This 2 bedroom apartment is located in the heart of the Financial District, just a 3 minute walk to Public Transportation. Fully stocked kitchen has everything you'd need to cook a basic meal. The unit is accessible by self-check-in via our smart lock system.
The entire apartment is private to you and your guests! You'll get keycodes to the front door and
The apartment was perfect in ever sense of the word! Close to everything, clean, and the hosts were very responsive. Thanks for the amazing stay!
Nice place in an interesting part of the city. Plenty of room and very responsive host.
Love it! Very great experience
Great Location in Boston.
Great location. Very spacious and clean
Great location downtown boston. Had a full kitchen. I'd stay here again.
Perfect spot for our needs.
We enjoyed our stay in Healing Homes Boston. Place clean, spacey, and lots of windows (accompanied by curtains, in case you are not a city view lover). If you love TV, there are many choices of streaming services. I'm glad I did not allow the previous reviews on street noise to discourage me. We were there for 10 days and 9 nights including a holiday and experienced no commotions nor loud sounds from the intersection below. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. I gave all 5 stars. For breakfast, I recommend Max Cafe in the same building, for lunch, Warehouse grill restaurant right across the street. If you're planning to be there for an extended days, I recommend Star Market or Target Grocery for groceries, which I found to provide the largest variety.
Great stay at this apartment. Everything was very clean and recently updated. Check in was easy with clear instructions. Parking was walking distance and affordable on Well Street. Hosts were very quick to respond to any questions. Would love to stay again!
Apartment was exactly as described. Good location and space.
Great location and very easy to deal host. The apartment is close to several landmarks and attractions.
Everything as advertised. Close to train station. Great stay in Boston.
Great apartment. Plenty of space and easy to check in. Plan on eating out for your meals- there's not really any grocery stores in the area and the kitchen is only minimally-stocked. There are plenty of options for delivery/dining though.
Although the location was great, and the pictures were accurate, the property could excel with some added thoughtful considerations. The creature comforts that many Airbnb properties now provide, like coffee pods, or bottled water in the fridge, tissues on the counter, etc. were absent. It's a nice property, but needs a little TLC. Most of the rooms had at least one lightbulb out, there were no extras at all, for instance no cozy throw blankets on the couch or a place to put your feet up. The location is great, but it's merely a place to crash at the end of the day. I will say the host was responsive and the beds were comfortable, and the photos match reality. It's worth noting that there is quite a lot of street noise and late night bar chatter on the streets so if you're a light sleeper, please bring some ear plugs. It was also very easy to hear footsteps of the neighbors upstairs and shoes on the floor, etc. Again, just city noise to be prepared for if you book.
This Healing Homes apartment is perfectly located for exploring historic downtown Boston. We loved being able to walk to Faneuil Hall, the Old State House, and the Boston Common easily from here. There were tons of great restaurants in the area. The apartment is spacious, with beautiful, high ceilings and tall windows. The beds were extremely comfortable, and it was great having two bathrooms. The check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Altogether we had a great stay on Milk Street.
Only stayed one night while in Boston and was just what we needed. I was with my husband and young son, clean place and nice bedrooms.
Our host was very gracious and accommodating. At the last minute, we needed to tweak our arrival time--and our host provided immediate, clear, and concise directions--which were most appreciated. We were a bit concerned that the neighborhood might be a bit too "business-oriented" and sterile, but it was perfect--with lovely coffeeshops, bars, and restaurants within a five-minute walk of the apartment-so close to the Aquarium, Quincy Market, Downtown Crossing, and other Boston attractions. We met up with our son and his partner for a quick, but wonderful trip to Boston--we loved its location, size, decor, amenities, and the privacy it afforded to both parties. We used SpotHero to locate parking within a 3-minute walk of the apartment and it worked out quite well. Thank you so very much for offering up this lovely AirBnB apartment! We will definitely book here again.
This was the perfect stay for our 3 weeks in Boston. Close to the opera house where we were working, quiet neighborhood near many restaurants and historic Boston landmarks. The place was spotless upon arrival and the host was extremely responsive. Would 100% stay here again next time I am in Boston.
Unit was clean and spacious. Some lights were burned out but host was very responsive and replaced the same day. Unit showing some wear and tear. The second bedroom smelled like someone was smoking nearby. Nice to have a full kitchen but limited cookware/utensils were provided. Beds very comfortable. Seemed expensive at nearly $600 per night with taxes and fees. All of Boston is expensive but this seemed a bit steep.
Loved our time there!
Washer and dryer didn’t work. Communication with owner wasn’t good. Peeling walls. One hand towel per bathroom. Could have used a hanger for the one towel. TV didn’t work. Huge service charge and accommodation fee for this lack.
The location was ideal.
