I really enjoyed the appartment :)
The location of this place is fantastic, and the host was very responsive. However, the property didn't fully match the images online. While the kitchen was nicely renovated, other areas felt neglected or in the middle of repairs. There was a hole in the ceiling covered with a black garbage bag, exposing some wiring—this issue wasn’t communicated beforehand. The bathroom and tub looked like they’d been painted over, but the paint was peeling, and there were several areas with chipped paint on the walls and ceiling. The place might have been lovely at one time, but it’s definitely in need of general maintenance. With some upkeep, it could be a great spot.
This stay was exactly as described--private, walkable and close to MIT. A couple of areas being worked on in the unit (patched ceiling, missing smoke detector, peeling tile), but it was very clean.
We had the best time staying at this Airbnb. The bed was so cozy, and we loved having a big tv in the living room! Us Kentuckians felt warm and welcomed. Great location!
Everything other than the stuff inside was great about this place. Lovely location, the host was very responsive and clear, but the inside felt so incredibly cheap. Open places in walls where lights should be with wires sticking out. Floorboards that sunk WAY to far when stepped on. Felt like they would break through. The furniture was terrible. I get it, its small and only a small cheap couch can fit, fine, I understand that, but the metal bed frame was aweful. Everytime i shifted weight it would snap so loud (i joked to my partner it sounded like a gun shot). Very ugly and ramshackable AC set up. If they just bought the 4th or 5th cheapest option from ikea instead of the literal cheapest option, this AirBnB would feel so much better. The kitchen seemed fine, loved the location, host was great. But Please please please upgrade the bed, its so important for an airbnb.
We had a comfortable stay in this ground floor 1-bedroom apartment. The location is top-notch with easy access to Kenmore station and walking distance to Fenway. The apartment itself was comfy and a pretty good value.
Steven’s place is in a great location if you’re looking for something walkable to nearby attractions (Fenway Park, Newbury St, restaurants). I would not suggest this place if you will be spending your days inside mostly. There is minimal outside lighting/windows. There were a lot of imperfections throughout the unit’s walls and shower. Linens/towels smelled clean but had some stains that were off putting. There is a laundry unit available if needed.
This location is ideal for those looking to explore Boston's Downtown or commute to work there. It offers excellent public transportation options and is within walking distance of Newbury Street and Back Bay.
this place was super clean and the perfect amount of space for a short stay. if anyone worried about the reviews that mention the bathroom - they clearly have never been in a city before lol. it’s totally clean, works great, just little. had a wonderful time! ❤️
We very much enjoyed our stay! Super close to transit which made it easy to get around the city. The place was quiet and comfortable, even with it being move in week for BU right across the street.
Steven was a great host, was very kind and responsive. The location is easy to access. However it wasn't clearly stated that it was basement level and there aren't really any windows on floor level. Most of the place is nice, clean and renovated, but the bathroom is old and the bathtub had peeled paint all over as well as the soap holders. Overall, it's a nice place to stay but I don't think it's worth the full amount.
The place did not match the pictures, a lot of damage to the place. You can tell they are still renovating. There was no extra washcloths so we only had one each to last us for a couple of days. The shampoo is crappy hotel shampoo so bring your own. Other than that it was good. About a 10 minute walk to Fenway so that was the positive in the stay.
Great value for location - a little cramped but overall an awesome spot!
Steven and the team were very responsive. I had a few questions during the stay and they got back almost immediately. It was a 15 minute walk to Fenway and I felt safe walking back to the apartment at night. The place had a few dings on the walls and in the bathtub but that doesn’t bother me and was overall very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!
We loved this little spot!
Steven’s place was exactly as described. Location was prime given that during our stay we went to Fenway park 4 times. The walk is a close 10 minutes. In addition the esplanade was very close for our early morning workouts. There were several restaurants nearby and the T was close as well. The place was fully furnished and the kitchen provided everything that we needed. The bed was comfy and Steven provided an ac unit that was very helpful during our summer stay. Steven was very accommodating for an early check in. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Boston.
