I had stayed in this building before because of its great location for visiting my company’s home office in the financial district. This unit was much the same in terms of size and finishes. I would have given it five stars, but for the lack of shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the bathroom. These were listed in the description as being provided, but upon arrival there was nothing. There was also no hand soap, tissues, or body lotion. I only discovered this late on the night I arrived. The next morning was an important business meeting. I had no choice but to get up before sunrise the next morning and walk 10 minutes in the freezing cold to a Walgreens to get what I needed. The host was apologetic and offered to reimburse me up to $15. Really?. Small consolation. Providing these things is a basic for any Airbnb, so I was quite disappointed with the hassle.
This place is perfect for a trip to Boston. It is right in the middle of all our favourite places to visit. The hosts are seasoned and prepared to answer any questions. We love their mission statement and would 100% stay here again next time we’re in Boston.
The place was cozy and perfect for 2 people. Had all the amenities, and was very central to many attractions!
In general was a pleasant stay, very good location and safe area. The apartment was in very good condition. The only negative subject I will mention and I understand it could be out of host control, was the sewer smell coming from kitchen sink when not in constant use (night time) happened every night and no water stopper was available. Had to buy bleach and run it every night and helped tremendously. Other than that the unit was as described. As a suggestion the check in time could be much better and not until 5:00 pm. (with out extra charge).

This place is FANTASTIC! The downtown location is close to the T, and offers all kinds of restaurants, bars, etc. The place itself is set up great and my wife and I enjoyed it thoroughly. Everything is clean and well thought-out. Breakfast and lunch right around the corner, felt safe all the time, and a great jumping off spot to see everything possible in Boston! Highly recommend and the host(s) are great!
The apartment was even prettier than the pictures! It was private, clean and, above all, quiet. I loved its strategic location, which allowed me to explore many restaurants and spots without having to explore great lengths! Definitely a recommended stay!

Healing Home’s was responsive and answered any questions in the pre-stay process. They worked with me to move up the check-in time and provided clear instructions for the check-in and check-out process. When the elevator was out of service, they quickly communicated the issue to us within the hour and it was resolved within a few hours. Overall, a great stay in a beautiful city like Boston. The location is tremendous if you want to get around to any historical destinations and easily accessible to all subways and commuter rails to other parts of the state. 10/10, highly recommend especially for the price point.

Boston is an expensive town, and this is a simple and affordable spot right in the heart of things. I was grateful to nab a spot after a flight cancellation and to land somewhere clean and safe on short notice. While I was not guesting while seeking healthcare, I am glad such a resource exists for those who are.

Overall this is a good place to stay. It’s a great location. Very walkable. It’s pretty bare bones though in terms of what’s provided (no coffee, 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner, uncomfortable bed, etc.), so just keep that in mind. At the end of the day, it gets the job done and was what I needed for a quick work trip. I would stay here again.
The space was in the perfect area to walk to the main sights of Boston we wanted to see. North End was a nice walk to & from. Lots of nearby coffee shops & restaurants. I appreciate the host offering early checkin/late check out based on our schedule. Would definitely stay here again! The space was exactly as shown in photos, and a great place to come back to after a day exploring Boston. We hope to be back and appreciate the hospitality!
The place was in the perfect location, it had everything that you could have wanted. Unfortunately, we had to leave quite abruptly as i was have a kidney stone issue and had to go to the hospital.
Great place, close to subway station aquarium and activities in the area. We were a bit tired from our journey to the USA upon arrival and missunderstod the instruktions to get into the apartment. But after reading again we got it right. After that super easy.

Healing Homes was a great clean and easy Boston Location within walking distance of many attractions. I was not aware of the overnight street cleaning in Boston, so I would advise letting future travelers about street parking as there are no signs and the fine is steep.

Great place in a great location. We were able to walk or use the T to get all over Boston. 5pm inflexible check in time was unusual but we used a service called Radical Storage to store our bags between our flight and check-in. Very pleased with the AirBnB, thanks again.

Our stay was perfect with our hosts setting us up well with great instructions. Location of the home is very central allowed us to easily access the city's sights. Our hosts were extremely flexible and responsive throughout our stay, and would highly recommend staying at their beautiful home.

Great place,right in the heart of Boston. Easy to get around by walking. The apartment was spacious and clean and the check-in was easy despite a bit late (possiblejust after 5 PM). What we didn't like is the early abd strict check-out at 10 AM and no possibility to leave bags around. Not too helpful for a city trip. As the booking is handled via an agency, the typical charme of living in someone's home is also missing a bit.

