleep was well worth being able to stay right downtown. Beautiful home without the unreasonable check out expectations of guests that other places seem to have lately. Highly recommend

A couple of problems; the morning I was checking out there was a roach in bedroom (big)... There was some hair in bathroom... And my daughter heard people above her who were noisy so lost sleep. Otherwise it was great!

This apartment was extremely clean which is high on my list. It is a bit smaller than it looks online. We loved the location and ease of access to all restaurants, bars, historical areas, and public transportation. My only issue with it was that it was very minimalistic. You definitely do not get the feel of home. In my opinion, it is a slight step up from a hotel. Clean but the furniture, fixtures, kitchen only have the bare minimum.
We love Airbnb and as you know we are frequent users. This time we are disappointed. When we arrive at this property we see and feel that there is ¨no love ¨ for the owners… The only redeemable thing has been the location because the state of the apartment and the cleanliness is not the best. Looking for a place in downtown Boston, this is a great place to consider. Within walking distance of so many great things to see, coffee shops, and restaurants. Easy access to public transportation if you want it. Lots of traffic, including overnight, but to be expected in a downtown location.

Great location. Very easily walkable to lots of destinations. Furnishings were cheap (dining room table was very wobbly) and lamps were massively oversized for tables they were on making bedside tables hard to use. Negatives that impacted getting a good night sleep - Bed linens were synthetic / very low quality so not very comfortable. Also - window coverings in bedrooms are cheap blinds so blocked virtually no light (including ambient city light and sunlight).
We really enjoyed our stay. The washer and dryer in the unit was what made us book with them. However, there were a few late nights when there were little footsteps running around the floor above. Not really a bother just something to note. The easy walk to The Freedom Trail and shopping areas is a big plus. Definitely staying here again next time.
If you’re looking for a great 2 bedroom 2 bath place in downtown Boston, this is the place. We were able to walk to all of the restaurants and other places that we needed to go. The pictures online match perfectly to what you’ll see when you get there. Highly recommend!
I booked this apt after a careful review of the photos and reviews, neither of which were accurate. The photos now look different in retrospect, especially the bathroom, which is too small to be useful, with aging paint. This unit seems more like a college apartment with minimal furniture. The hallways and lobby are in need of a sprucing up. The previous reviews of this listing seem disingenuous to me. I have reread them and feel they were too generous or have low standards. The description on this ad starts with “Lavish Apt”, which is a stretch, nothing lavish about it - It is functional at best. Thankfully the host was super professional and very responsive. The bed was comfortable though the towels and sheets were industrial. If you need to be in this neighborhood and only care about modest functionality, this one is for you. Tradesman Coffee nearby is a gem. If however, you prefer an upscale experience on your vacation and enjoy to live like a local, consider another option.

Quick overnight stay in Boston. This property was located in a perfect convenient location and within walking distance to great restaraunts, coffee shops, bars, and landmarks. Communication with the host prior to check in was excellent and the check in process was a breeze. Greats beds and sitting areas. We will surely book again for our next Boston trip.
This is the perfect location. You can get to the Freedom Trail in .4 miles. The North End is also an easy walk. The place is very roomy and not at all cluttered. Have two bathrooms is great. The hosts are great. Very responsive and very helpful. Access to the unit is very easy. Parking is a nightmare. I think that’s just Boston. It’s expensive and about a four minute walk to the nearest garage. Totally fine most days: not fun in the rain or with luggage. The bedrooms do not get very dark with all the street lighting. I bought a cheap set of sheets to hang on the blinds and that did the trick.

Very convenient, simple apartments. The host is a charity providing accommodation for families accompanying patients to Boston hospitals so your money contributes to the charity. Furnishings were impeccably clean, simple, sparse. Bring everything (not so much as a teabag provided!). Weekend evenings can be a bit noisy.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was close to everything! Had some time to spend before our concert and we were able to walk to the aquarium and shopping markets very close by. There are also gas stations and food places near by as well for whatever you need. Very convenient spot and quite spacious of a space for such price in the middle of DT Boston.