Great location, perfect spot for a short stay.
The tub was disgusting, and dangerous. The scatter rugs were a trip hazard, and dealing with air b&b is not easy. Link here, link there, log in here, and on and on. One clear direct link to the host would be useful after you arrive. The laundry stole money. In general the house has problems. Never again. But I think air b&b is the issue. Finally the AC was horrible. Few controls, loud and too cold. You had to get up in the midle of the night and turn it off. Fix the bath, tub and ac and raise the rate.
Enjoyed our stay. Convenient location
Steven’s place was so great for our needs! My son and I were in town for two Red Sox games. The apartment was incredibly close to the T as well as Fenway. The neighborhood was charming and peaceful. We went out running around the Charles both mornings, right from our door. Thanks, Steven!
Loved Steven’s place! A perfect space if you’re looking to get out and explore what Boston has to offer. Nearly everything was walkable from here, we did Newbury St., North End, Fenway Park all by walking. Another very nice part of Steven’s place was how new all of the kitchen appliances were. Bathroom was small and the shower was one half door and the other half curtain but it wasn’t an issue at all. Air conditioner in the bedroom worked great! Steven and his crew were also very impressive in how quick they responded to everything. Something that’s really cool is part of the proceeds to Steven’s place go towards Healing Homes, really liked that. Could see us going back to this specific Airbnb if we make our way back to Boston for a weekend!

Great place to stay! Super comfortable, not noisy, and a perfect area for two people! It is right by a T stop which is super convenient and Stephen responds quickly and the responses were all very detailed. I would just mention that the place does need a fresh coat of paint and the vanity and shower need a little tlc, but overall, it was a great place to stay.
Great location in a quite neighborhood. Comfortable stay!
The location is right next to restaurants and public transportation. Quiet neighborhood.
Great stay in a great neighborhood. Check in was pretty late (like 4pm) but easy to get to and access. Walls had some nicks and no drawers for cloths. AC unit is a must so make sure you request that. There is no cell service in the room so make sure to have WiFi. Bathroom had some stains in the shower but it was still clean
The location was perfect and in a walkable area! The photos didn’t accurately match the amount of wear and tear on the unit. When I reached out about an issue, Steven had his team come check it out which was reassuring.
Convenient location for a good price, but the apartment is very dark and the bathroom is in major need of refurbishment. There’s basically no natural light, as this apartment is mostly underground, so not recommended if you’re going to be staying here a while.
The bed was comfortable and the parking space was super helpful. Good location for a Red Sox game!
great location and great stay!
Whole place was lovely. The room was nice, really clean, extremely comfortable. The area around it was very walkable. Overall a very nice place to stay.
Perfect location! Close to everything. Place is as described. Enjoyed my stay! Steven was very responsive and helpful. Would book again
The space was comfortable, the kitchen was amazing, the bed was comfortable. Only suggestion the bathroom needs some attention besides that was a great stay
Steven’s listing was a great overnight in Boston! It’s a simple spot that made for a great weekend. The pictures are true to the value!
this was a cute little spot. had all the kitchen and bathroom supplies i needed for a weekend stay. it was alittle cramped and didn't have any windows you could look out of. overall it was a good spot for a short trip!
Hospice unit listed for extra cash. Check in and out is too strict at 2 hours for a self-check in location. The guest policy might break privacy laws - even an Uber eats delivery could be considered a guest under this inappropriate house rule. Please read them before booking - they make the cost not worth the visit. I suspect hidden cameras. Property not ready. Very strong smell of bleach. Blood stains on sheets and floors. Weather -10 and windows wide open - thermostat set 58. Extensive damage to walls and ceilings. Paint chips, holes, cracks, and mouse/rat mitigation. Bathtub soiled with thick layer of buildup - putting a towel down was the only way I felt safe enough to take a shower. Do not pay for parking from the vendor... They just make a spotHero booking for you and charge 250x. $50 a day is a scam. You are directly beside the laundry making it daytime noisy. Nearby transit gives the place a constant hum making the nighttime noisy. But... it was cheap.