This place was great—just like the pictures, clean, and close to so many great spots. I did take a star off, however, because the toilet was a little wonky (needed manual help to flush sometimes) and because the fire alarm went off at 4am, and when I messaged about it, someone (not Albert) responded saying “it’s probably low battery.” It was not. There was a fire truck outside. But everything was fine after that, and we had a great trip!
This place was absolutely perfect for a few days in downtown Boston. The location was fantastic - we only needed a car to/from the airport and then to take public transportation to some of the art museums a little further out. There were tons of restaurants and bars (and historical sights) within 5-15 minutes walking distance otherwise. The place itself was spotless and very comfortable - the bed was comfy and the smart TV was nice to have when unwinding after a long day in the city. We didn't utilize it much but having the full kitchen was also great. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay in Boston.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience at the FIDI studio. It was very clean and beautiful, with a great location! Easy walking distance to everything that we wanted to see. I also was very grateful to be able to bring my dog, as it was a stop on a road trip for us! We would stay again!

The studio is quite spacious and comfortable with a well equiped kitchen, storage space, washing and drying machines. It's well located, with lots of restaurants, cafes, bars and various attractions at a walking distance.

We were very comfortable staying in this studio - leaving early and coming back late in the night. It was clean and spacious enough for two people. It was the ideal location to a lot of the most popular locations in the North End and Seaport. We would stay here again in the future.

I was in town for the marathon and chose to stay here for the location. It was easy to walk to get just about anything to eat and there was a Walgreens near by. There was plenty of space to keep breakfast, leftovers and snacks. It was also a fairly easy walk to catch the bus to the Athletes village. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

Location was central to pretty much everything. For someone who doesn't mind walking, was able to walk to Fort Point, Harborwalk, Chinatown, Boston Common and Public Garden, Boston Public Library, Fenway Park, Freedom Trail, Boston Public Market, TD Garden, etc from the Airbnb. The only time I really needed to rideshare was to Harvard area in Cambridge or when I was too lazy to walk. The walls in the entire building are thin enough to hear other units. Not thin enough though to understand word for word. The toilet would sometimes stop flowing and just needed the cover to be lifted and the pump to be pushed on to fix. Handful of small bars and a 7-Eleven literally within two streets walking distance. Since the location is in the Financial District, it gets relatively quiet and empty after working hours which could feel sketchy if you're walking alone at night. Didn't feel unsafe myself, just think it's helpful to know ahead of time. Hosts were super responsive.

Location was great and check in super easy. However, the shower worked but needs maintenance. There was not clear instructions on how to use washer/dryer. There was also a lot of hair and pet hair everywhere.

This was a great location. Central to anything and everything in Boston. Check in was super easy. But unfortunately, our stay was less than satisfactory. We did not have a place to bathe the entire stay. When we arrived we realized our shower was not working. They did offer a place for us to bathe elsewhere, but we were promised our shower would be fixed in the morning. So we decided to stay. Maintenance never showed. And because we stayed our full stay, Airbnb would not fully refund us. Nor would the host. We did get a very small partial refund. There were other issues. The toilet tank would empty after flushing but would not refill. After lots of filling the toilet tank with a cup from the bathroom sink, I got smart and got a pitcher from the kitchen and finally realized the tank in restroom would refill when kitchen faucet was turned on. There were not any instructions posted anywhere to note this. Also, there was a specific way to get water to the washer, which again, wasn’t noted anywhere. We didn’t spend much time in our room because we were tourists and most of the time spent in our room was troubleshooting all of the issues and messaging the support team. On our way out the door, we were grabbing our food from the fridge but had to abandon our food or transfer it to other containers because everything was soaked from condensation. Again it was a beautiful room, but the last thing to rub me the wrong way was being asked to NOT strip the bed linens when it was the only bed in the room.

Nice place downtown and near many things to do, though pretty expensive for not being able to check in until 5pm and then having to check out at 11am (we paid extra for late check-out). The elevator was broken on our arrival, so we had to carry our bags up 6 flights of stairs by ourselves - apparently there is someone there to help, but only until 5pm, which is when you're scheduled to check-in. The apartment had a washer and dryer which was nice and they provided detergent. The hosts were communicative, helpful, and quick to respond when we had questions.

One thing to be mindful of before booking is the check in time for this AirBnb isn't until 5p and check out is at 10a unless you pay more for early / late check out. I didn't notice when I originally booked but was surprised to find out when I looked closer. Otherwise, a nice and comfortable place to stay a few days in Boston.
Very clean and cute apartment; but for the amount of money it cost for not even 24hrs of “stay time” wasn’t realty worth it. Being charged extra for “early” check (2pm instead of 5pm) was inappropriate in my opinion.

Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
