The location was fantastic, it’s in walking distance of many of the “go-to” destinations, yet situated on a relatively quiet street and we never heard a sound from the outside day or night. I’m very glad I chose this location and decided to cancel my much more expensive hotel. I will definitely stay here again or one of Brian’s many other properties.

This apartment was a great choice for us. Very short walk to many restaurants and things to do. The listing showed a pull out couch, which was broken with no intention to replace it, but they do have an air mattress in the closet for use.

I loved this space. Close to South Station. I was able to wheel my suitcase easily and avoided the need for a taxi. The apartment was perfectly described and was actually better. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. TV and Wi-Fi easy to use. I didn’t make use of the kitchen in the end but the fridge was amazing. If I ever come back to Boston (hoping I will) then I’ll definitely use this apartment or Healing Homes again without hesitation. Wonderful!

Amazing location. You are a 5 minute walk from Quincy Market, Fanuiel Market, TD Garden and more. Honestly, I would absolutely come back to this exact location in the future. It's perfect. It's close enough to the north end, the T (subway) and so much more. It's clean and perfect for couples or a family with a small kid. Just great!

The place was exactly as pictured and a in a perfect location - easy walk from the train station and all over the city. Very comfortable bed! When they state it’s bare bones in the kitchen, they’re not lying. Bring your own wine opener or you will need to get creative like we did! Overall, great place and we will definitely be back!

We had a great stay here! Very close to everything and great area! Parking was our only problem but we found a garage right down the street. The host were very friendly and responsive. I asked them if they had a full length mirror they said no, but they had one installed the day of my stay, I found that very thoughtful. The air bnb is cute, had a huge bed, nice kitchen and lots of space for storage.Definitely recommend if staying in Boston!

We were nervous booking this listing because many comments stated the space did not reflect the photos… but it was identical. Exactly as we expected and everything was super comfortable- the couch, the bed was heavenly. Parking wasn’t horrible, the farthest we parked was a block away but somehow managed to find good spots. The area was quiet and calm, just perfect!! Thanks for making our experience that much better!

All in all, it was great. Hosts were super responsive and helpful during my stay. Outside of maybe one or two quirks with the apartment, there wasn’t much to complain about at all. Very much appreciative of the opportunity to stay with Healing Homes.
I stayed with Healing Homes for a week and I LOVED how walkable the city was and the location of the apartment was in the perfect spot!! Even though there was a mixup with our room, they were very responsive and I enjoyed my stay. I will definitely be staying with them again! Make sure to check out Barking Crab for their lobster rolls and New England clam chowder soup, it was less than 10 minute walk from the apartment. AS WELL, as Tatte Cafe which I ate at almost every morning just 7 minutes walk away.

Easy check-in process. The host was very responsive to messages and concerns were addressed quickly. The location was great for the price. It was close to the subway and we felt pretty safe the whole time. There was the occasional noise but it was not bad for Boston. My girlfriend and I did experience some allergy symptoms when sitting at the coach (we're allergic to pets). While we knew that this place allowed for pets, it had never been a problem in the past with other establishments. The symptoms do disappear once we move away from the coach. The only real other complaint would be the amenities. Bathroom kits could be better as it was kind of subpar even compared to 3-star hotels. It was also the first place I stayed at that didn't provide coffee, although there was a coffee maker. However, kitchen had pretty much everything you needed and we enjoyed the layout of the place. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would likely stay here again.
Great stay! Simple accommodations- minimal frills, more like a hotel room than staying in someone's home. Mostly a business area with some restaurants so fairly quiet area, occasional yelling/ singing in the streets Friday and Saturday nights. Would definitely stay here again!
Absolutely incredible! I brought my wife in town for 5 days. We were able to walk EVERYWHERE! Walked to the train station for a ride down to Foxboro to watch the Pats play. Walked to seaport, Quincy Market, and North End multiple times for meals and shopping. Host was very responsive and let us check in early. Just an excellent stay. If I were to give any con, it would be that the trash routes and construction start early in the morning. It can be heard from the inside if you’re a light sleeper.