Overnight visit. It was easy to find. Happy to have the parking. Clean, super cute. The shower head was broken, and I hope that they fix it.
Very cozy one bedroom place, close to Fenway park !
Overall, very nice stay for our first visit to Boston. We did go during colder times so at night it was cold in the bedroom. It seemed that the windows were blocked with black cloth and there was a slight opening that we could not close which made it very cold at night. The shower head could use some fixing, it moves around while showering making it difficult to use. But the bathroom did have a hair dryer, toilet paper, and body wash for use. We really did like the location and the hosts responded to our questions really fast and promptly. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook/clean with. The location was very close to the Kenmore station and was at a walkable distance to every attraction like Newbury street, Fenway, Public Garden, Boston University, etc. Definitely a nice place to stay at for the price point!
DONT STAY HERE. This is a rental company that makes all their money overcharging people in here for less than the bare minimum. 5pm check in, 10am checkout with a 50 dollar fee if you want to check in early. they're watching you on camera and will charge you if someone else simply walks into the apartment. the floors were dirty, pubes in the shower from someone else. the shower door is broken and instead of fixing it, they put a nasty plastic curtain INSIDE the other glass door. that curtain had grime and fingerprints from other guests. I felt like I had to shower after the shower. floors were dirty also. for 200 Dollars a night, the fact that they're willing to charge extra at every corner but not willing to do basic maintenance is so disappointing. Well done being the place that makes me stop using Airbnb for good. I asked for a partial refund and they also denied it. what a joke.
Nice place and great location.
the space was very clean and conveniently located to the green line which was helpful. it was in a great location and had plenty to do in walking distance as well. only major thing that took away from the stay was that the ceiling began leaking on our first night staying there. we contacted the hosts, they passed it onto maintenance and the building owners, but nothing was done about it throughout our entire stay. aside from that, there wasn’t central heating or air and the windows are too high up to open or do anything with as this is a below ground level unit. the host was very responsive when we needed it and overall it was good value for its location and convenience, but just a few small things that took away from it
This is a great Back Bay location, 10 minutes to Fenway, 20 to the art museums or the Common. Parking was super convenient - if you're willing to pay the $50/day (which is obscene but worth it). Honestly, this place is overpriced, with hardly any windows and feels like it's in the basement, but compared to the costs of equivalent places in Boston this is just what life has become post-COVID. Overall would recommend but it's nothing more than a utilitarian stay. By the way, the hosts were very flexible and great communicators. That was greatly appreciated.
Steven was a great host and the apartment is in a great location! Close to public transit, food, and Fenway! One drawback was the lack of cellphone signal, since it’s a basement unit. Overall, nice place that could benefit from a few small repairs, but would recommend and would use again.
Solid place in a nice neighborhood. Precise and fast communication. Would choose this location again.
Such a great location for everything; transit, food and Fenway! Perfect apartment with all amenities in kitchen, comfortable bed! No complaints. We would definitely come here again and highly recommend!
Great stay and the bed was super comfortable!
Not much to say other than the place was much smaller than expected.
Thank you so much for the great experience. Everything was detailed and explained. So easy to check-in. Felt very safe and loved location. Thank Steven!!!
The place was perfect, even knowing upfront that there was no parking, we were able to find parking at a garage a few blocks away (behind a Starbucks) our next visit we know not to even rent a car. But the apt was ideal for us… clean and comfortable and no worries about safety. I would and will be happy to stay there again. The back Bay Area is amazing
This place was in a great location for the event we attended at Fenway Park. It was a short walk to many restaurants and shopping locations, including Newbury Street. The apartment was small, however it is perfect and has everything you need for a 2 person stay. Having an AC unit in the bedroom was amazing! For future, the parking was a challenge, and I would reserve a spot in a parking garage nearby in advance since all of them were full. Additionally, there is a nice size TV in the living space, but there is not one in the bedroom so I would recommend bringing a laptop. Overall, I do think it was a bit pricey for the size, but the location made up for it. Also, the host was great with communication and everything was clean!