Albert's Airbnb is fantastically nice. A spacious and well-maintained apartment for four people that is very centrally located. The house is perfectly located as a base for a variety of excursions in downtown Boston. It is also very convenient to find parking in a nearby parking garage if you want to rent a car and make longer excursions. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb for a stay in Boston and we would love to come back ourselves another time.

This apartment is an ample 2 bedroom with 2 baths. Nice hot water in the shower and very preety. The bed and pillows are good and the kitchen has the utensils you need if you were to cook. It is also in the center of the action: restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. This is fabulous if, like us, you are staying only for a short time and want to enjoy Boston. However, for this very advantage, there is the disadvantage that, at times, it can be very loud during the night. We heard cleaning trucks, drunks, college kids partying (it is a college town), until 2 or 3 am. We slept with ear plugs and this helped. Everything considered, we still enjoyed stay here and would recommend it.

Solid location, roughly as advertised. As other reviews note there are duct taped air conditioners in the windows which detracts from the appeal. Plus the hallways in the building leave to be desired. Linens felt cheap and the shower splatters water all over the bathroom floor without any way to close the shower. Felt like a very cheaply thrown together Airbnb. Fine if that’s what you need for a night but I’m glad I was only there a night.

Awesome place to stay if you are visiting Boston. It was so close to the aquarium, Faneuil hall, freedom trail and many other attractions. Walking distance to tons of restaurants and coffee shops. Able to hop on the T close by at various locations. Very comfortable beds and great setup in the loft. Felt very clean and cozy. We all enjoyed our time here very much and would highly recommend staying at Albert’s. Will book again next time we are in Boston!

I felt right at home. The place was clean and from the location easy to find everything we wanted to do and see. The only negative was it was very noisy at night and the bright lights from across the street made it difficult to sleep. All in all it was a great stay

Wouldn’t recommend this place, especially for the price we paid. The pictures are not up to date. There were AC units duct taped into the windows so we heard street noise all night. The bathroom ceiling was water damaged and paint chips were falling down as a result. Very basic amenities, definitely couldn’t cook a meal in the kitchen comfortably. Had to pay $50 to check in before 5PM. TV wasn’t configured so couldn’t use it. Sheets were not on the duvet in one bedroom. Might as well stay in a hotel, didn’t benefit from being in an Airbnb in this instance.
Alberts apartment is as described, clean, and well laid out. The location is great, close to many restaurants, amenities and attractions. The apartment was great and suited our needs. We did have one issue though with a plumber/electrician letting themselves into the unit for some emergency work. There was no visible issue with our unit but there was apparently water leaking in some units on higher floors which they were investigating? Unfortunately we weren’t notified prior or afterwards and were quite surprised and shocked upon exiting the bedroom to see someone else in the apartment. Albert was extremely apologetic and communicative after we brought it to his attention, however it was a shame as a simple text would’ve gone along way.

The location of this Airbnb is great, walking distance to a lot of activities/restaurants, and in a safe neighborhood. Albert and his team were very easy to get ahold of and answered any questions we had.
The apartment was perfectly nice. A great, easy, comfortable alternative to a hotel. Very straightforward and comfortable. The area is the financial district with ample coffeeshops and cafes. Not the quaintest neighborhood but easily accessible and central.

Wonderful place! The location could not be beat! Located downtown with everything walkable. Lots of restaurants near by. The place was very clean and having two private bedrooms and two bathrooms made it perfect for my stay with my son. Albert was great with communicating… very quick to respond with directions and answer my questions. I would love to stay there again!
We stayed here for a friends mother daughter trip and it was a perfect setup. One mom/daughter stayed on one side and one mom and daughter in the other with the shared living space in between. This place was just as pictured - although maybe a little larger than pictures appear. I would say minimalist - which I love (easier to gauge cleanliness). It was very clean. Beds were SUPER comfy. There was a bit of noise (heavy footsteps, and trucks backing up early in the morning), but probably nothing different than any other city apartment. We all agreed we would definitely stay here again.
Stay was amazing! So close to everything and walkable. Two minute walk to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall. Beds are extremely comfortable. Sheets were soft and smelled fresh and clean. Place was decorated well and comfortable, everything was clean. Street parking is a nightmare (in general with cities not just for this particular airbnb) but lots of parking garages and lots nearby.