Pros- Great location, close to restaurants and tourist spots. It is a spacious 1bed/1bath apartment. Host was very responsive. It is fully equipped and all the amenities. The building is secure and relatively quiet. Cons - Check in was very late and check out is very late, however was able to check in earlier and checkout later for an additional $100. We had some issues with the code provided by the host but were able to figure it out quickly. The sofa bed was broken. Thus, the second guess could not use and we had to share the bed. Overall, it was a good experience. Would recommend.

As mentioned in several of the other reviews, the pictures did not match the unit we stayed in. However the level of comfort, cleanliness, and space were the same at the pictures in the listing. The location was phenomenal, very safe and close to all of the places we wanted to visit. We reserved a nearby parking spot through Spot Hero ahead of time for peace of mind and it worked out well. Highly recommend!

We only stayed one night and just needed a "home base." Cheaper than a hotel and there's a parking garage nearby at 21 Well St. I used spothero to reserve parking ahead of time which was gave me peace of mind. Thanks!
FALSE ADVERTISING. The apartment we walked in to was nothing like the pictures I had paid for. The apartment layout was completely different. The only thing that looked the same was the size of the bed which was a king and the rug that was in the room. I contacted the company and they requested additional information. I sent pictures and they said they would sent it to upper management and I never heard anything back from them. I assume they have multiple apartments in the building but pictures of only one place which is extremely misleading. So if you book this place be prepared for it to look different. Location was the best part about the apartment though. Not sure I would stay here again. The noise level is what you would expect in a big city. The only time I heard from the host was for check in and out process which was very easy.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I particularly liked the key-less entry. I felt that the apartment was a little more worn out compared to the photos posted. The rug in the bedroom could do with a change. More importantly the late check-in of 5pm and early check-out of 10am was a major drawback. I had gotten off a nearly 24-hour flight at 8am and had to wait till 5pm to get in. And there was no baggage storage when check-out was 10am, but my departure was only at 2pm. But otherwise location was very good, walkable to most places, and felt safe.
We had a nice 4-night stay in this apartment. Very clean, spacious and location was great as we were easily able to walk around all of Boston’s sights. Great communication with the team. The only cons are that the pictures on the listing did not match the actual unit (others have commented on this), and the bathroom sink is very small and impractical.

The photos in the listing are completely different from where you will actually be staying. I reached out to the host twice about this and I was told “the photos are of a 2 bedroom unit this was a mistake on our end” I think that is kind of big deal to just show a completely different unit. We were expecting a sunny open floor plan with many windows, and that was not what we got. I started looking at reviews more and realized I am not the only person who has had this complaint, yet the host has yet to update the listing. Amenities we’re bare minimum and the hallway/lobby area smells. Location was good and the unit did seem to be cleaned well. Just very unhappy with the lack of honesty on the listing and lack of response on the hosts part.

Great location, walkable to the North End and Seaport, safe area. Cost of the place was less than getting a hotel and much nicer than a hotel room. Photos did not match what the actual place looked like. Although the place very nice and we were satisfied with our stay, we found that a bit odd.
Perfect location, walkable to many of the historical sites in the city. Relatively quiet accommodations for being right in the city. The door lock to the unit was a little testy, but the manager was extremely responsive and able to provide quick feedback to get the lock to cooperate. Good value for the money considering a hotel would've cost just as much, if not more. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Boston!