Very clean place. Very close to great places and Fenway Park. Quiet place all day long. Will definitely recommend to a friend.
Great stay and great location!
This apartment was extremely well cared for, recently remodeled and trendy. It had everything you need for a weekend away from home, the kitchen is appointed nicely (could use a few more "serving" items, but otherwise perfect!) And the bed is soooo comfortable!! The area is perfect, just out of the noise of the downtown area, but a 5-minute walk to Kenmore Square, Fenway Park & the downtown shops & restaurants. Parking is metered out front, but free for nights & weekends, so at $2.50/hr even if you get a ticket during the day, it's cheaper than a parking lot :) we didn't have any trouble keeping up with the meters. It was a great place to stay for a couple nights in Boston for an event!
great spot. was clean & comfortable for us.
Wonderful location. We were there for college visit and easy walk to 3 colleges that we wanted to see
The hosts were super proactive, the kitchen was GREAT (beautiful appliances, and well appointed with accessories), and everything was clean (although could use a bit of a paint refresh). Location was great as it was walking distance to Fenway where I was attending a tournament.
Nice little basement apartment with A/C unit, comfy bed and spacious kitchen. Looks just like the pictures! Close ti many campuses and walkable to Newberry and surrounding areas. Has a Spot Hero lot out back, in case you bring a car. Really enjoyed our stay, and would stay again!
Great location, nice apartment, friendly host!
The place was very clean and tidy. Perfect location for a trip to Fenway Park. The hosts were super friendly, incredibly responsive and extremely helpful.
It was a nice place to stay for a few days and perfect location. It is smaller than you see at photos. Steven was helpful during our stay THANKS!
Excellent communication and response time with a great cause associated. I will definitely seek out their rentals again.
Stayed the night and the unit was just as described. Very responsive host!
Loved that the place was super close to Fenway, the Green-line, and also had lots of restaurants (low to high end) and conveniences nearby (Dunkin Donuts, 7-11, McDonald’s). We also had a few questions prior and during our stay where the hosts were very responsive, flexible and friendly. The place was very nicely decorated, although the paint was chipped /peeling in a few places on the walls and ceiling. There was a “stuffy” smell in the place. Adding a fan or air filter may help. Overall a nice place to stay.
This place is a good value. It's in a great location near the T, and the entire apartment is quite clean. I found the building quiet, and there is not a lot of street noise. The kitchen is well-stocked. It is truly a basement apartment, which keeps it quiet, but the windows are high up. If you are a big person, you may find the bathroom small, but it's well fitted out.
We were in Boston for our grandson's college graduation and knew we would not spend much time inside but wanted the amenities of an apartment. This place was perfect, bedroom spacious compared to other bedrooms we saw online, living space is small but comfortable and kitchen was well-appointment. It was nice and clean and the only two complaints I had were no coffee for the coffee maker and the mirror in the. bathroom was placed so high on the wall that I could only see the very top of my head when standing in front of it. As I said, it was clean but it was not pristine in the sense it had lots of marks/gouges on the walls and ceiling, finish carpentry was poor, etc. The only windows are in the bedroom. Those issues did not impact our stay but if it would yours, this might not be the place for you.
This was a great place to stay. It was very clean and location was convenient for walking and to public transportation.
Highly recommend staying here.
I loved the place, it was so quiet the bed was so comfortable, there’s a couple of places to eat close by to walk to ! I loved it!
The place was in a great area and was clean. However, the photos make it seem nicer than it is. The place is in some serious need of maintenance. There is damage on the walls and paint is peeling in several areas. The shower doors weren’t functional. At times there was a smell of raw sewage in the bedroom. It could be a very nice place but needs work.
Host was always responsive when I need assistance and the place was in such a convenient location and amazing. Will rent again!!
A great experience overall. Comfortable, quiet, and convenient for everything in Back Bay. Would absolutely stay again!