You can’t beat the location, super walkable with restaurants and things to do everywhere. No complaints but my only suggestion is a dresser in the master bedroom would be nice.
Pros: -Place is clean - Well situated - Feels safe Cons: - Very noisy. You can literally hear the people walking above you. You hear people in the hallway and even in the adjacent units - A few misses in the unit : some lightbulbs burned, very small bathroom vanities, nothing in the shower to hold the shampoo and soap - The lock on the door was not working upon our arrival at 5pm (yes, check-in is at 5!) . Someone was trying to fix it and was surprised that nobody called us to let us know. That’s when we were trying to call the host to no avail. When we finally talked to someone, he was borderline rude to us. They finally relocated us to another unit in the complex which was fine. The next day, the cleaning crew entered the apartment without knocking saying they needed to clean the place for the next guests. Problem is that we were there for 2 more days. We reached out to the host Brian who simply told us to pack and go to our original unit. No explanation, no apologies.
The location can’t be beat—we had two kids and most of the sites were within 1/4 mile. It is in the Financial district though, so be prepared for noise in the streets around 7 am. It is quiet overnight. Several pub type restaurants within steps of the unit, a trendy coffee shop and Dunkin around the corner. Everything you need within walking distance and tons of space to relax once you get back from exploring lovely Boston!
This spot was perfect for us. Easy walking everywhere. Home was spotless and comfortable. We did not use the kitchen so I can’t comment. No baggage storage but we were given great recommendations and it worked out perfectly. I would highly recommend this spot.

We had a great stay at Alberts place! This location is hard to beat. Very walkable and safe area. Others have mentioned it, but there is a parking lot on Well Street for when you do need your car, which was convenient (pricey, but it beats the headache of trying to deal with street parking).

Albert's place is exactly as described. Great location in the financial district and walkable to anywhere. Apartment is clean and comfortable, with great amenities. I'd definitely echo other comments that shelves in the showers would be a welcomed addition, as there isn't anywhere to place shower items other than the floor. I would also point out the very late check-in time of 5pm and early check out time of 10am as things to be aware of when booking. However, Albert did let us drop our bags off upon early arrival, which helped a great deal. Overall, I would definitely recommend Albert's place to anyone travelling to Boston and looking for a comfortable apartment in a great location.

Place was as described. Clean, beds comfy, good location, particularly if you are wanting to take in the historic sights of Boston. The provided shampoo and conditioner was the typical AirBnB mini tubes so if you like nicer shampoo etc bring your own. Was a bit noisy at night, but I’m a very light sleeper. I forgot they offered ear plugs and white noise machines so would definitely take advantage of those if we stay again.

The apartment was exactly has advertised: large, clean, spotless. The sorrounding area is nice and there is aparcking garage next block. Instructions to access was very clear. I am just sad it was a business trip and I could not enjoyt the house more! Only one drawback that is worth mentioning: the street below the bedrooms is a bit noisy in couple of moments at night with trucks (I suppose street cleaning and/or garbage). Other than that, this is really a great place where to stay.

As advertised: great location and easy to get in/out. Elevator was broken while we were there, and as the units in the building are all ran by a booking company it lacks some of the “charm” of typical AirBNBs, but hard to fault a clean, communicative experience in a great location.

The location was great. We were able to explore a large area by walking. The building was quiet. Communication was awesome- answered all questions quickly and check in was a breeze. A few cosmetic changes would make this unit even better. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