Very fairly priced and close to Quincy market. This was the perfect home base for us while we did as much in Boston as we could during our short 3 day stay. We were able to walk or take public transport very easily to everything we did. Never called an Uber. Close to T-stations and Blue bike stations. We did notice that our particular unit wasn’t part of the photos in the posting, something that can sometimes make me nervous about a Airbnb listing. I think this building has several Airbnb units owned by the same company though, so all the amenities and general aesthetic in the photos was reflected in the space. Nice finishes and new furniture.
Check in went well. Sadly the elevator wasn’t working when we checked in so taking two heavy luggages up 7 flights of stairs wasn’t fun. But by the next morning it was fixed so for the rest of the stay it wasn’t a problem. Pretty quiet only had to have earplugs one night due to a nearby baby but couldn’t hear any city noise otherwise it was surprisingly quiet. The best part of this stay was the location! Close to Quincy market, restaurants and all the sites we were hoping to see as tourists. For improvements I would put a TV in the bedroom and provide extra & better quality towels. Also the apt was private and very clean! Overall excellent stay and would stay again.
This place was a refreshing place to come home to at the end of a busy boston day. The place is VERY clean and welcoming. The AC was set to the perfect temperature for the humid weather we had. The washer/dryer was a really nice bonus! Full kitchen was spotless, it was great, we didn't cook anything but could have easily if we wanted to. Super clean and updated bathroom. nice lobby and elevator. PLENTY of space for my husband and I. it was close to everything . very walkable city we were able to do so many activities in Boston and Stop home anytime we needed to. there are 2 parking lots very close by we used both of them thru a parking spot ap . it was easy, convienient safe for my big car and reasonably priced. Communication with Albert was easy with quick replies. we additionally booked another apartment for our adult daughter who was also very impressed with the cleanliness and set up of the place. I would definitely stay at one of Albert's places again in the future.

The place: This place is in a great location for Boston. We easily walked everywhere. It was clean with the perfect amount of space. The king size bed was one of the big reasons I booked the place. It was comfortable and did not at all feel overused. Communication: Albert and his team are more responsive than any other Airbnb I have stayed at so far. I reached out twice and had responses within 15 minutes. If we end up taking another trip to Boston in the future, this is where we will stay.

I needed a place that was well priced, close to public transportation and neighborhoods/restaurants to meet up with friends. Albert’s location was a safe and secure building in the FiDi near lots of amenities and tourist attractions. Clean, responsive and large. Perfectly priced! Highly recommend. Would stay again.
Strong apartment offering in the heart of the FIDI. The place was clean and tidy, with all the advertised features (washer dryer combo came in very handy). Convenient location for business trips or leisure. Whilst on the seventh floor it can be noisy (or I was unlucky with roadworks very early in the morning) so maybe pack some earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Would use again if back in Boston.
GREAT location. This alone made the stay here worth it. The area felt very safe which I loved. Friday and Saturday nights we heard a lot of loud people coming and going from nearby bars, but during the week it was pretty quiet. Furniture in the unit is very minimal, which worked for me as that is my preference. Be ready to bring coffee if you want to make some. We went to Tradesman around the corner for ours. Had some issue with the bathroom light in the shower and fan, but the team was very responsive when I asked and was able to explain how to remedy that. (Fuse on the vanity light switch). The washer and dryer was nice to have available in the unit. I would stay again.

This place is quite minimalist. It could use Kleenex, an alarm clock, a fitted sheet, and a place to shave my legs. It is also quite loud, so bring ear plugs. Since it’s in the financial district, many restaurants are closed on the weekends. It was a nice location for walking to all the sites.

Great stay! Perfect location for the Finance District as I was there on business. Lots of food options and coffee shops near by. Access was easy and secure, very safe place. Room was very clean and very updated with nice furniture. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was very nice. Well equipped kitchen and general supplies. I will happily stay here again as the location along with the place are perfect for my visits to clients.