Perfect location for anything BU-related, Fenway baseball, Boston Marathon, Newbury St, etc!
Definitely worth the price. Lots of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Space was as described and was clean. It is a bit smaller then the photos show, but nothing that ruined the trip.
Great apartment with all the amenities needed. Very clean and organized. Central placement. Located on lower ground floor, so not a lot of light and windows in the bedroom out to the street. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and the check-in and check-out process was extremely smooth. Would recommend this place to others!
Steven’s unit is a good place to stay! The location is really close to Kenmore, which is a convenient place to stay when visiting Boston. The unit is a basement unit so you have to keep your windows closed. Also the check-in time is quite late (5pm) and the check-out time is early (10am) which is really inconvenient. Otherwise the stay was great!
The apartment was exactly as advertised. Quiet and suitable for our stay. I loved the shower with plenty of hot water and good pressure. Steven was a pro-active communicator which was perfect! I would also recommend having some coffee, tea or welcoming beverage available to guests who are arriving late as a thoughtful gesture!
if you are visiting Boston for the first time this is genuinely a prime location. I lived there for 3 years and got to go back for an event and this airbnb was literally perfect. it's cozy and clean, around the corner from public transportation, in a very safe area, and walking distance to a LOT of great restaurants and entertainment options. the apartment itself is really updated and stocked with pretty much everything you need! it's a little small (but that's boston) and it's perfect for 1-2 people. the kitchen is also larger than anywhere else you'll find in the city (especially at this price point) so if you plan on a longer stay and you'll be cooking I strongly recommend booking this. the hosts were also very responsive, even late at night, and were very helpful!
Convenient to Fenway and Kenmore T! Clean place and quiet!
Great location and cozy apt.
Steven and his team are great hosts. They are quick to respond and resolve issues as fast as possible.
Great place. Can take a 30min walk downtown, or can take transport really anywhere in the city. Simple, nice, and clean apartment. Responsive host and easy check in. Cost is pretty much what you'd expect in Boston, so I'd absolutely recommend this apartment.
This place was right next to Kenmore station, making it easy to navigate around Boston. It’s also very close to lots of shops and bars since there’s a lot of universities within the vicinity it always felt safe to walk around even late at night access to the apartment was fairly easy. the only complaint we have was that the Wi-Fi was fairly spotty but we weren’t at the airbnb a ton anyways since we were out and about. Definitely recommend staying here, especially if you’re someone who likes to walk around and enjoy the area.
toilet needs to be fixed, wobbling all over the place. other than that great little apartment
great place, easy check in and check out. very helpful host
Thanks for a very cozy stay - clean and comfortable.
Everything was great in the apartment, would come back!
Cute neighborhood! The space was the perfect size for this solo traveler. The bed was so comfortable I could have slept another 8 hours!
Very comfortable and cozy space! Enjoyed my stay thoroughly.
Excellent value, perfectly priced, at a location that can’t be beat. As other reviews mention, the place isn’t perfect. The toilet isn’t bolted down, the shower head will only face the wall or the door, and it can be loud in the basement. My friend and I were really happy here and think others will be, too. Please note the checkout time is 10, as it’s very important to the host. Thanks for a great stay!
This place was amazing. Fantastic communication before check in and checkout, easy to get in and a great location. Everything you need to have a pleasant stay was there. Would definitely stay here again!
The neighborhood is lovely, the space is really nice as well. Two drawbacks-- crappy shower and since it's a garden level apartment with few windows, you can't send or receive phone calls or texts.
What a clean lovely place =] so close to everything and just a few minutes from my workplace. Would stay again.
This was a very good place to stay. Great location. Very functional apartment. The communication before I got there was good and the place was very clean. It is a great alternative to a hotel.
Cozy, clean, and comfortable basement unit in a quiet building. Easily walkable to many restaurants and other resources.