The apartment was in a great location for harbor activities and had sufficient supplies. The furniture was sterile and extremely uncomfortable. Many light bulbs were burned out making it a little on the dark side. The bathrooms were spacious but could use a few items like a soap dish in the shower and sink. And having amenities like tissues and salt and pepper would have been nice. It would also have been nice to be able to drop our luggage off early without having to pay $50 but we We’re able to find a luggage storage a block away for only $5 per bag. Check in time was late at 5 PM and check out was at 10 rather than 11 as most places are. Overall for a two night stay it was fine.
We enjoyed our stay! Albert was accommodating to our needs.
Great location! Easy checkin. Very responsive property manager. Comfortable and very clean. We would rent this unit again next time we are in town!
Was perfect for the night we needed will definitely keep it in mind for future Boston trips!
Everything it says it is. Amazing host. Great location.
Amazing location, great space. Would come back if in Boston.
This place was beautiful and the location was perfect! The lighting and windows were so much fun to experience the ambiance of city living in Boston. The kitchen and bathroom amenities were basic. There were a few lightbulbs between the living room and bathroom that did not work- which is why I gave the value four stars and not five. HOWEVER I would stay here again even with a few burnt out bulbs ;) Thanks! Bonnie
Great location with lots of restaurants and bars near. Very quick walk to subway or ability to easily catch an Uber. Had a great stay!
It was great! The location is EVERYTHING! Highly recommend.
Location was perfect, it's walking distance to all major tourist spots. Many restaurants nearby including a coffee shop on the first floor of the building.
Went away for a spontaneous girls trip with 2 other friends. This space was well worth splitting the cost with a group of friends. So spacious, full kitchen! Way better money spent on sleeping accommodations that any of Boston’s small hotel rooms. Centrally located, and so close to Faneuil Hall. One suggestion I would make for the space is a larger sectional couch, as the one couch was too crammed for three people and the green chairs were not comfortable at all.
Everything was great. Highly recommend.
Great space , large! Lots of light thru lovely windows. Good beds and linens. We found quite a few flying bugs in our shower. Meant to write him. Missing: Coffee, creamer and sugar , Kleenex, everything for cooking.. no spices, no notes for visitors . Check in and check out times are very! Late for former and very early for latter.
Great place to stay a night in Boston. Spacious apartment for a group of 4, very clean and the host was responsive to our questions.
Accurate pictures, great little neighborhood, plenty of room for the 4 of us to move around in. Wish list, more furniture in den, shower doors, and sound machines. We are not use to apartment or city living so noise was an issue for us during sleeping hours. Otherwise great place that had a gem of a neighborhood and was easily walkable to most attractions in Boston.
Our family loved staying at Alberts listing. By far, our favorite AirBnB stay to date! It's so spacious inside, and didnt feel crowded at all. We actually canceled a hotel reservation and I can say it was so worth it! We live on 12 acres in an old renovated farmhouse and we couldn't stop dreaming about what it would be like to live in this apartment. We're not city folks but this apartment will make anyone consider a life in Boston full time, although you'd have to be able to afford it 😉
This is a great apartment in the financial district. Very easy to get around! Lovely place!
Awesome loft. Very clean and comfortable.
This is a great apartment, located a few blocks from the harbor and many historic landmark locations along the freedom trail. It is a quite block and pretty easy to get around. Several parking lots around, which is a necessity as there is barely any street parking, and none overnight. The apartment itself was large and airy, with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, two bedrooms, and two baths. Couldn't ask for anything more on our trip.
We really enjoyed staying at Albert's place. It is a 3rd floor, corner unit with large, beautiful windows & nice views of the area. It was walking distance to nearly everything we wanted to do, was clean & not cluttered. We felt safe in this area, even walking around at night. Overall, it was a great Airbnb experience!
Great location! Walkable to so many historical sites, restaurants, shopping, and the harbor. The condo is in need of some major maintenance. There was water damage throughout the unit, cracks, broken lightbulbs with exposed wiring and glass, lightbulbs out, and noises during the night in the pipes and phone on the wall that disrupted sleep. There were also several issues. The bathroom shower leaks all over the floor, the toilet paper holder was broken and fell off the wall, and the furniture was stained. Our host was very responsive until we requested a partial refund for the issues present upon arrival. He did not respond to our request. Fortunately, Airbnb is working with us to resolve the issue and providing us with a reasonable solution. I would not suggest staying in this unit unless the variety of issues are resolved by the host. The water damage alone was worrisome and the variety of other issues caused a negative experience for us.
Great location, responsive host. Very clean place with comfy beds. Livingroom is not for lounging as there is just one couch and 2 chairs
The apartment was spotless, spacious, modern and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here. I didn’t love the fact that they require $50 to check in before 5pm. With nowhere to leave your bags this late of a check in time feels like a money making scheme. Other than that, the rest of the experience was great.