The Healing Homes team is extremely responsive and the apartment itself was immaculate. Location of this unit is ideal and so close to the downtown attractions within walking distance. Public parking is easily accessible around the space or garage up the street. There are lots of pubs nearby, so street noise is definitely something to consider if you’re a light sleeper. The space itself was very clean which is something I look for in all stays especially if it’s pet friendly. However, previous guests mentioned the washer machine didn’t work. The team was so responsive and quickly found alternatives to satisfy our needs during the stay while they looked into fixing this. If you’re looking for a quick stop for a few nights then this is definitely worth the stay! Albert was extremely communicative and very friendly I would gladly visit some of his other locations in the future!

Albert’s place in the FiDi was very conveniently located. It’s only minutes to Boston’s beautiful waterfront and the north end. For a downtown apartment it’s rather spacious. The bed is super comfortable. The building is quiet, tho you will hear the usual city noises. Albert and his team made everything so streamlined from entry to late check-out. We would definitely stay again next year.

Healing homes was a nice place to stay if you want the bare minimum (a place to sleep and to store luggage). Communication was great, we got a response whenever we asked for things, and the location is close to trains that takes you to Cambridge and over Boston. We were working during our stay, and the internet was also decent. However, there are a lot of caveats. 1) The shower did not work the first night when we arrived. This was a big bummer. 2) There were no extra sheets for the sofa bed (missing 2 sheets). 3) The washing machine did not work since no water went into the washing machine. Issues 1) and 2) got fixed the next day but they did not fix 3) before we left but provided reimbursement for doing laundry at the laundromat downstairs. Luckily, we were not banking on the amenities working but it did not turn out be a fully relaxing stay as I hoped it would. Additionally, the seats/tables in the room were very uncomfortable. Would not recommend working remote from this place.
This Airbnb was the perfect place to stay for a night (or longer) in Boston. The apartment was in the perfect location, on a quiet street. A 15 min walk to the north end, 7 to Faneuil Hall, and had tons of bars around it. The Airbnb itself was very clean, had easy check in, lots of space, and the owner was very communicative and flexible. I cannot recommend this Airbnb more! 5/5 stars!
This spot was advertised to have a washer and dryer, something I desperately needed at this point of my trip. Yes, there was a washer and dryer, no neither of them worked. When messaging with the host he gave me a list of things to do to trouble shoot the problem, I pent most of my first day in town messaging back and forth with the host trying to fix the machine myself. They finally sent someone over to look at it, this person put my clothes in the machine, got it to fill with water, then took off and my clothes were soaking wet when I came home. When I tried to put the clothes in the dryer it took almost 4 hours for the dryer to dry a small load of laundry. The host refused to call me when I asked for a call, instead only messaging through the app. On my next day at the airbnb the host sent through another mechanic to take a look at it, nothing was fixed again. I left for the day to do tourist things, the host then messaged me saying they were sending someone by to check the lights and the exhaust in the apartment, very strange and random. I asked them not to send these people by as I wanted some relaxing time after exploring the city all morning before attending the red sox game that night and didn't want a bunch of people coming through the apartment while I was there. Upon awaking the next morning before I left I awoke with a headache and the smell of gas in the apartment. Also, the lights in the bathroom no longer worked. All in all the location is great, the apartment seams nice when you show up, but it doesn't seam to be well cared for. All of these issues I had are simple things the host should have taken care of before renting it out to someone.

With anything there are always pros and cons so I will list a few below that maybe others will find helpful. Pros: •GREAT LOCATION We were able to walk everywhere. •Clean building/apartment and easy access •Multiple kinda of restaurants around the place less than 5min walk. •Easy walk to the T. •Host was very responsive. •Fully functional kitchen. •Host was flexible with our check in and out times. Cons: •If you are a light sleeper you will hear busy downtown especially on the weekends. But the whole week we were there it was quiet except Friday. Personally we don’t mind the noise. •Bed was firm. Personally not our preference. Again thank you so much Albert and your team for having us. We hope to visit again!

This place is just great if you need to stay close to the downtown area. It was nice, clean, and comfy, and the host's excellent communication. They answered quickly and solved an issue I had with the iron right away. I highly recommended.
Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
