It was a very nice place, with clean, comfortable king-size beds, plenty of towels, and nice showers. It is in a great location with easy walks to the Seaport, North End, Boston Common, Quincy Market, and the Aquarium. A variety of restaurants are within a 10-minute walk. The building is older but the unit is remodeled and modern. The first night we arrived late and the neighboring unit had a party with loud music, smoke, etc... We contacted the management and they were very responsive, texted us within minutes, and took our complaints seriously. Luckily for us, the guests checked out the next day and we had a great/quiet stay for the rest of the week. Overall, we loved it. I would definitely stay there again.
Wonderful stay. The location is the best, almost everything is walkable and if not walkable a short walk to the T stations. The Airbnb was clean and had everything we could ever need/want. Will be recommending to all our friends and family and will try to stay here when we visit again.

The apartment location is good, just right in the middle of Boston financial district and near Quincy market. The place is spacious and very clean. Host was responsive and understanding. He allowed last minute late checkout request when we arrived late due to travel issues. Overall highly recommended place to stay.

Easy access on the main street, unfortunately is being re-surfaced so causing some problem when uploading/loading luggages. Spacious interior with big TV and comfortable couch, nice kitchen set up and powerful AC are all pluses during the hot 2024 summer. Bathroom can use some shelves as the there is no countertop. No shelves in the shower either so we had to place toiletries on the shower door sill, not ideal.

So lovely to be able to pay towards housing that supports those who come to Boston for medical treatments. It’s nice to know that lovely organizations like this still exist. As tourists having some fun, we enjoyed the great location and had a great time. Lovely space, lovely hosts, and lots of paid garage parking nearby (we paid $61 for overnight parking).

Pros: Great location for young families to explore Boston on foot. Everything was nearby. V. Spacious apartment. Tv media set is good. Lines/beds/towel were cleans-freshly laundered. Responsive host. Not so pros: carpets could be cleaner. Kitchen was not as clean as the rest of the place. There was smell. Also bathroom mirrors are ridiculously high for people 5’ 6” or under in the. Paid extra to get cleaning done during stay. Also don’t park on the street at night if you bring your car. You will need to get a parking garage spot, by virtue of where the place is located in the financial district of Boston. Overall satisfactory stay. Would recommend to friends and family.

Was a good space place to stay. Quite expensive, but that is typical for the area. Was disappointed to find kitchen not stocked with anything except for a pepper shaker. No duvet cover, so the duvet was exposed, which was concerning for hygiene reasons.

I want to start off by saying the location of this place is 10/10, the best it can be. There’s so much to do around this area and that is what we were looking for. The next most important piece is sleep, and they had comfortable large beds, many pillows, nice sheets and comforter, and AC/heat. The issues are with many of the smaller details- Check-in is WAY late- 5 PM! When we asked to check in early, there were not true arrangements made, but they responded very quickly and let us drop off bags earlier. There are TV hookups (wall mounts with HDMI cord hanging in wall) in both rooms, but no TVs (in the bedroom). There are no dressers whatsoever to unpack in. The master shower leaks BAD, immediately upon it being turned on. The master bathroom is HUGE, but only has a single sink. There are no shelves in the shower, so you have to put your soaps, etc on the floor. If you are looking for a somewhat nice place to stay in a prime location, then book here for decent value.
We couldn’t be happier with our stay! I recommend staying here if you’re in the Boston area and looking for a fantastic spot. 10/10. It’s also worth noting - this host is one of the best I’ve ever booked with.

Things we loved: the apartment is very spacious with big bedrooms and beds; great walkable location!!; management company is quick to respond; check in was easy and we were able to purchase late check out; beds were comfortable Things we didn’t love: kitchen equipment hardly has the bare minimum- I’m talking 1 pot and 1 pan; bathrooms also have bare minimum- didn’t even have body wash. We stayed for 5 days so this was a little tough but if you don’t need to cook it’s probably not a big deal.

The apartment was exactly what we expected. The location was great with loads of restaurants in the area and was accessible on foot to most sights. The hosts were extremely helpful during our visit and after. We forgot something at the apartment and they found it immediately and had it sent out to us.

This was a very good place for me, my wife and teenage daughter to stay while we visited colleges. Location was great. Having Max’s deli on the first floor is nice perk. But as others have pointed out, this is very much a rental not someone’s place they rent out. Everything in the apartment was pretty cheap in terms of fixtures etc. There was repair work or other unfinished drywall repairs in places. That being said, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Just know these things going in and you will not be disappointed. One small pet peeve was the late check in at 5 and early check out at 10. That is something that was a little frustrating to us so take note of that when booking.
Fab location and easy space to be in.
Centrally located so easily walkable to many of the neighborhoods in Boston. There were a few minor repairs that were in process and adding some shelves in the showers and a larger vanity in the bathrooms would have been a huge plus, but the space in this two bedroom, two bath unit well outweighed any downfalls. I did see a couple of reviews after having booked about air conditioning issues, but if there were issues, they were corrected prior to our arrival and in addition to the central air conditioning unit, there were window units in each bedroom as well as the living area and we were extremely comfortable. Also, the mattresses were great! If we visit in the future, I would book this rental again.