Cute little apartment in a great location. Really close to the T and pretty area to walk around and be in. Steven & Brian responded quickly to any questions. If you have a car I highly recommend parking, it made the trip so much easier. This is a great spot, it's expensive (like most places in Back Bay and in Boston in general) but you're paying for an A+ location.
great location, close to everything you need in Boston and lovely neighborhood. Apartment is alright overall, kitchen well quipped, comfy couch to relax after a long day, I'd say it's a 4/5 value. heating wasn't working properly but we recieved a space heater the next day which solve it for us. Bed is beyond soft which my back personally struggled with, but if you are a soft bed lovers it's perfect for you. If you are two friends traveling and not a couple, for my taste it was too small.
Overall the place was good. The location is nice and quiet. There were just a lot of little things that added up. I think the biggest one we were not aware of was that we didn't get any cell phone reception- it is a basement apartment. There were also little gnats all over, the toilet wasn't bolted down, the heat didn't turn on, we were given very few towels, and the mattress was very lumpy. Any one of these items alone not a deal breaker but it just got annoying. At the price, maybe not the best choice.
We had a great stay here - the location was superb and the kitchen was one of the best stocked in terms of equipment we have come across on travelling. The bathroom is v small so bear that in mind if travelling with children / more than 2 people. We had no issues with phone reception or road / neighbourhood noise and Steven and the team were very quick to respond to any questions we had. 10mins walk to Fenway Park and plenty of nice restaurants close by aswell as public transport. Would definitely stay here again if in Boston.
Stay was very convenient to Fenway. Really easy to find in Boston. Very clean place. Steven was very responsive to any questions we had.
Exactly what we expected based on the listing. It was clean and we loved the decor. We came to Boston to see a concert at Fenway Park, and it was an easy walk, less than 10 mins away. Also was walking distance to the hop on/off trolley buses. Highly recommend.
Excellent and smooth
Very nice, cozy apartment. The location couldn't be better. Parking isn't always easy around there, but if you're from out of town, you should probably leave your car in the suburbs and use public transportation anyway. The communication and check-in was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.
Very cute and clean. Great location and is very close to downtown! I definitely recommend!
Great location, asked for earlier parking and they were very accommodating! Nice quick walk to Fenway had a great stay
Great tiny basement-style apartment in a safe area. 10 min walk from the cheapest parking garage in the back back and 10 minute walk to Fenway. Sadly only got one night in this amazing little spot but hopefully will stay again one day.
It was a great stay. Perfect space for just the two of us. Within walking distance to the busy shopping district, and close to Fenway as well. Very nice area
beautiful place in a beautiful neighborhood literally 4 or 5 blocks from Fenway Park. Access to the T is basically around the corner. space was clean, comfortable, safe. will definitely be back if they'll have us.
Steven and team were great! Super responsive and accommodating. We had a great stay- the location was great with close access to a lot of historical and beautiful Boston landmarks. Highly recommend!!
We really enjoyed our stay! Great location, definitely recommend.
Great location, near Boston College, within walking distance of Fenway! My sister and I attended a concert at Fenway and were able to walk to and from the concert. Super convenient parking in the back for an extra price, but worth it if you plan to drive anywhere. Very clean. One thing to note is that it is a basement apartment so phone service inside the apartment is scarce. You'll likely have to walk outside to text and make calls. Good news is that it is a short walk to the front door or to parking in the back, which is also very convenient for carrying in bags. The memory foam mattress was very comfortable and the air conditioner kept the bedroom super cool and drowned out any noise from the street. Would definitely stay again!
Very clean and has all necessities! The host is nice and quick in responding!
This is a great location, clean apartment and easy to access! We loved it and pictures are spot on. It’s described very well. Thank you for a great stay! Go Red Sox!!
Great location and amenities, close to Boston University and walking distance to so much of the downtown area. Harvard and MIT campuses a very short (12-15m) drive away. Amazing food in the immediate vicinity as well. Hosts were very responsive and the unit was great for our (2 of us) work trip.
Easy check in and very convenient location
Great place and perfect location from Fenway Park. Nice neighborhood. Definitely recommend.