Initially I was very upset about the extra cleaning fee for pets that is in the fine description. I had missed it, and the booking was non refundable. Technically it was my fault, but I had to book on short notice and I was in a tight spot as the cleaning fees were going to be almost more than the booking- BUT when I arrived at the place I realized how nice it is. The location is central to EVERYTHING you’d want to do within the city. So, while I don’t like or completely understand the cleaning fees, I am grateful for the opportunity to stay there and the quick and helpful responses of the host.
Great host. Comfortable space. Clean. Great location.
Spacious, clean, well-equipped, and beautiful apartment in the middle of downtown. The host was always responsive and flexible with both check-in and check-out hours. I totally recommend this place!
Albert and the management company overseeing the listing were friendly and responsive. I’d definitely stay here again. The only complaint/ worry I’d have is if you’re a light sleeper, one of the bedrooms has a clinking sound coming from the exposed air ducks (assuming that’s what it is) which took a moment to get used to before I was able to tune it out. Aside from that it was all good!
We were very pleased with the location this apartment - excellent location and walkable to locations we wanted to visit. Absolutely loved the vibe of the living room - bright, full of light, large windows! . Highly recommend and would stay here again. Thank you!
Great value for such a fantastic place. I was mainly here for remote work. I thought having such a beautiful, intimate & quiet place to lay our head, enjoy the local Boston scene, and get work done was super lovely. I had no issues finding the place, which is located in the heart of the downtown Boston neighborhood. It's close to Boston's beautiful Seaport District, Northend, and the surrounding areas have plenty of shopping and dining to experience. The nearest transportation was the Aquarium T-Stop which gives plenty of direct access to all of Boston and the major metropolitan areas. In addition, there's a really nice large local park to relax, which is the Rose Kennedy Greenway. The place sits on the 3rd floor of a historical building above great local restaurants. The large windows bring in plenty of natural light. The place has great modern & minimalist designs with Ikea-style furniture that were beautifully put together, along with the perfect amount of modern convenience.
Really great stay. Very professional host. Appreciate what they do for the medical community as well!
Great place to stay, perfect location and easy check in! I would definitely stay here again.
Flat 3A, Financial district. April 2023 Pros Easy check in, clear instructions on how to access Working elevator for luggage Very spacious and clean Washer & dryer ( instant response for help with the washer!) washing pods provided although we didn’t use them as we brought our own. Hangers, iron, towels, hairdryer, toiletries provided Cool views of the financial district buildings Warehouse bar & grill right outside for food & drinks Starbucks around the corner Great location to walk to freedom trail, Washington st, & public transport, also close to walk to the harbour / Boston tea party Cons 4 guests - 1 sofa and 2 uncomfortable chairs in the living area, could do with another sofa Unable to accommodate baggage, spent $100 dollars either end of the trip for baggage storage $50 early check in fee (2pm) Master bedroom bed felt a bit unstable Dining chairs not so comfortable No tea or coffee provided, but we soon found a shop to get our fix! Thank you for an easy stay!
The apartment was well maintained
Very wonderful location. Near the Quincy market, and many delicious restaurants are nearby.
The place was great! The host responded promptly and accommodated the group. I love that this host/Airbnb hosts patients receiving treatment in Boston and supports a not-for-profit.
The apartment is very conveniently located and is in good condition. It has a very nice living/kitchen space with large windows surrounding the entire room. The place was clean, nice, and spacious. There were a few minor issues which were taken care of by the managing company. They respond very quickly to your concerns. I probably would have appreciated it if the kitchen had a few cooking/dining essentials, but pretty much the cupboards are empty except for some dishes/cups, salt/pepper and a few coffee filters. I believe that's how it's done when a managing company takes care of these locations, probably for sanitary reasons. Not a big deal. Overall, it was a very nice place and would recommend it.
Very nice place to live.
Great place all around
Perfect location, within walking distance to major parts of downtown Boston. Very spacious and exactly like the photos.
Very nice location and apartment. The team was extremely responsive.
Overall the place was exactly what we needed for a weekend in Boston. For longer stays little things around the apartment could get annoying including: 1) kitchen cabinets had doors nearly falling off hinges 2) common areas in the building (entryway, hallways, elevator) had a strong odor of natural gas during entire weekend 3) just in general the place needs some good TLC like fresh paint - especially in the bathroom. 4) check in time is later than most places (5pm) and check out time is earlier (10am).
overall great place to stay
Albert was a great host. We enjoyed the location , everything was walking distance and I will be coming back here and staying at Albert’s Airbnb every chance I get when I visit.