Clean, great location, and comfortable beds were all major pluses for this VRBO. Decor is modern and well appointed. Bonus is that it has a washer/dryer. Great layout for families - adults on one side, kids on the other. Would recommend and stay here again!

Great location, comfortable beds, nice showers, functional kitchen. The air conditioning was all window units and took a few minutes to cool down, but the apartment stayed cool once the a/c had been going for ~30 minutes. Would stay again.
Good location. Comfortable beds. Managed property feel (vs cared for home): basic pots, dishes for efficiency cooking. Dish soap and laundry soap provided. Property manager responded promptly (in minutes), repairs like replacing blown bulbs took 48 hrs. Request for early check in (earlier than 5pm) met with request for payment for extra hours.

Great place, was exactly as described in the listing. Host was super responsive when we had questions. The bed’s were super comfy as well! If you’re staying in the summer make sure to leave the bedroom doors open so the bedroom AC units cool off the common space otherwise you’ll come back to a toasty living room and kitchen.

This place was beautiful, affordable, and clean! We were right near the T and were able to get around the city easily because of its location. The parking garage on 75 State St was where we parked for the weekend and it was right nearby as well! Overall great location and experience!

Albert's place was a great location if you want to be in the heart of downtown Boston and within walkable distance to most main attractions. The apartment was on the top floor, so you don't hear any of the city action going on outside which we thought was nice- especially if looking for peace and quiet when going to sleep at night. The place was very clean, but there were certainly some blemishes and a couple shoddy repair jobs that were a bit unsightly. All in all, I think it was a great place and I'd stay there again.

Great location but place was really bare bones for the price. Needed some basic amenities--like shelves or a simple bureau to place clothes, more than one hook in the bathroom for towels, a full length mirror, and hangers in the closet. Also no place to put soap or shampoo in shower. One bathroom had no place for toiletries at all. All these things could be easily remedied. Minimalism is fine, but was a little too minimal for us.

Fantastic location! Local coffee shop just around the corner, serving breakfast with a bar as well for drinks later in the day. Very walkable to restaurants and historic landmarks. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Walls could use some touch up, sanding and paint where holes had been repaired (bare speckling in a few areas) and the laundry door was off it’s hinges and needed repair. Possibly a newer rug in the master room, curled up at the end. Otherwise great sized apartment. Very quiet even though it was located in the city. Highly recommend.

This top floor corner unit in the old heart of the financial district couldn’t have been a better local for our 2 night outing with country kids. Easy steps from the Greenway, the Aquarium, Quincy market and a great choice of cafes and pubs, we had a fabulous time. Alberts team was always responsive and helpful. Found an ‘affordable’ garage around the corner with Spot Hero. Do bring your own salt and pepper, tea or coffee, as the cupboard is bare…but everything you’d need is close by. Thanks, Team Albert !

Professionally cleaned, very spacious unit at the top floor(7th) near cafes, banks, post office, drug stores, groceries and Macy’s. But inside was quite quiet. The kitchen is equipped well with a coffee maker, a electric kettle, a toaster and utensils. Downtown Crossing(orange and red lines) is 10min walking distance away. I liked two king size beds in each room. Easy to check in and out and the host communicates nicely with guests. The unit has forced air heating system and a washer and a dryer. I’d like to recommend it for its great location and it is run professionally like a hotel nearby.

I had a few friends in town for a birthday celebration and we had a great time at Albert's place. The space was beautiful with lots of natural light, great views of the city, gorgeous furnishings, and beautiful bathrooms and bedrooms. The location was *incredible*, easily accessible to a lot of Boston's highlights. Albert's service was also incredible--always responsive, understanding, and proactive about any issues we might run into. I would highly recommend staying here!

This is the second time I've stayed in this location and I'll keep staying here everytime I visit Boston if I can! The space is very comfortable and nicely laid out. It's close enough to many things downtown to make walking around easy and it's a short walk away from the T.
This place was great; wish we could have stayed longer than a night. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is amazing. It’s about a 15 minute walk from South Station, but there are other T stops even closer. There is convenient access to popular tourist attractions. We enjoyed Tradesman Coffee Shop and Lounge nearby for breakfast in the morning.