Not bad overall but somewhat disappointing in light of the price paid. Extremely poor wifi, terrible to no cell reception. Other issues include: Below ground level, lacking in cleanliness (spider web, A/C system looking unhealthy), very small bathroom, right next to the laundry room, and very exposed to street noise.
Wonderful stay and great communication! Would definitely stay again! Thank you!
The Healing Homes of Boston not only manage to give back to their community with each stay, but allow guests like my fiancé and me enjoy the area with such ease. Go Sox!!
Could not have had a better stay. Host is great- very attentive and responsive. Apartment is super clean, super comfortable, and in an amazing location! Definitely booking a return trip!
Pretty good location, was able to walk to downtown Boston within 30 minutes. Relatively clean and a responsive host.
Steven's place was exactly as described, and has been fully renovated with fully-stocked kitchen, new appliances, and modern touches throughout. The space is cozy and inviting, just right for a couple. The ground-floor apartment resides in an historic brownstone building, about a 30-minute walk to the beautiful Public Garden and Boston Common parks. Bonus perk: Every booking helps fund accomodations for families in need who visit Boston for medical treatments, follow-ups, etc. Highly recommend staying here!
Great location!!! Walking distance to many key places in Boston. The apartment was absolutely comfortable and very well kept and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Would definitely consider staying there again.
My wife, 1 year old daughter, and I stayed here for one night to as a pit stop before driving south to Rhode Island for a wedding and it was well worth it. We went to a Red Sox game and it was a 10 minute walk to Fenway with me carrying our one year old. It’s also right on the outskirts of Boston University if visiting there. Very easy to get to from the airport and east to get to the subway which is 2 minutes from the apartment. I would recommend for couples as it was tight with our one year old, but we managed since it was only one night. Apt is on the first floor which was helpful as well!
great location but not the best for phone service like zero! loud street glad i travel with a sound machine. no cofee at all ;! great short stay other then that very good!
This cute apartment was in a scenic, safe, and convenient location! We walked to multiple restaurants, museums, and parks within a mile or so radius, and we used nearby city bikes and commuter train to go into Cambridge and North Boston. The apartment was quiet (fans easily drowned out traffic noise) and the perfect size for a couple, using it as a home base. The memory foam bed was comfortable, bedroom closet is roomy, and the sitting area was great for relaxing or planning excursions. Kitchen was a nice size and layout for making breakfast and heating up leftovers - we ate out most of the time, because there are so many great restaurants around the area! The hosts were quick to answer questions.
Location was very cozy and clean. Ideal spot for a stay in Boston and right down the street from Fenway. Hosts were very accommodating and prompt with replies and check in was a breeze. Already planning to stay here again next time in Boston!
Great place and great location!
Great spot and location. Highly recommend.
This place was very clean and cozy! The host was very responsive and attentive. Area was walk distance to most things worth seeing in Boston. We were very comfortable and safe.
Amazing place and location, easy check in and great communication from the host
Very cute apartment close to T station to get any where in the city and next to Fenway park. Cozy and perfect for 2 people.
Great place - Stayed for two nights while in town for a conference. Affordable, comfy, clean, and Steven was super responsive to my messages. Would stay here again 100%!
Place was very neat and clean, a bit smaller than I thought but it was a good get away for my husband and I
absolutely nothing wrong with this place! Steven was very helpful and accommodating to all of our questions, and tot back to us in a timely fashion. the place is exactly as seen in photos and super clean! parking was available right in front of the unit for free (holiday) but there was a good amount of meters nearby. We loved staying here and it was totally worth it. Hope to stay again!
Awesome stay, has everything you’d need to enjoy the city
Excellent location but run down interior with multiple missing/broken fixtures and window blinds. Terrifically dirty windows. Had problems with both toilets and host was very responsive but issues persisted. Chose the unit for its two bathrooms but one was usually out of commission with my poor husband working to fix it. Clean but very loud at night with window a/c units but thankfully comfortable linens and beds. Large living space. Could be great with some basic investment to upgrade bathrooms and fixtures.