Good location and very beautiful apartment. However, very poorly equipped. The kitchen lacks a coffee service. The big negative point is the arrival and departure time, very inflexible.
great location, very responsive host, easy check in
Great location in the Financial District and easily walk-able to sites, restaurants, shopping. MTA stations are close and quickly accessible to anywhere we wanted to go...Cambridge for the American Repertory Theater, the MFA, the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. We took Uber for dinner in the North End mainly because of the weather...only 15-20 minuter walk. Great accommodations for our trio with various interests and knowledge of Boston.
This place was great. I had good experience staying there.
This is a very nice place to stay in Boston and well situated. Everything was perfect and we will come back next year.
The apartment is amazing and in an excellent location. We totally enjoyed it. The hosts were very responsive and took care of whatever little issues came up. Highly recommend!
Nice location. Clean. Would recommend
Greta place to stay. Really spacious rooms and the locatio is perfect
Overall nice place! the beds were really comfortable, and the communication with Albert was great and really quick. The only flaw was that upon entering the Airbnb the faucet in the shower was broken and our whole stay it sounded like someone was taking a shower in the unit. They were quick to respond but unfortunately couldn't fix the issue the next day that we were leaving, which was definitely a minor annoyance for us but I believe based on communication the issue was fixed before the next guests stay.
We were very pleased with the location of this Airbnb. It was central and walkable to everywhere we needed to go in the city. We had a couple of issues with the unit/building itself, and although I was responded to very quickly by Albert and/or Brian, the issues were not really resolved. One of the bathrooms in the unit had water running in the tub and it ran the whole time we were there - it sounded like the shower was running. The maintenance person who came to check it out said they didn't have access to the utility area of the building to shut of the water in order to fix the issue. The other issue is the fire alarm went off twice during our stay - one at 5:25am! Again, it was caused by lack of maintenance issues (hot water heater and air duct system) that needed to be addressed by upper management/owners, and beyond the control of Albert/Brian. On a positive note, when we requested extra items like paper towel, cleaning items and towels/face cloths, those were supplied quickly!
We loved it. It was perfectly located and I loved the views.
Beautiful place, perfect location. Very walkable to restaurants and sites. Would definitely book again!
The location of the apartment is walking distance to the water and the rest of the city. Great communication, very spacious. Large windows make it feel bright and airy specially in the morning when having your coffee. Comfortable beds.
Beautiful apartment. Super convenient and the host is great!
Absolutely fantastic location, apartment is lovely, but a little sparse. You’ll definitely need your own coffee etc. There are towels/soap etc.
Albert was a great host and the place was beautiful!
Great location and communication. Very quiet at night.
Perfect location! There are few restaurants very close to the apartment. Living room full of light and quite spacious, comfortable beds. Best communication with host I experienced so far on airbnb. Would come back again! Thank you!
Loved staying here! It’s an awesome corner apartment right in the middle of downtown. Quick walk to the wharf, aquarium, and many many restaurants. The place itself is clean with nice amenities and the hosts communicated well with us. Would definitely return!
Fantastic location within steps of great dining options, public transportation, and historical sites. We had some appliance issues during our stay but Albert and his team were very responsive and we were able to come up with a workaround in a timely manner.
We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying in this apartment again. Visitors with mobility concerns should know that the building has five steps in order to get to the elevator. I didn't see if there was an accessible entrance anywhere. The wifi was fast and reliable. The location is safe and convenient. The listing mentioned that hot water may not be reliable, but during our stay there was no issue at all with hot water. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
Great place to stay. Simple check in. Fast and efficient communication. Would not hesitate to stay here again. You are right in the heart of Boston.
While the location is excellent a word of caution … in fact many words of caution. You won’t get your monies worth unless you - are staying for a few days only - are okay with infrastructure and amenities being poor … example the dining chairs are worse than you’d see in a dorm or better yet bring your tailgate chairs - several bulbs were out when we checked in - faucet in bathtub drips annoyingly and it took them five days to send someone and even then it didn’t get fixed - kitchen didn’t have normal things you are used to getting in the Airbnb - no bedsheets or pillows for the sofa bed - if you are staying for less than 13/14 days and want to have clean floors you can forget it … no option so make sure you bring your own vacuum cleaner :)) What you will hear from them is “ask us and we will respond” … who expects to pay 1000 dollars a day and then has to “ask for things” that are fundamental? Apparently there is no check list they go through and inspect if it has been accomplished. Once again, if you want a good location but a ymca type living for 1000 bucks a day then this is the place… otherwise it’s not good value for the money. I have stayed at many Airbnb and this was one of the worst experience when it comes to value received.
Great apartment- very spacious and clean!
Huge apartment, close to everything. Hard to beat. Thanks for a great stay
Great apartment, location, value, and host