We really enjoyed this location! It’s a short Uber ride from the airport, walkable to Quincy market and many other spots, like to the north end (our favorite for authentic Italian food!). The team that runs this are very responsive, proactive, and helpful. The apartment is beautiful, and the beds are VERY cozy!! A few small updates would make this space more comfortable. The most notable would be to provide complimentary coffee for the coffee pot, and a solution for bathroom storage. Easy fixes that would have bumped this from a 4.5 to 5, for us.

We had a wonderful stay at Albert’s place. It is in walking distance of many local places to try. Boston is a very Uber friendly place, plan on walking or getting a ride share while you’re staying here. The apartment was well stocked and very nice. The communication was prompt and the directions were easy to understand. It had really fast Wi-Fi as well, which really helped because we were working. If we’re ever back in Boston, we’d happily stay here again.

I had an enjoyable stay. There was a hiccup with the heat, but it was the first real day of winter. Albert and his team made sure that I had heaters and helped me with even providing alternative units in the area, to make sure I felt comfortable. I appreciate the follow up and the quick turnaround on making sure I felt comfortable.

We really liked the unit and overall area. Communication was great and super quick from the hosts, and they were able to answer all questions we had prior to our trip. We were a bit mislead when told that there were ample kitchen utensils to use for a “comfortable stay” when in fact we didn’t even have a spatula or oven baking sheet. There was an alarming situation on our first night when we went outside for a walk, and upon returning we’re locked out of the apartment with the key pad stating “low battery”. Thankfully, we were able to get in, but when we reached out to the hosts they said someone couldn’t come replace the battery until the next business day. Would’ve been a big problem if we couldn’t end up opening the door. Also, the pull out couch was slightly broken, and we told them about it the first night. Someone came to look the next day while repairing the lock on the door, and he said “I have to tell my boss, and someone else needs to come fix this.” Which never happened over the course of the next two days. For the money this unit costs we expected better in these areas, but overall it was an awesome trip and great location.

Stayed here for 5 nights with our 25 YO daughter. We really loved the unit - it was very well laid out and comfortable. The 2 BR's are on opposite sides of the unit, so they are well separated. The beds were especially comfy - we loved all the pillows and fluffy bed clothes. The kitchen is functional and open to the dining and living area. The bathrooms are roomy - especially in the master BR. The living room couch was also (surprisingly!) super comfy. We had just come from a 7 night cruise, so the W/D was really awesome to have in the unit. Overall, there is lots of space - although much of it feels kind of wasted. The location was amazing!!! We were able to easily walk pretty much anywhere downtown (Freedom Trail, Faneuil Hall, Beacon Street, Boston Common, North End, NE Aquarium, Seaport area). We saved a lot in Lyft charges! The not good: The unit is on the 7th floor and the elevator was out for our first 3 days. We weren't advised of this until a few hours before our arrival even though some folks staying in the same building said it had been out for a few days before we arrived. We were promised someone would help us with our luggage but after a half hour waiting on the stone lobby steps (and then hearing it would be another half hour before someone would be there), we ended up bringing our luggage and groceries up 6 flights of stairs. Not a problem if you're young and don't mind stairs, but we seniors really struggled (especially that first day). The unit was also pretty warm (75-78), although it did go down a bit (73-75) after a serviceperson came by. There was a single fan to help with the heat. That said, I'd definitely recommend the unit with the caveat to beware of the potential for the elevator to be out.

This is the place to stay in Boston!! It's an outstanding space! Spacious 2 bed, 2 bath, spotlessly clean, great vibe and the location is as good as it gets!!... Simple check-in/check-out process....Quick few block stroll to Faneuil Hall, Downtown Crossing, The North End, The waterfront, amazing restaurants/pubs, all the great historic places you want to visit in Boston. Most importantly the service... better than first class - this service was World Class!!... Albert and Brian were so quick to respond and so hospitable regarding all our requests and questions. I've traveled all over the world and I was so impressed. I would live here if I could lol... for real! My family loved it!

The place is easy to get to and very convenient for walking to seeing most of the highlights of Boston. It was clean and quiet. If you are planing to do any eating in, be aware that there is NO food of any kind. Not even salt and pepper. It goes have some wear and tear that look like they happened when things where moved into the place and it could definitely use a handyman to fix a few things, none of these kept us from enjoying our stay and we would stay there again.

Good place to stay for a night with a few friends. Location was great. But it felt like a run down version of the pictures. There are several hdmi chords sticking out of walls, bring your own flatscreen and wall mount for the full experience. And records for the record player
This was a beautiful place to stay with very comfortable beds. Three of us stayed here very comfortably with room to move about. The pictures are spot on. The apartment was gorgeous and the location was great. There were so many places to eat or grab a drink in walking distance as well as a ton to do within a 15 minute walk. The hosts were also very quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. I would recommend to all of my family and friends. Thank you for a gorgeous, comfortable & convenient stay!

Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
